Our stay wasn't bad but wasn't great either. The bathroom needs refreshing with new paint, especially over the toilet area (on the ceiling) & the shower needs to be upgraded. (The shower floor, in the corners) The shower drain had some type of build up. The sliding doors need to be replaced or upgraded. There weren't enough outlets to fit our needs. The wheels on the bed was an issue at times. The outlet behind one of the beds was broken & only 1 plug worked. The sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open.The laundry center was a rip-off. You have to download an app, add a credit card to the app then add money to the app just to wash clothes. It cost 4.00 for each load to wash and dry. The app only gives an option of a 10 minimum so they basically took our 2.00. That definitely was not explained in the booking process. Plus the app didnt give us an option to add a few extra dollars nor does it refund your money. The view was great. The condo is conveniently located to everything.

The view is spectacular, the room is really nice, the building is great, on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the coffee shop in the lobby odd fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.
It’s a quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach, and a fairly easy drive to get anywhere.

It was a beautiful condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice that they left room for hanging clothes and drawers to put clothes away. Only complaint is there were no beach towels, or any small amenities like a bar of soap in the bathroom like other rentals we have used normally provide. Also could have provided more than 4 towels for a weeks stay. Still a very nice stay.

The condo was in a great area, near the beach and several restaurants. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed, and everything worked. The only issue was the 6th floor was closed for refurbishment and all the amenities it had, pool, hot tub, grill & kids play area were not available. I wished I knew this ahead of time as I wouldn’t have booked without having a pool or grill. The deck will be closed until at least June 2026 according to the building’s website. Also, the updates are not new, they are at least several years old, but the condo was comfortable & clean. Would stay again

Our stay at the condo in Waikiki was really nice. The hosts, Niki & Minesh, are great with communication and reached out to ask how things were going. The condo is as shown and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and has nice appliances. The balcony has a nice view and it’s a good place to enjoy a coffee or read. Plenty of towels are provided both bath and for the beach. The location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. 5 stars!

There were many good things about this stay! Friendly hosts, beach chairs, a good shower. When I told the front desk that our sheets were old and ‘Bally’, they brought us newer ones! So nice! The one thing that can’t be helped is the traffic noise on the busy street outside our 3rd floor balcony. Sirens, loud music, trucks, were so loud. There are ear plugs provided. The AC noise helps drown it out.

One does not get tired of the amazing view... from the living room, kitchen, and the bedroom. This unit is furnished with a lot of necessities to start off, along with a welcome note and a few snacks. The management company was quick to respond to inquiries. Amenities include cookware, bathroom supplies, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Lots of hangers and drawer space in the bedroom. Beds are comfortable. Of course, location is a short walk to the beach, Honolulu Zoo, Kapi'olani Park, shops, restaurants, and such. It was hard to leave. Enjoy!

I came to this property 1-28-26 after being there to days I noticed the current refrigerator was not operable after putting food that spoiled due to the non working refrigerator. I contacted Monique she had her maintenance guy bring another fridge by 1:30pm on 1/30/26. I asked for compensation for the groceries I had bought totally 77.58 without tax being added , Monique credited me a 100 dollar refund to my Vrbo account. I also discussed parking issues with Monique that I was having with the garage. Monique exact words were to park you have a handicap, park on the first level where the handicaps are but the garage we’re giving problems because the truck however the truck I had which was a handover defender was not mentioned on the description of cars when I purchased the condo for my stay. She never got back with me after stating she would talk with her manager to speak with the General Manger to see if I was cleared. I had to bring it to her attention after receiving a violation whereas she stated I needed to switch out my vehicle after she later talked with the individual in authority I guess. I let her know of the inconvenience and that would not work for me. I then let her know through text again the refrigerator that was brought on 1/30/26 went out as well, she had her maintenance ma come a second time who confirmed the second non operable refrigerator, Monique suggested that we put the groceries in the first fridge. The rooms were decent but definitely could use an upgrade. The pool and all facilities were closed for construction which was not disclosed on your VRBO site. Location couldn't be beat and the staff was amazing. The room however does not match the photos. It was a decent place to sleep, which is the important part, but could easily be made better with little to no money. We went the whole time with no overhead light because the host couldn't be bothered to address the missing remote to the light. For a small amount, you could've gotten a decent looking toilet seat and a full length mirror on the wall. Also, I'm sure it would be easy to implement something to catch the dripping water from the air conditioner on the floor above to keep it from sounding like bombs hitting the unit in this room all night long every time their air turned on. Also the latch on the door didn't work which doesn't do much to make guests feel secure. I could say more, but these were the biggest issues and overall it was a decent place to stay if you're not planning to spend much time in the room. We really appreciated the beach supplies (only used the towels though) the bar down the hall, and the proximity to the beach. The ear plugs were a great touch! For the price, we would stay here again.

We had a great time. We have been staying at the Banyan for over 30 years. Comparing this unit against renting directly from the Banyan is [1] Includes a parking pass (50 bucks a day), [2] lower rates, [3] No resort fees, and [4] lots of things such as beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, swim gear etc that going direcly through the Waikiki Banyan did not have. Oh, and i am a introvert, so i did not have to talk to anyone. That is a plus! Truly a great value. I was there for a condo association meeting, so i did not really do any sightseeing or go to the beach.

Super convenient location, apartment was modern with all of the amenities listed (especially appreciate the kitchen, the washer /dryer onsite, included parking). Host supplied a ton of gear (snorkeling fins and masks, beach chairs, beach mat, boogie boards!) which saved us a lot in terms of rental fees and allowed us to explore so many beaches/spots on island. Also the view from the bedroom in the morning is gorgeous. Host was communicative and courteous. Definitely would stay again. Mahalo, Steve!
