The bedroom offers a king bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, making it a great fit for couples, a small family, or friends traveling together. Split air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom keeps the space cool whenever you need it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, which makes longer stays and beach days that much easier.

This condo was perfect for us, my husband and I stayed here but there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This was a great location, just up from the beach. We could watch whales from our deck and the sunset. It was only a couple blocks from some great restaurants (Coconuts and Cafe O'Lei I would highly recommend) There is a grocery store about a mile north called Foodland and they have amazing Poke Tuna and reasonable prices. There is sidewalks all the way to Wailea and a very nice walk only a little over a mile. If you are considering this condo, don't hesitate it was perfect!!

Unit is beautifully decorated with a tropical theme. It is well equipped with all necessities and more. It even included “frozen blue ice” for the beach cooler. The unit is clean on the surface but needs a good deep cleaning that is not possible with the quick turnover of guests. For example, the tile floors need to be washed with soap and water not just vacuumed. It appeared that prior to our stay, the bathroom rugs had not been washed in a very long time. Good location. Beaches and restaurants all within walking distance, with grocery just a bit further.

Great, little condo for 2 people. It’s quiet and close to everything. Owner provides everything you’ll need! We had only wished the air conditioner was closer/in the bedroom. But, with 3 fans running...it was comfortable enough to sleep.

Enjoyed our stay in c416! From the moment we walked in the door, we were pleased. The unit was clean, and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The bedroom had a lot of room for your clothes, and the bed was comfortable. The view was nice on the lanai with the comfort of a bistro style patio set. You were far enough away from the elevators not to hear them. The location was very close to access the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit as you would not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had everything we needed for a great time in Kihei - kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we didn't go out for. The location across from Kam II was perfect and we also enjoyed the pools onsite. Having an assigned parking spot and the office onsite in case we needed anything was also a great plus. Highly recommended!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Immaculate, beautifully furnished, incredibly well equipped, and in a great location. The views from the balcony were even better than shown in the picture. It overlooks the complex garden, but in one direction you can see the ocean over the tops of the trees and in the other direction you see beautiful mountains. We were very glad that it was in the third building back from the road, as it is a busy spot, being directly across from the beach. However, with the fourth floor, off street location, it was very quiet. Sunny Maui Vacations was very responsive and they were proactive in checking to see that everything was fine without being intrusive. Experiences that we loved in Maui included the Road to Hana (we took a tour and were glad we had not tried to drive it ourselves), whale watching with the Pacific Whale Foundation (would strongly encourage not going with any other tour), Warren & Annebelles Magic Show (we never would have gone had it not been recommended by friends; magic was great and the stand-up comedy that was continually part of the act left us laughing continuously), Kula Botanical Garden (as long as you don't expect a manicured, precision garden; amazing flowers and plants), Iao Park, and so much more. We hope to come back next year and rent the condo again..
