This condo was in an excellent location. Was right across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The dedicated parking spaces were very convenient. The condo was also in nice condition, and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small children. Was a great stay for our family trip.

We loved the space in the condo, air conditioning, beach supplies, location in Kihei, beautiful grounds and pool of Kamaole sands, and ease of communication with the host. Great for our family- four adults (2 parents, 2 grandparents) and two kids (3 yr old, 3 mo old). There were three pack and plays in the unit including an infant sleeper attachment! Only downside is that the lanai gets full blast of the air con venting, so when AC is on, the lanai is very hot. We managed by opening front door and lanai door for a breeze during the day instead of using AC.

We picked this complex because other friends of ours were already staying there and decided it would be nice. Our unit was big and spacious, and perfect for our group of 6. The complex is nice, although we really didn't use any of the amenities except the BBQ once. The location is great, and we walked to the beach every day. Decor was simple and nice. My only issue was that there were two broken knobs on the dresser in the Master, and every time I walked by, it caught on my clothes and ripped one of my skirts. It's an easy fix that I hope they make. Also wish there was more hot water. With 6 people coming off the beach, we ran out of hot water quickly. But we'd come again, the unit is lovely.

Perfect trip for my 4 kids, myself and my parents. The location was great. Beach across the street has a swing set and is lovely. The pool area is perfect for small children. It is very family friendly. Easy access to the Maui attractions we wanted to see. I already am hoping to plan a return trip.

Family of eight had a great time in the lovely comfortable condo. Took awhile for the unit to cool down after arrival (there was a mixup and someone was supposed to have turned the ac on before we arrived but didn’t) once it did cool down it was fine Beds and the sofa were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of breakfasts. The umbrella and chairs came in handy on the beach.

Our stay in the Maui 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was truly remarkable! One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable beds. After a long day of exploring the island, sinking into those cozy mattresses felt like pure bliss. The condo management deserves special praise for their prompt and efficient service. When we encountered a minor issue with one of the bathrooms, they were quick to address it and resolve the problem, ensuring our stay remained hassle-free.

As I said above this was our first time on Maui and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience than to stay in a condo in Kihei and away from the big resorts on the island. This condo was great and met all of our needs. It was clean, close to the beach, in a quiet area, had accessible bbq's, a pool, and Valley Isle was very attentive.

The unit itself is very spacious and great for large groups. however the management company has poor communication skills and our room was delayed for 2 hours and the reps response was to just give me a refund! how was my entire family and I suppose to find housing for our trip so last minute!? location was great would definitely stay in the area again but never again a this place.

This condo was in a great location, although Google maps took us to an exit gate with a passcode rather than the main front gate.
The location could not have been better. Across the street from the beach.
The unit itself is great, but two call-outs.
First, it's a little beat up. Certainly not in bad shape, and I would stay here again, but it's well used and could do with a rehab.
Second, and more importantly, the main master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by being on its own floor, but it is lofted! Meaning, it is open to the living room below. There is zero soundproofing between the living room below and the master above. There are certainly repressions to this, which I will let the reader figure out on their own. Suffice it to say the TV in the living room below blasts directly in to the master, it seems.
Overall nice place. Not the most modern, could use a rehab, but we were happy and I would stay again.

The condo is a great location across from the beach. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and night and watch the beautiful Maui sunset. The condo slept 8 comfortably 3 bathrooms was amazing. Made life very easy for all us . We stayed here for 6 days 5 adults and 3 children. Linen was clean and well stocked. The sofa bed worked well for my 2 teenage children. It has 2 car spaces which was great for us. We loved our stay here the lanai was so lovely for our morning coffee. The apartment had beach equipment which was so good we used the beach chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay here we would stay again .

This condo was wonderful for our large family! The hosts are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Apparently we were some of the first guests to stay here since this condo has been redone in October? The condo is not new, however it is well maintained and the AC system is terrific, however it was such nice weather on Maui, we didn’t need to use it much. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We would highly recommend this condo and this management company! We will be back!

Great rental. We rented it for 4 days. Location to the beach is amazing. The place was stocked with dishes and beach chairs which helped a lot. The only disappointment was after one person showered, there was no more hot water. Cold showers for a few days was still worth being in Hawaii.

The grounds where this rental located was well maintained and lovely with regard to location but the condo itself was not well maintained . Very dated and lack of upkeep over years ,dirty looking carpet going upstairs to the loft bedroom, lpoor lighting in areas which requires maintenance , cabinet doors and chairs also need felt tabs as they made a lot of noise on closing and movement ,very annoying, there were some socks on the legs of the chairs which were very dirty . Patio landing storage doors to closet very dirty and table wasn't clean when we arrived. Just generally not a well maintained condo especially when paying the money we paid 8 thousand dollars Canadian for 11 nights . Friends had a condo in the same rental area and was so well kept compared to ours - was disappointed as I had booked this for my family in Maui for my sons wedding . Called the on call maintenance person as we had a problem with insects on our counter and few issues and he was rude to me ,talked at me like I was a child . It has been the first time over the years that I was so disappointed in a rental . This condo has great potential if it was updated. I would not recommend this unless you do not mind a low rating. Very dusting area rug ,sand and dust under it was not good a lot of issues I could list. ..

