Cannot say enough good things! The view is unbeatable. Central AC was a big relief when we needed a break from the heat. Great location, walkable to pretty much everything in Waikīkī. Comfy beds. The kids LOVED the built in bunk beds. Courtney was so lovely and helpful to work with. WillDefinately be back.

Incredible host and stay! Courtney's property was immaculate and looked exactly like the posted pictures. The up front communication/coordination made it easy to check-in and check-out. Word of the wise - if you plan on renting a vehicle please take heed of vehicle height. When she says no taller than 6', she really means it! Fortunately we had a 2025 Mazda CX90 which was well below that height but I couldn't imagine something like a Tahoe or Wagoneer fitting.

The view off our Lani was amazing!! The condo was clean, and convenient to all major roads and downtown Waikiki, close to beach. There is a washing machine right out our door, as well as garbage. Tom kept in touch with us, great host.

Enjoyed the view and being so high up. The condo was clean but there is some deferred maintenance like new paint would make it feel fresher. The seat covers in kitchen area need recovering. Didn’t get a chance to use pool or gym but hopefully we will when we come back on February 15th.

Condo was renovated and VERY CLEAN! All the amenities required for a lovely stay that is walkable to the beach and town with parking included. Nice pool and grills that are cleaned daily for use on thr buildings recreation deck in view from lanai. Host was informative and communicated efficiently to cover all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The furniture was old and out-dated but comfortable. Some of the tables were rickety and unstable. One kitchen cabinet door was hanging from a broken hinge. Another cabinet door scraped the floor. Everything was in working condition. The lanai was huge. It had a small covered area that did not provide much shade because the top only has a few slats. The furniture under the lanai was uncomfortable, but the dining furniture outside was comfortable. I am am hard to please when it comes to beds, but these beds were super comfy. The bedding was also very comfortable. The tv in the living room did not work, but I had someone move the tv from one of the bedrooms into the living room to use. The tv in one bedroom was on a flimsy rickety table that could have easily been knocked over just by touching it (that was the tv I chose to be moved into the living room.)The furniture in the bedrooms was very crowded so it was difficult to get around the queen bed to the other side, and one of the twin beds was right up against the sliding door to the lanai. Both bedrooms do have sliding doors out to the lanai, but I was not able to use them myself because I am handicapped and need to use a walker. The pool area is not handicap accessible so I was not able to use that area. There are only stairs to get to the pool area. The condo would be good for a small family but not for anyone handicapped.

Kevin was very thorough in sharing information. The apartment is small but well situated. We found it just right for our purposes.Amenities are all around. Waikiki Beach is a block away. All in all a very good choice for a single or couple to stay at Waikiki.

The place is 80% of what was described. There is no washer/dryer in the unit (it's a pay washer/dryer at the end of the hall), there isn't a dishwasher, bring all of your own toiletries and small things that were less than expected. Overall, the check in and checkout process for parking was a mess. The parking situation (free parking was never disclosed on the post). I had to ask. If you expect a 9.8 out of 10 experience, this place is not it.Overall, we were comfortable and worked around the issues.

Great value especially being so close to everything! No need to rent a car, although parking is free, you can always just walk closer to the beach and tour buses can pick you up there. Make sure to get the Go pass from Costco if you plan to do more than 6 things. This place has laundry 5 steps outside the unit.

This is the fist time we have stayed at this property and I have to say it wouldn’t be the last time as the accommodations were amazing.We did have issues with there being no hot water in part of our unit and the management team went above and beyond to assist us to resolve the situation and make it right.I would recommend this condo for sure and the management of the property is excellent!!

We had a fantastic stay here with our family of four. The place was very clean, which we really appreciated. The free parking was a big plus. We loved having a beach wagon, chairs, and toys available—it made everything easy and fun. We also took a few day trips to explore the island, this was a great home base for it all. We had a great stay! Location is close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to most restaurants. The place was stocked with towels and some beach equipment. Parking was easy. The lobby, hallway and elevator of the building need some TLC but the room was good. I’d suggest adding a new coffee pot, measuring cups, baking pans, more furniture (larger couch, small table and chairs, shoe rack) for added comfort.

Our stay here was epic! The view was stunning! And its one of tallest buildings so we could see the gorgeous water from every part of the condo. The inside felt fresh and clean and not outdated at all. The shower was really nice and kitchen and everything was great. Fold out couch was big and comfy for our daughter. The bed in the room was really comfy, i am a very tall 300lb man so finding beds that are good is hard. This was perfect. Not too soft and foamy like cheap beds and not too firm. Just the right amount. Plenty of pillows and bed sheets and blankets. Both tvs are huge and work great with all the streaming apps (not that we used it much with hawaii all around). The building is very nice and has a market and a really killer pool area and bbq grills! Pool wasn't cold either! Great easy parking garage. The host was very friendly for our anniversary and she did her best to accommodate us when she was able too. Could not have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this place! Also very easy walk to beach and everything!

This unit is absolutely as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. Located in the Waikiki Sunset, the condo is just over one long block inland from Kuhio Beach, our favorite area of Waikiki (due to the breakwall). The unit is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (bath, hand, kitchen, beach, etc.), shampoo & conditioner, etc. I noticed at the end of our stay Courtney even had laundry detergent 'for guest use' in the supply closet. The king bed was very comfortable and there were no complaints from my fellow travelers who utilized the sofa bed and bunks.As for building amenities: The pool isn't large and lacks a hot tub that other properties may offer, but the water was warm, the pool deck was clean and we never found it overcrowded. The parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The unit was quiet and though we occasionally heard noises from the hallway, other guests were respectful of the posted quiet hours and we were never disturbed during those times.As a host, Courtney was a great communicator. We had no issues during our stay but I've no doubt if issues had arisen they would have been dealt with promptly.
