Kihei Akahi will start the seal coating and re-striping of all the parking areas from May 15th to 20th. The office will assign parking for the two days for anyone checking in during that time frame.

May 17 & 18 - Bldg C
May 19 & 20 - will cover the balance of C Building, the Office area parking lot which includes A Building.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
