Everything was great from rental of condo to area. Area was easy to walk, with many great stores and restaurants. Easy communications with hosts and was a plus to be able to book with the driver of limo. We utilized the limo for airport pick up and our luau evening. Would definitely recommend to stay. It’s quite a gem!

Window was missing a pane of glass, causing the A/C to not work. A/C fan is very loud, and constantly on to try and cool the room. King bed frame has broken slats and middle support, causing uncomfortable sagging and loud cracking noises. Shower tub drain did not work, tub fills with water when showering.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. The Lanai view of Diamond Head is exceptional. You also see the mountains & ocean. On a clear day you can see Molokai from the lanai. The building is centrally located in Waikiki so easy walking to the beach, restaurants and stores. The furnishings are nothing special, but the unit contained everything we needed for our month stay. The owner met us on arrival and got us registered into the building security system. It was great to have the owner as a contact in case of any issues. But there were no issues during our stay. My only improvement suggestion concerns the futon. Either get a new mattress or better, replace it with a nice love seat. Mahalo again to the owner for hosting us.

Great location! Especially for sunsets and Pau Hana Friday fireworks. Nice to have a full fridge/freezer and stove, plus grills. Exercising along the Ala Wai at sunrise is beautiful.

Wonderful unit, Right in the heart of Waikiki with amazing views, close to beach, shopping, bus stop, groceries, restaurants - practically everything. It’s all about location! Pros: Secure building, 180 degree view of Ocean and Mountains, updated unit with A/C, cute decor, lovely plush patio furniture, plenty of pillows and bath towels, comfy bed, lots of hooks to hang clothes/towels, 2 back-pack beach chairs Boogie board, onsite cafe and convenience store plus great communication with Host. Feedback: Door access code did not work, so we had to call for a new code from the Host. Neighbors can be noisy (which is expected in hotel/condos), so I always travel with a noise-machine and recommend one!! The sliding glass door is heavy and very loud when opening/closing as it bumps along the track. I highly recommend the entire building posts a “slide with care” sticker on every unit because it really is disruptive to those below you. Pool is not heated. No beach towels - bring your own!

This renter was an excellent choice for us! Right size for 3people. Enjoyed the pool and used the store which was well stocked. It was within walking distance to bus stop, beach and shopping. I been to Waikīkī many times and this condo had the best lanai! Could see mountains and ocean. The only thing I thought it could use was a grab bar in bathroom over tub! I will definitely stay there again if I come back

This unit is centrally located in Waikiki and offers fantastic views of the mountains, city, and ocean. The one-bedroom layout, along with the sofa/Murphy beds in the living area, worked perfectly for our stay. We loved being able to enjoy both the morning sunrise and the beautiful golden sunsets. If you need parking, be sure to ask the attendant for detailed instructions on using a day pass (available after 10:00 a.m.). The host was very responsive and provided many helpful tips for exploring local destinations.

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our two teenage kids- we loved the balcony and since we were in the area during the Kona storms it was a real blessing to be protected from the rain- kids loved each having a bed. It was completely functional for what we needed- Parking onsite is expensive- and we had difficulty finding parking alongside the canal but other than that no complaints. The host was very very responsive and the building is very safe and ideally located. We felt the condo had a strongcleaning smell so we were happy that the big windows opened in the main living area.

Pros: Budget accommodation with a decent assortment of kitchen equipment. Location is alright and is near free parking, however you need good luck finding a spot, which can be several blocks away and make 10-20 minutes.
Cons: The A/C was loud enough to have a negative effect on sleep. Shower was dirty with a slimy inner curtain that had spots and discoloration. Main floor area had not been cleaned. The fold out couch did not come with a sheet, only a blanket; couch also is not meant for anyone over 5’8” to fully recline

We had a great stay here. We were a bit concerned about some of the reviews below about air conditioning and uncomfortable beds but that has been addressed since. There were mattress pads and a working air conditioner. Everything was as expected and the view of the city, ocean, and Diamond Head is spectacular. We spent a lot of mornings and evenings out on the Lanai. Blender worked well, it's just a bit outdated. The parking garage is very convenient and if you're going to park there, make sure to get the "flex pass" so you can go in and out as you please for one daily charge. What we cared most about was a safe place and a great view without breaking the bank and this worked for us. We used the grills a few times which was a nice option to offset buying three meals a day.

Apartment was amazing and had a great panoramic view from the 43rd floor of the building. It’s in a great area that is walking distance to everything in Waikiki and you can see the beach from balcony. A/C and shower were a little outdated but besides that everything was great!

