This studio is the perfect choice for your Hawaiian holiday! This unit can sleep 2 on a Queen size bed and 1 child on a pull out futon the size of a twin mattress. Pack and Play available upon request.

This unit is strategically located in the heart of Waikiki. Our mission is to provide the visitors a clean, convenient and comfortable accommodation at the lowest possible price, compared to hotels and other short term vacation rentals.

This unit is located in the heart of Waikiki. It is just 3 minutes or only 2 SHORT blocks to Waikiki Beach. The Suite is located on the 10th floor, with two balconies creates a cross breeze throughout the unit. You can walk everywhere to shops, great restaurants, fitness club, Waikiki Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, The historic Kapiolani park, Diamond Head crater, the picturesque of the Ala Wai Canal, and public Tennis Center. Convenience stores ABC are around the corner.

Our beautiful trendy room was recently remodeled. This little gem has it all, high floor corner studio suite with outdoor dinning table. A recently remodeled kitchenette and all cooking utensils to enjoy a dining-in-experience. Kitchen cabinets, custom made granite kitchen counter top, a large refrigerator, microwave. The bathroom offers new granite, bath tub/shower and basin. The comfortable bed with modern bedding, coordinating pillows, 2 nightstands and lightings to ensure our guest a restful night sleep. A large flat screen cable TV, free Wifi, AC. This unit is a perfect sanctuary for guests looking for beach, sand, sun, great shopping, dinning experience and relaxation during your Hawaiian holiday! There are also:

The entire suite is yours to enjoy.

It is a very vibrant neighborhood, filled with local residents and visitors from all over the world. Three block to Starbuck, Jamba Juice and two block to shopper paradise of Macy, H&M, Victoria's Secret to the high end establishments of Tiffany, Coach, Nine West, Michael Kors, YSL, and much much more....For dinning option, you are welcome to use the well equipped kitchen to prepare for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Or enjoy an enchanted evening at the nearby fine dinning establishments of Hy's Steak House, the Cheese Factory, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Wolfgang Puck Waikiki to the casual dinning of Chili's Restaurant, Tony Roma's, McDonald, and Subway's are just steps aways from the condo.

Public transportation, Waikiki Trolley, Tour bus pick up is conveniently located only a block away on Kuhio Avenue.

Friendly reminder, the basement garage below the unit where you can park your car is pay to park. $2- 30 Min, $4 - 1 hr and $25 - 24hrs

There is also parking at the Honolulu Zoo for $1 per hour and meter parking on the street is Free from 6pm - 7am, Mon- Sat and Sunday is Free. Find free parking along the Ala Wai Canal (no parking Monday or Friday from 8:30am to 11:30am).

Check out time is at 11:00am and check in time is at 3:00pm. If you are arriving at a later time it is no problem. There is a lock box located in the lobby on the ground level. Guest will be provided with the code to open the lock box for your keys to gain access.

The Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park are also just a 10 minutes walk away.

Taxes applied per reservation
State Transient Accommodations Tax: 10.25% of room rate
Honolulu County Transient Accommodations Tax: 3% of room rate
General Excise Tax: 4.712% of room rate
These taxes will be applied to all reservations. These charges are in addition to the room rate per night and one time cleaning fee. All fees are included upon booking the unit.

Location was great! Walking distance to the beach (3 min is accurate), lots of restaurants, shopping, access to buses, the zoo, etc. The host responded with our concern. The single bed did not have sheets so we contacted him twice to get sheets. One of the cleaning staff eventually arrived with sheets and a blanket. The single bed is adequate for a child but a teenager or adult would definately not be comfortable on it. The unit itself is generally outdated - patio doors are difficult to open and close, laminate flooring is old and broken, the bed, pillows and blankets are not comfortable. The owner was aware that we did not consider his property a five star unit and therefore offered us a late checkout which was appreciated. If we return to Waikiki, we would spend more to stay in one of the many hotels in the area. If you are on a tight budget this place will be ok.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. Their towels are very thick and absorbent. They also provide big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash liquid soap so you don't need to buy from the store. We were able to warm leftover food from the restaurant in the microwave. Plates and silverware are provided. There's also a coffee maker. Peter is a very good host.

Rental was clean, easy to access, and centrally located to Waikiki beach and many restaurants. Stay would have been more enjoyable if not for our timing; the building was undergoing unexpected maintenance, and so there was no hot water during our 2-night stay. We were also unable to store our luggage downstairs as advertised, which appeared to be another fluke specific to the day we arrived. Host was communicative and understanding of the water issue and took some money off of our stay due to this inconvenience. Property was overall as advertised, and a great spot for folks looking to spend the day at the beach or exploring the shops and restaurants nearby!

It was so nice to be able to walk wherever we wanted! This condo was close to the beach…ABC store on every corner and food/coffee right next door and across the street! It was a delightful place to stay without having the hustle and bustle of all of the other tourists in a hotel! Peter was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions quickly! First of all, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The unit was close to EVERYTHING. Literallt 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of eateries on the area. Walking down Kuhio was also great. Lots of places to eat or grab a drink. The street itself wasn't very busy, so we loved that. We rented a car and was able to park in the public parking garage below for $25 a day. Space is limited, and we were pretty lucky to have gotten a space every day. The unit was VERY clean. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely stay here again. Peter was awesome and made sure we felt welcomed. No complaints at all!

