This condo we absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the large lanai and fully stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and both bathrooms have spacious showers. The grounds are beautiful with multiple BBQ areas and a gorgeous pool. I highly recommend this unit and renting from Clarke and Bridgette.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked and comfortable for 6 people. Being right across the street from the beach was nice and the wagon and toys/chairs provided were great to have use of. However, we did have a problem with the fold away bed in the livingroom and was given a blow up mattress - I didn't feel this is a suitable subsititute for 2 weeks but better than no bed at all. Then the washing machine stopped working and could not be repaired during our stay so that was unfortunate. The kids used the pool and hottub area and really enjoyed it. The fountains on the property are lovely to look at but annoying loud while on the lanai. Overall I would recommend this condo and complex for a family holiday.

Visiting Maui after the devastation in Lahaina was a tough decision. We’d been planning for 10 months for a family vacation but didn’t want to seem insensitive to locals by visiting. After exchanges with our host it confirmed our decision to visit and see how we could not only experience the beauty and spirit of this beautiful place but also help with economic support and witness the resilience of genuinely hopeful people. The condo was in a convenient location in Kihei. It suited our family of five well. A bit cramped in the downstairs bedroom for two adults and a child with two weeks of stuff but overall a spacious unit. Kitchen was good. Plenty of pots and pans and some spices. We had a fuse issue with the coffee pot but could just reset the breaker. While the overall condo was clean we felt like it’s used a lot so it’s missing that deep clean that would make it a spectacular place. Pool area was fantastic. Beach access fantastic. Sunsets fantastic. And time with family, priceless.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the room, and linens. The place was really nice overall. I thought it was extremely nice of the note that was left said if we had to buy anything they would reimburse. So kind. We bought sunscreen and coffee which I would not expect to be reimbursed for. But thank you. I would stay there again.

This property was an A+ as it was really clean, really comfy and had everything you need. The communication with the property owner was great.
The check in person at the resort itself was very unfriendly but we parked that experience as appreciated that the property owner has nothing to do with that side of things.

Wonderful stay at Clark and Bridget’s condo. We have stay at Kamaole Sands several times and this condo is well located with a lovely view of Kam III. The unit’s kitchen is well equipped making meal prep easy. Luckily the AC units function well as the loft does get warm. All the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely book again. Thank you.

We cannot wait to bring the family back and stay here! The comfort and amenities the provided to start with are amazing. There is nothing we needed that they didn't have. A slow cooker, check. A blender, check. Beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards and a cooler. Aside from the rental being amazing, we were right across the street from Kamaole Beach 3 and we swam with minimum 5 turtles. We saw whales from the lanai while drinking morning coffee (yes there was also a coffee maker). This rental really made it easy to travel with the kids for their first time to Hawaii. Thank you guys again!

We had everything we needed for the perfect two weeks in Kihei. The kitchen is phenomenal, and the finishes throughout are thoughtful and modern. The huge lanai easily accommodated our party of five, with many memories made watching the sunset.

Such a great experience renting this condo. We have been coming to Maui for 23 years and this condo was by far the very best we have stayed at. We knew the location was great but to have a condo that had EVERYTHING was wonderful. There nothing that we needed that this condo did not provide. To top it off it was BEAUTIFUL! The beds were so comfortable which was something we have not always experienced renting previously!

We've rented condos in Maui since 1993 and this condo was, by far, the best. The renos were outstanding, very well equipped (better supplied than our house), the decorations were well done, no expense spared. The grounds are in excellent shape, with a view of the grounds and the beach from our balcony. A wonderful stay and lots of room for the six of us, two grandsons included. We had a lovely time at this beautiful condo at Kamaole Sands. If you are looking for a wonderful condo (better stocked than my home!!), great hosts, a convenient location, and fabulous sunsets, this place is for you. It checks all the boxes and more!
I really appreciate Clark's communication from reservation to payment to right before arrival. He provided excellent information about the resort and the island that we used throughout the trip.
If we (when we) make it back to Maui, we will definitely look to see if this condo is available (fingers crossed)!

The condo was wonderful. Everything was nice, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to do our bbq. The wagon to carry groceries and things of that sort was a life saver. Our party had 4 different condos at Kamaole Sands, and everyone was jealous of our wagon. Will definitely book this condo again.

The top-floor condo has everything we could have imagined to make our trip relaxing and easy: a great view, a wonderful breeze and so many wonderful beach supplies (soft-sided cooler, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach tote). There are also great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the sunset watching from the big lawn at Kam Beach III with the group that gathers each evening. And of course we loved being able to cross the street to access the beautiful beach! This unit is clearly well cared for and clean, and the kitchen is well-supplied with cooking gear.

