Perfect for our small family of three. Came to Waikiki to watch our nephew play football for U of Hawaii and grab a few waves in the process. Not a fancy hotel but comfortable condo apartment and very well priced with an ocean view of a legitimate surf break. Easy three block walk to a terrific sandy beach. Free and always available parking was crucial. My teenager bodyboarded at the jetty known as the Wall, my wife swam at the sandy Kuhio beach and I surfed the reef called Publics to the left. Beware of exposed coral at low tides at the surf break. If you're not an experienced surfer, better to walk a little further west to surf at Canoes. The condo building is on the less developed outskirts of town and the roosters start crowing before sunrise. But it beats the mania of tourist central. Friendly staff working the building and some low key residents who live there full time. The hallway carpet and paint could use some updating but our room was fine. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The towels were new and most of the kitchen utensils were new as well. The property manager was very responsive and I appreciated him walking me through the check-in process. Attaching two photos from the balcony. I wish the building to the south was not there but the gap between buildings was the exact look I needed for an assessment of the day's swell. The pool, workout room and BBQ patio area are definitely a plus. Very happy this unit was available!

The property is in an ideal location and the rooftop view is stellar! My host was the best I've ever had, highly communicative, helpful and kind! This place was awesome! It was bigger and cleaner than expected, much thanks for that. The view is exactly as pictured, you get a wonderful view Diamondhead and the beach. One drawback is that the parking garage clearance height is only 6 feet. We rented a jeep and it was within millimeters of scraping on several occasions, and did end up scraping the top at least once. I saw other people having issues with the height as well. All things considered this was a wonderful place and just a few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach…

The location is great and we loved having the space we needed, including a kitchen. The view of Diamond Head can’t be beat. But the beds are ok (need new pillows), the furniture is worn, the cabinets are peeling and need to be replaced, and the fridge door handle is worn. (If not replacing the fridge, order a new handle.) This place has been worn hard and the owner needs to invest, especially since this please was not cheap. We had issues with the ac and the door lock and the property managers were responsive. The carpet leading from the elevator to the unit is just ick.

This unit provided just what we needed. After several days of research we chose it based on the "Free Parking" offered. It worked out perfectly. It's within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Also easy enough to get in and out of when driving to other parts of the island. The views from the balcony and bedrooms were amazing. The hotel itself is older, and it shows signs of it. The elevators seemed to have a mind of their own. They would randomly stop on floors or go up and down on their own. Noticed that the free parking is going to be eliminated in the future, so not sure if we would stay here again since that was the biggest selling point for us, but we had a wonderful time there this trip!

The location was a great place for our visit to Oahu. It's only a few blocks to the beach and has an amazing view. The condo was clean and well kept. Beach towels, Cabana, Bodyboard, pans, plates, utensils, etc. were all included with the room. It would be nice to have at least one or two more comfortable seats for lounging. There is a couch and then some dining room chairs in the main room. Our only real concern was the building itself and not the condo. One of the elevators had no walls and the building just looks a little older. The neighborhood next to the building is a bit scary at night. Parking took a little while to get used to. It would've been helpful to have a little more direction on how to get in and out of the parking garage as a pedestrian. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The property manager responded to calls in a timely manner. We only needed help at the beginning and end of our trip but he was able to help without any issues. Would definitely stay with them again in the future.

Really great views, a good place if you are out most of the day. The elevators are a little glitchy sometimes. The room was clean when we came although the window coverings weren’t functional in the living room. The toilet also makes a funny noise when flushing. For the price it’s not a bad option as the location is great.

