Richard, our host, was responsive and gave us easy-to-follow instructions for checking in and checking out of the studio apartment. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a prime location of Waikiki. I would highly recommend staying at this spot!

In the heart of Waikiki your 5 min walk to the beach and many beachside bars and convenience stores

Peter, the property manager, was excellent at sending ahead of time detailed instructions for check-in and check/out. And when I thought I’d left something in the suite, he came over and let me in to see if it was there. Much appreciated!

Condo was in the best location for restaurants and beach. Choices from a McDonalds to more upscale were easy to get to. Beach was walking 3 blocks. The supply of towels and beach equipment was wonderful and included a wagon for transporting. Nice separation of bedrooms and baths gave everyone an end of day reprise. We didn’t do any cooking put a chef will find everything needed to fix a meal. Access and departure instructions were easy to follow. Having a free parking spot is ideal for parties with a rental car. Would recommend to persons wanting the feeling of home and not the more restricted hotel room.

It was a perfect spot for my quick stay. Super close to the beach and across from some great little food trucks! The spot has everything you could need for a little getaway. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to stay with nothing or limited amenities inside, this is the one and it's very spacious. It has no washer/dryer in the unit... the building has washers / dryers that can be used by anyone on the 3rd floor.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary and 2 year delayed honeymoon. This unit was fantastic with the extra space compared to just a hotel room and a great location just a few minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, very clean condo. This is a corner unit facing the ocean with amazing views of the Pacific & Diamond Head from your private balcony. The condo was fully equipped with all the accessories you would need for the beach, pool & snorkeling. There is a roof top pool & hot tub with amazing views of the sunrise & sunset. The Waikiki Trolley stop is 2 short blocks away, making it easy to hop-on, hop-off to sightseeing in Honolulu. We rented a car for 3 days & headed up to the North Shore. Parking was convenient in our bldg for 35. a day, which is a real bargain in the area. The location was perfect & the owner & staff were easy & pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon. Fell in love with Honolulu.

Perfect for our stay. We really only stayed in the unit at night, and explored the islands during the day. Cute spot!

Parking did not have a Designated space and at night there was no space in the parking lots. And it was an additional 30 a night for parking. Very chaotic and time consuming and Host would name other locations but no addresses.

The location was great, just a couple of blocks from the water. There were beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. What was difficult was how hot the room got. The little air conditioner did some but sleeping was uncomfortable. The bathroom in particular was incredibly sauna like after a shower so we kept that door closed. There was a lot of sidewalk construction in front of the building which made it a challenge to walk along the street. The baseboards in the bathroom was coming off and it gave it a dingy feeliing.

We were very pleased with the property. The location was great, everything was as advertised, and the owner always responded quickly to questions, providing excellent instructions and assistance. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning. The only downside is that it’s next to a busy & often noisy street - which is probably hard to avoid in the middle of Waikiki.

Overall our stay was good! Our issue was sidewalk in front of our entrance was torn up & blocked off so we either had to walk along side facing traffic or walk the opposite direction & crossover.

This studio apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with lots of storage space, a TV, fast and free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable queen bed. A wonderful location, less than 5 minutes walk to Kuhio Beach, 10 minutes to the International Marketplace for groceries and shopping, 15 minute walk to the Waikiki Aquarium. Many good eateries very close by. Public bus stop near the building. Thoughtful extras include two foldable beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. Peter was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay and attentive to details. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Bike shop in building will store luggage for a small fee; very helpful when taking a later flight. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Waikiki! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was easy, and the condo was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and had a stunning view from the balcony. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect home base for exploring Oahu. The building was secure, and the amenities (like the washer & dryer and parking) made our stay even more convenient. The host was fantastic—super responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up to the ocean breeze and unwinding on the balcony after a day of adventures.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect Waikiki getaway!

February 2025

The studio size unit is pretty basic, there is a kitchenette, with a 2 burner electric stove, and mini fridge and microwave. The linens provided were great and enough. Pretty simple, basic but great for sleeping only. The mattress was rough and not very comfortable. The owner of the listing doesn’t responds in writing but rather shows up in person, which it was kinda of odd when we reported that the coffee pot was missing, but he was kind, quick and respectful. The location is what is sells this listing quickly. The building is old and there is a musky smell on the hallway and when you walk in (I guess because the window a/c was turned off. The cleaning crew could have done a more meticulous job but overall it was ok. Hawaii is very expensive and for what we paid we could’ve have a much bigger and modern unit in other cities. Not in Hawaii, but like I said we spent most of our time outside and just came in to shower and sleep, so it was ok for us. We left behind a brand new umbrella for the next guest. Have fun in Hawaii!

Close to beach, Zoo and International Market. Also close to HUI hourly car rental next to Target 1block away. Lots of food places all around property. Perfect for 2 people.

February 2025

The unit was clean and sunny. We enjoyed the location but I have to say I wasn't used to all the city noises. We did not use the AC at night and slept with the doors open. The sleeper couch was very comfortable as well as the bed. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated and very nice. Parking was expensive but less than the charges of nearby hotels. I would definitely stay at this centrally located condo again. You would watch surfers from the all the windows.

Great place to stay! Located just a very short distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Waikiki. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Peter was great at communicating and even let us know that our rental was available a little earlier than expected on our arrival day. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this beautiful condo for 9 nights. The views were amazing! We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having lots of towels including beach towels. The onsite parking was so convenient. We paid 35 a day and it was well worth it. The condo is within walking distance to several excellent restaurants as well as Target and many ABC stores for snacks and other items. This condo is located less than 30 minutes from the airport. Your walk to the beach is under 5 minutes. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit. Maloha!

