Spent three nights in this wonderful condo prior to boarding our cruise. This newly remodeled immaculate two bedroom was everything we could ask for! Spectacular location across the street from Waikiki Beach! Easy short walking distance to beach and shopping and dining. Very quick valet service for our rental car was included. Eventually, they even started rejecting calls. After struggling for more than an hour, I finally managed to get in touch with another property manager, and when I asked about it, I was told that the person I was assigned was on vacation today. If the person in charge has changed, shouldn't you contact us in advance?

The location couldn’t have been better (across the street from the beat beach in the world and next to all kinds of shopping and restaurants). The staff was friendly and professional, the condo itself had everything we needed including a washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc. But nothing prepared me for that VIEW!! The Waikiki Beach Tower is rated as a 4-star facility, but this particular unit falls short of that, but it could be. It is a clean and functional unit. A few basic startup supplies, kitchen related, would have been useful. Bathrooms had sufficient supplies.In addition to the fantastic views, the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. You have plenty of hot water, the A/C works well without the need of ceiling fans, good wifi, entertainment devices, and there are beach related accessories, that made the beach visits enjoyable. Worry free Valet parking was a plus.Overall, a great visit.

The best thing about this condo is the view of the beach from the living room and main bedroom. The living room and main bedroom both have sliding doors that open onto the balcony, letting in a cool breeze. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The pictures were accurate, in fact the condo looks even better in person.
We walked 2 minutes to Kai Coffee and had coffee on the beach every morning. We loved that we could walk to a huge variety of beachfront parks, retail stores, and restaurants.

It’s in the heart of busy Waikiki Beach, but the valet parking is super convenient, the lobby and elevators were never crowded and the Unit itself is wonderful, and a nice refuge from the bustle outside. The 4th floor exercise facilities are top notch. The property manager, Chris, was very responsive and helpful. We noticed some issues with the sliding glass doors to the porch, which Chris will be addressing. Perfect place to stay with teenagers!

We had an amazing experience with our vacation rental in Waikiki. The condo is right next to the McDonald’s and conveniently near all the shops and stores. Really cannot beat the location especially when there’s a calm and pristine beach right across the street. Honestly easier than staying at some resorts which will require you to walk all the way through resort property before arriving to beach (even for some ocean front properties). The free valet parking made it so convenient when we did have to drive (rarely). The condo layout is great for families and the AC was quite strong. We had to leave it off some nights. Valet staff is courteous and speedy, and our host/cohosting staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Lastly, the patio with ocean views made our trip very memorable. One of our favorite parts of the trip included cooking meals and eating together as a family on this beautiful patio. Thank you Captain Cook for making our trip a wonderful experience! My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Waikiki Beach Tower. The staff was friendly and very helpful during our entire stay. The property is well kept. The views were really great from our room- stunning actually. We really appreciated the house keeping staff- they were flexible, thorough, and even washed, dried, and put away dishes, which we did not expect. As far as location- we were able to walk to nearly anything we needed/wanted (except major groceries, but ABC stores were great in a pinch- and there are two ABC stores, each 1/2 a block away). It is tourist central, but we were the tourists and this place worked out so well :-D I would stay here again, no question!

This location is in the perfect location in Waikiki. It is just steps from beach. Your room views are are amazing. The Waikiki beach towers has a wonderful view and is close to the beach. It's perfect for family and friends. The kitchen is well equipped. However the master bath is in need of repair. The shower blasted either scalding hot or ice cold water. After numerous attempts to adjust it I believe a new shower head will probably fix it. The beds were super comfortable and if you bring kids there is a pack n play and umbrella stroller to use. Beach towels and chairs and a washer dryer combo that is very handy. I'd stay there again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had to change from Maui to Oahu because of the fire. We saw this property and even though it seemed way over priced we had little other option. There pros and cons to staying at this property. Pros: the location is PERFECT. it is right across the street from a protected area of Waikiki Beach, there are tons of stores, food and activities within very close walking distance! The views from the balcony are wonderful. We have stayed in many places on Waikiki and this is better than all of them! Despite being on the 35th floor the elevators were VERY quick, the parking is included and the staff is more than helpful! Cons: FOR THE PRICE the air conditioning does NOT cool down the master bedroom, both the shower head AND the toilet paper holder were broken, the drier takes FOREVER to dry closes (in part because the lint trap looked like it had not been cleaned in literally YEARS), the floors are so dirty that you have to wash your feet before bed or your sheets get dirty, there are bed bug fitted sheets which is a concern, the beds were so bad and uncomfortable that we were all in back pain, no K cup coffee maker (pretty standard for the price), old balcony furniture, no extras of any kind. It is a room with a view but more like a very cheap hotel room with a view. For this same amount of money you have easily rent a house on a beach. If it was half the price as it should be, then I would say great but not for what we paid!

