Wonderful unit and location, clean and has everything you need. Pool area is great but was a little annoying with some residents leaving towels on pool chairs to reserve them and then dissappear for hours at the beach. Water for showers just warm enough, could have been a notch higher and a/c unit in 2nd bedroom was rather loud. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing and better than the pictures even showed. We had a wonderful time, accommodations for everything inside the condo and outside were perfect! Just what we needed! Close to all the beaches and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the ad and as expected. The unit was clean, beds comfy, and ac was sufficient. We had young kids and picked the property due to the fenced pool, and the close location of the beach. We utilized the pool, the bbq area, and enjoyed the grounds. Overall we had a great experience.

Our family had an excellent stay in the condo on our first trip to Maui. Location was a short walk to a number of beaches in Kihei plus there was the option to stay and relax at the resort pool. We could not have asked for a better experience.

This condo is top notch! We’ve stayed at KS a number of times and this condo was by far the best we stayed at. The cleanliness was superb, location was unbeatable and the amenities of the condo couldn’t be beat. Families and/or groups this is the the condo to stay at!

My party originally planned to stay in Hana for 6 days but that changed so we decided to head back to the WSW Maui and found this gem. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with more than one could ever use even if you stayed for a month :). The washer/dryer unit was clean and worked properly. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy as was the bedroom downstairs. The booklet that included instruction for operating the tv/cable was easily understandable. The lanai was large, and the neighbors were friendly (i believe they were visitors as well) The grounds were just out of this world. This condo overlooked the pool area, and one event was a hula lesson which was fun to watch from the lanai. Nice and quiet in the evenings. Only a short stay but I would definitely return.

We've had the benefit of staying at the Kamole Sands a number of times. Based on the numerous properties we've visited, I would suggest that this property is absolutely one of the best if not the best in terms of service, beautiful grounds, pool, access to the beach, BBQ, walking paths, shops, restaurants, food......and where you can't walk.........very reasonable drives. We have two condo units that we have become accustomed to staying at and they are for sure the most updated, clean, well stocked and comfortable we've had the enjoyment to use.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is bright and spacious , very well equipped with comfy beds and good ac.
Location is across the road from beach and a few mins drive from restaurants .
It was clean , with a great kitchen ,there was some wear on the furniture as expected from a vacation rental but nothing major. The lanai was big and breezy overlooking the pool . We had previously stayed at kamaole on the ground floor which was very dark so I definitely preferred being on the top floor. It was good value for money great for families

This place is a gem! So happy we found this gorgeous spot right in the heart of the Wailea resorts. From the immaculately kept grounds to the open floor plan with a large lanai and ocean views, it was ( almost) perfect. The first full day and night were HOT- our air conditioner wasn't working, so that really is my only complaint. That was eventually resolved and it was great from then on out. We appreciated so many thoughtful touches, such as a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, extra pillows, the smart tv, the beach chairs and beach toys, the pickle ball paddles and court just steps away, etc. I should also mention that the property managers were easy to get a hold of and were helpful and friendly leading up to the stay and throughout. This is the first time we went the condo route in Wailea and we weren't disappointed. Also worth mentioning is that it was blissfully quiet, even with children/ larger families and groups nearby. If you're looking for peaceful, you'll be rewarded. Looking forward to a future stay!

4 of us stayed at this property in early May. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the lanai and the amenities the larger property offered. The fitness center was under construction and that was unfortunate. We had an incident with a glass shower door that abruptly disintegrated, but the property management sent Jessie to clean up the same day and they provided a shower curtain fix. The circular staircase could be a challenge for some, but the loft was private and well appointed. Kamaole Sands is very convenient for South Maui access. Overall, a beautiful property.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed. The large lanai and the large kitchen was so nice to have! Location is prime! The property manager was excellent to communicate with. Very quick responses. Would stay here again for sure.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights in April 2022. We have stayed at other Kamaole Sands units in the past, and this one is definitely our favorite! They thought of absolutely everything! Plenty of large beach towels, the kitchen was stocked with every dish/pan/tool we needed and more, beach chairs & toys. The beds were comfortable & the finishes were updated. It was comfortable, clean and had a great view of the pool, grounds and the ocean. We will be back!

Kamole Sands is well kept, safe, and the ideal location for staying on Maui.
Tennis, golf and beaches are close by.

This unit is exactly as the photos show! Of course there is a small amount of wear on the soft surfaces which is understandable.
The kitchen is large, beautiful, and has more than enough equipment to cook extensive meals for six people. There is a large drawer of food storage containers which was a welcome surprise and helped with beach snacks and leftovers. The fridge is spacious and the freezer makes large ice cubes quite quickly! The only thing we found missing was small pots, all were quite large and not suitable for sauces.
The master bedroom upstairs has a large comfortable king bed. Albeit a bit squeaky, even the pull out couch is decent for an adult or two to sleep for a week!
I would stay here again without hesitation!

Nicely refurbished 2 bedroom with enclosed loft for privacy. Spacious kitchen and large lanai overlooking the interior grounds with the pool. Ocean view with beach across the road. Very nice accommodation in a great location near the water.

Overall the stay was good. There was definitely more wear on the property than I expected. The outdoor chairs especially were an issue since only a few of them looked safe to sit on unfortunately. Overall though the condo was nice and the property was beautiful with great amenities. And the location was very convenient for everything we were doing.

We have always loved Kamaole Sands and this unit it made it that much better. Very modern, well kept and all the tools you could ask for (though find we would always appreciate more toilet paper, laundry soap and dishwasher soap). Thank you for a wonderful holiday after things have been on hold with covid.

This was a wonderful rental. I was a little hesitant when I saw that the bedroom with two twin beds was near the front door far away from the master bedroom upstairs because I have children. Luckily it wasn’t an issue because they are 13 and 11 but had they been any younger I think they would have been afraid of being so far away from us. However, if you don’t have small children that and the tall circular stairway shouldn’t be an issue. I also wish I would have been able to communicate with the owners more easily for small things like extra garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. Other than these things it was truly a great stay.

The condo was as advertised. The property is beautiful and the condo has a well stocked kitchen with any pots, pans and other things you’d need. Had a problem with the upstairs shower draining but Edward was very responsive and it was fixed the same day and did not reoccur. The place was very clean and centrally located to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen is well stocked. We found some beach chairs and snorkeling gears on the balcony storage. Condo Location is great, facing the swimming pool and has an ocean view on the side. It is also a short walk to Kamaole Beach Park. The bathroom could have stocked better, as we only found tiny tube of shower gel and shampoo in master bathroom, and two rolls of toilet paper, which was not enough for two adults for a 7-day stay.
