Boris the condo owner is the nicest kindest easiest person to work with while booking this condo ! I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a clean nice fun safe place to stay ! We had a terrific stay … after having a rough start to our vacation after the hurricane and winds and fire . We were stranded and Boris was kind enough to let us stay ! I appreciate everything this condo has to offer and the beds are super comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, AC and ceiling fans worked great and the location was perfect. Communicating with owners and check in was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again if/when we come back to Maui. Mahalo

We really enjoyed our stay. Boris is a wonderful host and is very responsive if you need to reach him during your stay. There were a couple of issues that came up during our stay and he got back to us quickly with updates. We would not hesitate to stay here again. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have during our stay.

This condo is in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There are beach towels, chairs, boogie boards available which we appreciate. Spacious and comfortable unit for our family of 5. The owner, Boris, was easy to communicate with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Very spacious condo in a great location to the beaches and restaurants in Kihei. Complex grounds have been immaculately manicured and pool and tennis courts are well maintained. I would recommend this location to others and wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next stay.

Ideally located in a beautiful quiet environment and very close to a beautiful beach.
Pros:
The unit has everything one could need and plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed.
Cons:
The unit lacks some love when it comes to the upkeep which should be done much more thoroughly. For our part, the kitchen floor was very dirty, we had sand in our bedroom drawers and the grout in the ceramic shower took on a better color once I cleaned it with Clorox. If a major deep cleaning would be done and the regular cleaning was done with a little more attention to detail everything would be perfect.
Overall:
Once we solved the problems we really enjoyed our stay and I recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay at Kamaole Sands! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 18, 16, 13 and 10 year old). It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked with anything we would need. The boogie boards, umbrellas and beach chairs were so nice to have on hand and didn’t have to go out and buy or rent them. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was the perfect spot for us to stay with our family! Quiet, clean, and comfortable, with all the extras you’d need for a beach vacation. For those travelling with little ones, there is a pack n play, and booster/high chair, and beach toys, too. The master bed was quite comfortable, and our children slept great in the second bedroom too. We ate most meals on the lanai, which offers a partial ocean view. The pool and grounds of Kamaole Sands itself was wonderful, and so close to the beach (Kamaole III). Lidia and Boris, thank you/Maholo for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit again!

Property is in a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Easy drive from airport, easy parking. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. Enough bath and beach (5) towels for us, beach toys, chairs. Wish there had been a cooler. Only complaints - smelled like it hadn't been opened in some time, floors were not very clean and dryer was full of sand. Overall we had a fantastic stay - thank you.

My family of 4 adults and one 5-year-old really enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo in Kamaole Sands. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards. We found the kitchen well supplied with everything we needed.
Kamaole Sands is right across the street from Kamaole III Beach, which is a nice sandy beach that has a large grassy area and a swing for the kids. We walked to the beach multiple times a day and found it an easy to walk to the other beaches nearby. Our 5-year-old found many friends to play with in the pool and at the beach. It seems like a family-oriented complex, and it was very quiet and relaxed.
The beds were very comfortable, even the pull-out bed in the couch. There are AC units in each room, but we didn’t need to use them. It was quite comfortable with the vents and windows open and using the ceiling fans. The unit is near the back of the complex and it was quiet with a sense of privacy. The designated parking spot is close to the unit and so is the elevator.
Boris was a very good host. He was very communicative and supplied detailed information, a map and instructions needed well in advance of our visit. I was getting ready to contact him with a few questions, but I received his email and it answered all of the questions for me!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this unit to friends and family. We hope to stay here again. Thank you!

This condo was great- the kitchen was well appointed, the bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo and having a balcony was a plus. It is right across the street from the beach. I had an issue at check out time and the host was gracious with my situation.

