This condo is amazing. The view is spectacular and the location couldn’t have been any better! We walked everywhere. The only Uber we had to take was to the wedding we were here for and golf. Great food and shopping is steps away! We would stay here again. The beds were hard but I asked James and he provided toppers. Great property manager! Everyone is great around the property!!

I would have no qualms about staying there again if I return to Honolulu. The view was as amazing as the photos! Location was perfect. Byron quickly answered any questions we had. We did not use the washer/dryer but everything else was great. We utilized the beach chairs/towels which were very convenient! We had five adults celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We would definitely stay here again! Did I mention the views!

Though clean, the condo was not ready for guests. The access code for keyless entry was wrong. The ice maker was broken. The wifi code was for a different condo. The pocket door to the master bathroom was scarred, scratched and needed painting. An extension for one bedside lamp was left exposed on the carpet for someone to trip over when it could easily have been placed under the bed and plugged into another outlet. Dirty cutlery and utensils had been put away as clean. The place needs a remodeling update.

Place was better than expected. Called property manager upon arrival to the island and was able to get an early check-in. When we pulled up to the lobby area where the valet staff greeted us with smiles and a welcoming attitude. They knew my name and then proceeded to assist my group in having the easiest check-in process possible. The condo was clean and the view was incredible with beach, restaurants, and everything in between. Would recommend to anyone.

The property is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and shopping. The property was clean and secure and the elevator was quick. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the privacy the two rooms and two bathrooms offered. The kitchen was wonderful with all of the necessities to cook a few meals. I would absolutely stay here again. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 to stretch out and relax. Our twin adult boys loved the idea of just walking outside and going to the beach or visiting the shops or restaurants.
The only disappointment was the pool deck area was under construction during our stay.
Otherwise, it was a maikaʻi loa (best) stay. We'd definitely return.

First of all, kudos to the photographer!! The picture is exactly how it looks when you get there but even better! You have a view to your left of diamond head all the way to your right, the “pink hotel” and beyond! Absolutely the best and the sunsets were spectacular! We loved the valet service and everyone working it. They were so nice and helpful to us always. The location was prime! It could not have been any better! You literally walk out of the building and cross the street and you’re on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything you needed. If you’re there for a longer stay, you might need to replenish a few things but that’s not a problem with ABC stores right next door! We loved driving around the island stopping at all the beaches and shaved ice places but we’d have to say that mopeding was one of our top 3 favorite things to do! (The place we rented from is right around the corner!) The instructions to get into the condo were easy and clear. We had a great response time from the management when we had a few questions and we would, without reservation, recommend this condo to our family and friends! Mahalo nui loa!!

The location is wonderful. Right across from Waikiki beach. View is partially blocked but what you can see is lovely. Super close to restaurants and shopping. You can walk everywhere. Several food truck parks were our favorite. But we did have issues. The toilet in the master plugged, then sewage backed up into the bathtub. Had issues with Rotorooter actually showing up to unclog everything. Tried to vacuum sand at our front door but the vacuum had no bag and we couldn't locate any. Used a broom instead. The GFCI in the kitchen was broken. Definitely dangerous. Had issues with the water temp in the showers. Just when you thought it was the right temp, it would get scalding hot, then ice cold and back to scalding. It was hard to keep it at an even temp.

Location was perfect and view was outstanding. This unit is on the 19th floor so anyone with anxiety about heights should be aware. The unit was spacious and worked well for us. The furniture is a bit worn (not a deal breaker for us), and the unit is for sale (which is made clear up front) so that is probably why everything is a bit dated. Overall, it worked fine for us.

I should have dug more into past reviews from 2 years ago that revealed Past reviews with comments about the tired furnishings and broken and uncomfortable furniture. The pictures make the place look pristine but the condition of most of the furniture and carpeting needs immediate attention. We reported a broken balcony chair the day we arrived. Hopefully the next renter will get a replacement. All this being said, the location is ideal to the beach, stores and restaurants; staff is friendly and you can store you luggage with the valet if you have a later flight after check-out. Communications between us and the management has been received in a timely manner. Stay here if conditions don’t matter to you because you’ll enjoy the location, but for this price, I wouldn’t rent this unit again until it’s updated from top to bottom.

What an amazing experience we had! From the beginning of our stay with communication that was timely and friendly, to the valet experience with staff who were so friendly and professional! Our room was spectacular. The views were something you could enjoy 24-7 sitting anywhere in the condo. The location was centralized for easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. I honestly could not find anything of issue with our stay. Would definitely come back to stay here.

The condo was just as it was described in the VRBO listing. Even though you had to look to the side of the round condo in front, the view of the ocean was amazing!

Great location near Kapiolani Park. Well appointed kitchen with nice appliances including rice steamer and blender. One king and two twins were perfect for our family with teens. Mattresses were Very Firm. Stacked washer and dryer were perfect but we were only provided one laundry detergent pouch. The lanai was perfect for watching surfers and watching the sunset. The gym offered cardio and weight machines but the spin bikes were generic and a disappointment. The location was close to many fabulous restaurants. Pleasantly surprised by Oahu Mexican Grill which is up the street and LuLus is great too. Unit does not provide a beach cooler or beach equipment so plan to pack a soft cooler and rent things at beach. Fresh beach towels are provided and your welcome bag includes aluminum water bottles for each guest and a tote bag with reef safe sunscreen. Housekeeping is offered daily and they are quick and efficient.

This property was in an excellent location with outstanding views. The second bedroom was disappointing,you could hear the door slamming from the unit next door, it was also the access to the carpark and rubbish shoot, so again lot's of slamming doors and there is a light outside the door which shines right into the bedroom, the curtains in the room did nothing to stop the light coming in. The unit is quite dated but a great location.
