Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio. Island breezes keeps unit cool. It’s a very short walk to a beautiful sand beach using chairs, umbrella, and towels from the condo. Washing machine came in handy. Only annoyance was early morning crowing of roosters.

Our first time visiting Hawaii was an amazing experience! Fun in the sun, snorkeling and exploring beautiful Maui was relaxing and breathtaking experience. We were so happy with the condo! It felt like our home away from home. Our host was very informative and always available when needed! We would choose this condo again! Thank you Zachary!

I would totally stay here again. Full kitchen and well stocked with cookware. Two bathrooms & two bedrooms. Bed was comfortable. AC in the living room with lots of fans throughout. Tile floors throughout. No carpet which is nice. It’s on the 2nd story but only up about 5 or 6 stairs. You get a designated parking spot. To walk It’s about .2 miles to the beach! Super close. Lots of choices to eat nearby. Beach chairs & umbrellas to use. Owner responds quickly with any questions.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in this beautiful condo. Super convenient to the beach and just a short drive to everything else we needed. Zachary made sure we had everything we needed and was very quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much!

This was the perfect space for our family’s vacation (two adults, two teens). The condo is spacious, exceptionally clean, and quiet. It was so handy having beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and such on hand. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach is short. This is the perfect location for going to and from the beach and enjoying the shops and restaurants in Kihei.

This property worked very well for our weeklong visit to Maui. The condo has been nicely updated and offers key amenities for a family - twin beds in the second bedroom and a second full bathroom. Speed and ease of access to the Kamaole beaches allowed us to enjoy any of the three beaches morning, mid day, and at sunset with only a short walk - no need to pack the car or find parking. Also easy to walk to a shops and restaurants. Easy access to the condo door via a few steps from the parking lot was most convenient . A nice breeze through the lanai made for pleasant evenings. Great communication with the property owner throughout.

This was a great location for us, easy to explore all of Maui from here, also many places to eat within walking distance as well as within shirt driving distance. Condo was exactly as described & had everything we needed. Hosts were great, easy to work with.

This 2 bedroom condo was great. It is a very short walk to the beach. Sunsets are amazing on Maui. Kihei is centrally located so it was a short drive to anywhere on the island. The property is meticulously maintained. There are families here who have owned for decades or who come back every year. We will definitiely be back.

My family's stay at this property was the best vacation we have ever had. The location is perfect - steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants but the building is located far enough from the main road to provide a quiet resting place. The condo is well-stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. The best part for me was the contact and care from the owners. They anticipated our needs and made us feel like treasured guests that they were hosting in their home. When we get back to Maui, I will certainly contact Zack first!

Our time in Kihei was perfect. You home was a homemade for nearly two weeks of adventures. We spent time at the beach just a short walk from the condo, but also drove short distances to kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, a luau, downhill bike ride down Haleakala, and our early morning start to the Road to Hana. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We appreciate the fully resourced kitchen, the dishwasher, and washer and dryer. It made our long trip easy to manage. I have to say, Zach and Cristina we so, so responsive and easy to communicate with. They were eager to answer questions for me and I got the impression they cared and wanted us to have a great time. We’ll, we did! It was the Hawaiian vacation we dreamed of. Thank you!

Nice corner unit on second floor. Well-stocked with dishes, towels, cooking utensils, etc. The master bed and the two single beds were comfortable. We did not use the hideaway bed, yet the couch was comfortable. The location is just a short walk to Kamaole Beach II and one of the two pools is very near. Bring earplugs….the birds start chirping early in the AM. The owner was very clear and timely with his communications and the office was helpful as well. The office printed our bag tags for our flight home at $1 per page. The only concern we had was with regard to the smoke detectors. We found them in a drawer and when we put them on the wall, they both started to chirp. We had to remove the batteries to get them to stop.
This was a nice place to stay and would recommend it to others.

Practically perfect…
This condo has everything we needed. The location to the beach is down a driveway, across the street!
The place is quite spacious and the owners had every detail on point.
*both beach umbrellas in the unit are broken unfortunately. Otherwise, there are plenty of books, games, fresh air, great lighting, cooking utensils, beach toys, two size coolers and beach bags!
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We liked this place. Fully stocked with basics (dish/laundry soap, full kitchen). No ocean views (which was expected), but a little balcony to eat meals. Walk to the beach. Pools are modest but in good shape. No complaints!

This condo is located walking distance to almost anything you need. It was very quiet considering it sits right off South Kihei Rd. We appreciated the “designated smoking” areas since we are not smokers. It took us a couple days to figure out we could just barely see the ocean from the right side of the balcony. The kitchen is beautiful with plenty of utensils , dishes and cookware. We used the AC once when we arrived only because the unit was stuffy. Otherwise, fans and open windows kept the condo very comfortable. The beds slept pretty good; not the best or worst we’ve slept in. We used the beach equipment quite a bit. It’s older and one of the beach umbrellas is damaged but it still works. Owner was responsive when we had questions. We only found two beach towels in the unit which we brought to the owners attention. Our biggest critique- carpet in bedrooms is in bad shape; owner is aware and it’s on the top of his “to do” list. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Had a great experience staying at this property. Group was 5 adults. Plenty of kitchen ware and beach items. In unit laundry was helpful to have so that we could pack less. Restaurants/ bars close nearby so would recommend purchasing food for kitchen from grocery stores nearby.

My family (5) loved this unit, it was centrally located to everything (beaches, surfing, snorkeling, etc) On top of a great location, the unit is very airy and spacious enough where 5 people didn’t feel claustrophobic for the week we were there. No need for air conditioning, the unit is light and breeze all day long.

This property is true to its description. We enjoyed waking up to the chattering birds and sipping coffee on the lanai. Most every afternoon the refreshing trade winds blew so it kept the condo cool and well ventilated. There s no need to use the air conditioner. The condo is well equipped with the utensils and appliances necessary for preparing a good home style meal. The beach is a stone’s throw away where you can walk local paths, swim, boogie board, snorkel, and find swimming hona turtles. Local businesses and great restaurants are within walking distance. We look forward to returning some day. Zach is an attentive and communicative host.

Stayed at this property for 7 days with my family and it was everything we were looking for. Right across the street from the beach, shopping center close by with plenty of restaurants, clean, pools were great, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Didn't use the AC because the fans worked out well and leaving the windows open let him such a nice breeze. Parking spot was conveniently located in front of the building we were in. Chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and cooler were great to have as well. Would definitely stay again!
