Perfect space for our family—2 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 7). Two minute walk to Kamaole II beach. Very convenient location—very short walk to restaurants and the ABC store. Tuesday evening all ages BINGO at Moose McGullicuddy’s restaurant/bar next door. When we weren’t playing at the beach, we swam in the pool. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach toys were available. Utilized washer and dryer unit, which included detergent. Highly recommend renting this unit! Thanks again!

We love our stay here! Kihei is a very nice location with several restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the Kam II beach right across the street. The apartment was very nice and comfy, and have everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The place was just as advertised. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler. We never had a car but used the city buses.It was free if over 65 with ID. We enjoyed the pools and the beach that is just across the street. You have to travel about a block till you get to the main road because you are in building C. The condominium is loaded with signs about what not to do “please take of shoe” “ don’t spray sun tan lotion in condominium” “ clean out lint trap after every load”. We never had any problems so never phoned owners. We didn’t try the AC it was cool enough if you left windows open.

Checking in we found the sheets and towels weren’t the freshest, we washed them in provided washer and dryer. I wonder if the last guest didn’t wash them properly or if they were left wet for too long. There were also tiny ants that the owner dealt with (although a bit of an inconvenience). After that things were pretty great.
The location is perfect. The beach is right across from the condominium complex. There are great restaurants (we loved the 808 deli and the gift/jewelry shop nearby) to walk to and many beautiful spots for snorkeling nearby with use of a car. The condo complex is well kept and the grounds are beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and the grounds everyday. The rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the chairs and umbrellas!!

I would say that we are fortunate to find this place. It’s clean all over. The bathroom is perfect for me and my wife with lots of clean towels. The kitchen is just amazing with all the things you need to prepare a good meal. Internet is very fast. You don’t need to turn the aircon on with the screen doors and windows open the breeze coming from the ocean will make you want to go to sleep. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was just steps away from beautiful beaches, beach walking trails, restaurants and shopping. Access to two pools and tennis/pickleball courts also handy. Well maintained property and always felt safe and secure wherever we went. Although check-in is at 4:00PM, be sure to get there before 4:30PM for registration as office closes at that time. This is important if you require a parking pass.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was what made the place so fantastic to stay at. We were able to day trip all across the island.
The apartment does lack in some essential services and supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc), so we ended up having to purchase more than we initially planned for. Otherwise, the space was great. The beach chairs and activities were great to use. Christine was fabulous with her replies and her suggestions.
At night, the apartment was cool enough with the fans running. Not an issue that there isn’t AC in the bedroom. We would gladly stay again!

For a location not immediately on the beach, this is as good as it gets. Walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes, and crossing the main road is super easy as there's a pedestrian crosswalk which cars must stop at when pedestrians are present (and the cars do stop). PLUS there are some good restaurants (and food trucks) and treats within a 3-5 minute walk. Check out the Cinnamon Roll Place for to-go breakfast.
The two pool areas are small-ish, but they work. We were able to enjoy poolside time almost every day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean upon entry, all beach stuff and extra towels we could want, lots of kitchen supplies that saved us money at the grocery store. We didn’t even need the AC once, the cross breeze was glorious and the fans worked great. The only thing was the bathroom fan not working but not a bother, also water was leaking onto the lanai from a suite above us. We told the office but nothing was done.
Otherwise Great communication with management, lovely location. Loved having a parking space too! Mahalo, we’ll be back :)

We really liked our stay in this unit. The location is great, and it's a short walk to a great beach. The owners have outfitted the unit with all you will need. There are ample linens, and kitchen items. We rated this 5 stars, but our only issues was that there was no A/C in the bedroom and you really couldn't keep the bedroom windows open because of noise from the parking lot and guests walking by on the outdoor walkway. They did provide fans though. The other issue we feel really needs to be addressed is that the bed is not very comfortable, and for the price we would have appreciated a better bed. Overall though, this is a great unit.

This is our 6th year at Kīhei Akahi C-318! Every year there is a lovely new update and this year it was the kitchen! Beautiful, cream counter tops and cabinets make this condo so relaxing with calming colours and a breezy ocean feel!
This condo is everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Just steps from the beach and centrally located, it’s easy to relax at home or go for an adventure!
Christine continues to be amazing, answering questions and communicating everything we need to know quickly and with grace.

