We would book this condo again in a heartbeat! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything you need and more, from beach stuff to kitchen stuff. The air conditioning was cold in both the living room and bedroom. The whole complex is a great place to stay. We have been here multiple times, and this would be the condo I would choose 10 out of 10 times.

Unit was great, fully equipped- even had spices!! The bedroom AC was having a bit of an issue, but Jerry was on top of it and very communicative! Wonderful stay!

Great condo, we really enjoyed the short walks to the beach especially with having kiddos. The turtle talks and hula dancing were cool perks of the property. Everything was very clean with lots of cooking supplies, very convenient.

Melinda and Jerry's property is top notch. I looked at a lot of ground floor Kam Sands units and theirs was hands down the best. My family (husband, and 3yo daughter) stayed over the 4th of July week and had such a great time in Maui. You could literally pack your clothes and step inside and have everything you need. Melinda has literally thought of everything, the unit is fully stocked. From sand toys, multiple beach umbrellas + chairs, spices, beach towels, portable crib, extra towels, small coolers, beach wagon, boogie boards - you name it, they had it available for you! The unit itself is thoughtfully furnished and the pullout couch was actually really comfortable (my 3yo slept on it and our bedtime routine includes laying with her reading many books!) The unit is exceptionally clean and fresh - it didn't feel like an afterthought like some rentals you'll find out there. They had very clear instructions + items labeled throughout the condo, which we appreciated, nothing was ever left to question. Melinda was extremely responsive and even handled a parking spot issue for us upon arrival that we weren't even aware of! We loved the location of building #1, we could see a slice of the ocean from the lanai and it made it easy to cart kids + beach items across the street to the beach. We would walk down there in the early morning (hello, California time difference!) to take a walk on the beach when it was calm and quiet. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

This ground floor condo has it all...great location, great view, well stocked, and very clean! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the condo comes with everything you need for a relaxing vacation...well stocked kitchen, toiletries, hair styling tools, beach gear(chairs, cooler, towels, etc. plus a cart to haul it all).Not to mention the nice gift basket they leave for you. It’s exceptional customer service. Jerry and Melinda are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love the location and condo complex at Kamaole Sands and will definitely rent from them again when we return to Maui!

Nice to have table and chairs on the lanai for dining, as well as a lounge chair for relaxing on. Short walk to Kamole park & beach #3 (right across the street). Phenomenal sunsets from the park! Unit was very well equipped for all our needs during our stay. Timely communication with Jerry and Melinda, creating an easy process and transition. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this spot again. This condo was immaculate - very clean and well cared for. You can tell the owners have much pride in their property. It was the best stocked condo we have ever rented in Maui and we have been MANY times! From snacks, beach paraphernalia, paper plates and much needed coffee! Having two bathrooms when traveling with your teenager is a must and they were very clean and also well stocked! We definitely would stay again and highly recommend this condo to other couples or families!

The Kamaole Sands resort is a beautiful condo complex located in South Kihei, directly across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This newly updated unit is stocked with several amenities including sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, a cooler and kitchen equipment. Lots of towels that allowed for more free time and less time doing chores. This unit is well organized and labelled which made it easy to find your way around.
You can see the ocean from the lanai and it was great being on the first floor so the kids could walk out and not have to worry about stairs.
The owners were excellent at communicating in a timely manner and made us feel welcome. They checked in when we arrived and followed up when we left.

We could not have been happier with this Kamaole Sands condo and we were sad to leave! From beach gear (boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, and more!) to simple inclusions like coffee pods and beach towels, this unit was incredibly well-equipped for our small family. The owners really thought of every detail. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops, amazing beaches, the location in Kihei was perfect. We give this property our highest recommendation!
