Gas appliances in our fully equipped KITCHEN, air conditioning (in living room area), beautiful quiet fans in bedroom and living room in our condo, in addition to louvered windows in the family room to feel the tropical breezes.
Restaurants, grocery, apparel, and numerous snorkel, bike, and beach rentals stores within walking distance.
This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.
