My husband and I took both our parents to Maui and this place was perfect! It was spacious, clean and had a great location right by Kamaole Beach. Steven also shared some local restaurants and sights to see. It was easy to communicate and get ahold of him. We loved the stay overall and would book it again in the future😊

Absolutely no complaints about Steve’s place! As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The upgrades, comfortability, and location was just spot on. The house was stocked so nicely and we never ran out of the supplies all week! Steve was also very accommodating to check out time which was much appreciated with a late night flight. We would most definitely stay here again! Also the air conditioning was amazing!!

We were very happy to have air conditioning, wifi, the washer/dryer, and all amenities. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, with nice touches throughout. This rental is a great base to explore the island. The property is well looked after and has all the things you require for a family day on the beach. They have beach chairs/towels/beach boards making it extremely convenient. The unit is really beautifully renovated on the top floor with view of the ocean. Everything is well organized in the house. Definitely would come back to this unit👍

The owners obviously spend time at this property because you can tell they invested in the renovation. It's very comfortable, well furnished and well decorated. The place is better in person than in the photos! Aside from being clean and comfortable it has all the amenities one can ask for including efficient A/C and a bathtub (which is something we really wanted to wash a kid).
The location is great! We visited so many beaches and caught as many sunsets at Kam III as possible. So many food options nearby and Steve was helpful answering all questions and providing recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect. Directly across from the best beaches for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and watching amazing sunsets.
Accommodations were lovely with a large kitchen allowing us to cook meals.
We do appreciated the chairs and boards for the beach. And the reserved parking spot for our vehicle.
Our experience with the on-site staff and the property owner was best in class. Thank you.

Steve's vacation rental in Kihei was absolutely great. The air conditioning was fabulous, we only had to turn it on periodically, but it definitely increased the comfort when indoors on the warmer days. There are three tv's, so great for those families with different TV interests. Steve's place was very well stocked, toilet paper, paper towel, zip-lock bags, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed also. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Steve.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Easy check in. Super clean! Love the kitchen. Condo well supplied with every item you need. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. Walking distance to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again! There was a glitch with the key to open the front door, a bit frustrating. Other than this it's a great place to stay.

Gréât location, sunniest part of the island during our stay, despite winds picking up after noon every day.
Lots of food near by, beach 1 min away walking distance, sea turtles at times there as well. Reception was nice, site is nice. Condo overall is was great for our stay. AC was a must.

This condo is literally an extension of our home. This place is warm & inviting. The the newly remodeled kitchen was the best part of the home. The bedrooms was nice & cozy. We were so glad there was central A/C. From checking in & checking out was how we like it, simple $ easy. Communication with the property owner was great! My group of four 30-somethings loved our stay at Steve’s condo. Check in was easy. Steve was communicative and checked in via email in case we needed anything, but we didn’t need anything the whole trip! Clean, beautifully renovated condo across from a great beach to watch the sunset. Kihei is my favorite location to stay. We will definitely be returning guests! Thank you!

Spacious and well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The condo is will stocked with cooking supplies, bedding, beach items etc. Great location across from the beach- walking distance to stores, restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub area and grassy areas to play. Can’t wait to come back!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. The condo was just perfect for our family of 5. We ate dinner every night on the lanai. We walked to the beach for sunset every evening. Steve provided beach chairs, boogie board, ice chest and beach towels which came in clutch as we explored Maui and the many beaches. This was the first time our kids have ever been here and they all said it was the best trip of their lives. Thank you, Steve! We were extremely impressed.

The condo was just right for our family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable, sheets seemed new, and plenty of towels. Owner is very nice, helpful and responsive to all emails and questions. Complex is in good location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Easy access with key code and assigned parking spot.

This property is very nicely decorated and had enough space for our family of four. This condo is in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners very extremely accommodating and gracious in making adjustments to our travel dates, when we decided to add another night onto our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this unit. The unit is clean with all the amenities of home. The condo was very quiet and the grounds are very well kept. We had small children who loved the pool area. Renting this condo was everything we could have asked for. The owner was very organized and made the booking process very easy. I can not say enough good things about this condo, the resort and Maui.

