Absolutely unbeatable location! The beach is a short walk away and you are right next to all the restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, and we especially appreciated the garage parking which allowed for no stress rental car mobility.There is a washer and dryer right across the unit which was very convenient. Overall, highly recommend this unit.

Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. The location was really close to everything-the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed every moment. They have a lot there for you to use. The only thing we had to buy was beach towels, they only had one there to use, I feel like more towels in general would be helpful, especially for the shower floor. But it was a great stay and we would go back.

This place was amazing! Beautiful and clean with easy check-in. Even though it isn’t on the main beach street of Waikiki, you still get beautiful views of the ocean. We loved seeing the rainbows and watching sailboats from the balcony.

The views from this property were amazing! We had a cozy stay here. There were a few issues with the windows not closing fully and the air conditioner works, but is very loud so we couldn't use it at night. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and boogie boards and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Great location.

Check in was smooth. I wish door could be programmed to something besides last 4 of phone number. There is not a deadbolt like the listing says, the door just closes and locks from the outside like a hotel with no way to secure from inside. We were missing linens for the pull out bed and messaged property manager on Monday through VRBO app. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and asked if they had permission to enter and drop them by if we were not there. We said yes. They then messaged again saying the cleaners said there were linens in the closet and asked if we checked. I told them we did and all we had was a fitted sheet. I never received another msg from them after that. I proceeded to msg the next 2 days as we were using a fitted sheet as a blanket so our kids could have sheets on their bed. I finally called the number in the front door and got a very rushed person who I’m not sure even works for the property management company. They also said they should be in the closet and I told them they weren’t. They dropped some by later that night.I wouldn’t expect the condo to look like the pictures or be accurate to the listing. The beds are not new, they have major dips in the middle. The couch was filthy and missing cushions. This place overall functioned since we are easy but I wouldn’t recommend it. I would ask the owner to check with the management company. They are not doing a great job and if it were my property I would want to know.

I really enjoyed my stay based on the location close to beach plenty of restaurants and clean condo. It needs a summary on items in the condo for use to avoid purchasing. There is no pool available until August of 2026 due to remodeling. I prefer the beach myself so it didn't bother me. I highly recommend the condo over hotels because sometimes it's nice to be able to cook. Communication by email was great. 2nd time staying in the same building with no issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We didn’t have any problems at all. One of the highlights was definitely the view — it was absolutely breathtaking! From our balcony, we could see Diamond Head, and it truly felt like a million-dollar view. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again.

After we figured out parking and how to get the code we had a great time. Owners were easy to communicate with. The location of this property was awesome as we could walk to the beach just down the road and tons of shops, places to eat, etc. Having a place to park was great. It's hard to understand how difficulty parking is until you get there and then since parking comes with this stay, that was extremely valuable to navigating the area. Just a real bonus! The place was spacious, and had good functionality and the laundry room was right next door as well as the trash area, so I loved that as I took all my kids and we did laundry often.

This place was just as you see it. It was really clean (having stayed in other places on the banyan, this was a big deal for me), seemed really new, and had a nice view. The renting company was super responsive and so was the property manager.Only issue was a weird smell from the bathroom, but that might be the bidet. Not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for about a week. The location is very close to the beach and any shop/restaurant! The building is a bit dated, but clean and quiet. This place has a view and not just one! It is really something to experience! Amenities-wise, all the essentials were available! We appreciated a welcoming gift basket! TV and subscription services were provided. The only minor suggestion I can add is to either leave napkins/paper towels or indicate that those items are not available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hoping to return next year again!

Our daughter is doing an intern near Pearl Harbor, we found this on VRBO. It was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We did have a rental car for our excursions. Rental was clean and had a beautiful view!

Very good for our needs. We were able to get handicap parking either on the 3rd or 4th floor. Close to the grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and Catholic church.The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchenware.

Always able to find parking in the garage. Property Management was excellent with same-day solution to a non-working electrical outlet. Brand new elevators made it super quick to the 26th floor and back. Management texted us with instructions for ease of arrival, including entry code for the room.. Everything we needed was in the room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking apparatus we could possibly use.

We stayed here for a week and chose this place due to location and a place to park our rental car. With that being said, location in Waikiki was great, parking was convenient. The overall condo needs a lot of updating. Pictures must of been taken years ago. The outdoor lanai looks nothing like the photos. All outdoor furniture has been well loved and cornhole doesn’t exist. Linens are all older, but with a quick trip to Walmart I bought our family towels, beach towels and it solved our problem with this. The 4 beach chairs were great to have to take to the beach. My advise would be to update this condo and you would have this place booked non stop.

This was a relaxing trip for a high school graduate and family. It was relaxing. We had a great time. The only down fall was the pool, hot tub was getting a renovation and not open. Disappointing but the rest of our stay was amazing.

Susan and Tiva’s place was perfect. It was clean, bright and right on the beach. The home was well stocked with a nice kitchen, books about Hawaii we enjoyed browsing and beautiful views!There was a great selection of beach items - boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella, cooler and more. Those items make a day at the beach so much easier. The farmer’s market across the street was helpful in rounding out meals when I forgot a lemon and we needed a fruit refresh. Ululani’s shave ice was delicious (and ALWAYS busy).We would highly recommend this place to others looking for a central, quiet part of Maui to call home during your stay.

First time using vrbo so I was hesitant. But the property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recreation items and the host of kitchen supplies available to use. The beach and all the shops were within walking distance. I simply have no complaints. The host responded to text within minutes. I would just say to have more information on where the parking garage is and that there is no need to go to the counter to check in. Just head to the garage and up to the room (Tower 1) ... The stay was good, we had eveything we needed.

The apartment has a nice ocean view and has everything we needed, and it's very convenient to the beach and everywhere. Our stay was genuinely fabulous. The location was fantastic as well as the view. You are about a block and a half from the beach and everything else. The only issue i had was the last morning of our stay. Our flight was a little later so we planned to stay right up until check out time but, at about 1040 the cleaning person never knocked and just walked right into the condo unannounced. She backed out saying oh, didnt know you were still here, i have someone else coming in so, not a huge deal right? Somewhat. Well, my husband and i decided to let her in after a few mins of collecting ourselves to start her job and, all of the sudden, were trying to get out the door and the next person just came.right in cause they new the owner and just sat there before we were even out! I did not love that but, beyond that little hiccup, I'd rate the stay a 10 out of 10. The owners were reachable and the description was accurate. I'd recommend.

As one enters the unit, the first thing noticed was simply how clean and sufficiently appointed for a modernized vacation home-away-from-home. The unit is well maintained with walls free of any scuff marks from luggage movements you find in many short-term rentals. Bathroom is clean and airy with basin and shower free of any mold residue. Toilet seat bidet was a plus! Bedroom bed was firm and comfortable; sofa sleeper tad on the softer side and dips in the middle at the fold (solution: sleep sideways). Kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of tableware. Microwave and stove-top extremely clean with no evidence of burn or overspill marks. For beach days, appreciate the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella stored outside on lanai (suggestion: would have been nice to have a 3rd beach chair for our triple occupancy). Plenty of electrical outlets in unit for three occupants’ electronics.Location of condo unit building is ideal: towards the end of Kuhio Ave giving you a break from busy Waikiki thoroughfares; yet only 1-2 blocks away from beach and plenty of quality dining places (at different price points) on Kuhio and Kalakaua Aves. Since October 2024, a brand new multi-floor Target is just a short 10 minutes walk from condo for anything one may have forgotten to pack. The Bus stop is just down the block for public transit days and access to H-1 (freeway) is just up around next block on Kapahula Ave for a quick get-away without having to deal with Waikiki traffic.