My favorite thing about this VRBO was the location! It’s within walking distance to the main strip, beach, and anywhere you could want to eat or shop at. The apartment is small so for three people it was a little tight. My friend had to sleep on the sofa chair (which I think could be higher quality since it’s for people to sleep on) but overall we really enjoyed it. Parking is close by, too, for $25 a night. I recommend this place and would consider staying again!

Peter was very responsive and provided lots of details on how to check in/out. The process was seamless. Location of the condo was very close to shopping, food, bus lines and the beach. We arrived late and everything was closed when we landed. But theres a food truck with great selection next to the apartment that opened at 8am, which was super convenient. We had no issues with parking because Peter provided all of this in his instructions. His place had everything we needed in the apartment plus more at the beach. The building was a little run down and the wind was howling every night. But overall had a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was within walking distance of all that we wanted to do. We did not cook while at the apartment but we were happy to have a full-sized fridge and a freezer. The air conditioner was a necessity and worked well. Peter was helpful and available when we messaged him. Our only complaints would be that there were lots of sirens in the areas- fire and police. Also, the 2nd sleeping space was not very comfy, but pillows and blankets were provided for it. Our adult daughter stayed on it one night.

This is a small studio condo with everything you need for a great vacation stay. The beach is only a couple minutes walk away. There are great restaurants all within a few minutes walk. You get a great breeze through the apartment if you open both balcony doors. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Peter this stay was truly a joy! We would definitely stay again! You cannot beat the location! Shops, transportation, and food was all easy to find nearby. The beach is right behind the building just a walk away!! We were provided all the necessities to enjoy the ocean. Some must do’s is hiking diamond head and having breakfast at the hotel across from the Zoo! Amazing views at both! We made some mistakes and Peter lovingly worked with us to make it right!! Pretty simple. This suite was absolutely perfect for our needs. The size was adequate and comfortable. The breezes coming thru both sliders were incredible. Never even turned on the AC. Location was great. Gotta try the Hawaiian shrimp next door at the Blue Ocean. Couple of minutes and you are on the sand or boardwalk if you prefer. Check in was easy. Just give the mailbox some finesse. Peter is a great host and was very helpful and accommodating. It truly could not have gone any better. B & T.

Centrally located, close to beach. We had a car so we spent most of our days traveling around but the food truck “blue ocean” right next to the building had some of the best food we had there. I would suggest just buying a week parking pass at wikkiki banyon condominium to save money and be guaranteed a parking spot when you want to stay out later than 4 pm. The parking under the building and on the other side only provides about 20 parking spots total and anyone can park there so parking spots aren’t guaranteed and may be frustrating to find at 10:00 at night. Place was clean and provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards which was nice to have. Over-all, a pretty good place to stay with a lot of options for shopping and food around.

This was perfect for our short stay in Honolulu. It was beautiful and CLEAN, and close to everything. Beach is a minute or two away. Awesome. But we had great trouble finding good parking. That was frustrating. Ended up at Waikiki Banyan and paid $30 for the 7 hours we needed parking. Overall, it was a great place and I would stay here again!

The studio had all the basics. Tub faucet had an unstoppable drip. The air conditioning unit puddled on the lanai with the table & chairs. The noise from the air conditioner while it was running covered over all the city noise at night. Didn't need to rent a car. This unit is very close to beach and restaurants.

We loved that it was very close to the beach and there is parking available for a fee within the building. The room was clean and very accommodating with all of the resources we needed for a comfortable stay. Location, Location, Location. It was within walking distance for all of the shopping, food, and beach we wanted. Perfect for our family of three. The accommodations are the size of a typical hotel room with an efficiency kitchenette. The hosts were quick to respond to all of our questions. The room provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella along with some swim masks and toys for the sand. It was wonderful that we didn't have to purchase those items for our short stay. I was worried about not having our beach canopy with our two year old and the umbrella was great to have. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying at Peter’s condo in Waikiki. It was so close to everything. It was perfect for my husband, our 9 year old and me. It was particularly hot in Oahu during our time there, so it was nice to come back to a place with A/C. My husband forgot to bring his toothbrush so he bought it at the store downstairs. Mahalo, Peter! One tip for future travelers is that in addition to the parking suggestions Peter offered, you can also park along the Ala Wai canal if you can find a spot. If I remember correctly, you cannot park there between 8:30-11:30am Monday through Friday, but we found that if we came back to Waikiki by 4pm or so we could usually find free parking along the Ala Wai.

Comfortable, cozy, quiet, well maintained studio. Equipped with all the necessities for our stay. Great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Nearby convenient store, cafes, restaurants & food market. Only con, parking was an issue. Otherwise, Peter was very helpful and good with his communication. Definitely would stay here again, when we come back. Thanks Peter! :)