The property was clean enough, not super clean but clean enough. Unfortunately the first day we noticed small ants on kitchen counter and master bathroom. Owners were super nice and apologetic, said they would send ant traps or spray for us right away. They said it was guests the stay before us who had left out food. Owners were really nice people and I think I would stay there again. The Kamaole Sands complex was GREAT, great location to the beach. So fun. The unit also had everything you could need. AC was in both bedrooms, bathrooms had good water pressure. Kitchen was good, deck was nice.

This condo is better than staying at a resort! It is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There is a pool and hot tub to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The beach is the best part because you can walk to it AND there is a lifeguard on duty. There are also nice restaurants and shops nearby. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands!

My family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo in South Maui. Boris was very proactive in communicating with us and very responsive when we had a couple of questions during our stay. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect for a very short walk down to one of the best beaches in Maui. The snorkeling was epic (just make sure to get out early before the winds and waves kick up). We saw several sea turtles and tons of fish and coral at the closest beach (Kamaole Beach Park). The AC worked well and we really appreciated the portable units in each room to help us sleep comfortably. Overall, we stayed at 4 different places during our Hawaii trip and this was by far everybody's favorite spot. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in Maui.

Nice unit located in the back part of complex. Very quiet and private spot. Partial beach view but not a big deal as it’s just across the street. Nicely stocked unit with clean towels, bedding. Most of kitchen staples are in place like Sugar and fridge condiments. Also has beach chairs, boards, toys and lots of other items if traveling with small kids. We left behind a few items as well to add to what was already there. List of Do’s and Dont’s to follow as any property owner would have. $40 separate resort fee there you will need to pay when you sign in which is for GATE CODE, designated parking pass and access to pool. NOTE TO SELF: gate code will be provided at check in. Must Access property from front to entrance. Overall pleasant stay. Roomy unit. Perfect for 4 adults.

Very clean and spacious. The couch, chairs and beds were all vey comfortable. Loved the king bed! The AC in both bedrooms worked great and we only turned them on at night with the door shut to keep the cool air within the rooms. The kitchen is beautiful. The lanai has a beautiful peek a boo view of the ocean and a full view of Haleakala. We spent both breakfast and dinner outside daily. There is an umbrella and boogies boards available. Rent a cooler and chairs. Will need to bring your own wine opener or purchase screw top bottles. Great place and we will certainly be back to this specific condo!

This condo was exactly as listed and a wonderful home away from home for our vacation. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location.
We appreciated the cookware supplied in the kitchen, washer and dryer, the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, and having AC in every room, though we didn't need to run it much because opening up the vents and windows kept the space pretty comfortable.
We would love to stay here again!

Location is good. Not a great view and on the back side of this community (not overlooking the very pretty garden with the ocean beyond that). The place itself was a bit worn down. We checked in after 5 and the cleaning / laundry / dishwasher wasn’t finished so that wasn’t great after a long flight.

We stayed here for just over 10 days over Christmas and New Years. Boris and Lydia were very communicative with any questions we had and were accommodating when our flights changed last minute! Our family enjoyed the beach, the pool and the convenience of having a kitchen for meals (definitely helps to keep costs down while here). I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

We have stayed at Kamaole sands quite a few times! This condo was clean, comfortable and made us feel at home! The beds were extremely comfortable!! It had all the things we needed for our beach and pool days as well as a stocked kitchen! Thank you so much Boris for allowing us to stay in your well decorated condo. It was a great home away from home!! Can’t wait to return to the island we love so much!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. Across the street is Kamaole Beach III. My son loved the waves for boogie boarding. The owner provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and boogie boards. We also appreciated how close the complex is to restaurants and shopping.

This was our first time staying on this part of the island. The condo was in the perfect location, walking distance to beautiful beaches and great food. Very clean and spacious, it is the perfect size for 4 people and a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again next time we are in Kihei. We had an AC unit in each room and everything cooled down quickly. When it isn't too hot outside, you can open the front door and lanai to get a nice cross breeze. The only thing I would suggest is to add some more pots and pans in the kitchen, in case guests plan to stay in and cook. Mahalo for a great stay! Aloha :o)
