Host provided great communication in the lead up to the visit. Property manager response was great. Appliances in kitchenette all worked good for our early morning breakfasts up on the 10th floor patio. A/C kept the room at an acceptable temperature (for a couple of penguins from the Pacific Northwest that were navigating the heat).Great location right across the street from the Honolulu Zoo was great for both arrival from airport by bus (W-Line got us there and back) as well as bus tours that we had scheduled with pickup right across the street (and of course the beach and parks which are very much walking distance). Plenty of great food options in the immediate area whether you want higher end on the beach dining or want to try some excellent local fare up Kapahulu (Sunshine & Pineapple) or Monsarrat (Pioneer Saloon).

This condo was in a great location with an amazing view of the water. Everything is within walking distance if you don’t have a rental car but if you do the included parking is very convenient. The pictures were accurate and the condo was clean. Communication with the host was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future when back on the island.

Waking up to the sunrise view every morning was perfect! Such a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and more. We had everything we needed to make several meals while we were there. The ice maker in the fridge was perfect so we could have cold drinks. My kids really enjoyed the welcome treats left for us and being able to wind down playing some games on the PlayStation. My only complaint would be that the bathroom faucet needs to be fixed. It was super hard to turn the cold on and off. Over all, I highly recommend this place!

While the room did not look like the photos, it was good for a great price. All the amenities are as advertised. The pool was too cold to enjoy but it was clean. The view is fantastic and the walk to the beach is easy. It is Waikiki so busy and lots of people constantly. That’s positive or negative depending on the person. My room was on the second floor and the sound couldn’t be heard. There were little things off built overall I highly recommend it for someone like me who like small and quiet spaces with beautiful views.

This is a very clean unit on the 6th floor of a hotel inclusive of a kitchen that is very nice & well stocked but a bit quirky. The AC is an adequate room unit however, the windows do open which enhances sleeping. The windows have shears which cover the open windows and at the level nothing flies in. Parking is a separate issue but can be on the premises for additional cost. The swimming pool badly needs replastering. A major positive outside of excellent communication with the host and the hotel front desk is that the unit while having no ocean nor beach view is a 2 minute walk from the east end of Waikiki and it is child friendly. A negative issue is that the excessive noise from 6 a.m. trash pickups from the hotel and surrounding hotels makes sleeping in very difficult.

Two minute walk to the beach!Recommendation if you're driving is to come and go via Kuhio and Kapahulu. It's the easiest way to get out of Waikiki and come back to the parking garage.

Spectacular views from every room! Great location (beach 2 blocks, coffee shop on first floor, laundry room next door to unit). The A/C unit and fans inside the unit were covered in dust and you had to pump the water from the AC tray every day to avoid waking up to a wet balcony. We were told ahead of time that the pool was closed which was reflected in the reduced price. Aside from the dust everything else was good. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again.

Jeff, the owner of the unit is very responsive. I had a situation arise after checking in. I texted Jeff about it and he responded within 12 minutes and he continued to keep in touch with me until it was resolved. He definitely cares about his guest I would stay in this unit again

This location certainly met our expectations. The photos are accurate. It was quiet & so nice to have a laundry on the same floor. It is an easy walk to the beach & convenient to lots of places to eat & shop. We walked quite a bit & used the car very limited in order to travel around the island. Everything about the condo was amazing. They even supplied dishwashing liquid and a brand new sponge as well as laundry pods, even though we didn’t use them. There was plenty of soaps, shampoos conditioners, and toilet paper available for use. There was only one issue with the property itself. The air conditioner was leaking water heavily on the back lanai, which made it a little slippery but as soon as I told the rental manager, he arrived immediately to assess the situation and it was agreed that he would wait to repair it until we checked out, which was preferred on my end. Overall, this was a great day. I cannot comment too much on the beds as we tend to buy our own sheets and pillows. However, the mattress was soft.

A perfect Home for a family vacation. Our family of 4 stayed 7 nights and we will RETURN. The building is very nice, Updated elevators and the location is very Safe, only a 3 block walk to the best beach area in Waikiki. Everything is there, all cookware, amenities and most importantly, the beach gear. Boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels, fins, toys, beach chairs that are like backpacks (with straps and compartments). We literally did not complain (to the property manager or between ourselves) about 1 single thing, it was all there.
