The condo was lovely and up to date and very clean - would stay again in a heartbeat if the price was affordable to me - when I phoned Matt the day after I got there to tell him I had no hot water, he was there within a half hour and just had to turn the switch back on. When I needed a late checkout Matt let me stay later as I had a late flight out - him and Tonya are so easy to deal with and I highly recommend them as property managers

We have been staying at Kamaole Sands for several years but this is the first time in this condo. This condo was very clean, updated, very private and overall a great condo. PMI Management is very attentive and responsive and overall wonderful to book with.

Great condo in super location! Unit was clean and well equipped including beach toys, chairs and coolers. We enjoyed the private, larger lanai with access to grassy area for grandkids to play. Matt at PMI Maui was professional and very helpful from our initial enquiries to booking and during our stay. Next time to Maui we will definitely book through Matt!

This condo is the nicest one I have stayed in yet at Kamaole Sands! I visit twice a year and at Christmas Stay for a month. So I have stayed in many different units. This unit was updated corner unit with almost private lania. Well stocked kitchen ,soooo comfortable bed! PMI is truly the best rental company to rent from as they are there on island. The bed is comfortable! I can't say enought positive about it. The only negative is the pricing has aggressively to a ridiculous nightly rate :( no return guest discounts, so do shop I find condos in kamaole sands at under $300 for Christmas rates and they are just as nice. If you can afford this unit book it ;) Teri

The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the grounds and close to the pool and the beach. The end unit is also a plus with the extra window in the living room. We loved the CONDO on Maui. Perfect location. Convenient to many things and short drive to other cute towns on Maui. Check in process was easy. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Such a better option than a hotel room!

I have stayed at this property twice, very happy both times. The property is clean, well kept and very well equipped. The grounds are lush and beautiful with a nice pool and hot tubs. The location is great, close to beach, restaurants, shopping and other amenities. This unit is great for short or long term stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was immaculate and well equipped in all aspects - beach gear, cooking your own meals and for relaxation. The lanai is spacious, well furnished, private and with great views of the grounds. The location is very close to Kamaole III beach just across the road. The resort grounds are immaculate and very lush. The pool is a short walk and and very well maintained. One of the BBQ areas is very conveniently located just down from the lanai.We loved this condo and would definitely rebook in the future.

What we like most about this property was its location. Walking to distance to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Also a short walk across the street to a great beach. The condo was also great, furnished well and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners checked all the boxes with this place.

This Kihei condo was perfect for our family of 3. Clean, updated, all amenities in the unit, lovely ground-floor lanai. Matt with PMI Maui was very responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely rent again!
