We had a great time at this property. Fantastic location. The pictures do not do the view justice. We loved eating on the balcony and having a morning coffee there. Great view of the sunset. Minutes to the beach. The bedroom was dark and having a second AC just for the bedroom was great. From the pictures it’s hard to tell how big the fridge is. The two doors visible in the island are part of the fridge. Plenty of room in there, especially with the separate chest freezer beside the other counter. Great kitchen. Everything was spotless and well cleaned. They also had containers and ziploc bags which were helpful too.

Nice location, complex was quiet and unit was equipped with everything needed for our stay. We appreciated that dish soap, laundry detergent and bathroom supplies were also provided. Cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas were also appreciated.

We are so glad that we did not postpone our trip to Maui after the tragic Lahaina fire. Not only did we have the same beautiful vacation as we have had in previous years, but we also had an opportunity to volunteer for food distribution and helping at the Maui Humane Society for a few days. All in all, it was a fun and personally fulfilling two weeks. Condo C606 was a great choice, and it is our 6th time renting at Kihei Akahi. We loved the decor of this condo, and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the best selection of cookware, dishes, and glasses. We typically stay at this location for 2 weeks, and this owner was very generous in considering the length of our stay for paper products and detergents. The lanai gave us a nice view of the ocean and only partial sun in the afternoon so we could enjoy it any time of the day or evening. Most appreciated, however, was the communication from the host owner. When we decided to extend this trip (it was 5 am on Maui), the owner got right back to us to confirm. When we couldn't figure out the TV (fancier than the one we have at home), they came right over. They spent time with us and told us incredible stories of resilience after the Lahaina fire. They also gave us some great tips for restaurants and happy hours. We will definitely be returning guests on our next trip.

I wanted to express my thoughts regarding my recent stay at your property. While I appreciate the opportunity to stay in your place, I must admit that I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodations, especially in light of the cleaning fee that was charged.
I had high expectations for a clean and well-maintained space, but unfortunately, it fell short of those expectations. It's disheartening to pay a cleaning fee when the place doesn't seem to have been adequately cleaned before my arrival.
I believe in open communication, and I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be addressed and hopefully improved for future guests. I value your property and the experiences you provide to guests, but cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any stay.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and possibly offer some insights into why the cleanliness may not have met the expected standards. I believe that addressing this concern will help ensure a more pleasant experience for all your guests.

My wife and I had a great time in Maui. Our condo was perfect! The king bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had every item needed to cook a meal, the ocean view from the lanai was breathtaking, and the beach chairs, as well as umbrellas were supplied too. Seeing the sunrise every morning from the lanai is indescribable. The condo is perfectly placed to get to the ocean, restaurants, and local shops. You don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. If you chose to stay in this rental you will have a wonderful vacation.

We loved this condo. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning was only in the bedroom. Wish we had known. The cross breeze was nice when you had the door open and the screen door shut but could have it open all the time.
