The condo is a beautiful one bedroom, one bath condo, steps away from a popular beach. Designer selected paint and decor with a comfortable island, beach feel. Laminate beech wood flooring and tile throughout the unit. Located on the ground floor, in the D building, with a large lanai and grassy area perfect for lounging or dining. Property features two pools, BBQs and tennis courts; all available at no extra charge. The condo stays cool during summers with a powerful air conditioner in the living room, and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Sleeping on the Memory Foam mattress on the pull out sofa bed is perfect for warm nights if you need ac. It actually gets cold with the ac on all night. The fan and the windows open in the bedroom help to keep the bedroom comfortable. Our condo also features a fully remodeled kitchen, dining area, newer washer/dryer, a family room with newer furniture, and a new king size bed in the bedroom.
No car necessary; you can walk to two of the most beautiful beaches in south Maui: Kam II and Kam III beaches. Great location for relaxing, picnics, surfing, snorkeling, tide pooling, whale watching in season, and watching sunsets.
You can also walk to many restaurants that have views of the ocean. Next door to the complex is Fred’s, one of the island’s most popular Mexican restaurants. There are also, Moose McGullicuddy’s, and Cafe O'lei in the shopping near by. Shopping is also within walking distance.