Just as advertised. Perfect size for me. Very clean. Bottles of water and a small bag of famous Amos cookies and some peppermints were waiting for me when I arrived. The bathroom is really large. Lots of drawers and nice long countertop. Nice size closet for hanging clothes. Full size containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels. Very well stocked. Wifi worked well. The TV worked well and had more channels to choose from than most hotels I've stayed at recently. The Very short walk to the beach and lots of shopping choices nearby. Great poke restaurant on the end of the block past the rental shop. It always has long lines. This was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the crowds. Very peaceful. Peter was very helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable, It was very close to Waikiki Beach and several shops and restaurants.Variety of food choices in the area. Nice little unit that perfectly fit our needs for a place to stay near Waikiki on New Year's Eve. Check in was seamless. The outside of the building and lobby are dated but the unit is very nicely appointed. Bathroom is huge. Everything was spotless. Parking was tight and sometimes limited, but that's to be expected in a busy urban location. It's that location for the price that really makes this unit. It's in the middle of great restaurants and shopping and only a very short walk to the beach. I'd rent it again if I'm back in Honolulu.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 6 nights stay at this breathtaking ocean and city view corner unit. The place was very clean and it’s located in a great location. It is within a short walk to all the shops, beaches, casual eating places, and many nice restaurants. The host, Janet, was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely go back again.

Small but adequate. Needs TLC. A super deep clean of grout and new caulk and base board in bathroom would spruce up the placeArea rug needs deep clean or replacing. We used both balconies- very nice and thank you for the beach chairs and floaties. Air conditioning is totally shot. Needs a new one Kitchen curtain is way too long and very dirtyCable TV has very little to offer Location is great.

December 2024

Our experience with this VRBO was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were faced with a wall of at least 70 lockboxes, completely disorganized and not labeled in a logical order. When I reached out to the host, Richard, for help, his response was shockingly short and condescending. While he may deal with this situation daily, most guests—like myself—only deal with finding a place to stay once or twice a year. The outdated and unnecessarily complicated lockbox system screams of laziness and a refusal to upgrade to modern, user-friendly technology. It’s clear this setup is designed for Richard’s convenience, not for his guests. To make matters worse, Richard’s attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. By the end of our stay, simply organizing where to leave the keys became our problem because Richard insisted he had already told us, offering no flexibility or understanding. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until they simplify the check-in-out process and address the host’s unprofessional behavior. There are far better options out there where you’ll be treated with respect and consideration.

I want to start by saying that I should have checked my spam folder before requesting and bothering the host with information. It looks like the information was sent and because I didn't have her name or email saved in my email system, it defaulted to spam/junk and I couldn't find it. So... if you stay and the information is sent, be sure to check your spam folder for the name of the host. Second part is that parking in Honolulu is so tough that we opted to purchase the $35 parking per day. Don't fret at this amount. You get a steal of a deal because parking is so hard to find. After you check in, they will give you directions in parking. Now... parking is tight. It will be this way anywhere and everywhere in Honolulu. Just work your way through the parking garage. Be careful because the garage will be snug. Now... about the location. It's amazing. It's 2 blocks from Waikiki. The sun is radiant in the morning. It is truly one of the best gems in Honolulu. Be sure to go to top level for the great pool and to play cornhole or to BBQ. Plan to bring any food up all at one time or you'll be taking time going back and forth. This was worth the rate we paid for. Wished we stayed longer. We would hands down come again for certain. Worth it!! You won't regret it.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the apartment. It was very clean and well stocked with bed linens and towels for bath and beach. It’s literally 2 blocks from Waikiki and near many restaurants and international market. Some downers are the parking space was a nightmare to get into. Very frustrating. The rugs in the bedrooms and living area are filthy. The throw pillows did not look clean. I’d recommend another chair for sitting in the living area it has just 1 sofa. Also the air conditioner leaked water when it’s running making the balcony a mess and they never indicated we’d be responsible for dumping the bucket.

Busy area - wasn't quite expecting that but access to the food trucks was pretty cool. Parking is a tough, should have just taxied to the tower then Ubered around

I stayed for two nights. The apartment was stocked with everything needed and was well maintained. The air conditioner worked well, and check-in was an easy process and went exactly as expected. Parking was tight, but that’s to be expected downtown and many options were given.

This Waikiki condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, with incredible views and just a short walk to the beach. I was visiting for work, and the location made it easy to navigate around town. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly during our stay—no issues at all!

location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach and all of the downtown attractions we also had a car location was easy to get out of the downtown area to wherever you wanted to go. Was very comfortable clean had everything we needed building was safe and secure. We use the parking garage that was attached. Didn’t have to worry about parking.

Daughter got married on a north shore beach, grandkids loved being close to beaches & shopping. Somehow the condo worked for all of us! Aaron has many sleeping options, even baby things needed when traveling. The ice chest is about 8”x10” but was great with a few frozen water bottles. The beach toys & towels were good- a few extra fins & masks. We left some hand towels and wash cloths, and a bath mat for us old ones. Getting into the lockbox can ruin a few nails, and parking is skinny & takes many turns trying to get in! I think the bigger bedroom should have some drawers or shelves, but just a closet. We put the coffee table & chairs in the hall to set suitcases on for kiddos. Easy walk to beach , food, and stores. The view is toward the mountains, but ok. If going to Waikiki we would choose this again.
