Kamaole Sands is a perfect location for what we had planned on Maui. It is a beautiful development and the condo was excellent. Being right across the street from the beach is a real plus. The condo was clean, updated, nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped, and there are lots of beach going accessories. Pool area is very nice. Property manager was easy to communicate with.

The only issue I had was the master bath shower. Water spashed all over the floor due to the glass wall not being wide enough.
Most of the towels smelled like a sour sponge after first use. The towels smelled clean till you dried yourself off. I did find a couple that smelled ok. Good thing they supplied us with more than 2 of each, hand, face bath.

We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. It was comfortable, private, and peaceful. We loved having an end unit with a lanai surrounded by plants. It's a short walk to the pool and grills with parking just outside the door. Great part of Maui to stay in (south end of Kihei and just north of Wailea). Highly recommend.

The condo was lovely and up to date and very clean - would stay again in a heartbeat if the price was affordable to me - when I phoned Matt the day after I got there to tell him I had no hot water, he was there within a half hour and just had to turn the switch back on. When I needed a late checkout Matt let me stay later as I had a late flight out - him and Tonya are so easy to deal with and I highly recommend them as property managers

Great condo in super location! Unit was clean and well equipped including beach toys, chairs and coolers. We enjoyed the private, larger lanai with access to grassy area for grandkids to play. Matt at PMI Maui was professional and very helpful from our initial enquiries to booking and during our stay. Next time to Maui we will definitely book through Matt!

This condo is the nicest one I have stayed in yet at Kamaole Sands! I visit twice a year and at Christmas Stay for a month. So I have stayed in many different units. This unit was updated corner unit with almost private lania. Well stocked kitchen ,soooo comfortable bed! PMI is truly the best rental company to rent from as they are there on island. The bed is comfortable! I can't say enought positive about it. The only negative is the pricing has aggressively to a ridiculous nightly rate :( no return guest discounts, so do shop I find condos in kamaole sands at under $300 for Christmas rates and they are just as nice. If you can afford this unit book it ;) Teri

I have rented condos at the Kamole Sands for years and this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed in! Beautifully decorated and everything you need for your stay, right down to chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. The location is awesome with a beautiful view of the grounds and close to the pool and the beach. The end unit is also a plus with the extra window in the living room. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was immaculate and well equipped in all aspects - beach gear, cooking your own meals and for relaxation. The lanai is spacious, well furnished, private and with great views of the grounds. The location is very close to Kamaole III beach just across the road. The resort grounds are immaculate and very lush. The pool is a short walk and and very well maintained. One of the BBQ areas is very conveniently located just down from the lanai.We loved this condo and would definitely rebook in the future.

What we like most about this property was its location. Walking to distance to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Also a short walk across the street to a great beach. Over the past 20 years my wife and I have stayed in 1 bedroom ground floor units at Kamaole Sands. This year we had a unit booked through PMI Maui that was exceptional in every way. For our purposes it was the best unit we've ever stayed in. We never had to contact management about anything during our 17 day stay because the quality of the unit is top notch and nothing went wrong. We were very pleased to see that Kamaole Sands has emerged from the Covid pandemic in excellent condition and that PMI Maui has continued their excellent tradition of top quality management of their suites. We enjoyed the appointments of the suite and spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and dining on the very spacious Lanai with its lovely view of the beautiful landscape and ocean view at Kamaole Sands. We certainly hope to be back again next year.

We had a great stay at Kamaole Sands along with 30+ other friends and family. This was our third time in the complex and this condo location was great. The patio is larger than many and because of where it sits you do not have people walking directly in front of your unit. There is no grass directly in front of the back patio, but a few steps to the side and you enter the large grass areas. The bbq area sits below the condo, but far enough to the side that you are not looking at it. The interior of the condo is nicer than many I have seen. There is no dining table, but we preferred not having it as the kitchen bar counter is plenty and why not sit outside and enjoy the weather anyway! If you are traveling during a time of year where the trade winds can cool your condo that is fine, but it is generally hot during the summer months and the AC is needed, especially to sleep. Several of our other guests staying at the complex had to deal with timers in their AC units. They would have to set alarms at night to turn the spring wound timers for another go, and they were definitely not happy about it! Thank you to the owners of this condo for keeping us comfortable during our stay! We will definitely use this unit again.

The condo was amazing. Plenty of room for my husband and 2 boys. We ate all meals on the lanai and took in the view of the ocean and the resort. Beach chairs, boogie boards and toys readily available. Condo was clean, the bed was comfy and having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack less clothes for our trip. The microwave is also the convection oven, so plan meals accordingly. Pool just steps away from the condo and the beach just across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities down the street. Overall a great stay. We would definitely come back.
