Nightmare check in. Were not able to check in a minute earlier than 3pm. We arrived early in the morning and had to wait around all day to get to our room. Once checked in. The door pincode supplied only days earlier didnt work. Had to wait half an hour for a response, and then we were provided with another pincode which did work. Once we got in, we tried to set up wireless with the network and password they provided only days earlier. Rhese details were also stuck aroumd the room. These also didnt work. More messages to the host to find oit those details supplied were also wrong or outdated.We booked the room for 3 people for 8 days. Room was only stocked with 3 toilet rolls. (You work out the math...) is it that hard to ensure the room is adequately stocked for the days and amount of people its being prepared for prior to their arrival?Shower was woeful, virtually no pressure and temp fluctuations like nothing else. Drain os also blocked so you are standing ankle deep in shower water. Basin also blocks up. Kitchen was pretty good but could do with more cutlery, plates etc.Size was comfortable for 3 but 4 would be a bit tight. Fridge is a good size and microwave, while dirty, worked. hotplate worked as well.No power points near the bed.oitdoor furniture was comfortable but old. Any clothing that touched it turned yellow from the varnish deteriorating in the sun. The building itself could do with a makeover. Carpet, paint and a good clean would go along way. Yukky.

We are a family of 4: 2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 5). This space surpassed our expectations. Both kids were able to utilize the couch pullout, so we can’t speak on the Murphy bed; they were both comfortable. The layout was perfect for our needs, to separate the adults from the kids when necessary and then together for family time (the balcony - views) otherwise. We rented a small SUV so parking wasn’t much of an issue, but we did see full size SUVs in the garage - be aware it’ll be a tight fit. It’s not written anywhere and verbal instructions were a bit lacking from the front desk, but future reference: keep your original parking ticket. Location was walking distance (about 2 blocks) to the main Waikīkī streets (aka cheap shopping!). The 49er Restaurant in the lobby was perfection every morning. You can order ahead for pickup to skip the line that does eventually get long, and there aren’t many tables to eat at. We ate on the balcony every morning instead. Getting in and out to the highways was also easy. Our only gripe was the elevators. Even though there were many available, it was hard to catch one going up from the lobby due to the amount of space between them and the amount of people also waiting. But once you’re on it, the elevator itself moves quickly. Josh was quick to answer questions, was very gracious allowing us to check in early, and the cleaning crew were so nice. Overall, everything was perfection. We hope to stay again in the future.

Nicely kept up condo, recently renovated fully stocked. Joshua was very responsive which we appreciated. The condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants & mall. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, you have to pay for overnight parking but we were told it’s less expensive than other buildings. Fireworks on Friday night where awesome!

There were two terrible things....no fan in the bathroom and the bed was terrible. The springs in the mattress were wore out and no box spring. This made it, very uncomfortable to sleep. I loved the view and the location, but the lack of a fan and a comfortable bed, created problems.

This property could us some deep cleaning and maintenance. There were stains on the pillows, place mat, and towels and the counters were not cleaned. The bathroom was very grungy and the flooring is coming apart. There is only one spoon in the kitchen and no dish cloths. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, location was great and check in was easy.

Upon arrival we encountered renovations going on in the apartment next door that were extremely loud. We rang the realtor, who had us in a new apartment within the hour. The new apartment was nice and clean fantastic views of both the ocean and the golf course. The only negative was the air-conditioner was extremely noisey. I would suggest that this gets looked at before next guests.It had a really good size balcony, and great swimming pool area which was considerably larger than we anticipated a nice surprise😀

Amazing large balcony with view of waikiki, from the canal to the ocean. Place was clean, wifi great, fridge and small kitchen. Everything you'd want. Property managers very responsive too. Building has pool, hot tub, washed dryer, etc. Great spot to base yourself for a week or two, being a block from restaurants and shopping, and 10 minute walk to an amazing beach.

Check-in was easy. Nice spot for two. Location and view are ideal. Loved having a larger fridge to stash groceries from Foodland or Safeway. A/C is fine but in May, the trade winds blowing through louvered glass windows plus the ceiling fan made for cool, restful nights. Did I say the view was awesome?! Hot tub was great! Everything is walkable, and hip travelers get a prepaid HOLO Oahu bus pass to help roam all of greater Honolulu. Just a 3 ride to and from the airport on bus #20!! Goes to Pearl Harbor as well. TRAVEL LIKE A LOCAL. We'll stay again.

Condo was clean and great! Amazing views. The hallways of condo need to be redone so was scared at first because the entrance is so nice and the lobby, then saw hallway and thought condo maybe the same but it wasn’t and was nicely renovated. Only issue was there was only 1 fork. Otherwise tons of towels, shampoo condition body wash hand soap provided. Dish soap as well. Would highly recommend for a couple or a family with only 1 or 2 small kids as the room is pretty small.

