Super convenient location. Car not needed as a ton of activities are within walking distance. Building is 45 years old but very clean and well kept. Front desk staff especially seena was wonderful. Condo had everything needed and a nice view...we were blessed with new years eve fireworks.

Spent an amazing week enjoying so much in the area as well as day trips to the east and North shores of the island. Beaches on the east as well as the drive was incredible. It was overcast and raining one day so spent it exploring the North shore. You can not beat this area to stay. Restaurants, walking trails, beach and shopping are right at your doorstep. We spent New Year’s Eve on MaiTai Catamaran with fireworks and champagne. Highly recommend their sailings and they leave from the beach less than 400 ft from the condo. Valet parking was a breeze. Picked up groceries at Costco when we arrived and Target is around the corner. The condo has absolutely everything you could need. The beach chairs were especially appreciated. Spent many breakfasts and evenings on the lanai with cool breeze and ocean view. Thoroughly enjoyed this getaway for our 25th anniversary, Mahalo for sharing your special place with us.

We appreciated the Host allowing us early check in which was helpful after a 10 hour flight. It was appreciated by us. The facility was as advertised and very comfortable. We picked up groceries to utilize the kitchen which was helpful. We did enjoy the balcony and the view that it has to offer. We would book this again.

Very clean and up to date, staff and valet were amazing there, never used the pool, location was just steps away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and tons of shopping. Absolutely loved just being able to sit out on the lanai before bed and in the morning watching the waves roll in.

The location of this property is excellent. It is one block off the beach at Waikiki. We chose to go to a luau at the Royal Hawaiian, and to Cirque du Soleil Auana at the Ourrigger, and both were within 10 minutes walking distance. The valet parking is excellent, the crew is always there and ready to take your car and get it parked.The unit is perfect for two people. The kitchen is small but quite adequate. It was nice to have two bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a small tub.

We just returned from our trip. If you are looking for a nice quiet condo in the middle of everything with beautiful views, this is it. The ocean view and location are what sold me but the condo did not disappoint. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. You are right on Lewers street. ABC Store & Denny's are on the ground floor of the condo. Across the street is Roy's bar, Ruth Chris, Yard House (which is great) and a bunch of others within a block. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo. Great Views, Very Clean. Free Parking was a plus (we rented a car for a few days) The hotel itself didn’t have my needed dates available so I did a search and this Condo appeared. I was thrilled. This was my first time using VRBO, Karl made it very easy. Answered all my questions, was very responsive to any questions I had & were patient knowing this was my first time using VRBO. Everything went smoothly. This is not a timeshare like many of the other listings are, i stayed away from those listings. This is a Condo owned, so you know the room you are getting. For me this was a PLUS!. Not my first time at the Imperial Hotel though. I have stayed there 12-14 times for 4-6 week intervals. Great hotel, wonderful staff. Laundry (Coin) on Site, ABC Store on Site, this is a wonderful safe walking area near everything/anything you may need. Beaches within walking distance. Hope to someday get another opportunity to stay in this Condo.

Staying in this condo was a great! Experience easy walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and stores of all kind. The valet parking for our car was very helpful so we did not need to look for parking on the street. Over all the entire stay was above 5 star!

Nice central location to beach and shopping. One criticism was the living room had NO comfortable seating. Sofa and loveseat have rods throughout sitting area. It was nice to have two separate full bathrooms. View was amazing!Clean and owner was vey responsive to any of our concerns.

Very nice well stocked vacation rental with good restaurants nearby. Stayed 7 nights - very comfortable bed. Great kitchen and ABC store with deli in the lobby. Nice personal pool entrance to the huge Lanai. Just remember to bring your door key to the pool with you. The Catamaran sunset cruise was perfect. Mai Tais in the owners lounge was a nice extra perk. Short walking distance to so many things. We rented a car two individual days to see the rest of the island and returned it each night with a key drop off avoiding any overnight parking charge. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks Cindy!

The room was great but for two complete days window cleaners went back & forward through our deck to reach the front seaward side of the building. They could have gone through the conference/bar room but no they trudged past us continuously. They apologised but it wasn’t their fault they weren’t given an alternate access. Every time we had to get off our deck chairs & move the deck chairs out the way so they could get past with gear. We complained to reception asking if we could change rooms but this was not actioned. There were painters in the hall outside our door and the carpet was redone in the stair tower so we could not use it. Was like living in a construction site, When we had booked the trip to relax & chill out

The apartment was as advertised: in the heart of Waikiki, a stone's throw from the Halekulani, Sheraton/Royal Hawaiian, and DeRussy Park; excellent water view and coast northward; apartment very clean and comfortable, as well as the building (Imperial Waikiki); staff responsive and accommodating.

Everything went very smoothly from booking, to check-in, to check-out. Karl (owner) was prompt with communication and listing was accurate. Condo was very clean. Location was great and easily walkable to beach and shopping. However, if you want to explore Oahu further like we did, rental car parking was easy using the provided valet service. They were always prompt and respectful.
