A perfect spot for a perfect vacation! The proximity to the beaches, restaurants was a bonus. The grounds are lush and beautiful. We enjoyed the upper pool near building C/D, and the condo was appointed with everything we needed. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Bed was comfortable, they have 2 umbrellas and beach chairs , beach towels etc. all appliances worked and the check in and check out was a breeze. Owner is very quick to respond if you have additional inquiries. Located very close to everything

The condo has everything what you need for a stay in Maui!
A completely beach set for chilling the hole day at the beach. A perfect kitchen to cook dinner or make breakfast.
And when you dont want to go to the des you can chill at the pool.

Checking in we found the sheets and towels weren’t the freshest, we washed them in provided washer and dryer. I wonder if the last guest didn’t wash them properly or if they were left wet for too long. There were also tiny ants that the owner dealt with (although a bit of an inconvenience). After that things were pretty great.
The location is perfect. The beach is right across from the condominium complex. There are great restaurants (we loved the 808 deli and the gift/jewelry shop nearby) to walk to and many beautiful spots for snorkeling nearby with use of a car. The condo complex is well kept and the grounds are beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and the grounds everyday. The rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the chairs and umbrellas!!

I would say that we are fortunate to find this place. It’s clean all over. The bathroom is perfect for me and my wife with lots of clean towels. The kitchen is just amazing with all the things you need to prepare a good meal. Internet is very fast. You don’t need to turn the aircon on with the screen doors and windows open the breeze coming from the ocean will make you want to go to sleep. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was amazing and clean! Had everything I needed and more! The re-surfacing of the parking lot was a slight downside but that was just timing and something that was out of everyone's control. Other than that it was amazing and I would definitely come back to stay there!

Loved this spot. Very quiet away from the elevators. Bed was comfy! Chairs and beach umbrella greatly appreciated. Communication was great, they answered my little questions very quickly! Would stay here again. :)

The condo was just steps away from beautiful beaches, beach walking trails, restaurants and shopping. Access to two pools and tennis/pickleball courts also handy. Well maintained property and always felt safe and secure wherever we went. Although check-in is at 4:00PM, be sure to get there before 4:30PM for registration as office closes at that time. This is important if you require a parking pass.

Condo is outstanding. Immaculate and well stocked including all beach gear. Comfortable big bed. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Across the street from Kamaole II so it’s a very short walk to go enjoy sunsets on the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. The location was what made the place so fantastic to stay at. We were able to day trip all across the island.
The apartment does lack in some essential services and supplies (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc), so we ended up having to purchase more than we initially planned for. Otherwise, the space was great. The beach chairs and activities were great to use. Christine was fabulous with her replies and her suggestions.
At night, the apartment was cool enough with the fans running. Not an issue that there isn’t AC in the bedroom. We would gladly stay again!

For a location not immediately on the beach, this is as good as it gets. Walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes, and crossing the main road is super easy as there's a pedestrian crosswalk which cars must stop at when pedestrians are present (and the cars do stop). PLUS there are some good restaurants (and food trucks) and treats within a 3-5 minute walk. Check out the Cinnamon Roll Place for to-go breakfast.
The two pool areas are small-ish, but they work. We were able to enjoy poolside time almost every day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was super clean upon entry, all beach stuff and extra towels we could want, lots of kitchen supplies that saved us money at the grocery store. We didn’t even need the AC once, the cross breeze was glorious and the fans worked great. The only thing was the bathroom fan not working but not a bother, also water was leaking onto the lanai from a suite above us. We told the office but nothing was done.
Otherwise Great communication with management, lovely location. Loved having a parking space too! Mahalo, we’ll be back :)

We really liked our stay in this unit. The location is great, and it's a short walk to a great beach. The owners have outfitted the unit with all you will need. There are ample linens, and kitchen items. We rated this 5 stars, but our only issues was that there was no A/C in the bedroom and you really couldn't keep the bedroom windows open because of noise from the parking lot and guests walking by on the outdoor walkway. They did provide fans though. The other issue we feel really needs to be addressed is that the bed is not very comfortable, and for the price we would have appreciated a better bed. Overall though, this is a great unit.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this property for 3 weeks and had an amazing time! The area surrounding the condo is beautiful with lots to do and the grounds of the apartment building itself are also very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kihei!

Nice place to stay ! I’d stay here again for sure . This place has a lovely lanai over looking the grassy garden with partial views of Haleakala . Plenty of places to eat near by and walking distance .
