Kap is a rock star host and very responsive. Was impressed with how clean, spacious and contemporary the place is. Kitchen is well stocked and beach gear is provided. Quality linens, towels and TP. Efficient check in/out process. Options of ceiling fan and/or AC in both bedroom and living room. Would stay there again.

Everything about this rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, spacious. Well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Convenient parking and smooth check-in process with very clear instructions. Pool was lovely and so warm! But what really made this property amazing was the location. A short walk to Turtle Bay Resort, we took full advantage of their beautiful beach and fabulous restaurants- pricey but worth it for delicious food and even better views! Grocery store was close by. Not far from Haleiwa for excursions but beware: a lot of construction along that road so factor in extra time in your commute (google maps was often inaccurate). Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book this place again!

The location outstanding! Easy walk to beach and resort. Views off the lanai were nice, and it was very thoughtful to have the black out drapes over the walk out in the living room and bedroom.
The beach equipment was very good - especially the beach umbrella.
The bedroom bed and linens were very comfortable and clean.
Very easy and pleasant communications with owners for entry and access.
The overall space felt a bit clinical, and we completely understand about humidity and wanting to keep the space clean and easy to clean - and would much rather that than the alternative, but the space did feel a bit clinical/minimal.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at this condo. It is very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay (beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). The location is great for a quick trip to the North Shore food trucks, the east coast, Haleiwa, and many beautiful beaches. Kap is quick to respond and provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to have your own spot and still be in/around the resort area. Cool breakfasts, head to the beach, grab a lunch at Lei Lei’s, head out later, whatever!

This is our second time staying at this property. The place was modern and well equipped. I had one of my kid sleeping on the futon and the other sleeping on the couch, it was perfect for our family of four. Close to all Northshore destinations as well as the Turtle Bay resort! We had a fabulous visit- all the check in - info is easy to follow and works well.. the condo is extremely well appointed- everything you can imagine in the kitchen, great towels, comfy bed, , beach equipment:

The location is perfect for exploring all the sights of the North Shore- hikes , beaches , Haleiwa, food trucks…poke spots, fruit stands…
The location is also great for the convenience of Turtle Bay.. you can walk , or drive to the public beach… and walking the property is beautiful, too.

Secure clean large condo on remote north shore. Very private- no socializing community within complex. No umbrella or bogey boards. Chairs , cooler, beach towels were great. Pool & charcoal grill are not convenient.

My husband, daughter, and I spent three nights here during October 2021. This condo is immaculately clean, well-supplied with anything you would need, and a good location between Kahuku and Halewia. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever with our stay. We enjoyed having some space to spread out after a few nights in Ko'olina in a hotel setting. Parking is directly in front of this ground floor condo. Grocery store, gas, restaurants, golf, and points of interest were within about a 20 minute drive both directions. The owner provided a very well organized binder of activities, restaurants and other points of interest and very easy-to-follow check out instructions. Washer and dryer worked like a charm. Plenty of beach towels and two nice beach chairs were available. The pool was empty the night we went swimming and is about a 30 second walk from the condo. You are not allowed to swim in the pool up at the hotel, but we saw an absolutely amazing sunset from the pool deck there, don't miss it. Lei Lei's was a good place to eat at the resort, sandwiches and kid friendly. The pool bar near the hotel section, not so much. Slow service, food was mediocre at best. I get that it's touristy so they're taking advantage, but a basket of tortilla chips and a small bowl of guacamole for $20 is a little out there. Off property, we enjoyed Ted's Bakery more than once, poke and sushi from Foodland, Matsumoto's, Teddy's Bigger Burgers, and Seven Brothers. Lots of shopping and other eating options in Halewia and some traffic in between. Also wanted to note that the beach area at Turtle Bay is not very kid-friendly, lots of rocks in the water. However, much better beaches were a short drive away. Hawaii Shark Encounters was fantastic and my 8 year old enjoyed shark diving very much! Thanks for the great stay!

Loved the condo and the area. If you are visiting the North Shore this is a great property. Very nicely upgraded and equipped for exploring the area and relaxing.. We had rain while we were there but enjoyed the Turtle Bay facilities and activities in the area. Fruit stand nearby, terrific restaurants in Haleiwa and the Tao Luau. Host provided very good communication too. Thanks and Aloha. Prices are high but inline with the area.

The condo was perfect for us! Perfect location, safe and pristine area, just a short walk from Turtle bay beach areas and golfing, (which was discounted for those staying in the condos. )
The condo was spotless and stocked with everything from shampoo to every kind of cooking utensil, pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot etc. There was even a Ninja for making our own smoothies. Fully stocked for beach time as well, chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cooler, etc.
So comfortable, a real sofa, not just a futon, large TV and chairs for sitting outdoors. The bed was very comfortable and there were Air conditioning units in living and bedroom spaces as well as extra fans to Keep the air moving which was very much appreciated on humid days.
It was so nice to have the washer/dryer to keep up during the week, and this also enabled us to pack a little less and leave room for souvenirs in our luggage, which was full on the way home!
Property wax just down the road from Ted’s Bakery, and a big fruit stand, as well as Sunrise Cafe where we enjoyed fresh açaí bowls.
Being on the North Shore was amazing! We watched surfing, went whale watching, shopped and had amazing meals in Haleiwa, my favorite town on the island! On a couple of other days we went the other direction to Kualoa Ranch, went on a UTV tour, and attended the Polynesian Cultural Center, and drove down the Eastern coastline on the Windward side to Honolulu for dinner at Dukes.
For us, this property was perfect in every way. The owner was quick to respond to questions, which were few, because the directions and instructions were clear. I hope we can return someday.

The Turtle Bay resort makes this the perfect place to stay in the North Shore area. Many great beaches and things to do. The condo was very clean and stocked with convenient amenities. Condo was recently remodeled with new appliances along with very nice kitchen and bathroom updates. Condo was exactly how it was pictured. Only minor drawback is they lanai area was limited. We would recommend and stay again for sure.

We attended a family function at Turtle Bay and this was the perfect way to spend the week. The condo is a nice walk from the hotel and it's restaurants. The condo pool is literally steps away from the front door.if you decide to stay here be sure to try Giovanni's food truck for the garlic shrimp, it's about 10 minutes down the road.

Beautiful living space and kid friendly. Our sons did not want to leave. Convenient to north shore activities and in walking distance to several restaurants. Only complaint is that the hot water runs out if several people take a shower at the same time, but not a problem if you stagger them. Easy communication with Kap and Chrystal. We will definitely be back!

They were both very attentive to us during our stay in regards to communication, assistance where needed etc. The condo is exceptionally clean, with a great location to the beaches in and around Turtle Bay. We appreciated the entertainment system which provided access to Netflix and tons of stations, which we unfortunately required during a couple of rainy days.
