We just needed a few days to tie us over until we met up with more family. This condo did not disappoint, great location in building 10. Close to the beach & nice views from lanai. Nice upgrades throughout. We would stay here again!

Love the location of the building-right across from the beach. Great views of the beach etc. Wonderful grounds. Great pool. Condo updated and has it all. Only negative is that it is a bit noisy as it is at the end of the building right across from the park and beach.

We loved the condo and it’s proximity to the beach. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Unexpectedly, they were working on electrical upgrades at the building during our stay and shut off power for two days. We had some challenges working with Vacasa, the property manager, when the AC did not come back on after the power outages. Fortunately, the owner provided a generous partial refund for the inconveniences.

Great resort style condominiums in amazing location! I stayed here 15 years ago with young kids and loved it then, still maintained to high standards! No complaints whatsoever. Friendly and private atmosphere.

Lots of space for 2 of us. Appreciated the welcome basket and beach supplies. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the lanai and grabbed the beach chairs to go watch the sunset on the grassy area across the street. Place was clean, check in/out was a breeze and Michael gave us all the info we needed before we arrived. Highly recommend staying here and hope we can again soon.

Perfect location, comfortable bed and great accommodations! Four stars instead of five because the air conditioner in the bedroom makes obscene amounts of noise! At various times it felt like it was ready to implode and spit parts all over the room.! I would recommend that a technician come out and give it a look.

We have stayed in many Vrbo properties in different locations. This one was simply average. The kitchen was outfitted with dishes and wine glasses that appeared to be put together from flea markets. One of the matching lamps on bedroom nightstands was in the closet with no light bulb or lampshade.
But the real deal killer was the discharge from the air conditioner was on the outside balcony. My wife and I looked forward to having a glass of wine on the balcony at the end of the day but could not sit there because hot air was always blowing directly across the balcony. I would not recommend this property for this reason alone.

Clean, modern, easy to locate and check in. Can’t think of a thing this condo didn’t have that we needed. I’d pick this unit and location again if I returned. Owner kept us informed. Property was also clean and manicured continuously. After 10 days and a lot of traveling the island, we found this to be a perfect spot for all the things we did. To be noted, the park in front and area surrounding does NOT flood during rainstorms. This is important to know if you book on this side of island.

Condo was perfect for our family. Clean, safe neighborhood, and very family friendly. Condo was nice and had great beach items for us to use. Buckets, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were a few of the items we used. The app was super easy to use for checking in and the management company was responsive to our needs. You can cross the street and be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This condo was recently remodelled and everything is in great condition. The location is perfect for easy access to Wailea without paying Wailea prices. It's quite close to the road so you hear a lot of traffic noise and the furnishings are not fully complete, but overall we would definitely stay here again. It was a great retreat from our active Maui schedule.

We had a great time in Maui and our stay at Kamaole Sands was wonderful. The condo was clean and fully equipped and has a view of the ocean so watching sunsets was awesome from the lanai. The grounds were beautiful and very well taken care of. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our week enjoyable. The location in Kihei was perfect with lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. You also had your own designated parking spot which made it nice when you came in late at night after watching the sunset at Haleakala and not searching for a place to park. The beach is right across the street and the condo has beach chairs and boogie boards for you to use. The pool was wonderful with lots of seating and shade areas. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The location was great and kitchen had everything we needed. AC and appliances worked great. There were a few things that could definitely use updating like the bed linens and towels. It would have been nice if there were beach chairs to borrow or any umbrellas etc- all we could find for beach gear were 2 towels. All in all a great stay and great location! Thanks!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything completely met our expectations. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of cookware for eating in. The location is great with great views of the beach and just a short walk across the street to access the beach.