I just returned from staying in this condo and could not have been more pleased. This unit is up-to-date with top-notch furnishings and finishes. This is NOT your typical wicker and polyester bedspread Hawaiian rental. If you know the Kamaole Sands complex, you'll also appreciate that this unit has the big lanai. Communication with the owner was effortless and quick. I would definitely recommend this unit and will be back on my next visit. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SUCH A GREAT PLACE!

This nicely updated and quality furnished condo unit, along with the well maintained and varied property facilities, are better in person than advertising relays! 4 ladies on vacation felt very safe walking about the property and the surrounding neighborhood, both by day and night. When wanting to be offsite, there's easy proximity/access to the beach, dining out, banking, grocery and pleasure shopping. Having tour/site-seeing supports and bookings available within the complex makes for ease and convenience in conquering one's "to do and see on Maui" list. I recommend this place as a 5 Star and would book it again for myself.

Beautiful condo that is in the perfect location on Maui. It's clean, safe and well maintained with quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. Nice to walk into a home with the little extra's to make your stay perfect. (Spices to cook a home cooked meal, chairs and a cooler for the beach, movies for those nights you just want to stay in and relax.) Really comfortable and a feeling of home away from home. Owners were very helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions asked. We didn't want to leave! Thank you for sharing your little bit of heaven with us. We'd love to go back....soon I hope!

The resort is nice, nice landscaping, Tennis courts, 2 hot tubs, 1 big pool, 1 kiddie pool, fitness room all were great, clean and available. Resort staff were very helpful with all requests. Location location location, across the street from Kamaole Beach, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and beautiful sunsets every night! A 5-10min walk from some stores, and restaurants.
We had a great time in this condo. All new Furniture, very nice Beds, a comfortable sectional couch, big TV, updated kitchen, fully stocked. The little extra's were very nice: pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and blankets, dvd player (even some movies to watch!). 2BR is great for families of 5 or so. Separate kids room from the Master Loft/Bedroom
The Owner was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and activities, even worked with us on a late checkout! I've already recommended this to numerous friends and family, and will continue to do so. We were all sad to leave this place, and hope to return to it next year. :)

The pictures on the web site sold us when we were comparing condos for our stay in Maui. Once we arrived, I was amazed how clean and how nice the condo actually was. The Kamaole Sands in general is a nice facility. The pool and hot tubs are great when you are needing a break from the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is just across the street from the condo! The beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, etc are a nice touch as well. They were well used the week we were there. Kihei is a good, central location with the condo being walking distance to shopping and food. Steve was also a great resource for area attractions, restaurants, etc. I really look forward to going back!
PS, the Eco Adventure zipline is definitely worth checking out if you have the time, and the courage!

What a fantastic vacation home! We have stayed at other units in Kamaole Sands and can definitely say this is the nicest we've seen. The furnishings are beautiful, the unit is well equipped, the lanai is the best we've had, and all of the new linens and towels were like a 5 star resort! With a young family it was so nice that the kids had their own private room to relax in, and that the kitchen was well equipped to do all of our cooking there. And the unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our two week stay in this unit in January of 2011, and look forward to doing it again.
The complex is very lovely, with well-kept grounds, swimming pool and hot tubs, barbeque's, well-lit buildings, and friendly, efficient staff.
Our unit was very enjoyable fro many reasons. It was convenient to use the coded entry, rather than having to carry keys. The amenities included comfortable beds with lovely new linens, in-unit washer and dryer, a well supplied kitchen including appliances, blender, coffee-maker, micro-wave, rice-cooker, lovely pots and pans, and Martha Stewart dishes.
The kitchen was also well stocked with saran wrap, foil, zip-lock bags and other containers to take along on a day's outing for a picnic.
We enjoyed the use of beach chairs and boogie board that we took to the near-by beach.
The Lanai (deck) was spacious with views of both ocean on one side and mountain on the other side.
It had a large table and comfortable chairs. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the morning on the Lanai. The unit, being on the fourth floor, did get warm during the day, but between the ceiling fans and the air-conditioning, we remained comfortable.
In conclusion, we have no reservations in recommending the rental of this lovely condo to anyone.

This is a fantastic condo! Love the layout, and the furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable. It was also nice to have wireless internet so that both my husband and I could use the internet on our laptops at the same time. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and very close to the centre of Kihei, yet still close to Wailea. We even had an ocean view from the lanai! This unit is great and very well managed and maintained. We would defenitly stay here again given the opportunity!