My wife and I relocated here for my job. Before our arrival Christine the owner quickly responded to all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed such as directions, door code, etc. When we arrived late in the evening the ceiling fans were already on and windows open providing a nice breeze. Her condo is located in front of one of the gardens so there was a lovely fragrance. A very nice welcome to a long day of traveling. Our flight was delayed several hours so we were a bit weary and although we couldn't yet see the beauty of Kihei we felt elated and excited to be in such a nice condo and exotic setting with someone taking the care to make sure our initial entry was a welcome one. It made us feel rather special and lucky to be there embarking on our new adventure. Thank you Christine.
Check in was super. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful providing loads of information for everything we needed to know. Where to go, what to do, and we were even able to get some mango and bananas off the trees outside the office, staff were cutting some and all we had to do was ask for a bit. We've done a lot of traveling and that was a first. If that isn't paradise what is?
The sight of Kihei near the condo for then first time was breathtaking. Early in the morning is the best time. It was around 7 am and the local paddlers and surfers were already out. Not a lot of tourists yet and the weather and waves were primo. Mildy warm and sunny and long rows, row after row of 2 to 4 foot waves for over 1 mile right there by the condo. We got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, found a bench to sit on in the shade of palm trees, and just marveled at the sight of 30 or more boarders and paddlers carving along and the beautiful postcard surroundings. What an awesome first morning and what an awesome place to call our new home.
There are nice restaurants and shops right there by the condo, some of the best in Kihei. Coconuts famous fish tacos (a must) with their surfboard tables, too cool. Cafe Oleit, great, Fred's Mexican Food, local favorite, great bakeries and several others all in walking distance not to mention multiple surf shops if you want to learn to paddle or surf. It's all there and if you do want to drive S. Kihei Rd has lots more to offer in local family owned enterprises and national chains. It's also conveniently centrally located on the island so we hope you enjoy it as much as us.

The condo was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 5 & 4-year old boys). Easy walk to the beach, with everything you could need: sand toys, chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Inside the condo was comfortable, enough space for the boys to play. Kitchen was amply stocked, and we even found a step stool for our littlest one to be able to reach the bathroom sink on his own! Not sure when we will be coming back, but we really enjoyed our 9 days here, and will be staying here again when we return! Thank you so much for a wonderful property!

It was a nice vocation, weather was perfect, Christine was helpful as always. We were staying in this apartment before and we were pleased with remodeled kitchen. Thank you! We recommend as before to update TV, because current one has dull picture and basically we ended up watching Netflix on our laptop. My wife complained that mattress is not comfortable as before. Those recommendations do not cancel positive feeling about apartment. We will be back.

This condo is lovely, bright, clean and well organized! It has everything you need to have a fantastic family holiday. There are toys, towels, an umbrella and chairs for the beach, everything you need in the well stocked kitchen to cook, and a great comfortable, clean living space to relax in. The new bathroom and gorgeous travertine shower, along with high quality linens make you feel pampered! There is beautiful art on the walls and lots of channels on the tv. A short walk to the shops and steps away from the beach. Great restaurants to eat out at when you don’t feel like cooking! The two pools have outdoor barbecues and tables so the kids can swim while you barbecue. There are even tennis courts you can book!
This condo complex is quiet and the grounds are very well maintained. The office staff were so kind to my kids and even gave them a chocolate when they came for a package of laundry detergent :)
Christine was wonderful to book with and replied quickly to my questions. She even gave us extra time on our checkout day because we were leaving on a red eye with two small kids. We really appreciate her kindness! Will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

This was absolutely perfect. The condo is well stocked with everything you'd need and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The beach was just over the road and shops & great restaurants just round the corner. The complex was well maintained with 2 pools. I loved Kihei and exploring Maui and will miss watching the sunsets on the beach.

We were very happy with the condo. It was clean inside with tile floors. The bathroom had a large shower area and was supplied with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary pots and pans, utensils, glasses cups and dishes. We had our breakfast out on the lanai and enjoyed the gardens and the mountain view.
We found the Akahi complex, that the condo is located in, to have very lovely gardens, two swimming pools and a tennis court that were well maintained. Both pools have restrooms and changing areas.
We also found that the beach across the street from Akahi to be very nice and spent a lot of time there utilizing the beach chairs that were provided with the condo.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Kihei Akahi and were quite melancholy heading back home. The condo offered the perfect base for vacationing, which for us included snorkeling tours from Maalaea Bay and Lahaina, beach trips (Kaanapali, Big Beach, Hookipa, Baldwin Beach, and of course, Kamaole I-III), and a trip up to Haleakala. Kam II remained our favorite, with its buttery sand beach, nice swimming and snorkeling, and it not being too busy. Really didn't like Kaanapali (18$ parking, no place to change, and loaded with people).
The apartment comes equipped with boogie boards, a perfect set of Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, snorkel mask, cooler for picnics and everything to whip up a meal. Cooking supplies are fully equipped with spices, some olive oil (perhaps leftover from previous guest), and everything you need to make meals and keep the restaurant costs down (if that is your goal). We used the bbq once by the pool and it was great. Bed was comfortable, great shower, relatively comfortable fold out bed (my son slept there) and loved the no carpet.
We did have an issue with noise from one of the neighbors the first couple of nights but management dealt with it promptly and professionally.
Christine was friendly and responded very quickly. Overall highly recommend the place and would surely stay again.
