We enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for a family of four to spread out. There were lots of items for the beach which definitely helped out. The location is also great and we enjoyed the beach across the street.

We arrived late at night and immedietly noticed the condo had a bad odour and was dirty! The washer drum was open with dirty laundry inside, there was bugs all over, kitchen counter, bathroom, pull out couch, floors were so dirty that my slippers were black within a half hour. The king size bed sheets were not clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, had to sleep on pillows on the pullout couch. Complained and the situation was made out like it was not met with my EXPECTATIONS ! What? I expect to pay and receive a clean and comfortable condo! This is not about anything else. A cleaning lady came into the condo when we were not there and said to the owner that she did a re clean and there were no bugs? We video taped the bugs, we are still awaiting a refund as we were told by vrbo. We frequent Maui quite often and never have had any issues, this was the worst experience and ruined our holiday. Phoned vrbo everyday and we were supposed to be moved to a different condo, never happened. Do not list a condo and rent it in this condition it is not fair for the people staying there. And the owner wanted me to remove the bed topper on the king bed to make it more comfortable,? No, perhaps a bed with a better mattress?

This unit was very nice. Very quiet and comfortable. It was very clean and really well stocked with supplies. There was nothing we wanted for. From snorkel gear to kitchen supplies. It had everything. I would gladly stay here again.

Itäs always nice to get a VRBO where they have spices, oil, beach gear, and extras. Much appreciated. We moved to another property in Wailea after this one and they only provided salt! lol!

We enjoyed our stay. Martha was an awesome host. We were unable to stay the first night due to a late departure & missed our connecting flight. Martha offered to extend our stay to make it up. The kitchen was well stocked & the unit was very clean. Everything we needed for a day at the pool or beach was provided.

Great condo. Loved that it had two full bathrooms and an air bed. We especially enjoyed the snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs and wagon that we used during our stay. Location was excellent: across the street from a sandy beach. Check in people were confused about the dates of our stay but check out was expedient.

Good location close to the beach. Grounds are beautiful with BBQ grills and picnic tables, pool and 4 tennis courts. My 3 daughters and I enjoyed free advanced tennis lessons on Thursdays with excellent professionals, Emerson and George! We also learned how to play Spec tennis.
Loved the amenities including the ice-maker in the fridge and the use of beach chairs, cooler and good snorkeling equipment.
Only complaint was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable but a double thick self inflating mattress was provided which provided a good sleeping surface. Martha was very responsive.

This property was perfect for our little family of 3. It included lots of things that were handy for a baby, and lots of things to make the beach more fun. Perfectly located across the street from a good beach, and not far from some good food as well. We liked the more secluded location of this unit too.

We found this apartment to be beautifully decorated, with all the niceties you would expect. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Comfortable furniture, and a nice lanai. The grounds are beautiful. While you don't get a view of the ocean, it is only a short walk away. We would recommend this to friends and family.

Everything about this was easy and perfect! The hosts are very communicative and responsive. The condo is beautiful, and steps from the beach. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and the location is great! We walked everywhere, plenty of places to eat and shop nearby without the crazy business of Lahaina. We had a absolutely perfect stay.

The condo was super clean, and well stocked when we arrived. It is nicely updated with granite counters and great appliances…we really appreciated the water/ice maker in the fridge. The condo is located across from beautiful Kamaole 3 beach. We were very impressed all around and wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. The condo is exactly as pictured, no surprises there. Sometimes when you book a reservation based on pictures and the property description it doesn’t turn out that way when you arrive. That was definitely not the case with this property. We loved the location and the property. The pictures don’t really do the property justice. Beautiful grounds and a very nice condo.

The condo is just as pictured on the website. Short walk to a great beach. There are two other beaches less than a mile up the road which are also excellent for boogie boarding and swimming. The pool is relatively warm and the pool area has several hot tubs which my eight-year-old son loved! Great kitchen set-up, full sized fridge and ice machine in freezer. The condo has the most comfortable sofa bed on the planet. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the great reviews of this unit are absolutely correct. Kamaole Sands is a well equipped and maintained complex - can not figure out how they keep all the grills so shining clean! - in a perfect location across the street from some wonderful beaches. Martha and John's condo is in a prime location - quiet 1st floor unit with quick access out the back to the beach and with grills just around the corner. The unit is clean, comfortable, upgraded with especially nice appliances and a fully supplied kitchen. Lanai closet has lots of things to take to the beach - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, snorkels, fins, and even a rolling wagon. Finally, Martha and John are great hosts - prompt communication, excellent very detailed instructions about everything in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

This listing was perfect for our honeymoon. It has everything you need for a relaxing, beach stay! Walking distance to the nearest beach or a short drive to other beaches or activities in Maui. They provided beach chairs, towels, cooler, and a rolling cart. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip! Highly recommend.

This was a lovely garden level apartment, smaller than the photos make it seem, but well equipped. I was there with my spouse, i wouldn’t want to have more people although there is a pull out couch and baby crib if you need it. The complex has everything you would need and literally across the street from a great beach with great snorkeling. All the beach related equipment too. All in all a real find.

Very happy with our stay. My family felt right at home and did not want to leave. I loved the condos entire setup. It is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was well stocked. Plenty of pots, pans, and knives do cooking at home. I have to mention a big plus was the pull put bed had a topper that made it very comfortable to sleep on. Another plus was all the beach supplies. We look forward to our next stay
