Place is actually bigger than we imagined with a sofa loveseat and dining area and balcony. Everything was clean and we appreciated the welcome basket. Thank you.

The condo was great, it’s on the top floor, the view is amazing so you have to be willing to use the elevator or stairs. Beach is a short walk down the hill from the condo and also walking distance from some stores and restaurants. Kitchen was equipped and they have a rice cooker which we used everyday. Loved the goodie bag they had waiting for us when we arrived. Overall great stay, although everything you need is nearby, we strongly suggest exploring other towns and parts of the island. Everything there is so beautiful!

Location was great and overall I liked the place. Few appliances are old and definitely need some replacements. Sea facing view is ok ok and not bad at all. Also could have provided some water bottles at least when the guest arrived. Otherwise neat place in nice location.

Cute, clean, good location, cable, all good stuff about this property except the price and the bed…. You book a place to stay in hawaii so you can sleep there so I feel that extra emphasis should be on the bed but here it seems to be the thing that is overlooked. Dressing up a terrible mattress with nice sheets and pillows does little for it. Slept extremely hot and uncomfortable woke up with aches and pains after both nights. I would not stay here unless it’s been acknowledged that the bed has been replaced or the price has dropped significantly

While the amenities are a little outdated, but functional, the view from the balcony to both the beach and ocean as well as mount Haleakala are great as the balcony is on the 6th floor and on the corner of the building. The sunset can be seen from the balcony, too.

It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The location is fantastic: right next to a great beach and close to shops and restaurants. The place felt very secure: we frequently saw workers patrolling. The pools areas are very nice and comfortable. The only problem was that the mattress on the bed is terrible. It’s like sleeping in a hole. Also for future guests, bring earplugs if you have trouble sleeping because there are wild roosters everywhere and they start loudly doing their thing at about 4 am.

This unit could use a little TLC. New linens, towels and curtains would make a huge difference. The large kitchen light needs to be cleaned - it was full of dead bugs. I loved being able to see the ocean and the volcano from the lanai.

Loved the condo and safety of the unit. Top floor, corner condo, semi private balcony. All good except the bed, which is way past due for replacement. Woke up each day in pain and both me and my partner would roll to the center of the bed. Please fix ASAP. Other than that 10/10 but this issue is big.

The space is very clean and has all (my) essentials - coffee maker, iron, a/c, full size mirror and good shower temp & pressure. The bed is ok, but could definitely use an all around upgrade. If the bed is upgraded we would definitely stay here again. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