We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls. This place was PERFECT! A separate bedroom for parents and each kid had their own bed. A/C worked great. Ample beach supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach. We did pay for in and out parking when we arrived and it was well worth 94 for two nights. Host was responsive. I would definitely return!

The host checking us in was the only rude person we encountered on the whole island. He assumed I knew exactly how to check in and that I had our room number memorised which I hadn’t. We had just had a rough trip on the freeways of Hawaii which are a nightmare for an inexperienced driver in this type of congestion. A little kindness could have gone a long way.

There was one mechanical issue and Ali’i responded positively immediately. The only issue I had was the floor was dirty and I had to wash my feet before heading out. I did sweep sand I brought in accidentally a few times but was not prepared to wash the floors while on my vacation. This is something easily addressed by the cleaning crew.

Room was a little small and outdated but overall it was great price, great location and great amenities! There’s a nice hot tub, pool and sauna for use and an amazing Spa in the building! The view is amazing. The room was not impressive. The pots and pans in the cupboard are really old and wore out. All the decorations and lamp and piled in on corner. The room is poorly decorated. It's basically not decorated at all. There are picture hangers on the wall but no pictures. Got given 2 wrong codes to the door and had to stand in the hallway for 15 minutes. Fortunately, I arrived during business hours, so it wasn't bad. I usually arrive much later. There's not soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. In the pictures there is but it's gone. There is no dishtowel in the kitchen. There is some in the kitchen so you can wash your hand and use paper towels to dry them. The place just needs some attention. The furniture on the Lani is falling apart and needs to be replaced but works. The toilet is finicky. It's not vented correctly so you have to hold the handle down, but it works. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and most are much better put together than this one.

Great central location close to everything including the bus. Beautiful views. Comfortably hosted our adult family of five. Has beach towels, chairs, cooler bag, umbrella and boogie boards ready for the beach. The pool deck with BBQ and tables to eat at. Joshua was a wonderful host. Nelson picked us up with the limo at the airport. Highly recommend this location. Great car rental downstairs for the day trips to explore the rest of the island. The car rental even held our luggage while we explored before heading home on our red eye flight! We look forward to coming back to this location. Thank you Joshua!

On the surface it was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Beach towels would have been nice or access to a towel service. The staff was nice but couldn't answer any of our questions. Their response was always "you need to contact the host". The host was prompt in replying for the most part but I'm guessing they don't work on Sundays. Place is small and the bathroom is really small. However, we enjoyed our short stay. Location was excellent for us. Close to a bus stop. It worked for my wife and I.

The rental was is in very good condition. They included equipment that let us cook in the unit. It was clean and we felt welcome. The view is beautiful especially at dawn. Just keep the shades closed during the morning or it gets hot. The outdoor space was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out there.There are a bunch of amenities on the property itself so it was very convenient. The pool area is very nice and even has cabanas that are free with first come first served. It is also within walking distance of pretty much anything you need and right off the bus line.

Joshua is a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. The location is great, with views of the canal and Waikiki beach from the oversized corner Lanai with super comfy furniture. We spent so much time on the Lanai! It was only a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and great food/drinks. The building is a bit dated, but has all the amenities needed and the unit itself is lovely. Joshua had the unit stocked with so many extras (coffee, creamer, snacks, snorkel masks, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, water shoes) that made our stay that much more convenient. The living room set up with 2 good size beds made it ideal for our family of 4 with older kids. We managed to find free parking on Ala Moana about half the time and the other half we either parked in a 2 hour spot and moved the car later or just paid the daily parking fee. With in and out privileges, the daily parking made sense on days we were coming and going a lot. We will definitely be back!

Had its own Mini-mart, well stocked and convenient on the 6th floor.Good laundry, excellent pool and spa (very clean every day)- didn't try the sauna or small gym areas. Room was basic but clean and adequete eating and cooking facilities. Balcony sliding door needs some maintenance. Plenty of linen, and beach stuff to use. The lifts ran very well for the 43 floors it had to service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning 31st floor views and great amenities (pool, hottub, and grill area weee all amazing). The apartment itself is well laid-out, and was able to easily squeeze our family of six - we loved that we could all fit on the balcony to play a game! Perhaps the biggest standout for this stay though was our host - Joshua was SO responsive and accommodating. It has been a long time since I’ve had a host this helpful. It felt like he was truly invested in us having a great and easy vacation. Do not hesitate to book!

The host was horrible. I was informed the property needed repairs, he would contact me with updates. I never heard from him. I couldn’t enter the property because the code given didn’t work. Security let me in a day later. I had to prop the door open when leaving so I didn’t get locked out. I was informed after my visit, I’m not entitled to a refund for the day I was locked out because it was my choice. The bath was clogged, no cold water, constant beeping noise, no light in the kitchen.