With so many choices in the Waikiki area, and doing tons of research this place was everything it said it was and we were very happy with it. It was a little different getting the keys for entry but even that was very easy and went as described. The property and people working there was wonderful! Parking was easy and we did valet as we had a truck and that was very easy and the valet guys were all so nice and accommodating. Your view is a little limited with the building sticking out on your left and the Circle Hotel on the right, but between that is a nice slice of the beach and a little street activity. One of the reasons we choose this property was because it had two bedrooms and two baths which worked our perfect, but now we’re torn as if we come back only needing one bed and bath, I’m not sure we can find anything that would be so perfect. Note too the patio is much larger than almost anything else you see down in this area which was another big plus! Not often it was in total direct sunlight.
The kitchen was fully furnished and beds were good.
We were very pleased overall.

It was great that we had some beach chairs and sunbrellas available for us to use. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. The host, Byron was lovely to deal with, great communication. From start to finish, the entire rental experience was excellent. Easy to communicate with the management company. Unit was exactly as described. We found it well stocked with items we needed, including beach chairs. Very very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. Right on the beach and a McDonald's at the corner (cheap coffee and breakfast). Bonus surprise was the outdoor kitchen/grilling area. Super clean. We made our reservation and the staff was there lighting the grill and making sure we were all set. Use of the area included the outdoor fridge, tables counter/bar area. We LOVED it. Unit came with valet parking (never waited more than 1 min for car). I would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location. The extra step for check in, having to stop at another location to get key fob from lock box was slightly inconvenient but would definitely book again and recommend this property.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children). The views were amazing! Many hours were spent on the lanai eating breakfast, reading, listening to the waves, and watching people below. The beach was just across the street and very accessible. Being from TX, the ability to keep the condo cool was important and appreciated. The bidet in the primary bathroom, was something I didn’t know I needed in my life. The staff in the building were very friendly and helpful. The location to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. We had two small issues and they were VERY quick to take care of them. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to go back to Oahu.

The beach tower is on a great location. The unit was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The unit could use some updating. Check in was ok but it was weird that we had to call from the airport and meet someone to let us in. Would have rather had a code or something. The unit was very expensive and I’m not sure it was worth it-might stay further off the beach next time. Oahu is wonderful, though!

Building was great, but while you saw Waikiki, you also had 40% of your view looking at the back of an old building with every floor used as housekeeping storage; the angle of photos crops out the building in front of the balcony. Staff was great, home was as described, but there are better options and I would stay in another building rather than be stuck with the ruined balcony view.

We loved this space. It was the perfect size for our family, clean, easy to get to and convenient location. We used valet for our rental car and they were wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and reserved the grill one evening. I have no complaints!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in August and we had a wonderful visit. The property manager Bryon was wonderful to work with and thought of all details. Since this condo is new in their inventory he asked if there is anything else the condo is missing that a customer may need, and I gave some suggestions. As a top contributor on Trip Advisor with over 200 reviews, I was a bit hesitant booking a unit without any reviews, but this unit was perfect as described. The location is amazing. 4-7 mins after leaving your room you can be floating in the ocean.
The view is amazing and unobstructed. If your looking for chill afternoons or early morning coffee with a view this property won't disappoint. The patio has shade 90% of the time other than an hour or 2 before sunset.
If location and view are top priorities this is a must book property.
This is what I call a for profit rental. This isn't someones personal condo they are renting out. There are no personal touches, no spices, sugar/coffee. It's a hotel room with a full kitchen.
The building is very old (20+ years?). The unit has many minor issues with broken knobs, switches, chairs on the patio are pretty sun damaged and stretched. It really shows it age. The AC Is fantastic but very noisy(fan is unbalanced). Nothing overly serious is wrong and everything works but there are many little issues.
Likely no one wants to report things (as who wants repair peoples in your rental on vacation).
The 2nd bedroom has a window onto an open air hallway (2 other rooms) which was the only surprise. It makes the bedroom a bit of a cave if you want privacy. Not a big deal as its likely a kid's room
View and location are 11/10

This condo is located in the Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. Jean from the management company, met us in the lobby of the building to give us the keys and show us the unit.
This condo is on the 36th floor with fantastic views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. The breeze on the balcony is refreshing. Easy check-in/check-out.

The beach tower condo was in a great location that was very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was partially blocked by the hotel in front, which we knew about before arriving, but other than that it was stunning and an amazing place to sit and watch the sunset. The property staff was very friendly and helpful. While the condo was beautiful, it could use some updates inside.
