No surprises with the condo, it was a really nice stay, great views. Really quiet too, we never heard neighbors through floor or walls, just sound of the ocean and street below. Only thing to be aware of is the parking was valet only when we were there (July 2026). No extra charge for parking though, just tips for valet. On the plus side, with the garage essentially closed off to public we felt ok leaving non essential bulk items like extra clothes, beach gear, etc visible in the car overnight. The security staff was on top of stuff. We even had Amazon deliveries outside our door with no issues.

Wow, what a fantastic spot. Great apartment, great location, and great host. Literally right across the street from Waikiki Beach can centrally on the "strip" of great stores and great restaurants. Our host was tremendously helpful and tremendously responsive. The well appointed, well equipped apartment has a great view of the beach and ocean, with almost daily rainbows. We look forward to our return visit!

The tower is in a perfect location for first timers in Honolulu, right across from Kuhio beach for swimming and surfing and on the main strip in Waikiki. The valets are so friendly and the beach towel service is super convenient. Daily housekeeping was great too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

You are paying for the phenomenal view from your oceanfront lanai and space for two adults and two teenagers. If you value that then it’s worth every penny. The condo is very nice - King bed was comfy although my teenage sons said twin beds were just okay but two days in then no one cared. Well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. Can’t beat having a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach chairs available in the unit and two boogie boards. Beach towels would have been a nice touch. We bought three towels then left them behind to go into a landfill. I would definitely book here again. You are paying just a little less for an oceanfront hotel room. The space and the view was worth the price tag and we are returning home refreshed and relaxed.

A nice condo that shows some wear. The best part of the unit was the gorgeous view of Waikiki Beach from the covered balcony and the EASY walk to the beach. We and the children enjoyed several mornings in the sand and surf and it was very entertaining watching the sidewalk traffic and surfers from the balcony.The parking valets were very courteous and all the building staff always made us feel welcome every time we returned. There was never any long wait for the valets to retrieve our vehicle when we needed it. The free parking was very useful given the traffic and congestion in the area.A few minor issues with the amenities. Only spices were picnic salt and pepper. Incorrect filters for the coffee maker. (We purchased the correct kind.) The power brush in the vacuum didn't work making it difficult to keep the sand out of the area rug in the living room. Only one roll of paper towels was provided for a 9 night stay with a 2 year old. The unit listing said a crib or pack and play was available, but we discovered the day before we were to arrive that it had to be rented and that we needed to provide the linens for it.A major disappointment is that we had NO communications with Byron, the named host. Messages sent prior to the reservation were not answered by Byron and he was NOT available during check-in and not once contacted or visited us during the stay. Note that the office staff member who helped with the crib arrangements was professional and accommodating.

The location is amazing. Great oceanviews, easy to walk to shops and Target for stocking the condo.Convenient to all you need on Waikiki Beach. You are at the spot for easy beach access. If you are looking for the busy beach vibe you got it. We loved being able to prepare our own breakfast and lunch and then dine out for dinner.The staff met our every need, kept us tidy and managed every request. Bonus luggage storage and pool for a late checkout. Great host easy to communicate with.

Great view of the ocean. Room would be perfect for a family. The location was difficult to find and the directions were poor. Getting into the room proved challenging with its weird security system. Additionally, the WiFi and tvs were difficult to turn on/manage. Finally, one of the patio doors/sliders was broken so that was unfortunate. All in all, I think it was “fine” but I’ll probably stay someplace else next time.

Property is within walking distance of many restaurants and right across the street from the amazing beach. It is very quiet and view from balcony was very relaxing of the ocean. We took our 20 year old and something grandchildren and they loved being able to go out and walk to the active areas. Condo was clean and well equipped. We rented a car but really did not need one . We walked to most places.

Only issues - ice maker didn’t work- no vacuum for sand- however when notified one was brought the next day. Great views from lanai- primary bedroom could be noisy if doors left open at night with some homeless talking and dogs barking- great service from staff and again can’t beat the location for restaurants and views of Waikiki surfers and swimmers.

The most spectacular thing about this property is the location directly across the street from Waikiki Beach. A close second is the unobstructed views from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. You are within walking distance of literally dozens of restaurants, stores, sites, the zoo, etc.. Communication with our property manager was effortless with quick responses. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and access to filtered water and ice cubes on demand for the multiple outings we did.(bring your reusable water bottles, and you will save a ton of money.) The staff at the Waikiki Towers were personable, interactive, and extremely helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained. We had four beach chairs and and when we noticed one was broken, our property manager brought one over immediately that was brand new. We had plenty of beach towels and regular bath towel towels . The stackable washer and dryer is small however it was wonderful to have access to that for the week. We always had plenty of hot water. King size bed was great! Just a few comments. The air-conditioning system was quite loud and rattled frequently though kept us nice and cool. I did reach out about a repair however, I was worried that if something was wrong and the part could not be obtained that we would have no air-conditioning at all. Just something to be aware of. The property could use a bit of updating and there were a few areas needing painting, and the caulking around the bathtubs could be replaced.

The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchenware and extra linens. The beach view was phenomenal. Captain Cook Resorts was very responsive if we had questions. Majority of the building staff was friendly. The only hiccup was long waits for the elevators at times. Of the 4, one was down the whole time and another was in and out of service throughout our stay. This was a great location for our group!

The condo is truly very nice. It’s clean, the amenities (a/c, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker all work). Beds were extremely comfortable. The oceanfront unobstructed view is spectacular. We had one issue while there with the washing machine. The machine wouldn’t spin. We reported it and had a response almost immediately. We were offered access to a vacant condo to use the washer/dryer until they could get a repairman in to fix ours. Very impressed with the responsiveness of Captain Cook resorts. We are already booked for next year!

Gorgeous view as shown in listing, the updates to the property still look and feel very nice, and the kitchen had all the essentials plus extra items.The manager was helpful with any issues or questions.There are all sorts of restaurants and things to do in easy walking distance. While the ocean is across the street, the street noise wasn't bad since we were up so high.

The unit worked out great for our family. We enjoyed the valet parking and the guys who worked the valet are fantastic. It is a great location for Waikiki but the included parking allows you to explore the island. Great beach across the street for young ones. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The BBQ's are nice but reserving them is confusing but we got it figured out and enjoyed cooking and eating pool side.

We had such a great stay here - couldn’t have worked out better for our trip. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our group (my husband and me, plus our daughter and her friend), giving everyone enough space to be comfortable.The location is amazing - super close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the main Waikiki spots. We didn’t even need to rent a car because everything was so easy to walk to, which made the whole trip feel really relaxed and convenient.One of our favorite parts was spending time on the lanai. The ocean view is beautiful, and it was so fun just sitting out there watching the surfers.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge bonus - we were able to pack lighter and keep things fresh throughout the trip.The only small note is that it was unseasonably cool during our stay, and we would have loved a few extra blankets or throw blankets to cozy up with in the evenings.Overall, such a great experience. The place was exactly what we needed, and we’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The view is truly incredible and helped us with ignoring some of the areas that were run down. Upon entering the unit the carpet is ripped, a wall that had been repaired but not repainted, and areas around door handles had dirty hand prints on doors. Other than those things, we found the rest of the place to be very clean and as described. Communication was excellent and location and view cannot be beat. Staff in the building were very friendly.