This unit was stunning! The view was incredible. We were mesmerized by the patio, being able to see Diamond Head/the Waikiki beach/Ala Wai canal all at the same time. We stayed in the unit for a long time and I have the view stamped into my memory. The view was relaxing making me sleepy and I did not want to leave the room even though you could see the beautiful beach below. The location is amazing because it is a short walk to the beach, a short walk to any kind of shopping experience you want, any kind of restaurant you want, and public transportation runs around the clock. The unit itself is clean, we did not see any bugs, the A/C works well, the kitchenette is functional, and it is safe with available staff on duty. The staff were extraordinarily nice/helpful/hospitality was A. The only thing to recognize is that there is a 40 per day parking fee if you have a rental car. We did public transportation and did fine. You can even walk away from Waikiki to Ala Moana Mall during daylight hours. I would not recommend walking the distance to the Ala Moana mall at night because there are homeless people in Honolulu.

This room is privately owned and not part od the Pacific Monarch hotel. However the check-in is conducted at the receltion of the hotel, but the communication with the host ia nothing to do with the hotel.We unfortunately booked a studio for our honeymoon and we regreted a lot. The pictures are missleading. The studio was a horrible experience for us. It's surrounded by consteuction areas which are very noisy starting with 6AM. Ext to the window there is a power generator from another hotel which is extremely noisy and didn't let us sleep. AC is also very noisy, dirty and placed close to the bed (pillows). You cannot sleapl with it turned on in the night. If you turn it on during the day is spreads a lot of dust.The views are 10% ocean, 40% co steuction areas, 50% other hotels.The balcony is super small and some metal objects for construction were stored there.The shower cabin is super small, the couch is full of stains and the pillows are disgusting.Overall the studio needs maintainance, as the walls present stains, as well as broken tiles.We asked the property to offer us a silent room 2 months before our arrival and avoid the construction area. We were accomodated exactly the opposite. We asked again to be moved to a different room and they replied after 3 days.The only goos things that I can mention are the location (Wikiki - in the middle of the loudest area), close to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants, small kitchen and beach umbrella/chairs

We spent a week here and it was very comfortable with so many extras. Six of us stayed at the apartment, check-in was easy and we settled in for the week. There were 3 beds that worked well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did reach out to the host and received a quick response to a question. The views are amazing from the balcony and the living room. It is located near everything and a quick walk to the beach. What a great time!

Kamakani gave me a warm welcome upon arrival, offering a personalized tour of the property and pointing out where items were stored in the studio. The balcony view of Diamond Head and the surrounding area is just as stunning as shown in Kama's photo album. Island Colony, where the unit is located, is a central and easily walkable part of Waikiki. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, and the small kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The shower had excellent water pressure. I plan to return within the next two years and hope he’ll have availability when I reach out. Overall, I truly enjoyed his hospitality and can’t wait for my next visit!

My husband and two adult sons stayed here for 2 and 1/2 days. The Murphy bed was great so they each had their own bed. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. We rented a car which was unnecessary because we walked everywhere! The condo is really nice and it was great to be able to do laundry in the laundry facilities. The building overlooks the canal and we spent countless minutes watching the fish and canoeing people.

The room is a little dated & could use some updates. The bathroom for sure could do with a renovation. The shower was awful. The hot water would go in & out while showering. I called twice & no one ever came to look at it & they claimed they did & nothing was wrong, which I know is false because I specifically asked to be called before anyone went into the room, so I didn’t appreciate that & in total honesty I’m not ever booking through the company Vacasa again. The hotel staff was super friendly, but couldn’t do anything for me because we rented through 3rd party.

The room was small but had everything you need. It was updated minus the bathroom. View was nice but didn’t realize we were on the 42 floor and I’m scared of heights so definitely would have preferred a lower floor. Common area and pool were also nice and well maintained. In the room we were given plenty of towels, toilet paper, pool towels and the use of beach chairs which was great! Only small thing I have to say is there was only 1 fork. I stayed here with my 11 year old son and we had a wonderful experience overall. The room is on the smaller side, but it was actually perfect for just the two of us. We’d definitely love to come back again!Pros:・Fantastic location! We could watch the Hilton fireworks from the lanai on Friday night.・The kitchen was well-equipped, even with a rice cooker. The room was smaller than I thought but it was very well cleaned. The small drawer was very hard to open and hard to closed it. The metal on the bed is broken and not steady. The rug on the balcony is always folded because of the wind. One thing that I disappointed is the 2 waters on the fridge was expired. But, it was a good stay, near of everything. This condo had the most incredible view from the 31st floor! It was very reasonably priced and well appointed. It was also very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic to access downtown shops and restaurants. Best of all, Joshua was an absolutely exceptional host! He was very responsive, notably kind and helpful. My only regret is that, due to our flight being delayed, we were only able to enjoy this condo for one night and didn’t get to take advantage of all Joshua’s unit had to offer.
