This is by far the best condo we have stayed in while in Kihei. Everything is very modern but comfortable with a cool beach vibe! Location is outstanding and the view from the lanai can’t not be beat! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation, they had beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and scuba gear! Easy check in and check out and the resort itself was beautifully maintained with great staff and activities!

We have a 2 year old and this was great. We like that there were no stairs and he a little when of child and would have spent most of his trip going up and down. The condo is conveniently located across from the Kamoele Beach, which is one of friendlier beaches for kids. You can walk 5-10 minutes with options to food/drinks. Grocery story is 5-10 minutes driving. The condo was clean and access to laundry machines is a game changer. East access in and out. Would definitely recommend.

Rental process smooth and virtually all completed online. Enjoyed the pool on property and parking was super easy. Quiet at night. Elevator great for those in my party with mobility issues. Loved the availability of beach chairs and towels and cooler. Nice location! Would rent here again!

We would definitely come back and stay again. Everyone and everything about our stay here was perfect. The location was perfect for us as we are very much beach goers so we just walked across the street and we were there. We were also close enough to town to walk in and do some shopping and have drinks and breakfast or lunch! We had a wonderful experience! We will be back!

The unit was clean and well appointed. It was set up well with everything you would need for relaxing in the unit or heading to the beach with chairs and boogie boards. Great place to stay while in Maui. The space was big and private. Thanks for a seamless service from check in to check out.

We have stayed in Kamaole Sands for years and 10-214 is one of the nicest units. It was immaculate and easy to keep clean and had a great view of the fountains (and a good slice of the ocean). PMI Maui was amazing. They handled our COVID-related change of dates without a hiccup and no extra charge. A small repair was handled quickly and expertly. We will rent with them again for sure. The appliances are all top of the line for a rental. Do note that the only oven is a Microwave/Convection combo. The kitchen is very well equipped. Only cautionary note is the lack of storage in the bedrooms due to several locked owner's closets and no dressers. Lots of beach equipment and a comfortable lanai.

This is a beautiful apartment that was perfect for our stay! It’s is described perfectly and was so clean and amazing. Location is great across from a beautiful beach and park. We really loved everything about this stay. The owner provide everything imaginable. From coolers and beach chairs to beach towels and even bounty. It was amazing!

Great location, great unit! Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands in 10-214. The view was beautiful to wake up to each morning. We slept comfortably. We appreciated the stock and availability of bedding, linens and towels. The Queen sized Murphy bed in the living area was comfortable. The unit was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We liked the updated and remodeled look of this unit and the AC. We did not want for anything during our stay. The beach and beach access is just across the street. We would stay again in this unit as well as highly recommend this unit to others.
