We had a wonderful stay at this modern and very comfortable condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous size of the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, offering far more space than anticipated from the pictures. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive, making our stay easy and stress-free. Their checkout recommendations were clear and reasonable, which we appreciated. The condo felt incredibly homey, was meticulously organized, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The air conditioning units were highly effective, maintaining a perfectly cool and comfortable environment. The hide-a-bed was also neatly made and ready upon our arrival. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed meals at the Ritz, did not use the pools/grounds as we were only there on the weekend but we would have loved to extend our trip (next time). Note: not a smart tv so that was the only real bummer as our kiddo really wanted to watch a show and there were no kids programming. Easy fix with a smart tv as we could just sign into our own account to use. Other than that, we loved everything.

We were very impressed with the property. The location was phenomenal and from entry it was clear that the owners take deep pride in caring for the unit. We especially appreciated the kitchen tools and appliances available. From coffee makers (pods and regular brew) and skillets to garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The full size refrigerator enabled us to do some grocery shopping and make meals at home, which undoubtedly saved some money. The in-unit washer and dryer were very handy too. I am grateful that I could wash the clothing we swam in so they'd be clean and smell fresh. At least during our stay (may vary by time of year) it was necessary for us to use the two window A/C units to keep the home cool- but they did the trick and the fans helped greatly too. Having a television in both the living room and bedroom was awesome as well. I need a TV on to fall asleep- so I'd been a little concerned about that prior to our visit. I can't say enough great things about the location. There simply are not enough adjectives! We are in love though. The fact that we can make use of the resort's amenities just made an awesome trip even more special. The beautiful and serene atmosphere took our breath away; and the proximity to so many beaches and naturally beautiful landscapes is awe inspiring. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return!

Great condo for my family of four. Plenty of space for all of us. The loft area with two beds was ideal for my kids. It was also nice having separate bathrooms (although the shower in the master bedroom is very small). Andrew provided beach chairs, a boogie board, pickle ball and tennis equipment, a beach bag, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, baking pans, and Tupperware. The condo was very clean. The unit is in a great location in the Turtle Bay ‘complex’ near the Ritz. So it’s a beautiful area within walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants (although they’re very expensive). Cheaper food alternatives are only a 5-10 minute drive. Andrew was great with communication and clear instructions. Only complaint is that the A/C window units were off when we arrived and the unit was super hot. It took an entire day for it to cool down. Highly recommend this property!

If your idea of fun is spending your vacation time in Hawaii repairing someone else’s condo then this is the place for you. Be prepared to do laundry almost daily (with your own laundry soap)as you are blessed with 1 worn out towel per person (also bring your own shampoo and soap) for the duration of your stay. I have slept on softer beds in China and the pillows are old, nasty and way beyond their natural lifespan. The relaxing patio area includes a view of an empty golf course hole with a back drop of the highway. While on the patio embrace the warmth of the a/c unit on your back that doesn’t even cool living area inside (be prepared to be warm especially in the loft) The 12 min (3/4 mile)hike to the beach is for professionals only especially in the heat and humidity and everything in this location worth doing is part of the Ritz.The host seemed nice but had difficulty changing my reservation months in advance. You will need a car and there are small towns and villages to visit that are close but traffic will slow you down. Lei Lei’s is the best and so is Seven brothers burgers, Ted’s bakery for sure.

Perfect location on the North Shore and lovely accommodation near the pool, with a car park. Really enjoyed our time there! Walk to Turtle Bay where we swam with the turtles and short drive to Gunstock Ranch where we had a sunset dinner and horse ride. Short drive to Pipeline and the Polynesian Centre where we enjoyed visiting! Would stay again!

Our kids are 14, 16 and this was great for the four of us. Great quiet location and in June we didn’t really run the AC. Just opened up and the place has amazing cross breeze. We prefer ocean fresh air. Pool was really close by, warm, and really had all to ourselves. Turtle Bay/Ritz we ended up driving to (Free parking). It’s definitely walkable but with snorkel gear and beach gear better to drive. We went to Sharks Cove, Ted’s Bakery, Kula Shave Ice, Waimea Falls, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch and felt we didn’t have enough time to explore all of the North Shore. Place was well stocked, appliances worked well and cooking saves . Communication was clear and concise with owners. They were great. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Great condo and plenty large enough for our family of 7. Great location with a short walk to a good restaurant and beaches. We did have a few issues (broken faucet, screen door, no hairdryers) but owners took care of. Only complaints: the back patio is very hot and mostly unusable since the fans (I assume for the ac) blow hot air on each end constantly. And they only provided a small roll of paper towels, one spare roll of tp per bathroom, and no tissues so you'll run out with a large family staying more than a couple of days. These items are cheap and I'd think would be provided for convenience given the high cost of the rental. Overall great condo in a great location.

