* $200 non-refundable fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival
* Within 60 days: Refunds issued only if the unit is re-rented for canceled nights (minus $200 and any rebooking costs)

I had an exceptional stay at this apartment. It offers everything you could possibly need in one place. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The reserved parking was a significant advantage, providing peace of mind and convenience. The apartment also comes with cable TV and a selection of games, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. For beach outings, there were chairs, umbrellas, and even a snorkel equipment available. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Have stayed at Kihei Akahi several times and love its proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Older complex but well maintained grounds. The room was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Kitchen Cupboards looking a bit worn and the screens to the bedroom windows need repair. Overall pretty clean but could use freshen up of bed skirt and needs a deep spring clean .

Kihei Akahi was the perfect place to stay for our honeymoon on Maui! It had everything we needed for a beach day and was furnished well for when we decided to stay in. It is conveniently located near many shops and places to eat as well as across the street from the beach. We hope to be back in the future for another stay, we definitely enjoyed our time.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It’s close to a nice beach with plenty of sand, sea, and snorkeling, as well as restaurants and shopping. The condo is well equipped with almost of all what we needed. Communications with the management company was excellent and responses to 2 small needs were prompt. The condo facilities are also great and the landscaping is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this condo for 7 nights, and I don't think we could find a better combination of quality, location, price and conveniece. We got used to A/C running while it's hot outside but here even with portable fans and open windows we weren't sweating in December.
The property is well-located with a short distance to cafes/restaurants, beaches as well as logistically close to main "far" destinations comparing to other parts of the island. Great experiece. Highly recommend.
