Communication with property manager was helpful. He made himself available and called to check on our stay. We got turned around with Google Maps and could not figure out which entrance to use to access the condo's correct grounds. When I texted, he called and helped us figure out where we needed to go. The unit was clean, in a great location (quiet, which was what we loved the most), and had a lot of beach supplies (towels, umbrellas, folding chairs) on the Lanai that were a nice touch.

Helena always kept us well informed. We had an issue with the water drainage which was resolved very quickly. The unit was in good condotion, it lacked nothing. The location was ideal for us. Restaurant, hotel, restaurant, bars and beach are all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

My family loved spending Thanksgiving here! We enjoyed the layout and beautiful furnishings!We cooked breakfast and dinner. Then we walked on the golf course in the evening and caught giant toads! We also enjoyed the trails along the shore and the glorious surf at the Banzai pipeline where we watched some brave surfers navigate some gnarly waves! The home was even more beautiful and spacious than it listed. The beds were comfy, the full stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in, and the location so close to the pool made it great to take grandkids swimming easy. This home was perfect for our family vacation in Hawaii!

The North Shore area is incredible. There is so much to see, but this spot was conviently centered of the places we wanted to visit during the day. There are MANY options for activities and/or relaxation on the resort, for those who would prefer to stick around throughout the day. The place was clean and very organized. My husband and i stayed here but we would love to bring our 3 children here next year. Amazing place for couples and families.

DONT STAY HERE! Unless you don’t care about mold, dust and really cheap crappy bedding and kitchen supplies. The listing says delux, it’s far that. My husband myself and my teen son booked this condo for 3 nights. I read on one review after I booked there was mold on the ceiling. I had messaged the owner to inquire about this mold because if it was true, I wanted to cancel which she was willing to do at first but she had told me it’s not mold it’s just old water damage. I had told her at this point it would be really dangerous for my teenage son to be around any type of mold because of his health issues, she said there was no mold. Unfortunately, when we checked in, it was late at night and we had no choice but to stay the night. I checked out immediately the next day and she refused to refund me for the rest of the nights at that point I had to get VRBO involved and finally got my money back. The mold is out of control. The dust is out of control. There’s mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, The air conditioning units are disgusting Filled with mold and dust should not be used, their screens missing on the sliding door so you can’t even leave the doors open for a breeze if you want extra bedding for the pullout couch, good luck the pillows are about 20 years old. Anyways, I wish this review was there for me. The owner is poor to communicate takes a day or two to get back to you or longer and is a big liar.

The unit was perfect for our first stay on the North Shore of Oahu. Very clean and comfortable. End unit on second floor afforded nice outside views. The lanai was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. We enjoyed breakfast and lattes at Lucky's at Sunset Beach, garlic shrimp at the Giovani's food truck, Waimea Botanical Garden, Byodo-In Temple at Kaneohe, and Ted's Bakery.Lots of inexpensive food truck options. Would definitely want to return as a week isn't long enough to completely slow down and immerse in all that is here. Many thanks !

Great location, very clean. We had friends staying at turtle bay resort so it was nice to walk just five minutes to the resort. We ate at lei leis a few nights. We love Ian the owner. Great food!! We will be back again next year and will stay again here if it's available. :)

Nice unit, clean and comfortable. Didn't really understand how to get into the gate so walked in first time to get the fob (share the code with visitors maybe). LOVE the keyless entry, Murphy bed a plus, kitchen was well appointed, internet worked great, a/c units worked and clear visitor instructions were posted inside the unit. The washer/dryer was the biggest disappointment as they did not work well so we didn't use it as much as we would've liked. Also the remotes were fussy, maybe they need fresh batteries (but none were found in the unit). Furnishings were dated, but overall cleanliness made up for that. Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Joanne has top notch communication and the property access was smooth and easy. We love coming to north shore to escape the hustle and bustle and hit the hustle and bustle whenever we want to!
