Second time back this year and 6th or 7th time booking through PMI Maui. First time in this particular unit and enjoyed the pool view to easily see what kids were up to. Quiet, well appointed, clean, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer looked brand new. Also, had exceptional air conditioning system. Not a fan of Keurig coffee systems, so brought my own pour-over with me. Daily sunsets at Kam3 across the street, easy access to pool and bbqs, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great shave ice, fish tacos, ice cream, cinnamon bun specialty stores. Have been booking through Matt and his team exclusively due to ease of process and consistency of quality. Have never had any issues whatsoever. Prior to finding PMI, would book through Air BnB or VRBO and it was always a gamble as far as what to arrive to, how much cleaning was required on arrival, and what beach toys, umbrellas, etc I’d have to buy for myself and family. Had a couple of bad experiences and it’s just not worth it. With PMI Maui, I know it will be perfect and everything we need will be supplied. Highly recommend PMI Maui.

The condo was really nice, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was new and well appointed. The grounds were also beautiful, and very well maintained.
Really, the only issue we had was we weren’t used to the coffee maker. The unit has a hot water pot, so you have to make a cup at a time…or use the Keurig. Minor thing. Once we figured that out, all was good.
All in all, would highly recommend this condo!!

Kamaole Sands is a beautiful complex and this unit was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having meals on the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the unit was big enough for the 6 of us (we even had 2 young 20 year old adults sleep on the sofa bed). Management was very responsive before our trip and we had no issues once we arrived. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit.

We were very happy with our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very clean, spacious and came with all the amenities we needed for our family vacation. Check-in was easy and our hosts even allowed us to access the condo before the standard check-in time.
The location is super convenient, as it’s right across the street from Kamaole Beach III. We were able to snorkel there when the tides were low. The property also had a pool so when we were done at the beach, we hit the pool later in the evening. Our family would definitely stay again!

What an incredible stay! Beautiful home, clean and tidy. The lanai was a beautiful place to have morning coffee and breakfast or to read from or simple to soak up the sun when the kids were napping. Beautiful view and so conveniently located near the pool which was perfect for the kids. They had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach and pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, paper products and even ziplock baggies which came in very handy. I hope we can stay here again some day! Thanks for the incredibly beautiful stay!

Across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants this is a great place that fits up to 6 people. Kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking or take out needs. Lanai table fits 6 and storage has all your beach needs (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc).

Stayed 8 days! It was an excellent location for our family vacation. Property was clean, comfortable, updated, and held all required accommodations. Right across the street from beach! Two things to note: the gym was closed for the entirety of the trip and too many rules at the pool.

This property was awesome,it was clean, very well equipped and the location was great. It could use a second beach umbrella and a wagon to transport stuff. The front lobby could use an update and the staff between the front desk and property management company were not always on the same page with process. I would definitely return to Kamaole Sands and would recommend it to others. We had a fabulous vacation

Everything was excellent for all the family.Best weather, lots of whales and plenty of sunshine. Snorkeled almost every day. Good hiking to the water falls on the road to Hana. Beach across from the condo with lots of turtles!

We could not be more pleased with our stay. Great location, fantastic property and condo complex. Three minute walk to the beach with great snorkeling, or hang out at pool all day. This was our hardest decision the entire trip :). The property itself included all amenities for cooking and enjoying the beach. Really clean unit and super comfy beds. It did not bother us, but if you're looking for super quiet, you could hear chatter at the pool up until 9pmish. Nothing loud, but it is there. Matt from PMI was really great to work with. We had our flight home cancelled and thought we may need to rent the unit another night. It ends up we didn't, but he quickly responded to each of my questions. Highly recommend this property and PMI.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's in a great location right across the street from the Kamaole beaches. The condo itself overlooks the pool and interior of the complex and has nice views. The condo is very clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the condo had A/C throughout, which is uncommon on the islands. They also had beach gear and board games, which were a nice touch.

The unit is beautifully kept and you can feel both the love and taste in the decor and the utilities. Nice soft fluffy towels for home, flat decorative ones for the beach, lots of toys for the beach and if you need it, large big screens (we didn’t). Matt at PMI has taken good care of us and our extended family over the course of many trips and we always come back- perhaps the strongest advocacy we could display. The beach is close by (with resident 🐢 population) the resort has 4 great tennis courts and walking to wailea is a daily ritual.

I have enjoyed many visits to Maui and stayed at PMI rental properties the last three times.This is a beautiful and welcoming condominium with large lanai, spacy and quite accommodating setting. I like the interior arrangement of subtle elegance, relatively new and comfortable beds and furniture, ample supplies of household items.I appreciate very much the cleanness, well-maintenance, and attention given to the condominium.Surprisingly, I don't have the feeling of an unfamiliar place away from home. I really feel relaxed, enjoying, and "like being at home" the whole time. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands 6-409. The condo was clean and everything was in good shape. We had a few minor issues but PMI was super responsive and it didn't get in the way of our trip at all. Kamaole Sands is well maintained and in a great location, right across from the beach at Kamaole III. This unit faces the pool which did get a bit loud in the evenings but quiet hours at 10PM were respected so it wasn't a big deal. As other reviewers have mentioned, the upstairs bedroom does tend to get a bit hot but the ceiling fans move the air really well so between good fan usage and the AC it was comfortable for us. Overall just a really nice place to land on our trip and we enjoyed the vacation a lot.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for a week, and we absolutely loved it. Having access to reserved parking, a pool and hot tubs was a great perk, and the condo itself was clean and well stocked. We found Kihei to be an excellent central spot to take day trips from. Our only complaints are that the loft with the king bed was on the warmer side and the AC vented directly onto the lanai, which meant quite a hot breeze while sitting outside. Thank you for having us, we would absolutely return!

We absolutely loved this condo! From the ninja blender (which we used every morning) to the Rubbermaid containers and comfortable beds - we had it all. Our daughter has severe dietary restrictions and so the stocked kitchen made cooking for her a breeze. We were close to a wonderful beach and enjoyed the pool as well. The quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM was much appreciated. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear were in great condition. Matt from PMI was extremely helpful and we would definitely recommend this spot to anyone with a family.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. So many amenities. The lanai was oversized and had a great view of the ocean, pool and gardens. Completely stocked with beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards etc. Kitchen is beautiful as well as the furnishings. The property manager Matt was so helpful and there when you needed him. The property was clean and staff so friendly. Beautiful grounds with BBQ’s, walking paths, activities, and even an Orchid wall on the way to the pool. Just a short walk across the street to one of the best beaches in Maui. Snorkeling at this beache we swam with turtles that came into shallow water to visit! We walked to local restaurants and shopping. Great trails along the beach. Water activities at the boat ramp we walked to. There’s just so much to do in Keihei. I can’t wait to go back!!!

This condo was beautifully stocked and very clean. The large lanai allowed us to enjoy our family meals under the stars. The air conditioning was very good though we did not need it often. This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with ourselves, our 10 month old infant and grandparents. We enjoyed the "extras" like boogy boards, snorkel equipment, lot's of extra towels and bedding, and food basics. It was in a great location, walking distance to awesome snorkelling, beach sunsets, restaurants and grocery basics.

Love this condo!!! Large, clean and new!!! Great location and close to shopping etc. Would love to go back and will recommend this place to friends and family!!! Located minutes from beach and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Mangers are very accommodating. Lots of turtles at beach in front of condo. Beds are super comfortable. Great job on the remodel!!! Condo has everything you need for a great stay. Loved it and loved Maui!!
