The unit is in a great location, easy to get to everything in Maui.This place needs the full split A/C like so many other units at this complex has, the tiny little A/C that is in the living room is not adequate to cool the place and must run all of the time to just slightly cool the room, not efficient. I would not stay here again simply due to that. The unit should have a digital room lock, not the lock box, it is scary leaving the key to your room hanging on the door in just a little metal box that who knows may have the code. The unit itself could use some updates; the foam pad on the bed is not the greatest, the paint and decor are very dated. If you are rarely in the room, as we are, it "works" but nothing special at all.

Exactly as presented in VRBO and great.
Interior of the unit was clean, well furnished, and kitchen was well appointed with all the needed items. We enjoyed the games that were in the unit (Rumikub).
The tennis/pickleball court was a great ammenity. It was not crowded. Good sign-up system for use of the court.
Location is perfect. 2 minute walk from our unit to the beach. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, shave ice, surf shops.

The resort was beautiful! The room was very spacious and tidy. This was the first bed I liked as much as my own. The patio was beautiful. The pools were very nice and clean for an end of the night swim.

I absolutely cannot believe I lucked out with booking this place! It was absolutely wonderul and no complaints whatsoever. My partner and I slept wonderfully because the bed was sooo comfortable and it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was within walking distance that we never really took our car out to get food or visit the store! It was a wonderful stay and would 100% come back again.

Well-kept condo in Kihei, not too crowded facilities even though many other people staying in adjacent condos. Was quiet at night. Condo filled with mirrors which was unique. Very clean. Easy checkout.
Only critique I’d make is that you had to manually check in at office upon arrival which is slightly inconvenient because it’s hours are 8-5, the prime hours to be exploring the island.

Location is great. Check in and communication is good. Small details need to be worked on such as : providing more toilet paper, providing kleenex, hiding/moving owners stuff from the suite so that it is cleaner and less cluttered for guests. As a guest I do not want to open cupboards and see heaps of someone elses stuff.

Great experience. The unit was directly across the street from a beautiful beach where the snorkeling and turtle viewing was wonderful. The tennis court was in good shape and easy to book.The barbecues were excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. The unit was well equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas etc and there was a view of the inner courtyard gardens and water view. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Location is so close to the beach, way closer then I envisioned. Quiet and easy accessible. So many extras included in this condo. Great a/c. And fans. Tons of towels provided, beach chairs, boogey board, sunscreen etc. it was such a comfortable stay. I'll be back!

A good location close to the beach. The kitchen is fully decked to make anything you want. The only problem was a bit of a funky smell when you enter, but it went away

The condo was located in a perfect location between Kihei and Wailea and right across from a nice beach where we watched sunset and did some morning beach walks. Good central location within walking distance to a few coffee and açaí bowl shops and a little further of a walk to some great restaurants/bars, plus a good jumping off point for a drive upcountry to Haleakala and Hana. Very clean and fully stocked with a cooler, chairs, beach towels and even a boogie board so no need to bring your own. Only challenge was registering for parking - we arrived late the first night and left super early for the Road to Hana so couldn’t register within the first 24 hours as the office wasn’t open. We called Rentals Maui and they helped sort it out so we could register the next morning. Would recommend!

clean, close to get food and good beaches, easy check in process. the room can get a little stuffy but the fans are a godsend. the door is a little weird and one of the outlets didn't work but that's all i have to complain about. I loved that there were chairs and a boogie board and beach towels.

A great location with the beach just across the street and many shops/restaurants/rentals within walking distance. A big pro for going for a rental than a hotel is the different amenities included, including beach items, some sports equipment, etc. Would likely return to this property again for our next trip back to Maui

I’ve been coming to Kihei for over 30 years and I rent different properties every time. This unit is up to date with all the essentials. It’s close enough to the beach yet quiet. Exceptionally clean. Easy check in. I recommend this unit.