We had 5 adults and 3 wash clothes was not enough for us. Also we could not get the condo to cool off. It would be very hot at night. We used all ACs and all the fans and it would not cool off until 4 or 5am. Other than that it is great. Lots of beach chairs l! Loved spending time here!

Property needs a remodel/refurbish, issues with washer vibrated out of control, soap dispenser doesn't release soap in dishwasher, moldy on refrigerator wall, beds just ok, walls painted, cooling units in bdrms should be replaced with a/c units too noisy, upstairs bedrm uncomfortable at times, 2 off white chairs had stains, bathrooms & showers need remodeled.

VRBO rental fee was too much for condition of property.
Kamaole facilities & amenities are very nice, we stayed at complex before...lovely unit with fresh flowers on dining table. We're responsible VRBO renters, washed majority of towels, we left sheets & few towels on washer as we had an early flight. Kitchen clean.

The condo seriously needs updating. Several outlets did not work or were coming off the wall. The pullout bed was in horrible shape and not able to be used because of the thin matted mattress. The showerheads are so low that really only 5'4" person (or shorter) can fit under them. The ACs did not work well, really warm inside.

A short walk to the beach and even closer walk to the pool and beautiful grounds made this a favorite location for us. The condo kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Trash chute right outside the door by the elevator was convenient. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The well stocked "fun closet" included beach chairs and umbrella, surf boards of various sizes, and a picnic cooler in the pantry. Parking was nice and close. Kitchen dirty,ants on counter ,moho nexto refrigerator,mug and glasses not wahed ,restromm very dirty,not toilet paper and no budy waht to help us,we have to go to market to buy some.also was sand near entrance door .Entrance door dirty.If needed I have some pictures to prove the issues.

This condo was perfect for our family. We had 6 people who stayed here, and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked breakfast each morning, as well as a few other meals). Also, having beach chairs, beach towels and a washer-dryer made the stay even that much more comfortable for us. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Everything about our stay was lovely! We were two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is very clean and gorgeous. The house managers went out of their way to help us pre-arrange a little birthday surprise, and were always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this house, and would love to make it back to visit again someday.

The location was great and the workers were professional but the house was dirty, the showers were dirty the linen smelled as if they were not washed or changed. The are condition units were loud and noisy. This was not a comfortable stay at all.

I would recommend this place to any family. They had everything we could possibly need for the beach. The beds were so cozy and we were able to enjoy amazing sunrise and sunset views from the lanai. I would stay there again and again!

The grounds were beautiful. The condo had furnishings that accommodated us comfortably. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Our group of 7 adults were pleased with the location and the accommodations. Some dining chairs were a little wobbly. Was not a luxurious place but was comfortable and affordable and clean.

This place is in need of an upgrade. We stayed in 5 condos during our month long stay and this was the least favorable. The quality of towels was even subpar. The cooking utensils were flimsy and pots were scratched. Beds were very soft as AC was loud. Lights needed bulbs. Everyone was very nice and screen door was fixed immediately but the place just lacked a vibrant spirit. If they fix it up it would be awesome. Just tell people it’s a low grade condo or that it’s been a while since it’s been redone. Thanks. We made it work for ourselves.

We were a family group of 5 adults. This condo unit in Kihei served us well. 3 bedrooms and baths. The facility has a nice pool area, tennis courts and is across the street from the best beach on the Island. It’s an easy drive to anywhere on the Island. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The management was quick to respond to an issue we had with the dishwasher. The unit is dated and could use sprucing up. The description did note that the top floor bedroom only has fans - it was very warm as it’s the top of the building. The other rooms have individual ac units - odd we thought that it doesn’t have central air. Maybe that’s normal there. Overall a good value for a great vacation.

Everything was perfect and great location. The only thing was the refrigerator had a leak which I reported. However, they knew already about the issue. I think they should of warned us about it prior to our check-in. The TV in the master bedroom should be replaced. The picture quality is going bad and the volume was horrible. It's either really loud or low.

Overall the experience was great! The only thing we struggled with was there really wasn’t much for basic staples in the kitchen or for laundry (just dryer sheets). We have stayed at many of these types of listings previously and that was something I felt should be noted. If you aren’t going to do much in the kitchen or grilling, etc then the rest of the condo was perfect! It was room enough for our whole family and there was room to gather for eating and hanging out in the living room. We also asked to be considered for early check in (toddler) and it was not a problem so we were grateful for that.
Maui is an exceptionally busy island but the location of the condo was in an area of beauty and relative quiet.
I would recommend a stay here - much better than the Lahaina side - just my opinion.

A great spot and condo in the perfect location with everything you need in the condo and anything you want close by. The condo had everything to enjoy the beach and was a quick walk across the street. The up front parking was an added bonus. A great spot for you visit to paradise

Everything was great and worked out perfect for what we needed. Lots of beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. The condo was very comfortable and the amenities were all great. Wendi with the management was awesome, very friendly and accomodating. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

The property was fine, but the unit was terrible. We couldn't walk barefoot in the unit because our feet would get all black from the the floors and filthy area rug in the living room. The unit was not clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not work. This unit was nothing like the pictures online. Very old and needs updating.