Overall Stay
The apartment is on the 36th floor with a beautiful mountain view. While it’s located inside a hotel building, it is privately owned, so it does not include typical hotel services such as daily housekeeping. The unit is older and has some dated furniture and appliances. For example, the toaster oven works only partially, and there are a few other minor wear-and-tear issues.
Cleanliness
Cleanliness is reasonable for a private rental — not up to hotel standards, but acceptable for a comfortable stay.
Amenities
The apartment has a kitchen with all the essentials for cooking at home, except for a full-size oven. The Wi-Fi is excellent — around 300 Mbps — which is great if you need to work during your stay. Complimentary parking is included for guests of this specific unit, and that’s a major advantage since parking in the building normally costs around $90 per night. The parking garage is in the same building, with direct elevator access.
Location
It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach (Waikiki), with cafés, small shops, and a Target store within walking distance.
Communication
From my personal perspective, I would have preferred slightly faster communication. All interaction was handled via email through Expedia, which felt a bit outdated and inconvenient compared to modern in-app messaging. The room was comfortable and located in a great area, close to the Waikiki strip. The parking was very convenient and a huge bonus with unlimited access. The room itself was as advertised. The kitchen utensils and pots needed to be washed before we were comfortable using them. The water pressure from 8-10pm is quite limited (not the host's fault) but takes some getting used to. The communication was great! The view was spectacular!

Check in was very easy and kitchen was great and easy to use. Very spacious compared to where other family members stayed and bathroom was also spacious. The only thing i would say that was a bit of a headache was the elevators. There's 4 but if you try to leave when everyone else is try to leave then you run into having to wait. Our first day we waited 20 minutes for an elevator that we just decided to take the stairs. Luckily we were on the 9th floor. After that first day we just timed it still a 5 star stay though

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. I agree with others’ reviews — very clean, wonderful location, great amenities, quick communication by the owner, easy check in/check out process. We’d definitely stay again! A few very minor things to be aware of/may need improvement:— There is no lock to the sliding door to the lanai. This wasn’t too huge of an issue for us, but we (parents) had to be super vigilant to make sure our younger kids didn’t get out there. — The twin bed is on wheels so moves around very easily (like if you just plop down on it, it moves), so we constantly had to push it back into place. — The rug may be due for a deep cleaning. Our kids bounce around a lot. We moved the coffee table to the side to protect it and our kids spent a lot of time on the ground and I noticed the rug had a slight odor. — When we checked in,

This was the second leg of our Hawaii tour and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Two blocks from the beach and main drag, safe neighborhood, convenient parking, and a nice condo. Space worked well for a family of four (2 teens) so no complaints. Loved that the unit came with beach chairs and umbrella which made it easy to walk down the street and be on the beach in a few minutes. Parking was convenient and is currently included with the VRBO but I relive starting 2026 it will be an extra charge. Once item of not is the height of the garage as spelled out at 6'. We changed out our rental from a Jeep Wrangler to a Mazda SUV just to make sure no clearance issues. probably would have been ok with the Jeep since there were a couple of them in the garage, but also noticed quite a few scrapes in the ceiling of the parking garage from some unlucky driver. Had one issue with the internet where it was out for a few days which meant no TV (small kids may have an issue) but with cell phones and being out and about was not a major inconvenience for us. overall great location int he city.

Our stay in Waikiki was perfect! The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants, food trucks, and bars. It’s a very easy walk to anywhere in Waikiki. The property manager Byron was great and responded promptly to all our issues. The place was a decent size with a nice balcony view but could use additional cleaning. We found live cockroach in the silverware drawer crawling over the utensils and one in the bathtub. The property manager at least came the next day to set cockroach traps around the unit and we didn’t see any after setting the traps. The front door lock also started malfunctioning after our second day but they did respond promptly and replace it with a new lock. Would have appreciated better cleaning such as less dirty floors in the kitchen and we noticed dirt and food on the dishes in the cabinets which may be guests putting back dirty dishes instead of cleaning them since there was no dishwasher. The unit was stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware but did not have any spices or even salt not cooking oil. When I booked the unit the charge on my card was ~$100 higher than what was in my confirmation. I found they added an additional property insurance cancellation fee I did not agree to but at least they removed this when I said I denied this coverage.
