We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was great sitting outside in the Lanai in the morning having coffee and watching the surfers. The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! Check-in was quick and the valet parking was convenient and nice to not have to pay the exorbitant prices most places charge to park in Waikiki. I highly recommend this property!

We had a comfortable stay at the well maintained property at a great location with an awesome view. Everything was as described. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery and the wifi was good speed. Check-in, check out, valet parking, property amenities and the hospitality lounge at 4th floor were all big plusses. The view from the balcony was amazing at Lucky One! The air conditioning worked great and kept us nice and cool. There were plenty of towels and paper products supplied. Checkin was very easy as was checkout. Great location! Super close to the beach and other amenities. The condo could stand to be updated. Having carpet in the condo next to the beach gave it a musty smell.

This property had everything! Kitchen, appliances beach chairs, blow dryer and straightener! Even had bubble wrap and tape which came in handy for a souvenir w bought. Beach right across the street along with many restaurants and stores. My family and I had a great time!

We had an amazing stay, property is in excellent condition, very clean and very comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location for relaxing in Waikiki and as a base for exploring Oahu. Giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars.The unit has amazing views of the beach and ocean. It’s in a great location with a good place for breakfast (Eggs n Things) and a McDonald’s right downstairs. The bellman and the staff were courteous and the property manager was on the ball. There are a lot of nice extra touches like beautiful doors and modernized kitchen. (The building itself is like most of them on Waikiki Beach — on the older side). Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The air conditioners are not new, and they were noisy, especially when on max. Oahu was hot in late July and early August, so we adjusted by setting them on high during the day and low during the night. This was useful for masking the traffic noise (since it’s right off the main drag), and helping us sleep better.I am deducting half a star because there was a moist, wet-dog like smell in the unit. Over time it went away in most of the areas (presumably from running the a/c). But in the 2nd bedroom that never disappeared. Thankfully the person in our group who was sleeping in the bedroom was able to eventually adjust and ignore it.

I gave this property 4-stars because of the view and location. The condo itself is old and needs an update/remodel. The dryer did not work. The King bedframe is dangers as the leg is sharp and cut my foot. There is rust/dirt on fan cover in the Primary bedroom.

Our stay at the Beach Tower was fantastic. Beautiful view of the ocean while sitting on the lanai/balcony. Byron was super friendly and helpful. We had a tiny snafu with the washing machine and Byron took care of it immediately and also made sure we had extra towels while waiting. There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We spent each day on an excursion and then at the beach so we did not utilize the pool. Great restaurants within walking distance and the valet parking was a much needed plus! Adventure of a lifetime. Precious memories.

We've been planning this trip forever - my wife and I taking our kids (23 and 26) to Hawaii for two weeks. Kicked the trip off here in Waikiki and SO happy with this VRBO choice! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Including the full kitchen (we actually cooked dinner one night). The location was ideal - right on the beach in the heart of the strip. Building staff were so polite and helpful. Valet parking was super convenient and those guys were terrific too. One pleasant surprise were the beach chairs in the closet. Oh, and of course the view was spectacular! I'd definitely come back here!!!

We had a fabulous experience at the Koloa cottage property. It was ideally located with a huge yard and lanai wrap around. Our host paid attention to the details and thought of everything we could need. Our family of 4 was able go snorkel, boogy board, go for long walks and runs. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even supplied a drying rack for our clothes to air dry. We would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

My family stayed in the condo in May 2025. There were 4 adults. The condo is very comfortable. All three beds were in good shape as were the appliances and cookware. The balcony can be a little tight with all 4 of us coming and going, but the view is great. The best aspect of the condo were the building staff who were so helpful and friendly. They made us feel like residents versus tourists. The location is good to walk, shop, and eat in the southern half of Waikiki. My only complaint is the beach or lack of one in front of the condo. There is just a very narrow strip of sand like 30 feet wide and it was very crowded. This is more of a complaint of Waikiki Beach than the condo. We ended up driving to the north and east sides of Oahu to go to nicer and less crowded beaches. However, if you want to surf, Waikiki Beach is great. I would recommend the condo to others.

Our stay was perfect - the back porch is amazing and you could just sit there all day to enjoy the views. The listing doesn’t say it but there are also 2 rollaway beds and a playpen available to use. Living room is huge and pullout sofa is very comfortable. Great place to stay.

The view is great. The location great. But the property? It was very tired and old. Carpet was threadbare in places, curtains with holes in them, bolts sticking out of the wall, and worn furniture. This is not what we paid a lot of money for. We walked in on Monday afternoon to a freezing room. We wanted a unit for the convenience of a laundry, ironing board, kitchen, etc. There was no ironing board. Called the manager and to his credit responded immediately. An hour and a half later knocked on the door with a new ironing board. Brilliant! Mentioned the aircon was freezing, even though I had turned it up to above 80. He advised that it was probably the widget (can't remember but wondered how he knew) and he would contact the aircon contractor and someone would be around the next day. Great. Tuesday and Wednesday went by. Nothing. The lever on the toilet then broke. This prompted the Handyman to come over. He was good, but this was now Friday! Fixed the toilet, and on the next day arrived with the replacement widget. We moved out a day later! But was still not working properly, as was the toilet! Suggest you pick another apartment!!!

Our first trip to Honolulu was fantastic, much of which is attributed to the condo. We found it to be the perfect location and the view could not be better. Instructions prior to arriving were well communicated so we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay. Although Byron was great to deal with upon arrival. Would definitely stay at the condo again. What a great place!
