Often when you stay in a Condo, you get a great ocean view or a view of the condo building next door. However, this view is exceptional. Waking up to get a panoramic view of Diamond Head, no obstructions. A frequent traveler to Hawaii with family; pool was kid friendly (2-foot depth), close to beach, zoo, Waikiki strip. Everything in the unit was clean and appropriate: Kitchen, Bathroom, TV, Wifi. Most important was parking was free, available and easy. Nice touch was included: coffee, beach towels and chairs. Great experience for Hawaiian visit. Thank you, Tom.

We recently stayed at an Captain for a family getaway, and it was an absolute delight! The place was immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for us. But what truly took our breath away was the magnificent view from the property. Our family of six had plenty of room and enjoyed the stay immensely. The amenities were fantastic, and everything we could have needed was right at our fingertips. We had such a wonderful experience that we're already planning our next visit. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spectacular stay.

This property was just as described, looked just like the pictures, and it was perfect for our Oahu vacation! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed including cookware, the bathroom shower head was great, the living room was comfortable and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed spending time on the balcony reading or looking out at the water. I really loved that the following items were supplied for our use: hand soap for each sink; dish soap in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom; quality paper towels and toilet paper; garbage bags and more. I have rented many condos and have always had to buy these items once I arrived. There was also a welcome basket with coffee and snacks! Laundry is located at the end of the hall and there is a mini mart located in the building with some food items. The outdoor pool area was very nice and is located on the sixth floor of the building. The building location was perfect with only a short walk required to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The zoo is also just a few blocks away and we enjoyed our visit there. Parking in the attached ramp is free! We used our rental car for outings to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor Memorial, and a trip to the North Shore. I highly recommend this condo for your Waikiki vacation!

We enjoyed staying here. About a 3-4 block walk to beach. Had some issues with condo not being ready. Also had issues with door lock. These issues were addressed fairly promptly. Was very unhappy with pullout loveseat. Extremely uncomfortable. Needs a bigger couch with a more comfortable bed. TV instructions would be very helpful. Never did figure it out.
Air conditioner will not work if lanai door is left open.
A huge plus for this condo is the FREE parking! Huge deal.

Place was nice, but hard to find. It is located inside another building. It is located in the building called Waikiki Sunset, so when you use your GPS look for Waikiki Sunset and then go inside to your Captain Cooke rental. And don't forget anything in the room, you won't be able to get back in room after your checkout time.

The condo had an excellent view on Diamond Head and all over Waikiki .It has everything you need for a longer stay , very well equipped .However , I would just recommend this unit for a couple and not for a family of 4 . The sofa bed is really uncomfortable to sleep in with bars pressing on your ribs while sleeping . The matras was quite dirty with menstruation spots and we were surprised about the unit not so well cleaned before we arrived . A lot of dirt under the bed and sofa bed , also the kitchen floor was sticky and didn’t felt like it was cleaned before our arrival . It could be that the cleaning is not followed up by the management but this is point they should really work on . Overall we had a good stay and the views are unbeatable.

This was an amazing penthouse with breathtaking views of diamond head and Waikiki beach.
This PH may have the best condo views in all of Waikiki. The place was very large and had all the amenities. Washer and dryer in unit was key for families.
While the building is very dated , the condo is modern and fresh.

We loved the location of this condo. It is just two blocks from the beach and canal. Condo was clean, comfortable and had most of the things you needed.
Our only cons were that the ac was imbalanced between the bedroom (super cold) and the living room (comfortable). But, grab an extra blanket for the bedroom or open the windows in the living room and you'll be good.
We would have this location on our short list for the next time we are in Waikiki.

The location of this property is ideal; close to many of the restaurants and beaches. There was sufficient space for our family, and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. Although the rooms were clean, other parts of the apartment were less clean (bathroom, rugs). The towels also had a strong smell of mold. Having free parking was quite nice! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment on the 28th floor is in a great location at the end of Waikiki area. The beach section is the most beautiful there and you are still right in the middle of the action. The apartment is fully equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, safe and all electrical appliances in the older kitchen. The balcony has a fantastic view of the city and mountains. On the right you can also see a piece of the Diamond Head. Very comfortable bed, door lock with numerical code, fast elevator, large pool, mini market in the building. Grill on the pool floor. Parking space included. We were happy and would come again.

