Great communication with Maui Rentals. They provided everything that we needed for a smooth check-in experience. We arrived late to the complex and was able to register our rental car at the office the next day.
Our bathroom sink was clogged and we informed the management team and they had a super come over and fix it the same day. Management team was very quick to respond.
The apartment had all of the amenities you would need for the beach including towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Convenient washer and dryer also.
One thing to note is that the lanai faces another building so we didn't get the beach / sunset view that some of the other units in the complex have.

We loved this condo very much! It was very clean and had everything we needed,plus more! They included beach chairs which were very convenient and beach towels also, with such a quick walk to the beach! Great location. The unit stayed very cool with the ac but we also loved having the patio door open - such a nice breeze and beautiful views! This condo was quiet and safe and we enjoyed the two pools as that made each feel less crowded. The staff was very kind and informative and we had THE easiest check in/out experience I've ever had. The instructions and communication beforehand was just top notch and allowed us to be worry and stress free. We will definitely be recommending to all of our friends and families!!

We really enjoyed this condo. The entire property felt extremely safe, and we loved how thoughtful the amenities were (beach chairs, beach towels, pool/key). It felt very safe, was extremely quiet and relaxing, and our condo was much more clean than we expected - it was spotless, actually, and had everything we hoped for - coffee machine, useful utensils and cookware, great balcony, great views, the list goes on! We also appreciated the AC unit and multiple fans just in case we got hot, which we did didn't because of these items. Fantastic location, amazing front desk workers who were very kind and informative, and not to mention the beach right across the street! We could not have asked for a better stay, and we will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone we know!!!!

My husband and I stayed here or 6 days for our honey moon. It was absolutley breathtaking. You are a 3 minute walk from the beach and only minutes from shopping, resteraunts and shops. People are so friendly and there is a pool if want a break from the waves. Its very quiet and beautiful. We will be coming back next year! very romantic and lots to do and see. The food is amazing and you just feel so relaxed.

Excellent spot near the pool(s) and right across from the beach. I am glad I wasn’t trying to cook up a feast in the tiny kitchen, but for a couple to spend 90% of the time outside it was perfect. Nice little balcony for morning coffee with all your neighbors. Bring earplugs if you don’t like early morning birdsong! The chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear for use were much appreciated. Mahalo!

This studio apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Kihei. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment is in a quiet part of the building. There's a dedicated parking spot and it comes equipped with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There was even sunscreen available.
The only thing that would make this place better is a blind on the kitchen window. The sun shines right in and the kitchen can get warm.

Upon arrival to the unit on a Saturday, we found it to not be as clean as one would expect. There were hairs found in the tub/shower area and dirt on the kitchen countertops. The entire unit needs a deep clean. The washing machine did not work and we were not notified of this before arriving. After calling the management company to notify them of this, they told us the washing machine would be replaced the next Friday (6 days away). Friday arrived and no washing machine. After calling to check on the update of the delivery, we were told that it would be delayed until the next Friday. That Friday came and no washing machine delivery. We were there for 2 weeks and count on a washing machine to be in working condition. The management company told us there were public laundry locations in Kihei. After refusing to take our clothes to one of these places, the management company did offer to wash our clothes for us after the first week. During the second week, we hand washed our clothes and friends in complex offered to wash our clothes toward the end of our stay. The friend/neighbor next door told us that the washing machine had been broken for quite some time as he recalled seeing repairmen working on it. If we had not been at this unit for 2 weeks and had only packed for 7 days, it would have not been such an issue. The owner of the unit was notified and we were offered an acceptable discount on our stay which was appreciated.
All in all, the stay was okay but attention to detail on cleanliness would be nice.

This place is perfectly located and nicely appointed. You have everything you need in the suite and can walk to all of Kihei and Wailea beaches. The complex has two lovely pools with regulars who are all the resources you need for insider tips.

We stayed for 5 days. Everything we needed was just a short walk from the condo. Parking at the condo is easy, but can be hard to find when driving around the island. So we found it nice to be able to easily walk to nearby beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Spent 3 weeks here over the holidays. This is a super nice remodeled studio which has everything you need for a great Maui vacation. Beach chairs and clothes drying rack live under the bed, other beach items including a non-styrofoam cooler (thank you!) in the mini pantry next to washer/dryer and closet in bathroom. We communicated with the owners a few times, and they were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would suggest a pizza pan and cutter in the kitchen, otherwise it's very well appointed! :-) Thank you for providing a very nice place to stay!

Everything was great! Location right across the street from Kamaole Beach II was amazing. Having the use of beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards was really good. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The ceiling fan did a really good job keeping the place cool, along with keeping the shades closed. We didn’t need to use the AC that much. S. Kihei Road is very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants , and access to other beaches and parks. The two pools on the property were also really nice. I would recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Maui.

This little condo was a nice spot for our vacation and the kitchen was a great size for a studio! The flooring is beautiful and the corner windows really open up the space. The mattress is on the soft-side which was rough on my husband’s back, but was fine for me. That being said, the management could make some small changes to improve the overall experience, like maximizing storage space under the bed and in the 2 small bathroom closets. We felt unorganized all week with nowhere to hang clothes or put suitcases, but those were minor inconveniences. Lastly, the unit was surface-clean, but it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Places like vents, behind/under furniture, closet door tracks, etc. had clearly been neglected for a while. The shower curtain had mildew on the edges and the bathtub was dirty, which was very disappointing.

The property was quiet and quaint. The location was good with many restaurants at walking distance. One downside was not having a dishwasher which meant cleaning all dishes by hand. I was really stressed with the expectations of making sure the condo was clean when we left... The other downside was check-in/check-out time with no accommodations. Overall, the room was nice and thought it was acceptable for the price point. My partner and I enjoyed going to the beach across the street for sunset.

We had a wonderful stay in Kihei! The apartment was just as it was described online and had a great location very close to the center of Kihei and also seconds away from the next beach! We definitely recommend the unit! Kihei is also a great base for exploration the whole island!

This property was just what the doctor ordered. Fully equipped with everything we could have possibly need for our daily adventures. In walking distance of amazing food and shopping. The beach that was less than 100 yards away was breath taking and the whale watching was magnificent. We are already planning to take our kids back to this magical condo.

We were very impressed across the board with this location. Many people we talked to were long time visitors. Overall people we ran into very nice everywhere we went. The unit we stayed in was well equipped but could use a couple non glass containers to grill at the pool as glass is not allowed. Better kitchen knives would be helpful also. Overall we like the unit we stayed in and made reservations for next year.
