Located atop the newly remodeled Imperial Hotel at the Waikiki Beach Walk! New salt water rooftop pool at your fingertips! Nightly rate $245 (does not include taxes & clean out fee) The owners request renters be 25 or older. AMAZING RENTAL: 27th floor penthouse, 100 steps to the beach. Right at the Beach Walk District! Large lanai with ocean and city views. This unit was totally renovated. It has imported Italian granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, cherry cabinets, solid wood doors and trim and high-quality appliances and fixtures. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. (new high-quality mattress) The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a pull-out couch. The unit is 575 sq ft and the lanai is 229 sq ft. The lanai has a private entrance to the pool deck that is locked from the pool side at 10pm. If you use this private entrance, be sure to bring your key card because it does not open from the pool side.

There are two flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. Living room has DVD player. The hotel provides free high-speed internet, and we have a small safe for your valuables. Excellent cooling unit installed in 2018. There are currently (subject to change) 2 good beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 boogie boards in front entry closet. New lanai lounge chair, March 2022. The kitchen is well stocked. There is not a full-size oven in this unit but there is one available to you in the owners lounge one floor down. There is a full-size flattop stove as well as a microwave/convention oven in this unit. Free early check in and late check out PROVIDING THERE IS NOT A BACK-TO-BACK BOOKING. (please request ahead) (the hotel will likely charge and additional $10 daily resort fee for this) If you can't get right in upon arrival you have the option of relaxing in the owner's lounge on 26th floor (free use) or you can have the staff put your bags in a locked room and explore the surrounding area. We love the location of The Imperial of Waikiki because it is in the middle of the best shopping, restaurants and beaches in Hawaii! This is penthouse luxury at a regular hotel price! Come live and play in beautiful Waikiki!
HOTEL FEATURES: Amenities include activity desk, 24 hour check in, bell service etc. You will have access to the owner's lounge one floor below the penthouse at no extra charge. The owner's lounge has all the comforts of home as well as large lanais with breathtaking views. There is also a coin operated laundry facility on the second floor and towel/bedding exchange on the third floor. (you can also request more soap, shampoo and dishwasher soap) There are also two hot tubs and a sauna located on 3rd floor. Those calling you on the unit phone need to go through the front desk operator. The hotel charges a $10 per day resort fee, payable upon checkout. VALET PARKING IS AVAILABLE directly through the hotel. Simply let them know when you arrive and then pay them upon check out. The cost is $20 per day or $100 per week plus tax. MAID SERVICE during your stay is also available directly through the hotel. You would pay them upon check out. PLEASE NOTE: The larger penthouse next door is a lounge & at times a wedding reception hall. There is rarely a problem with noise, but we can't guarantee it will never happen.

Unit was clean and had many amenities. The owners even stocked the unit with appliances and things like aluminum foil to make meal prep easier. Great location…easy walk to beach and shops!

We stayed 11 days in what I would consider an ideal safe location to walk, shop, and dine. We were able to walk everywhere locally and did. We walked and dined at the Halekulani, Dukes at the Outrigger, had the best Mai tai’s at the Mai Tai Bar at the Royal Hawaiian and had Happy Hour at Ruth’s Chris Restaurant right across the street and also walked to the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel for an early dinner.

We loved our stay at this beautful updated condo. The staff at the Imperial were all very nice. We had great ocean views from our balcony as well as private entrance to pool. The rooftop lounge right next to our condo was open on Friday nights for sunsets and fireworks and the drinks and views were amazing. You really don't need a car everything is in walking distance restaurants, shopping, beaches. The condo also had beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards for the beach. We did rent a car for one day from the sheraton next door to take a drive around the island. Thank you Cindy, we would love to stay here again.

This rental was a gem. It was reasonably priced in a great location. Penthouse suite with great views of the ocean. The bed was comfortable and suite was nicely decorated. The manager Cindy was very receptive and friendly. She offered early checkin and late check out for free. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

First let me say, Cindy was the best host we have ever had in a VRBO rental. Very kind and she was always responsive to our questions. Second, the penthouse was perfect for my husband and I. We had coffee and cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen is fully equipped. No need to rent a car. You can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and beach. Penthouse had everything you need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.The owners lounge and having your own door to the pool was a nice perk. I would definitely recommend this VRBO penthouse to our friends and family. My husband and I will be coming back.