Overall the unit was ok. The view was as expected based on pictures. Property management was kind and easy to work with before and during our stayThe unit needs to be updated for how much they charge. I could have stayed with hotel and had almost the same amenities 1.) Beach towels, there were 4 to use and all different shapes and sizes. 4 LARGE towels would have been nice for a week long stay2.) Bed Pillows, they were flat! This is a very inexpensive update you can do 2x a year based on how often this unit gets rented out. 3.) Bed linens were stained, again, replace and update4.) Curtains in bedroom have holes in them and are stained5.) Outdoor toys/equipment was a nice bonus, but the items were all pretty trashed, we used a boogie board once and it fell apart. Storing inside would be better.6.) Update kitchen items, would have loved a Keurig and an air fryer, otherwise it was ok. Happy to have coffee filters and some basics like aluminum foil available. Overall we would stay at the location again but maybe not rent this particular unit unless we knew updates had occurred.

This condo was amazing. If I am ever in the Waikiki area again, I would 100% stay here again. The condo is well thought out...everything you need is in the condo. From top of the line kitchen appliances, to wine glasses, to makeup remover towels, to kitchen gadgets like blenders and rice cookers. She even gives you access to a vacuum if you end up tracking in any sand from the beach. This condo really has it all. I was impressed with the quality of the sheets, towels and the availability of 2 boogie boards and 3 beach chairs for beach days. Courtney even left a tray of goodies upon arrival which my kids devoured upon check in. As other reviews mentioned, do not let the older hallway or the parking lot dissuade you from staying here. Those were the only negatives which have really nothing to do with the condo itself. My advice is if you do get a car, try to get a smaller one but we did just fine with a van. The free parking was absolutely amazing for the area and with everything walking distance, we did not take it out often during our stay. Highly, highly recommend this condo!

We came here as a family and enjoyed our stay at the 1 bedroom condo.
At first, I was concerned when we stepped out of the elevator and our room was in front of the doors but it did NOT affect the noise level. We didn't hear the other guests coming or going through the elevator. The door and walls are extremely thick which made it nice to not hear anything from outside the room.
The room was exactly as described and being on the 30th floor helped to keep the room cool. We didn't utilize the air conditioning as the unit was in the living room and the bedroom couldn't be controlled without walking back to the control panel. Since the bedroom was smaller, it got cold very quickly.
The best thing about the room was the shower pressure! It felt like being under Niagara Falls. Loved it!
The bathroom towels were super crisp, white and fluffy. We had a slight issue on the bedsheets and contacted the property management. Within a couple hours, they had a replacement delivered. Awesome!
The parking was convenient and the location was within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall, it fulfilled our needs and we were very satisfied.

This little one bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. We never had a problem finding parking after a day out exploring the island. Good location that is walking distance to everything that Waikiki has to offer. You will be disappointed if you are expecting a resort with a grand lobby and fancy amenities. This condo was clean and comfortable for a fair price (for Waikiki).

the Waikiki Sunset was a great location, close to a beach, food and walking to Waikiki. The best was the parking spot. Be sure to get into the room first and bring down the parking permit so that you can show to the parking attendant to park. Personnel and security at the building were very good. Communication with the property management was mediocre. We did not receive our cleaning deposit in a timely manner in my opinion. I had to call to try and contact them to find out when and how our deposit was being returned and was asked to go through email which was not included in the email correspondence. It was finally returned about 25 days after the stay, but if I did not call and ask for specifics it may not have happened. So be vigilant and after your stay.

The view is amazing. It was very clean. The king bed was comfy. I liked that there is A/C. There are four beach chair, a couple beach umbrellas, and four beach towels to take to the beach. The property itself was immaculate with modern décor. It was comfortable and was located within walking distance to the beach. The host was quick to respond with an issue with the coffee maker which was much appreciated. The only downside was that they gym opened at 7am and the rec area at 9. Hidden little gem on the south side of Waikiki. Very clean, everything as listed. Kevin made check-in so easy. The sun deck access on the 10th floor has spectacular views of Diamond Head and any bands playing on Kuhio Beach (I got to see J Boog playing from here, so cool!). 2 minutes to the beach and shopping. Loved it, will plan on staying again in the future!

The condo was very clean. They provided lots of things to make our stay comfortable. We had a car for our trip and the parking garage attendant wouldn’t let us park until we checked in with security. It was kind of confusing but everything was fine after we figured that out. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

The mountain views are spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. And a perfect location to Waikiki - a bit back so not as crowded, yet just 2 blocks to all the fun. :) We loved walking in the park or along the Ala Wai every morning and the farmers market just down the street was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The building is in great shape. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for cooking, and you couldn’t ask for a better set-up vacationing with kids.
Courtney was a fantastic host. Check in and out was super simple, communication was easy and convenient via text, and she went over and above to do everything she could to make sure we had a great experience. Not intrusive at all, very friendly and professional as well.