The house itself has everything you need, pots/pan/cups/plates/towels/beach chairs/etc. It is outdated and poorly put together, the decor style is all over the place. House looks worn down, but I guess the wear down is expected from beachy weather.

Turtle Bay Resort area is a wonderful getaway into Hawaii's nature. I loved the easy access to the beach via a 5 minute walk. Snorkeling in the lagoon was dequate for my grandkids to see the reef fish. The wild, pristine and secluded bay offers private beach relaxation. The grounds are lovely with plumeria, pikake and bougainvilla flowers blooming in pinks, yellows, whites and fragrances. The condo we stayed in was all inclusive. My only suggestions are; provide comfortable livingroom seats with cushioning, upgrade outdoor bbq at the pool to one with a covering lid.

This is a beautiful condo! It is clean, has beach gear available for use, and all the kitchen needs to make any meal a family would enjoy. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in. After a long flight and confirming our arrival time (between 4-5), we followed the instructions to call for the gate to be opened. Unfortunately no one was available on the other side to let us enter. We drive away, texted the owner, and I got a sharp reply to follow the check in instructions. After that, we attempted to call from the property gate and were finally admitted. I agree with others’ comments regarding the unwelcoming “warnings” posted throughout the condo. We opted to not go to the beach or turn on the AC due to the threat of additional charges. We had an okay stay but did not feel relaxed at this property.

We had such a great time! this place was perfectly centralized to all of our north shore activities. The easy access to the beach, having access to a full kitchen for slow starts to the morning and space for 3 generations of women to spread out and have a little breathing room while celebrating my daughters graduation and completion of her first year of college was excellent! Access to the pool was lovely and the pool is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment and umbrella at our disposal that we enjoyed using at Waimea bay beach. It was honestly a perfect location and so well maintained! We truly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being able to feel like we were “home” while there instead of just living out of a suitcase.

Our family loved our stay! The condo was very clean, well equipped kitchen, perfect for our family of four but room for more if needed. Beds were comfortable, linens were crisp and clean, plenty of towels and stocked restrooms. Everything you need for the beach is here! Towels, chairs, toys, umbrella and boogie boards. There is an easy hike from the patio to the stables and a nearby pillbox. It was beautiful, totally recommend taking advantage of it. We rented a vehicle while in the North Shore, so we did not walk up to Turtle Bay, we drove and parked in the public access parking. It would be a bit of a walk with all your gear. The pool was nice and just down the sidewalk from the unit. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

What a great place to stay! The property was just as it was listed with all of the "need to know" details in a binder on a table in the entryway. Emily also gifted a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts to us as a welcome gift.There were so many extras that took away added expenses for us. Such as laundry soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, spices, coffee filters, bathroom amenities with bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler and so much more.When we needed to reach Emily to ask a question, she was very prompt to respond. The beach is 5 minutes away, there are tennis courts and pools available as well. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Vanessa was nice but was not good at responding timely in the app.We stayed for two nights, I’m glad we didn’t book for longer. The sheets were a weird material so they felt sticky. The place was musty, the AC units were dirty which made me nervous we were going to get sick from using them. The washer needs to be cleaned, it has mold on it and it smells. I wanted to do laundry since this was the middle of our two week long trip but didn’t because of the washer. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to the TV for us so we couldn’t use the TV in the bedroom. however, It was spacious and I loved the location.

The location of this property is great for the North Shore. We loved the closeness to Turtle Bay. The size was great for 5 adults. Clean kitchen, 2 baths, 3 beds. We wished there was a ramp to wheel or luggage because carrying it up the stairs to the 2nd floor was not ideal. It had everything we needed. We loved the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel stuff. The rental unit was clean and as described. They have updated the living room furniture since the pictures were taken to more comfortable furniture. There were 6 of us staying and we had enough room. The property is showing a lot of weather wear, but it was very clean. There are ceiling fans, but they do not provide ANY help to keep you cooled down. We tried to get them to work better, but no success. The two bedrooms had AC units, but they are directly next to the bed and blow on you constantly while sleeping. It was better than not having one but made sleeping difficult at times. There were standing fans that you could use as well, but it was very hot and uncomfortable. Better fans would be a big improvement or better yet, looking into a couple of ductless splits. We had two issues that we needed the management for, and they responded quickly. You are about a 10-minute walk to a snorkeling cove or a bay, both were great places to hang out for hours. There were lots of food options and other activities nearby, just be aware that speed limits are 35 mph and if the location you want to visit says 8 miles away, it can take you 30 minutes to get there. Be prepared to enjoy the drive and the beautiful scenery.
