Our rental was perfect!! The location was ideal, as we loved the quick walk to the pool in one direction, and the beach in the other! The grounds of the rental were always being maintained, which was great to see. The rental itself was a 10/10! The setup was perfect for our family of 4. The master bedroom and bathroom were so clean and comfortable, and our two 15 year old sons loved the Murphy beds! The entire place looked brand new! The appliances and everything you need for the kitchen were provided, as well as towels, chairs, and accessories for the beach. We had family and friends in 4 other condos, yet we loved ours the most! Highly recommended, and if we ever make it back to Kihei, we will definitely stay here.

This was my second time staying with PMI. We stay in the same unit the second time since we loved it so much the first go around. Both times everything went smooth. The unit is always clean and has everything you need for perfect Maui vacation. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, directly across the street from a beautiful beach. The accommodations were great for our family of 4. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, although we found a number of dirty dishes in the cabinets and a few sticky spots on the kitchen island. I definitely wouldn’t let that deter me from staying here again though!! Thank you for making us feel right at home in paradise!

This stay was just as advertised. The property was clean and contained just what we needed for a family with two teens that shared the living with the Murphy beds. Plenty of storage for our stuff to tuck away so we didn’t feel on top of each other the entire time.
All three beaches across the street were lovely, we could walk to dinner and Kehei boat ramp for our snorkeling tour and it was very central to visiting g all parts of island. We would stay again.

Looking at photos of vacation rentals there’s always the slight concern they may not be recent, but the photos of this property definitely are. And it is even better than we had imagined. The condo has everything you to cook, bake, play at the beach, enjoy the sunset, pack a picnic, BBQ, watch TV/movies, or relax. It is very comfortable with sectional sofa and not the wood arm type, renovated at some point with amazing use of the space (island incl dining seating, murphy beds), and AC works great. Highly recommend staying here (our first time in Kihei) and enjoying the beach directly across the street. We played in the ocean and had two turtles swim very close to us… so cool! Would absolutely return. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time at Kamaole Sands building 10 306. Kamaole Sands is a great location, directing accords the street from Kamaole Beach 3. The grounds at the resort are beautiful, so well manicured. The unit was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and various beach toys. It was so enjoyable to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. There even was a vein of the ocean! PMI Maui was always available to solve any concerns. Highly recommend thus unit, we had a great time and plan to return soon!

This condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The view is amazing, the condo is completely renovated from top to bottom and fully equipped with everything you need for a trip to the beach or cooking that special dinner. I have rented many times with PMI Maui and they never disappoint. Will absolutely rent again!

Would I live here....easily! Great overall updates to the condo. The neighbors were friendly....and of course a short walk to a beautiful beach! Didn't use all the amenities of the resort, since I'm more of a beach guy...but heard they were nice. Would definitely recommend!

We've stayed at Kamole Sands several times and this condo was the best. VERY clean, renovated beautifully, spacious, stocked kitchen with everything you'd possibly need and PMI was extremely responsive and so helpful. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at KS 10-306. The condo has amazing views of Kamaole Beach and the landscape of KS. The inside of the condo was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the murphy beds. The kitchen was great, especially the large island to gather around for dinner. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This rental was absolutely stunning! The actual rental looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and had everything that we needed. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding. The only items that were missing from the listing were the beach chairs but we were able to rent some from the pool area at the complex. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. We will definitely book this rental again the next time we visit Maui. Thank you for contributing to an amazing family vacation!

Stayed a week in this unit. Pix are accurate - this unit has been fully remodeled. Kitchen, living, bedroom and bathrooms are top notch. Location is great, right on S Kihei drive near Wailea. Beach is right across the street. Lovely grounds and pool. Lanai a bit small. Only criticism is the beach supplies provided need replacing! Chairs and cooler falling apart - not befitting rest of unit.

We stayed in unit 10-306 for two weeks while we had h=our wedding and honeymoon. The room was perfect with beautiful views. All our guests that visited complimented how clean and updated it was compared to other condos on the property. Bonus it comes with alot of extras ie: condiments, baking supplies. Waking up and reading a book on the patio while watching the beach is priceless. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The unit is updated and tastefully decorated. It was clean, has all of the necessities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was great, close to beaches and dining in both Kihei and Wailea. There was parking on site and lovely views from the balcony. We would definitely stay there again.

We love how the beach was literally cross a street. Love the location and the place was just so perfect! We were very comfortable staying there with all the beach equipments. We love how there was an AC in the bedroom and the living room, and the washer and dryer was a plus. We will be back in Maui and will most likely stay with them again. I'm very picky and I was very happy stying there.

A pleasant surprise from the very beginning, this condominium seemed fresh in all respects. The third floor gave a nice partial ocean view from our private balcony. The living room area was spacious and equipped with a large flat screen TV. Internet speed was also good. The condo complex was directly across the street from a nice beach where we could snorkel and swim. We were lucky enough to watch turtles right from the sand. Overall, one of the best times we have had on Maui.
