I loved the condo and location. Everything was so beautiful. I was able to walk to the beach with my coffee every morning to catch the sunrise. Restaurants were walking distance. The condo was very cozy and had a hawaii feel to it. I loved hearing the roosters and birds every day.
It was quiet and just serene.
The only thing I would say is the linens were not clean. The sofa bed couch linens had some bad stains and the pillows n the bedroom were soiled and smelled a little. I just took time and washed everything and it was ok. Loved that everything was stocked it felt line a home away from home! Thank you

This place is just great!
It started with...
Communication with the host, when I had some questions. They were answered in a matter on minutes! It was amazing! Thank you, Natalie!
I was a bit apprehensive about the requirement to check in in the office...but once I've done that, it all came out only positive. The lady at the reception gave us so many useful tips, and such good vibe - waw!
The property itself has a pool and BBQ. Perhaps other amenities, too, pool and BBW was all we needed :)
It's right across Kamaole II - one of the most popular beaches. I remember last time I wanted to visit this beach, finding parking was an adventure in itself. Here - you don't have to worry about any of it, just cross Kihei rd, and you are there!
The condo is very well decorated, comfy, good bed, and linens are excellent. Plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo provided, laundry in the unit, dishwasher, BLENDER!! (which we actually never used this time :-D - used bars instead) - all there. I don't even mention dishes, utensils, supernice drink glassed etc :)
AC in the living room, but in Labor Day time we did not have to use it, it was nice as it is.
What was unexpected (not mentioned in the ad) and very welcome surprise - there are beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and snorkeling stuff!!! (reached 1500char limit)
All in all,it's one of our best stays in Maui, and next time we are on this island, I will try to book this unit again.

The unit is conveniently located in Building C at Kihei Akahi. It overlooks a quiet courtyard and is less than a 5 minute walk to beach 2. We spent quite a bit of time looking around at different units/complexes while we were in town and are confident that this unit is one of the best spots in the area.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch.
Only complaint is that there is no AC in the bedroom. That being said, the unit is well equipped with fans so we were able to keep the bedroom bearable by using a series of fans to blow cold air in from the living room.

Excellent location, minutes walk across monitored cross walk to beach, restaurants, dive shops. Short drive to amazing snorkeling. Beautiful grounds, friendly helpful staff. Well equipped for cooking, relaxing, including beach chairs, etc.

Staying in Condo C311 was very convenient. Safe and calm area, two pools which the kids enjoyed very much and walking distance to the beach. Everything as described in the listing and the kids could sleep well on the sofabed. However for adults it might not be stable enough.

The condo grounds are beautiful. The condo matches the pictures, was clean and plenty of space for two. Loved the balcony and being able to walk to the beach for a daily swim. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of beach paraphernalia. You can walk to everything you would need. Perfect for us, thank you

The host was helpful with offering an early check-in on a last minute reservation as we were leaving another resort property nearby. That was AWESOME! Communication was timely. Photos are accurate. We enjoyed the location of Kihei Akahi, so close to the beach and several restaurants. Office staff were friendly, pleasant and the check-in process was very easy. I provided the host with a few suggestions (privately) that can improve the experience inside of this actual unit. Pleasant experience all around. Kihei is the perfect town for exploring any area on the island.

The condo is in a perfect location & is well stocked with everything that you need for a great beach day!! Just a short walk to stores & restaurants. The AC in the living area works well & the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the quick breakfasts we had. The cons: the place could use an update, especially the bathroom. The drapes & shower curtain need immediate replacement. The bedroom doesn’t have AC & can get very steamy on hot nights, after showers, or while doing laundry. Perhaps a box fan for the bedroom would help.

The condo is directly across from a couple of beautiful beach’s. There’s a great, flat stretch of street to get in a good walk for exercise. We didn’t eat out around Kihei, but if we did, there are ole Ty of places that you can choose from.
The place has everything you need to feel right at home. The freezer took a while longer than I’d expect to freeze my drinks, but they eventually did. The Roku remote controls the television. And the volume is on the side of the remote. I spent the first night looking for a separate remote. Lol
Overall, this is a great place to stay. In the heart of everything.

We loved staying here! Loved not being in the suuuper touristy area. Location was great, free parking, clean, everything we could have needed. Only thing is they do not supply shampoo/conditioner. So be sure to bring that!

The best part about this condo is the location, right across the street from a beautiful beach. Well stocked with beach gear. Kitchen is also well stocked and having laundry in the condo is great. I would say the decor could use some freshening up. No air conditioning in the bedroom so keep that in mind if booking during the summer. My kids slept on the sofa bed and it was fine. The facility pool is tiny but the beach across the street had calm waves which is good for little kids. Very nice and responsive host.

Had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Kihei. Easy walk across the street to the beach, plenty of restaurants/bars nearby (some within a block or two, tons of options within about a mile), and a great fairly central location to pretty much everywhere on the island. The condo had chairs, coolers, beach towels, and snorkel gear for your use. Definitely recommend this property if you're looking in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here location was perfect. Restaurants and beaches near by only thing I would say is place is great but the bedroom has no Ac and it got very warm and both fans in the room DID NOT WORK

This is a well-kept, well-organized property structured much like a hotel suite. The owner provides beach toys, dishware, and everything that you need for a pleasant stay.
The only downside is the bedroom which is on the walkway/parking lot side of the property. This makes you susceptible to being woken up multiple times during the night by inconsiderate neighbors. Even if you close the slat windows, the noise still gets in and the A/C in the living room doesn't quite keep the bedroom cool. Probably OK in January, but Maui stays pretty warm during the summer months. Probably needs upgraded windows, doors and A/C like many of the neighboring units. There are signs up everywhere for quiet hours, but it is not enough.

Great location, nice space. A quiet complex do keep that in mind. Bedrooms are right on walkways so they are conscientious about enforcing nighttime norms. Location is great walk to Kihei beaches or short jaunt to Wailea-Makena. Restaurants within strolling distance.

Great overall for our family with 2 grade school kids. There was everything we needed in the condo and some extras as well (cooking basics, Netflix). Easy short walk to the beach. The pull out couch would not be comfortable for older kids or adults.

Condo was amazing. Only thing is the little fan to plug in wouldn't work to help get the cool air to the bedroom. And the door on the bathroom if you shut it all the way it really hard to open, it felt like it locked but it was just a really hard twist on handle. Other then that it was a lovely spot. Thank you!
