Location was perfect in the north shore area and very convenient to access the pool, tennis court, and nearby beaches. I had no issues communicating with the owner; he was great and was responsive. The checking-in process went smooth and it had everything I needed during my stay. A few things in the condo needed to be fixed, but Kyle is aware of it. During my stay (beginning of Sept.), the weather was pretty hot and air wasn't flowing at all through the condo. However, the AC in the bedroom helped alot. Overall, great place. I would recommend and would stay there again. Thanks Kyle!

The neighborhood was perfect and there were several food trucks avaible within a 10 to 15 min drive. The stay was clean but it does feel like an update might be needed. The shower was amazing. It had a washer and dryer which was useful. AC unit was only in the room which was fine for us since we were out and about most of the time. The owner answered all of my questions and was always prompt. Overall, it was a good experience without complaints.

Property is part of a large resort that is located at Turtle Bay. Lots of restaurants to choose from and perfectly located for golfing and swimming ... all within walking distance from the unit. The condo itself is adequate and the owner is pleasant and attentive ... but overall the condo is very 'tired' ... appliances are old and rusty, new comfortable couch would be welcome ... laundry closet was covered in mold, Louvre windows need servicing as only half opens in bedroom and living room. Overall though, we really enjoyed our time at Kawela Bay.

Property needs to be updated! There were too many stipulations about what you can’t do, but you don’t hear about them until you have already booked. The location was great…..just too many don’t do this or that,

Very quiet and relaxing stay in Kuilima. Although I drove, the bus stop was very close to the unit and I caught the bus to Haleiwa and had a blast.
Unit was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a few days stay. Mahalo!

The owner is very kind, promptly help us with doubts. I sugested that he can change the sofa and ilumination, was very very bad, Also the bathroom towels, that are old very very used. At the room was one window for insects broken and during the night with the wind it knocks several time that wont let us sleep. Small details that will improve the stay

Our condo was decent. Needs some repairing and cosmetic attention. The shower water didn’t get too warm but the shower was clean. But PERFECT location! We will be coming back that’s for sure!

So blessed to have found this condo in Turtle Bay! Great location and wonderful amenities. We had access to the swimming pool which we used and there is also a tennis court (which we didn't get to use).
I had communications with Kyle, the owner, through the VRBO app, email and text. Check in was great and overall stay was wonderful!

Great place to stay in the beautiful North Shore if you are looking to be out and about most of the day and just need a comfortable place to sleep. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the beach and Lei Lei’s restaurant. Furniture in the living room was pretty outdated and some things in the kitchen were broken. The bathroom however was fully remodeled. The bed was comfy! Communication with host was a bit choppy. Overall, for the price we paid, we were satisfied.

This property is located in the very nice Turtle Bay resort allowing us to explore the North Shore thoroughly. We also visited the Hotel and used some of their services, like the coffee shop and little market, which was very practical. The rate was quite reasonable compared to other condos in this complex and the space was generally great. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a generous pantry. There is a lot of beach gear including chairs, snorkeling, floaters, etc. There is also a lot of linens/towels. Our concerns were that the futon in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to either sit or sleep on, the pillows were all flat and lumpy and most of the table lamps were broken or not functioning. The shower curtains in the windows/patio doors also did not provide much darkness overnight and in the morning. But generally, this was a good place to spend a week in and the host was responsive and helpful.
