Condo was nice except for the shower which was old, stained and cracked. But it was very spacious and had everything we needed. Property itself was nice.

Very awesome location! Right across from Kam 2. The condo was clean and nice. The bed is very soft and was comfortable. Having the laundry there was super convenient. There was some chairs there, and an umbrella that has been well used. We would definitely stay there again. Worked great for our family.

Super neat & clean condo for our family of four. Close to all our favourite spots in Kihei. Beautiful balcony overlooking garden & ocean sunset. Very professional service & communication. (Just a note, if you stay here, the property management office has low suds detergent for the washers- don’t bring your own.) Would stay here again anytime!

The condo had a modern, updated kitchen, with all the pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, eating/serving/cooking utensils, Mr. Coffee drip coffeemaker, normal size fridge, dishwasher... only thing missing was a pair of kitchen scissors. Dining table chairs and sofa were all comfy. King bed was very soft and comfy. We didn't use the A/C, ceiling fans and the breeze through the balcony screen door were sufficient for us. We used all the big beach gear: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards (but not the kids toys). The umbrella did not have the screw in bottom but went into the sand easy enough. Bathroom/shower/toilet/sink area is somewhat dated and small but everything worked fine. Washer/dryer in unit worked great and were extremely convenient. Roku flatscreen TV in bedroom was fine but internet was a bit too slow to stream Netflix very well. Bigger flatscreen TV in living room had tons of cable channels, including NBCSN so I could watch an EPL game or two in the wee hours of the morning. Decorations were fairly spartan and all the walls are painted yellow. You CAN see the ocean from the lanai (balcony), off to the right. From the living room, you just see the units across the green lawn, but if you are standing on the lanai, then you can see the water fairly well. With a good set of binoculars or really good eyes, you could whale watch from it. Free parking with access via stairs or elevator was another convenience. Beach access is extremely convenient. It is a VERY short walk through the parking lot and across the street to Kamaole Beach Park II, which is a pretty and large family-friendly beach with decent snorkeling reefs on either end. It is a 5-minute walk north to Coconuts for fish tacos and small gift/clothing shops. Safeway, Times, and Foodland grocery stores are a quick drive (5-10 minutes) north. Wailea/Makena beaches and resorts are a quick drive (5-10 minutes) south. Management company is super responsive and helpful throughout our stay (married couple in our 30s). We needed a couple things fixed during our stay (clogged sink drain and loose towel bar) and they offered us the option of having them fix after we left or to send someone over to resolve the issues. We asked that they send someone and he was very efficient and nice.
