Fabulous apartment with all that you need for a nice stay. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because it was very noisy above us!! The apartment itself was very clean spacious and modern but I'm a very light sleeper and the noise above with scaping chairs and walking was hard for me...but I would stay again in hopes upstairs was quieter!

We stayed for a week. Location, accommodations, and parking was perfect for what we needed. My only complaint was that the community pool and playscape was not available due to constructions. AC unit was really loud. If it wasnt for another guest who's really hot natured, I wouldnt even turn it on at night.

We had a wonderful vacation. The room was just as described and very clean. The view was beautiful. I highly recommend getting up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The only thing that was bothersome was the traffic noise at night. If you are used to the city sounds then you won’t have an issue. Everything you need is within walking distance or you can grab it at the 2 little stores at the Banyan. Go to the beach early so you can get a good spot. The later it gets, the louder the beach gets so keep that in mind if you are wanting a little more peace and quiet.

I was very disappointed, first day tried to open the windows and the windows were already broken. We stayed on the 36th floor. The place was dirty and very dusty, the air purifier was obviously not cleaned out, the dust was piling up as well. We tried to lower the AC temperature and it was a specific temperature, unable to change. The carpets were dirty and there weren’t enough towels, we had to ask a few times for them before they brought it, not to mention a few days late after we asked them. We stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days and we all are very unhappy with our stay.

7/10-7/17- it was sufficient for our needs. The front door didn’t close by itself all the way but it was fine. The bar stools wouldn’t stay locked in one position but it wasn’t a big deal.Overall we had a pleasant stay especially since the beach, shops and bus stops were so close.Thank you

We were in 309 right over night club which was extremely loud with thumping bass until 2am every morning. The place was quite dirty, the air conditioner blew right on head in bed. AC Filter needed changing. Balcony was very small with old table and chairs etc. It was also loud with traffic noise from quite early every morning. The last morning bathtub backed up and couldn’t take shower. Worst place we have ever stayed!
The location was good close to beach and restaurants etc. but not a place we would book again.

The view of Diamond Head was amazing! This properly is located towards the end of the busy Waikiki area which was nice. There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use which we used and thankful for. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals there. There is also a mini mart on the first floor that has some grocery items that you might have missed while grocery shopping. The air conditioning is in the living area which kept it cool, but the bedroom area was still on the warmer side even though we didn’t close the doors. The unit is smaller than what it appears in the pictures. For our family of three, it wasn’t a huge issue just a little tight. There is laundry facilities on property. It costs $4 to wash and $4 to dry. You have to use coins or download an app (US or Canada users only) to pay. We enjoyed our time here as our home base to explore Oahu. Thank you!!

The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when I couldn’t find the entry instructions. Both the management and host were very helpful. Thank you Kevin and Jeannie!The studio is smaller than I had expected, but the kitchen had all the necessities. It is like a hotel room that has been converted to a studio. We tried sleeping with the windows open but there was a lot of early noise from construction next door. The AC worked well but left a puddle on floor, where a towel was placed to handle it. In general we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time in Waikiki!

Absolutely unbeatable location! The beach is a short walk away and you are right next to all the restaurants and shops. The check-in process was smooth, and we especially appreciated the garage parking which allowed for no stress rental car mobility.There is a washer and dryer right across the unit which was very convenient. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here. The location was really close to everything-the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed every moment. They have a lot there for you to use. The only thing we had to buy was beach towels, they only had one there to use, I feel like more towels in general would be helpful, especially for the shower floor. But it was a great stay and we would go back.

The views from this property were amazing! We had a cozy stay here. There were a few issues with the windows not closing fully and the air conditioner works, but is very loud so we couldn't use it at night. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There are beach chairs and boogie boards and the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. Great location.

Check in was smooth. I wish door could be programmed to something besides last 4 of phone number. There is not a deadbolt like the listing says, the door just closes and locks from the outside like a hotel with no way to secure from inside. We were missing linens for the pull out bed and messaged property manager on Monday through VRBO app. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience and asked if they had permission to enter and drop them by if we were not there. We said yes. They then messaged again saying the cleaners said there were linens in the closet and asked if we checked. I told them we did and all we had was a fitted sheet. I never received another msg from them after that. I proceeded to msg the next 2 days as we were using a fitted sheet as a blanket so our kids could have sheets on their bed. I finally called the number in the front door and got a very rushed person who I’m not sure even works for the property management company. They also said they should be in the closet and I told them they weren’t. They dropped some by later that night.I wouldn’t expect the condo to look like the pictures or be accurate to the listing. The beds are not new, they have major dips in the middle. The couch was filthy and missing cushions. This place overall functioned since we are easy but I wouldn’t recommend it. I would ask the owner to check with the management company. They are not doing a great job and if it were my property I would want to know.