Great location, this apartment was clean, accommodating, spacious and quiet. We would stay here again. Hotel charges an additional $10 per night for self service amenities and use of facilities, which is very reasonable. $100 weekly rate for valet parking is also incredibly cheap in Waikiki.

We are 2 retired ladies, longtime friends. The location, the property, and its facilities, were wonderful; we had walking access to great shopping, lots of restaurants, and Waikiki Beach. The pool, adjacent to our balcony and never crowded, proved an unexpected delight: where can you take a swim, in view of the Pacific Ocean, 27 stories above the beach - in what amounts to a private pool!? The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. This unit offers the best of all vacation worlds: a full-sized, well-equipped kitchen and full residential capabilities, combined with helpful hotel services (bellmen, concierge). The view of the Pacific from the balcony, complete with surfers, outrigger canoes, and other passing ocean traffic, is spectacular. We also enjoyed watching a flock of wild parrots, who arrived every morning and appeared to be trying to nest on the building across the way. We had 2 unfortunate issues, which have likely been fixed since: 1, the sliding door to the balcony did not lock (we reported this as soon as we realized it and were told that the hotel was already aware). However, since the unit is on the 27th floor and the balcony door to the adjacent pool is locked from the pool side, we felt any risk was minimal. 2, there are 3 "people" elevators in the hotel, only 1 of which goes to the 27th floor. That elevator was broken when we arrived and remained so for the duration of our stay (I met the repairman on the day we left as he worked on it, the repair delay having been caused by supply chain issues in obtaining parts). We both have some difficulty walking, so the flight of stairs from the 26th to the 27th floor was difficult and painful for us at times, especially after a day of unaccustomed vacation activity. Happily, when we spoke with the onsite hotel manager, Michele, she understood our situation and informed the hotel staff that we were to be escorted to 27 in the freight elevator if we asked. We tried not to abuse this kindness, and it was extremely helpful the times we did request it. The broken elevator was no one's fault and couldn't have been foreseen, but it did cause us to limit our comings and goings, or at least consider them very carefully beforehand!

We absolutely love staying at the Imperial penthouse which is why we returned. Compact, clean, and perfect for 2 people. Walk to at least 100 restaurants within a couple of blocks. Love the huge balcony and ocean view where we would have our evening happy hour! Kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and the pool area is right next door to get ice. Lots of closet and bathroom space. Even though the valet parking is $100/wk. it is worth it because parking in that area is a difficult and it is nice to just pull up and hand your car over. Cindy is very receptive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

This condo, Condo Manager, property staff, and Owners are all EXCEPTIONAL! From booking to arriving, Ms. Cindy provided us with good information from Covid restrictions, to physical address, and things offered within the building. Once in the condo, it was decorated so nicely and there was all the extras you could think of, such as utensils, clorox wipes, to soap. I really loved having clorox wipes provided. As well, the condo had items you may need to go to the beach with. That was very convenient. Then as we put our drinks in the refrigerator, we found that the owners had left us a bottle of wine. That was so sweet and thoughtful. Ooh and yummy. Everytime either when we were going or coming, we were graciously greeted by the front desk staff and any staff who was around cleaning or working valet. One lady, Mrs. Michelle always was around when I had questions and she was always accommodating. We never took part in the pool, because we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the people at the beach or the clouds as they rolled along the mountains. We really enjoyed ourselves when we were inside. My daughter has already asked if Waikiki could be her senior trip in 4 years and if we could get the same condo. I told her hopefully the Owners will still be renting their beautiful condo then. Thank you for creating such a wonderful oasis and allowing my family access to it. Sincerely, The Batiste Family

Cindy’s place was wonderful! The views were gorgeous, the AC worked well and it felt spacious to work remotely for a week. Dishes were not very clean when we got there, but everything else was great!
