This condo has the BEST OCEAN VIEW and sunset views in Kamaole Sands Resort, a premiere condo complex situated on 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping in South Kihei, bordering Wailea. Located directly across the street from Kamaole III Beach, which has lifeguards, this central location offers swimming, snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding and whale watching. You can also walk for miles on the beach, and then watch the most amazing sunsets from our patio.

•Best Ocean View: Our penthouse suite is situated on the top level of popular west-facing building #5 which is the ONLY building at Kamaole Sands that offers DIRECT ocean views and sunset views. While other buildings are positioned at a side angle to the ocean, our suite offers the very best direct ocean view, pool view, resort view, and sunset view in the complex. Furthermore, there are a limited number of penthouses in building 5; therefore, our condo is one of the top 10 views out of 400 condos in the entire complex. Also, our suite is strategically located within the resort so that you don't see or hear vehicles, and nobody can see into our condo or patio.
(Tip: We are in building 5 which has the most direct ocean views. Beware that some buildings, such as 4, 8 and 9, face busy side roads or parking lots.)

•Recently Updated: In the kitchen you'll find modern granite counters, cabinets, italian floor tiles, and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms have granite counters, fixtures, linens, and italian floor tiles. Living room has brand new (2021) beach-themed living room furniture, newer flooring, and high-quality artwork. Bedrooms have newer flooring, televisions, and the master has a newer king bed and very new furniture. Patio has comfy lounge furniture. Despite how active you are, you'll spend time resting, eating, and relaxing in the condo and on the patio, so you should feel like you’re on vacation there too.

•Private and Quiet: There are no other patios looking onto your patio, and the concrete construction means you don't hear your neighbours. So you can enjoy reading, eating, sipping refreshments, or taking in the view within a private, serene environment.

•Unit Equipment: This is an ocean view 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully-furnished 1200 sq.ft. penthouse condo equipped with full kitchen, including stainless steel appliances. The condo has air conditioning units in the open concept living/dining/kitchen/loft area and in the main floor bedroom, plus 4 ceiling fans throughout. The lofted master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, king bed, and private ensuite, and the main floor bedroom has two brand new (2021) twin beds that convert to a king upon request. The unit has a landline phone that offers free local phone calls and connects directly to the front desk. The unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet.

•Unit Supplies: The unit is supplied with 4 beach/pool towels and 4 beach chairs (but NOT beach coolers, umbrellas, or other beach gear unless they are left behind by other guests). Upon arrival, you will find a "starter kit" of compact-sized shampoos & conditioners, body soaps, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags which are meant to get you started but you may need to replenish these items after several days.

•Walk to Everything: The property is centrally located and walking distance to numerous beaches, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, sports rentals, and the popular village of Wailea. Best of all, you can walk for a mile along the ocean in either direction.

•Resort Amenities: Enjoy the property’s 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping and waterscapes. This property offers a large pool, two hot tubs (including one adult-only and one for families), kids wading pool, small fitness room, 10 gas barbecues, and well-maintained tennis courts. The main office has several internet-connected computers available 24 x7 for guests free of charge, including plane ticket printing. (There is also good wifi in our condo). Championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena, and the elegant 'Shops at Wailea', are only a five minute drive.

•Beaches Within Walking Distance: This resort is directly across the street, and just a 3-minute stroll, from the famous family-friendly Kamaole III Beach. At sunset, people come from miles to witness the fantastic sunsets at this beach, which you can enjoy from the patio. You can also walk to many other sandy beaches, including Kamaole I Beach Kamaole II Beach, Charlie Young Beach, Keawakapu Beach, and Wailea’s many crescent-shaped beaches.

•24 Hour Property Management: This unit is professionally managed by the onsite property management company, Castle Resorts, which provides round-the-clock assistance to guests of this unit. Do not under-estimate the importance of a nearby pro who is there to help you if you have any issues, day or night.

House Rules: Kamaole Sands does not allow pets or smoking anywhere inside units, on patios, or on the grounds. Furthermore, Kamaole Sands requires owners and guests to allow pest spraying every quarter with the only exception being if there is someone in the unit with a documented medical condition which precludes being in the vicinity of the specified chemicals used for spraying.
