We had a spectacular stay!! Couldn’t have been better.Location was the best! Short walk to Turtle Bay for snorkeling, swimming & just lazing on the beach!The suite was clean and comfortable, accommodating us as well as welcoming guests. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Loved my morning coffee & evening cocktail on the screened-in lanai. Snorkeling gear and other amenities made our stay even more convenient and saved .We had 1 minor problem—the fridge went out for 3 days, apparently due to a power outage and need of a re-set that didn’t go according to manufacturer’s plan. It was quite new and wasn’t the owner’s fault at all. Tamara was quick to help us and did all she could to accommodate us.Shout out to security man, Dave. He’s an absolute gem! Keeps us all safe, and accommodates everyone—goes well above and beyond!This stay could t have been better! We hope to return!

Overall great stay! There was a lot of hair in the showers when we arrived, besides that the home was clean. The only other concern is there were not any smoke detectors or carbon detectors. There were spots for them in the ceilings but the actual devices weren’t on the brackets. It’s close to the beach, 15 minute walk to turtle bay. Location is amazing. AC works really well. No pack n play available but you can buy one for like 50. Overall great experience and would stay again. Communication was great.

The condo was nice and clean and no issues at all with our stay. The only minor challenge we had was the dresser did not have enough drawers for our clothing and there were not enough hangers in the closet for the length of our stay which was 10 days. The dresser in the bedroom has only 3 drawers and while there are shelves in the cabinet beneath, it was a little hard to access our folded clothing. Everything else about the condo was just fine.

Great location when visiting the north shore, close to all the beaches and restaurants that we wanted to visit. Two restaurants and beach access within walking distance. We did the horse back trail ride down at the stables highly recommend and is also within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The rental was perfect. My family loved it. Property was clean no real personal touches as private rentals but it was very very nice and we definitely would stay there again would be nice if there was a few more staples and basic necessities or at least a couple days did have one paper towel roll, and 3T peas in each of the two bathrooms bedding was very nice. AC is wonderful so wonderful. could use one extra little blanket on the beds. It does get cool because the AC is great but I’ll take that over being hot any day. There is no icemaker to let you know coffee pot water heater basic dishes, and utensils to cook was good nothing major but enough to get by so all in all, you won’t be disappointed in our opinion of this rental, we loved it.

The property is located about 10-20 mins from some awesome beaches in the North Shore. Snorkeling was awesome at PupuKea Beach. Waimea Bay was great for a family beach day. Waimea Valley is great for the waterfall and garden scenery, both Waimea locations took us about 20-30 mins from the condo because of traffic. Food trucks to the south were great, we loved getting our daily fresh smoothies at Tina's and the breakfast at Da Bald Guy was ONO (amazing.) Lots of options to meet everyone's different tastes for dinner, but the trucks start closing at 6p so get there in time. Kuilima Farms is about 10 mins north of the condo and it had an awesome fruit stand that we got fresh fruit/veggies from on the way to the beach, threw them in the provided ice chest as an easy beach snack. Sunset Beach is about 15 mins north of the condo, great for swimming if you are familiar with a shore break or want some waves. They provide one boogie board. There was a broken umbrella when we arrived, so we bought one with an ocean scenery, then we left it for the next people to enjoy. The sun is brutal in Hawaii, shade and reef safe sunscreen is a must. Make sure you hold that umbrella in the wind or it's a goner. We had issues with ants in the kitchen, they called the exterminator to set ant traps and we just lived with the ants. There are cockroaches, we saw them in the house daily, that was a bummer. The pool was close and warm. Overall we enjoyed this location and the pics are accurate.

This is by far our favorite place to stay in North shore. Island time has never been better, you have everything you need in that cupboard by the kitchen to explore pristine beaches without the usual crowd, when hungry, local food trucks and vendors are 5-10 mins away and we enjoyed the compound and space for long walks and downtime- that also means staying in for the World Cup games if we decide to since the cable and streaming was top notch So yes, if we were to stay again, i will pick this place for its charm, its diversity and exclusivity plus its a great base to explore the island. Communication with Lisa was great and we had everything we had needed without hiccups.

What a little gem! Our family enjoyed our stay that over looked the golf course. The condo was fully stocked with cooking utensils with pots and pans so we were able to cook a few meals. The communication was great from day 1. We drove to Turtle bay beach since we have little kids but it is within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here, would stay again!

The condo was comfortable and well stocked, and we enjoyed the location and the amenities. Check in was not as smooth as it could be. Instructions say something like "door straight ahead" after explaining the parking. We got in from the airport late (and we were tired as it was 3am where we were coming from). We parked and went to the unit straight ahead that had the appropriate unit number. When we got up there it appeared like there were 4 units and due to the hour we wanted to be careful not to wake anyone. There were schlage locks on all the doors. We tried several times to get in and nothing was working. We called the host, and messaged, to no response. We had to call VRBO support, and were considering booking another place. Then finally, an hour later, my husband tried one of the other 3 doors (the one "straight ahead"). This may have been a case of us not reading carefully but could easily be prevented by a carefully placed custom welcome mat or sign. I was also disappointed there was no support at that hour as the PM manages multiple places and should have assistance overnight. Overall I'm sure you will enjoy the unit, just be cautious if arriving late.

I’ve lived on the North Shore for 10 years. I know how to access the resources in the area for 12 miles either direction as well as on the Turtle Bay property. This is a great place to stay. Might be helpful for guests to know that if the people in the bedroom closes their door and use their own bathroom, those using the pull out bed also have total privacy. Bath mat would increase bathroom safety. Tub is very slick without one. Also it would be really nice to have a tall table and chairs on the patio to be able to dine outside and have access to full view while dining. Or when having coffee or drinks. Balcony railing blocks view outside when sitting in low chairs. Great stay!!!

We did Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, several hikes, Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center. The girls loved jumping in the pool between activities. Awesome property. The location was stellar and we were within walking distance of Turtle Bay Resort. Loved having access to their beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was delightful. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Don’t worry about buying much aside from food and drinks—this house was well prepared for all adventures and needs. The communication was amazing. A beach umbrella was broken and I offered to replaced it but Farrah said there was an extra I could use. She was so responsive and you could tell she was a veteran host. We loved the location and felt like we were central to everything, the home was clean, beautifully furnished and made us feel so welcomed. I will definitely be booking again.
