MAUI ENVIRONMENT
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location, you may encounter roosters or harmless geckos — they’re friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck. Please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular pest control, but insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. If you notice excess pest activity, we’ll coordinate with the HOA to help.

We really enjoyed our week long stay. We loved sitting on the lanai to enjoy the beautiful ocean view each morning while drinking our coffee. We appreciated the king size bed and the fan in the bedroom. The unit does have air conditioning in the living room, but unfortunately, it didn't quite reach to the bedroom. The fan definitely helped. We appreciated how well stocked the unit was. We found everything we needed when we needed it. Great attention to detail. This building is central to all of our favourites places in Kihei. It is right across the street from Kamole 2 making it very convenient to walk to every day. We would not hesitate to recommend to our family and friends!
