When you are staying in Waikiki this is the way to go! Our stay here was so perfect! It was right off the strip and our kids were able to just come and go as they pleased-from heading to the beach, the pool or just walking the strip at night, we had everything right at our finger tips. Even the valet were such a pleasure to work with! The sunsets from the balcony are completely unforgettable! Definitely gave our kids a trip to remember, and now even for them, Waikiki will always have a place in their heart!

We had a perfect stay. The view was incredible from the huge Lanai. The Valet was super efficient. They had water fill stations on the pool floor and the lobby. Just steps to the beach.

Overall the building is managed well, but old. The Unit are a bit “tired” and fortunately the front desk helped us get a decent unit on the 29th floor. Be prepared to not get the Unit you selected on the VRBO website, and this is in the small print of the detailed description. The daily housekeeping is a great service, along with the Valet parking. The pool and the fitness areas are real disappointments. Overall a Decent location and a B grade of an experience for the nightly cost.

We stayed for 3 nights and were really comfortable as a group of 5. The unit is high enough to have a great view of the beach and is in a great location in Waikiki. We didn’t use the beach chairs or boogie boards but were happy to see they were available. We also didn’t cook in the kitchen but again, it was well equipped. And the host and check in process was really great!

The building is right across the street from the beach. 19th floor has a great view. Unit is both great and in need of a few fix ups. Stayed 3 nights prior to boarding the NCL Pride of America cruise. Great for or group of 4.

The view from the condo is worth a million dollars. It is literally right across the street from the ocean. There are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs and towels. There is easy access to the condo and parking is also provided. The condo can use some upgrades but it is lovely , just not brand new but that did not bother us in the least. The balcony is gorgeous and faces the ocean. Would highly recommend.

It was easy to give this location a 5 star rating. Once you enter the condo you are met with an amazing, breathtaking ocean view! Check in was easy …. Staff is welcoming and helpful and Eric, our host, was a text message or a phone call away. The condo was exactly as described online and it was well equipped. The location couldn’t have been better …. Close proximity to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, shops and grocery. We would rent this condo again without hesitation. Thank you Eric!

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful suite with the fantastic ocean views. The balcony is my favorite place to be. The tower is secure as you actually need a key fob to operate the elevators. The valets are very helpful and friendly. I called the manager to ask for kitchen towels and he had them delivered to our door within a couple of hours. We ordered food to be delivered from restaurants and we ordered some other products and there were no problems with receiving them. Be sure to use the jacuzzi on site. You can easily walk to many restaurants, the beach, and the International Market. It’s only necessary to rent a car when you want to venture outside of the city. Enjoy the view!

The view from this property is spectacular!!!It was nicely decorated and easy to maintain.Nice to have stocked Dishwashing and Dishwasher soaps plus Hand Soap. Also garbage bags!The only hiccup was in the Master the sliding doors to the closet and bathroom were very hard to slide.Had a plugged kitchen sink and it was tended to very efficently in the evening via a wonderful friendly plumber.Well stocked kitchen and oh yes...even toilet paper.A very delightful experience.I would highly recommend this Condo!

Puzzled why there were basic items missing including coffee, tea, sugar, or tissues. We purchased and left for future guests these items along with a French press.

The property was in an excellent location directly across the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach and street during breakfast and sunsets. We found black mould on the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom which we notified management and they had maintenance paint over it. We also noticed the same in the living area which had previously been painted over. Perhaps from the vents and dampness. The building staff ( bellmen and customer service staff) were extremely friendly. Overall the unit was perfectly roomy, comfortable and also appreciative of the beach chairs , snorkels, beach towels and beach mat.

This is a great ocean front condo. We were 6 adults, having only one shower is a bit challenging but we knew that going in so I can’t complain about it, we made it work. All beds are comfortable, had everything we needed. Great communication with Vrbo and condo manager. The valet staff is EXCELLENT! The location and view can’t be beat! The sunset right from the balcony is breathtaking I would def stay here again.

Dated unit with no heated pool as advertised... repairs were to be completed but we had no access to the pool which was very disappointing... the unit needs updates... coffee table was rickety and tv in guest bedroom wasn't even hooked up... we had to hook up...

Among the three ocean front rentals in 3 islands, this is the most trendy place in the heart of waikiki. Reno is complete yet comfortable. Supply is plenty. Larry gave us a thorough tour of the place to help us to settle in. This is our first vacation at Hawaii, so we spent majority of the time outdoors, hence, not had opportunity to use what this resort has to offer. In the future, we definitely want to stay in the place longer and enjoy it more. Love the stay!

This is the third time that we have stayed at this property in Waiki, and there are several reasons why we keep coming back. First, the location is perfect: right on the water, close to restaurants and shopping. Second, the people who work at the property are awesome, especially the valet staff. I've never encountered such friendly, helpful people. The negatives are few, and not terribly important: the air conditioning is not great, in that it can't be adjusted to make everyone comfortable (warm in one bedroom, meat locker in the other); the unit isn't really well stocked (ran out of toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels during our stay); there should be more seating in the living room area, it currently only seats 3 (2 on couch, 1 arm chair). Regardless, we will absolutely come back here again and again.

Beautiful property in a great location. Rented an SUV that had to be parked in valet but the valet employees were great to work with and quick to retrieve the vehicle. They brought up luggage and groceries when needed. Nice to have a kitchen. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets. Lots of action on Waikiki Beach for every age.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We were traveling with our 12 year old son for a family vacation. This property was perfect for us. The location of this condo provided walking access to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The 19th floor gave a perfect view of the ocean. The cleanliness of this unit left a lot to be desired. The high-touch points definitely weren't sanitized. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the unit. King bed was on the hard side. Twins converted to a king; didn't have the foam filler for the crack. One sand umbrella was broken. No kids' toys or cooler. Couch has definitely seen better days. We found the throw-away salt and pepper shakers on our last day in a lower cabinet. Rental car ended up with a cracked rear light cover. Can't prove valet did it but I know we didn't; possible it happened in a parking lot. Now we have a claim on our insurance. Staff is super nice. Location can't be beat. View is to die for. Very disappointed that the pool was closed.

Been to Waikiki for weekend staycations as a resident for 15 years and many more now coming back periodically to visit. Have stayed at the Hyatt or Marriott predominately and have fun. However, after all these years this unit and trip was the best. The view was beyond description. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed plus the kitchen was awesome. The staff at the Waikiki tower was superb. Jessie and Eddie in valet were amazing. Overall, a 10/10 experience! The lanai view and comfort level...wow!!