The property was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a Solumn occasion of laying my husband's ashes . I perfecthome base to cook meals and share stories as we prepared for the memorial services. With the Beach, Park Snorkling etc right across the street it made it real easy to take care of business and yet have fun as well.

Maui has been an annual destination for my husband and myself for many years with the exception of 2021 due to covid restrictions. We were so pleased to return, this year including my mom.
We've always rented condos at Kamaole Sands. The condo 10-409 that we rented this year was the nicest we've ever stayed in.
The location at building 10 was great. It was furnished beautifully and equipped for all of our needs in both the kitchen and the beach supplies. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us.
Clark was great to work with in response to any of our emails quickly.
We hope to return to this condo in the future!

We loved the condo and the overall property and the location. Everything was great. The only negative was that on checkout day, the maid showed up at 9:15 AM and asked if we were ready to leave (we were still packing for the 11 o'clock checkout). Then she waited outside for us to leave. Each time we took more of our stuff to our vehicle, she asked if we were done now. It was annoying and put us under unnecessary pressure, but otherwise everything was wonderful! I usually stay in hotel rooms but this was much better. Thank you for the excellent communications. We are missing Hawaii already.

The location of the property is close to the beach, grocery shopping and downtown Kihei. We had all the necessities we needed and more! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui!

This property really has it all--it is steps to the wonderful Sugar Beach, super close to tons of dining options, grocery stores, and a short drive to the airport and Costco. Parking is conveniently close to the unit and to the exit gate, and the property is well-appointed and remodeled, with everything you could need to cook at home and maximize your fun. The Kihei location makes it a great starting point for excursions in either east or west Mauii, so less than 30 min to the beginning road to Hana, Kaanapali, Lahaina, or Wailea attractions, We will return to stay here again!

It was me and 3 other friends that stayed on the property. We checked in really late and Right when we turned on the lights we were blown away with how spacious and beautiful furnished it was. We immediately fell in love with it. The Lanai faces there beach which gives a wonderful sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked and the property is very clean. We were quite bummed out that we only stayed there overnight. If I was to say a con about the property, we were thrown off guard with the resort fee and I wish the check-in process was easier but other than that, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Just a great condo overall. Stayed here with my family of 4 for 9 nights on a "family reunion" vacation where we had visitors over on multiple nights and it never felt crowded. Open concept between the kitchen/dining/living room makes for a spacious feel even with the spiral stair case in the middle of the unit. Entire unit stayed cool from the A/C units (which are quiet) and the multiple fans in every room.
Condo was well stocked in every way you can think of. Had two umbrellas, 6 beach chairs, several mats, a large cooler, and a wagon to carry stuff to/from the beach. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook at the unit, including BBQ tools, sheet pans, baking dishes, and large bowls. Appliances are updated enough and of good quality. Large TV in the living room and smaller TV's in each bedroom. Also loved the decor of the unit -- it's well decorated and makes you feel like you're in Hawaii. The lanai is a very good size with a full 4 seat table, two extra chairs, and a swing chair, plus has great views of the beach and sunsets. You really feel like you're at "home" when staying here, it's so well stocked and comfortable.
The location is also great, not only within Kihei, but within the complex. The unit itself is close to the elevator for easier hauling of things and located near an exit to the complex for easy access coming/going. I do wish it were a bit closer to the pool, but it's just a couples minutes walk. Close to a couple of BBQ pits, which made for easier going back and forth when needed. Within Kihei, you're steps from the beach, down the street from good dining options, and just a few minutes drive from Wailea.
All in all, I couldn't recommend this unit more and would definitely stay here again if it were available.
If you're looking for any cons, they're minor, but if they matter for you:
*Master bedroom isn't enclosed at the top of the stairs with only a pony wall -- so if it's noisy downstairs you will hear the noise while up there.
*The stairs do creak a little bit, which, again, can cause some noise issues if someone is sleeping.
*Bed was a little firm for my tastes, but was still comfortable.
*The fridge is a double-door unit and sometimes one of the doors wouldn't close all the way unless you closed it firmly. There were several times we heard the beeping noise that told us the fridge was open when we thought it was closed.
But that's about it. The place really is great and you'd do well to stay here if you can.

Cons: Checking in took way too long. Stood in line for 45 min while losing daylight. Probably a function of COVID and not the property owner’s fault at all.
