Really nice condo in a perfect location. The kitchen is pretty basic, and the AC turns off (goes to 76n degrees) every two hours so very warm at night.

The property was just as listed. Clean and equipped with all the essentials you would need. Beautiful view of the courtyard, pool and partial view of the ocean. Loved the location. Management team was very responsive and with clear communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! Super comfy beds, condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the location so close to the pool and we had a peak view of the ocean from the lanai We initially had some issues with the tv streaming but once the manager was contacted they took care of it right away! Would def stay here again! Mahalo!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands Resort at least a dozen times. It is our favourite vacation spot. This Unit is by far the best condo we have stayed at. Owner was very helpful and professional. Definitely 5 stars all around.

The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street.
Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip.
If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great place to call home during your visit to Maui.

We loved this unit in Kamaole Sands. It was nice to be close to the pool with an ocean view. The unit is lovely, clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels which was great! The location is great as you can walk to beaches and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice one bedroom condo with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Condo was nice , but sparsely stocked. It’s located across the street from a very nice beach, and within walking distance of several restaurants.

We loved this unit! The lanai is quite large compared to other units we visited. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, blender. The split A/C worked great. It’s a corner unit so it was very quiet. Any problems we had were taken care of very quickly.

The apartment was clean with everything we needed for a week. The overall property grounds are immaculate with nice landscaping, warm pool, hot tubs and grills. Right across from the beach where we swam with giant turtles. Property managers were responsive and overall stay went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our bed was super comfortable. Our 2 teens shared the pull-out sofa and didn't complain once which, if you have teens, speaks volumes! Excellent location. Highly recommend it!

Perfect place for 2 people. We loved the huge patio with a great view of the Kamaloe grounds and the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed walking each morning to great coffee shops and in the evening to restaurants. We’d definitely come back.

We've stayed at Kam Sands many times, and enjoy the grounds, pool, bbq's & location to beach. Overall, this unit is nice, but some furniture not as comfy (couch/bed/chair) and lacking basic supplies/dishes compared to other units we've rented.
Very nice large lanai & A/C in both LV and bedroom.
Good communication from the managers. One minor problem getting into the unit, but they responded promptly and all else went smoothly! Aloha!

Nicely updated bathrooms with lots of drawers in the vanity. Great A/C in living room and bedroom (please put directions in the unit). Bed was very comfortable. It would be handy to have a small dresser in the bedroom and more hangers in the closet. Nice bedding and towels. Beautiful LG washer and dryer. Nice appliances and cookware. We cook a lot so would have liked a few more dinner plates and other dishes so we could have run the dishwasher less often. A suggestion would be to have a stepstool in the unit to reach the high shelves. Loved the large lanai. Also, loved the extra side window as this is an end unit. Good location close to pool and parking spot. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this unit again.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights along with other family (in a separate unit). The building is conveniently located across the street from the beach and lots of shops.
The unit was well equipped with bath and beach towels, and beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, coolers).
The unit is quite spacious and the patio is big. We enjoyed several breakfasts out on the deck, which overlooks the garden and pool, with views of the ocean.
Check-in instructions were clear and communications with the manager were prompt.
I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! When we walked in we both agreed it was even better than the pictures which is a rare occurrence. The bed also felt like a cloud! The ONLY thing I can say negative was the dryer! We did laundry at 8p and I went to put it in the dryer and it was incredibly loud! Once that is resolved, this condo is perfect! Highly recommend! The dryer is totally avoidable too if you just make sure to use it in the daytime. It was awkward for us because I had to run it at 10p so I felt bad for the neighbors but didn’t want to leave our stuff wet overnight!

Highly recommend staying here as it has everything you want when staying in Maui! Right across the street from a beautiful beach/park, the condo is huge with all the amenities you need on vacation, designated parking spot, and minutes away from any of the great places to eat in Kihei. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Maui.

We found this unit to be very comfortable and convenient in location. There was a housekeeping issue upon our arrival and the management company was very responsive and accommodating which we were very thankful for. The internet was great and the beach chairs/cooler were very much appreciated.

Everything was great, except for the AC. I called to see if it could be fixed and left a voicemail and no one ever got back with me..I maybe could’ve kept calling, but didn’t want to deal with it on my honeymoon. In the bedroom, you can only go down to 69 degrees and it will only hold for two hours there. Mind you, it takes a while for the bedroom to get to that because it defaults back to 71, and you would have to change it every two hours to keep it at 69. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night cause the room was so muggy. I went to the main concierge and she said the building was privately owned and managed so she couldn’t help me. Disappointment that you pay so much money and they have it locked like that. I tried to mess with it and put it on a different locking schedule and it wouldn’t work.
It was nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, ice pack and cooler there for our use. We loved the location.

It was directly across the street from the beach, the property management teams were super responsive, and was a really clean / lovely unit. Wifi was strong enough for two friends who were working from home.

Beautiful condo, beautiful grounds, beautiful weather! The condo was super clean and we loved hanging out on the large lanai anytime of day or night listening to all the birds and looking out over the gorgeously landscaped grounds. It is close to the pool, so know you will hear kids playing and swimming during the day and some conversations from the hot tub at night. Not a big deal though.
Kitchen was well stocked as was the 'beach toys' cupboard with boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, etc.
The beach really is just across the street. We saw lots of fish and several turtles while snorkeling there.
Restaurants are nearby--within a probably 15 - 20 minute walk distance but we chose to drive and get take out.
Only one (tiny) suggestion is to add more chairs to the lanai.
Looking forward to coming back next year!
