The location of the apartment was perfect! And being on the ground floor was a huge plus! The apartment had everything we needed and more! My friends and I loved our stay at this property! Everything you need for fun beach days are in the closet. We used the igloo cooler daily and it also made our drives upcountry so much easier. The property is located close to all the delicious food in Kihei. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication with the property manager. Hope to stay here again in the future!

This condo was stocked with all the gear you need to vacation in peace, from all the beach gear you need, to laundry detergent. The beach across the street (Kam 1) was a gem that we didn’t fall in love with until almost our last day. And the best bonus was roaches!! Clean and comfy. Hope to be back.

The property was fine, good location and looked as advertised. Some things in the property are starting to break down like the shower heads, chairs, dressers etc. Darell was attentive and helpful to anything we needed, the owner was responsive and courtesy as well. I would recommend and stay there again.
The home is stocked with nearly everything you'd need which was a great surprise. Plenty of beach and pool stuff. The beach is literally across the street and food and shopping are within walking distance.

We stayed here for about a week with kids and enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location to highway, short drive to grocery store, walking distance to the food trucks, restaurants, and of course Charley Young beach. Apt kitchen had all the utensils we need for small meals. Lots of beach toys and equipment like umbrella, chairs, which came in handy. Convenient access on first floor from nearby parking spot. Darrell was also very responsive to our questions. Definitely would stay here again.

I stayed at this place for a week with 3 of my friends. It was a nice place that was pretty quiet and in a good location to a number of great food options. The A/C is located in the living room where the sofa bed is, so it did get a bit hot in the bedrooms, but there are ceiling fans and portable fans that can help with that.
Overall it was a great place to stay and Justin, the property manager, was very pleasant!

Justin’s apartment had everything a family needs to have an enjoyable vacation in Maui! The location was perfection with the beach just steps from the door. He also had boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and more for our use during our stay. The kitchen was also well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc for my chef husband to whip up meals. The best was having a washer/dryer at my disposal as you know when traveling with kids, life gets messy. Thank you for the warm and welcoming hospitality, Justin! We would definitely pick this place to stay when we come back to Maui!

We stayed for 6 weeks at Justins property. Great location! close to many good restaurants, beaches, activities and shopping. Justin was great with meeting any inquiries we had. His place is well stocked with new kitchen items, all kinds or beach equipment, and comfy furniture throughout. very short walk to the pool ,hottub and the bbq's ( 4 in total) all very clean. Great place to socialize and see new friends. We will reach out again when we plan our next Maui vacation. Thank you Justin

A central location to get to everything including restaurants (coconuts), shopping (Foodland) and Kamaole beach park is just a short walk away. Ground level was easy to roll in with luggage but neighbours can be a bit loud at times. Amenities were good but basic and it is an older well used property. In future it may be worth it to go for a unit right on the beach. Enjoy!

My kids loved staying at this VRBO instead of a hotel because they liked having their own beds and bathroom. The beach across the street was their favorite because of the waves, the softness of the sand in the water, and how shallow the water was. Brittany was great with communicating whenever we had a question.

It was a short walk to the beach, the spot is right next to a really cute marketplace and restaurants and very centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore. Lots of equipment (including a backpack. that we used when we hiked the Na Pali coast). Kitchen was well stocked and the AC unit in the bedroom was awesome! We were very happy with these accomodations.

I recently stayed at this location with my wife and a couple of friends. The location was right off the beach in Maui and close to many shopping stores and restaurants. The place is an older condominium, but it was well kempt by the management. The owner was easy to connect with before and during our stay. The property has a nice pool that we never utilized since we were out and about most of the time. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! It is well-priced to fit most budgets. We will definitely consider staying here again if we travel to Maui. Thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness!

Anything you need is located here from beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels to everything household related. Beds were comfy. I thought the rooms were going to be stuffy with no AC in them but ceiling fans kept sit cool. AC in living area worked great too. At no point did we feel uncomfortable. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. Two minute walk to the beach. Quick response from host if we had any questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Condo is extremely well supplied. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. The owner responded amazingly fast when a question is submitted. You can walk north or couch from the condo and find restaurants and shops. Charley Young Beach is just a five minute walk. k

The property was good on (almost) all accounts. It is clean, functional, easy to get to, easy to park, had bonus extras (snorkeling kit, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.), VERY close to beach, close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Owner was very nice and very responsive via VRBO chat.
It is a dark place with views of a dim courtyard and a retaining wall. This was not a problem because we spent almost no time indoors. The mattresses are painfully soft.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental. There wasn't anything we truly needed to run to the store for except for groceries. The place was fully plenished, including everything for the kitchen, pool toys, beach chairs, and even a boogie board. I loved having Charley Young beach right across the street from us as it is one of my favorite beaches! With the exeption of a slight funky smell when we first walked in, everything else was great! Nothing that a little air freshener didn't fix.
The check in was easy and Brittany made the whole process effortless!

4 adults and 1 toddler (16 months) spent 10 nights at this wonderful condo in Maui and we would give 10 stars if we can can!
The plate itself: having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 parking spots made a huge difference to our stay. Everything was made more convenient. Place was very clean, cozy and had lots of privacy even tho the unit was located on the ground floor since it was not facing the main road or parking lot. In fact we liked it even better being on the ground floor given we had to move the toddler around in a stroller. Full kitchen and washer/dryer were a huge plus especially in keeping us clean and safe during Covid. Living room and bedrooms were of good size and beds were comfortable. The place came with starter soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods etc. Parking spots a bit tight but very close by. Dumpster also located nearby. Bonus: there were lots of beach ready items such as cooler, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels and even beach toys for toddlers!
The location: the complex is located right across the beach, 5 mins walk, awesome for those who wish to go for a quick daily swim. Otherwise it is just a short drive to the world famous Wailea Beach, about 11 mins in the car. 2 supermarkets, Safeway and Foodland are within 6 mins drive from the condo. There are also a few food truck parks within short driving distance and even a few trucks that are within 10 mins on foot, such as Aloha Thai Fusion truck, Kinaole Grill Food truck and Gus the Bus shave ice truck.
The host: check in process couldn't have been easier. The instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. She genuinely ensures her guests have a good time on the island. The place truly made our vacation special and we all appreciated that very much. Mahalo!

We (me and my wife) stayed at Britanny's place for five nights. The listing already had great reviews, so we booked without any hesitation. We had a very pleasant experience and don't have anything negative to say.
Check-in was super easy and we were always in communication with Britanny. She is very responsive. The condo was very clean and it looks just as advertised. It's very conveniently located --- the beach is just a minute's walk and all the food places (restaurants, food trucks, Starbucks) are very close by. The neighborhood is very nice, calm, and we felt very safe. The condo has lots of other amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, which were very useful. The condo's location within the complex is perfect as it doesn't get too hot due to a lack of direct exposure to sunlight.
Kihei in general is a good location if you plan to explore all of Maui as it's almost at the center. Commute from here was very easy as the highway is within a mile of this place. We had a very hectic schedule planned with multiple trips to East Maui (Hana, Haleakala) and West Maui (Waihee ridge trail, Nakele blowhole, Napili, Kapalua). Staying centrally made our commute time equal for whichever extremities we went to in either direction.
I highly recommend Britanny's place to everyone.
