The Condo was great it had everything we needed to have fun at the beach or pool. It was centrally located for the north shore. Loved that they had beact towels, cooler and beach chairs for us to borrow. Less than 5 minutes away were yummy food trucks and 15 minutes from the grocery store. The place was super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive! Place was perfect for the North Shore. Less than 10 min walk to Turtle Bay resort (but in all honestly never really went). So many more beaches to visit up in North ShoreS. Min drive away from Kahuku which has a great food truck/eatery which we wait almost every night. A lot of options for family, house was well equipped. Has a cooler, boogie boards, snorkeling gear (although in Winter no shot at snorkeling due to high surf/waves) very comfortable for a family of 7. Definite must stay for North Shore.

This condo was advertised in the listing title as “Deluxe, Spacious, Clean Condo.” Unfortunately, the condition upon arrival was the opposite of clean.
The unit was visibly filthy, with heavy dust accumulation, cobwebs containing dead bugs, grime on fixtures, and significant buildup in vents and corners that raised serious air-quality concerns. I documented everything with time-stamped photos taken the night of check-in.
I have asthma, and after sleeping there one night, I could not safely remain in the unit. This was not a matter of personal preference or “different standards”—the property had clearly not been properly cleaned prior to guest arrival, despite cleanliness being explicitly advertised in the title.
When I contacted the host immediately, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the condition, the host minimized the issues, implied that the price justified the state of the unit, and refused to offer any refund despite the health impact that forced me to leave early.
After checkout, the situation escalated further. The host falsely accused me of stealing towels and threatened to charge me $200. I provided photo evidence taken at checkin showing that there were only 2 towels, proving the accusation was unfounded. The host also threatened to leave me a negative review in response to my complaints.
I contacted VRBO for assistance, but no resolution or refund was offered.

The host was very welcoming. The property's location is excellent with great view of the golf course. It's a short walking/driving distance to the Turtle Bay beach and resort where we visited and enjoyed. The amenities are very clean and in good condition. There are plenty of beds and spaces for a whole family that everyone felt comfortable and with good privacy. Kids liked the bunker bed very much!

The condo was fantastic and the host was great! It was clean and well maintained. The A/C was also super nice to have as well. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver along with the multiple bathrooms. The beds were also super comfy and having boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs available to use were also a great feature! The condo is in a quiet location with easy parking. I will recommend this spot to all my friends and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo - cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent communication with owner. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Being so close to the beautiful beaches was a huge plus. Nice touches included the Keurig coffee maker and pods, the included parking space and updated design and decor. We highly recommend this lovely condo and would stay here again if we returned to the north shore!

This is a terrific unit to stay in at Turtle Bay. Close to the pool. The unit is very well apportioned. It’s decorated beautifully. There is A/c but most nights the breeze off the balcony was nice too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, glassware, cooking utensils, even some seasonings and tin foil and Saran were available. An ample supply of dish soap and laundry pods too. The beds were comfortable The towels were plentiful and soft. There were several beach towels too. The owner also supplies a cooler on wheels, collapsible wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and a football-literally everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. Turtle Bay Resort has parking for the public and public beach access but you could walk it too. The owner was very responsive to our questions as well. A great place to stay on the North Shore !

Very nice condo. Easy in and out. Bev the manager made everything smooth. We enjoyed the beaches around the Turtle Bay resort. Condo had everything we needed. They had beach accessories like snorkels, bags, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrellas and more. Everything you need to cook and store food. Coffee pot with starter filters. We stopped at Foodland on the way to the condo and grabbed things for breakfast and coffee. The resort has restaurants but they are super expensive. If you leave and go to the left out of the resort that will take you to the Sugarmill food truck area that had about 20 different food trucks and a Kahuku beer garden. All and all we loved our stay we will be back. Mahalo
