This is a wonderful condo, fully renovated and has all the amenities you need. We stayed for 2 weeks and really loved how easily we felt at home. The resort is great as always, we were a bit disappointed that the weekly party at the pool no longer had free mai tai’s but understand knowing it was because of the pandemic. The staff were great, landscaping was beautiful and we would recommend staying at Kamaole Sands to anyone. The condo had almost everything, books, kitchen wear, beach toys, plenty of towels, wine fridge, new appliances and 2 large screen televisions. The large lanai had a full couch and 2 chairs. All the furniture was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the confusing tv set up as we could not get “normal” tv in the living room and we had a hard time figuring out the dishwasher. Luckily, the owners left the manuals in a drawer. We would stay in this condo again.

This is our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and we love coming back.
Overall the experience was excellent, the booking, communication and check in process is seamless.
The space it self is great, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Was happy to see some artisan ice in the freezer and the Brita water container. Washer and dryer are new witch is also very nice as some of the other units have the older style. We didn't use the AC all the time but it works very well for the bedroom and living space. Our daughter stayed on the pull out sofa bed and she had no complaints at all.
Highly recommend staying here. The view of the courtyard is so nice all day long.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the picture. Great location - we walked into Kihei and Wailea. There was a small issue at check in where someone else was in our assigned parking spot. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. It was resolved but it took about 20 minutes to drive back, wait for help and then get a new spot assigned.

Very nice unit overall but we had a few issues. The air conditioner would never turn off even when I took the batteries out of the controller! The unit stayed very cold. The patio door would not lock properly and the sink would not drain.

I love this property and have stayed here before. This unit is the nicest one I have been in here. I loved my stay here. It’s the perfect location. Lots of chairs and beach stuff. Check in was strange and people kept parking in my parking spot but it was still an amazing time. Thank you

We stayed at this condo for a week with our teenage son and it was perfect for us. We had enough space and having two bathrooms was a plus. He didn’t mind the couch bed at all. The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge island was a great place to spread out and pack our bags each day. We also used the beach towels, chairs, and coolers and they were perfect. There was even some reusable ice packs in the freezer for the coolers. We thought the location was great, easy to access the beach and the roads that we needed to be on to explore the island. Communication from Rentals Maui was clear and included all of the details we needed. Check in and parking were easy and the code to the parking lot and pool worked well. Having a gated and locked parking lot was a nice perk too. We’d definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful, clean, modern and has almost everything that you need for a beach vacation. It is located at the gorgeous Kamoale Sands complex, with an awesome patio that overlooks the courtyard garden and across the street from Kamoale I/II Beach. We loved the patio and the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. My one recommendation would be to have some beach chairs and boogie boards.

The 3 of us stayed in #7 - 305 for 8 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit and lanai. It was well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a Maui holiday: beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, cooler and all cooking supplies, plenty of linen. There are 2 bathrooms and everything was very clean although a little dated. We would definitely stay at Kamaole Sands again!

The unit is BEAUTIFULLY furnished and renovated. We loved the comfortable rattan furniture on the lanai, we would sit there every morning with our morning coffee and in the evenings. The beds were all comfortable and the unit had mostly everything you needed including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas and coolers to bring with you to the beach! We would highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in Maui.The only couple of cons I would say would be that there weren't any coffee filters there when we arrived so we had to get some from our friend in another unit. There also was only a few packages of sugar for maybe one day. It would be great if previous people who stayed would leave some items like condiments like sugar/ketchup/coffee filters or even tea there so that the next person staying wouldn't need to go out and purchase it all. We left condiments like bbq sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, sugar, tea for your next guests in case they would want to use it. Our friends who stayed in another unit in the same complex had tons of condiments/spices etc, they were fully stocked with tin foil and saran wrap, jam etc. One other thing you may want to think of replacing is the knife set, they are all rusting.All in all though this place was amazing!

My husband and I have stayed at Kamaole Sands a few times before. Unit 7-305 is by far the best we have stayed. Modern, clean, spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Both bathrooms were modern and look look remodeled. We like the complex and the area. We always use the grill and they are always clean and ready for the guests. My only critique would be update the beach chairs as most had ripped straps and we couldn't hang in our backs which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody who wants to have a great time in Kihei, Maui.

This is our favorite unit we have stayed in in Kihei - it’s been freshly remodeled/decorated, has a spacious lanai with furniture for relaxing, and is in a great location for walking to our favorite beaches. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing! We were so happy with it! It was clean, and well maintained and had everything you’d need for a great time in Kihei! Our one complaint was that the wifi doesn’t extend well into the bedroom, but we didn’t really spend a lot of time on line anyways, so not a big deal. We will stay here again!

This condo was pretty amazing. Great location across the street from Kam III beach and easy access to many businesses and beaches in town. The interior was completely renovated and equipped with most everything you would need. The large lanai looks out at the grassy area with a partial ocean view. My only initial frustration was the washing machine soap dispenser being clogged as someone had put powder detergent in it. I would have hope housekeeping would check that area when cleaning up. But after washing the dispenser put it was working just fine. The bed although a King size was not super comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient and the unit always stayed nice and cool with the ceiling fans and AC. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and unit for your next Maui escape.

The property was even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen, tv, and air conditioning were all modern and worked so well. I want to stay here again. The pool area is also lovely and the beach a short walk across the street. The location is perfectly situated between sugar beach and the shops in Wailea. Check-in was seamless.

Overall, we had a great experience. Only rough patch was checking in, which was a comedy of errors. Not being able to get in early was an inconvenience but understandable. Not being able to leave our bags anywhere when we didn’t have a rental car was a major pain. We were given the driving map of how to reach the unit and that, on a hot day, dragging suitcases, could have put us over the edge, but didn’t! The unit itself is beautiful - we loved the decor and there were smoke supplies of everything we needed - towels, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, and even a beach caddy to carry it all down to the beach in. The bed was comfortable and we so enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, listening to the birdsong. Beautiful light at night too. No noise from neighbors, other than while on the balcony. The sliding door was a bit hard to move but I messaged the management company about that. The pool area was nice and the resort itself is beautiful. We used the gas grills to make dinner one night which was great. There’s a lovely beach across the street. Half a mile walk (turn right out of the resort) to the start of restaurants and 10 mins on the number 10 bus took us to Kihei Kalama Village for shopping, and dining. We booked a Hana tour and they picked us up at the resort. We did rent a car from Avis on Kihei one day and the 10 bus took us almost all the way there. I highly recommend #7-305 at Kamaole Sands. Kihei is lovely, the resort beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean, attractive and well supplied. We weren’t sure which part of the island to stay on, especially with not having our own transportation.

This is truly a top notch rental in all aspects. My wife and I planned our honeymoon to Hawaii and wanted to stay somewhere nice (but not a resort), close to the beach/restaurants, and with a great pool. We found all these things at this rental in Kamaole Sands! We absolutely loved the trees, walkways, pool, and closeness to the beach (can be seen from your condo). But we really loved the rental itself as well. Very modern and clean with updated everything. Awesome patio with comfy couch and chairs. Beach chairs and a cooler provided as well as sunscreen, towels, tons of blankets, pillows, bathroom items,a nd even pancake mix! It really was what we needed and more. And can't forget about the 2 huge tvs! We would highly recommend this rental and Kamaole Sands. And this recommendation comes form someone who was bound to crutches/motorized scooter (I tore my hamstring at my wedding). I still felt like everything was very close to rental and accessible.
