Only issues - ice maker didn’t work- no vacuum for sand- however when notified one was brought the next day. Great views from lanai- primary bedroom could be noisy if doors left open at night with some homeless talking and dogs barking- great service from staff and again can’t beat the location for restaurants and views of Waikiki surfers and swimmers.

The most spectacular thing about this property is the location directly across the street from Waikiki Beach. A close second is the unobstructed views from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. You are within walking distance of literally dozens of restaurants, stores, sites, the zoo, etc.. Communication with our property manager was effortless with quick responses. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and access to filtered water and ice cubes on demand for the multiple outings we did.(bring your reusable water bottles, and you will save a ton of money.) The staff at the Waikiki Towers were personable, interactive, and extremely helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained. We had four beach chairs and and when we noticed one was broken, our property manager brought one over immediately that was brand new. We had plenty of beach towels and regular bath towel towels . The stackable washer and dryer is small however it was wonderful to have access to that for the week. We always had plenty of hot water. King size bed was great! Just a few comments. The air-conditioning system was quite loud and rattled frequently though kept us nice and cool. I did reach out about a repair however, I was worried that if something was wrong and the part could not be obtained that we would have no air-conditioning at all. Just something to be aware of. The property could use a bit of updating and there were a few areas needing painting, and the caulking around the bathtubs could be replaced.

The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchenware and extra linens. The beach view was phenomenal. Captain Cook Resorts was very responsive if we had questions. Majority of the building staff was friendly. The only hiccup was long waits for the elevators at times. Of the 4, one was down the whole time and another was in and out of service throughout our stay. This was a great location for our group!

The condo is truly very nice. It’s clean, the amenities (a/c, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker all work). Beds were extremely comfortable. The oceanfront unobstructed view is spectacular. We had one issue while there with the washing machine. The machine wouldn’t spin. We reported it and had a response almost immediately. We were offered access to a vacant condo to use the washer/dryer until they could get a repairman in to fix ours. Very impressed with the responsiveness of Captain Cook resorts. We are already booked for next year!

We loved our stay!!! Gorgeous view as shown in listing, the updates to the property still look and feel very nice, and the kitchen had all the essentials plus extra items.The manager was helpful with any issues or questions.There are all sorts of restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance. While the ocean is across the street, the street noise wasn't bad since we were up so high.

The unit worked out great for our family. We enjoyed the valet parking and the guys who worked the valet are fantastic. It is a great location for Waikiki but the included parking allows you to explore the island. Great beach across the street for young ones. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The BBQ's are nice but reserving them is confusing but we got it figured out and enjoyed cooking and eating pool side.

We had such a great stay here - couldn’t have worked out better for our trip. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our group (my husband and me, plus our daughter and her friend), giving everyone enough space to be comfortable.The location is amazing - super close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the main Waikiki spots. We didn’t even need to rent a car because everything was so easy to walk to, which made the whole trip feel really relaxed and convenient.One of our favorite parts was spending time on the lanai. The ocean view is beautiful, and it was so fun just sitting out there watching the surfers.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge bonus - we were able to pack lighter and keep things fresh throughout the trip.The only small note is that it was unseasonably cool during our stay, and we would have loved a few extra blankets or throw blankets to cozy up with in the evenings.Overall, such a great experience. The place was exactly what we needed, and we’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The view is truly incredible and helped us with ignoring some of the areas that were run down. Upon entering the unit the carpet is ripped, a wall that had been repaired but not repainted, and areas around door handles had dirty hand prints on doors. Other than those things, we found the rest of the place to be very clean and as described. Communication was excellent and location and view cannot be beat. Staff in the building were very friendly.

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the whole Waikiki beach. We were a family of five and having three young boys the McDonald's was great to have right outside and the valet parking was super easy. We did use the gym as well which was very suitable and the pool and spa were nice as well. Wish we could have stayed longer and had better weather

The pictures of the view do not do it justice. When you walk into the door you are hit with the most beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The balcony had a table that we enjoyed snacks meals and relaxation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends

Aloha! The condo was just as described. It was clean and the view was spectacular! The valet was kind and helpful. There were only 2 elevator key fobs and three people who wanted to do different things, which proposed a little bit of a conflict. However, we found out later that valet would have helped us on the elevator. I would suggest providing as many key fobs as needed per adult. Other than that, I was satisfied and impressed with the condo! I already miss hearing the waves crash at night while I sleep. I would stay again and I will recommend it to others. Mahalo!

This was our 4th year staying at this condo.The location is premium, view is spectacular! The valet services are the best.The condo is in need of a remodel. New furnishings, bath fixtures and grout, flooring, window treatments. I will continue toobook this location, but would like to see some upgrades to the condo. Captain Cook resort have a quick friendly response to our calls.

Everything was great beside from the false alarm incident during our stay. Staff were all very friendly. The apartment location is very centralized, quiet, and clean. In term of improvement, there are a few items related to the apartment that I believe can be improved:1. I did not sleep very well during my stay since the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very noisy and it did not seem produce cool air in the morning. It would also be nice if the master bedroom air controller can be inside the room instead of outside. 2. There is no door or curtain separating the master bedroom from the bathroom area. This is a bit of an inconvenience for privacy.

This condo was amazing for our family trip. My oldest son was playing in the Polynesian Bowl this week and myself, my wife, my youngest son, and mother in law were spending the week in Honolulu for the game. I did t want to stay in the team hotel because I wanted more space and the ability to cook meals to make the trip a little more economical. The space in the condo was incredible. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the 19th floor. The beach is literally across the street and this beach is protected by a sea wall so very safe for my 9 year old. Condo is right in the strip in Waikiki and you can walk to a tin of restaurants and shops. The space in the condo was ideal for my family and never felt cramped or crowded. Great pool and hot tub on The 4th floor. Valet guys were great and helpful. Our flight didn’t leave until 9:30 PM and checkout was at 11. The valet lets you store your bags with them and you have access to the 4th floor amenities the rest of the day including the pool, hot tub, and gym facilities. We went exploring all day and then were able to come back and utilize the 2 private shower rooms in the 4th floor to shower and freshen up before our flights back. Would highly recommend! Space and staff were superb!
