Ian helped us out during our stay. The door code wasn't working at first but Ian got everything fixed and we were able to enjoy our stay. Beautiful interior and nice cold a/c. One of the stove knobs was broken before we got in, but everything was fine. Overall a really great stay and great hosts!

Great location that is walking distance to great snorkeling everyday! It is fun family friendly location. Central location to explore the entire island of Maui. The apartment feels like home.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It kind of felt like my condo, except in Maui! Like a home away from home. The location is great...Just a 5 minute walk to a great beach and a 5 to 10 minute walk away from many good restaurants and stores. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Condo was clean, but could use a little updating. Flooring in living room, under the carpet was loose, and cracked when you walked on it. Could use some more silverware. Location was great. Layout out was great, big kitchen. Curtains don't completely cover the patio door to the lanai. Felt maybe the owners hadn't been there for awhile, or maybe not a owner used condo. Overall value for money was good.

We enjoyed our week long stay here. It is a nice condo, quiet and clean, with lots of beach supplies provided. Having 4 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were especially appreciated. My kids found the mattress on sleeper sofa to be better than most pullouts. Although the complex itself is right across the street from beach, this unit is in the very last building (D) at the back so we found the walk to beach to be 5 minutes or so. It would help greatly and shorten the distance if there was a keyed entry for sliding door via patio (ground level) so you could leave from there rather than having to go out hallway door and up a flight of stairs (elevator is available too) at backside of building where the parking lot is. Well landscaped grounds were beautiful to walk through and location in Kihei is very convenient/central to everything Maui has to offer. Lots of good places to eat nearby condo, both within walking distance and a short drive down main road. Overall quite satisfied with our stay but just note this ground level unit requires use of stairs or elevator whenever needing to lock the place up for your daily adventures.

The property is such a great location to the beaches, coffee shops and cafes. The building has a couple different pools and outdoor BBQ's that anyone staying there can use.

We enjoyed our two week stay at this property in South Kihei. The location was situated on a lovely property with access to two pools, beautiful manicured grounds, and so close to three beautiful beaches. The unit was on the ground floor with a lovely patio that looked out over the lawn and gardens and it was very close to one pool with barbecues. The unit was equipped with all we needed for trips to the beach; coolers, umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels and more. The unit had two A/C units which really helped keep the unit cool as the temperatures when we visited were in the mid 90s F. The unit also had a washer and dryer which came in very handy during our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay smooth when cooking.
The Property Manager for the unit was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Location and amenities provided are great. short walk to the beach for a swim and a nice place to watch the sunset. Great spot to relax and stroke through the area. Host was very responsive and helpful. Though the bathroom smell was off putting as it seem to be sucking in sewage smell from above if you turn on the fan. Didn't realize where the smell was coming from until our last day which was regrettable. Otherwise we had a great time here.

Everything was as advertised. Lots of bedding/pillows, beach chairs/snorkel gear/umbrella that works, lol. Had a minor problem with no ceiling fan remote and a burnt frying pan. No big deal but we let them know and they took care of both items right away! So impressed!

Unit is not beachfront however very easy and convenient to walk to beach and to all shops and restaurants. They were very accommodating. Unit only only has one bathroom but we were able to make it work and enjoyed our stay. Oh also they have beach chairs, beach towels, and more which makes beach time more enjoyable

This unit is on the ground floor with a very short walk across the grass to one of the pools and barbecue stations. Unit was clean when we arrived and check in was very easy due to excellent communication from the property manager prior to arrival. We had a small hiccup the morning after our arrival with a plumbing issue but it was subsequently resolved and the rest of our stay was without issue. Unit had nice space and we enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants and beaches. The property and grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Highly recommend.

In the bedroom closet, there was too much stuff!!No room for clothes! Need to move Vacuumed and all the toys to out side storage!!! Need storage shed out side!!

The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great too, close to the pool and the beach right across the street was amazing.
