Super convenient location, apartment was modern with all of the amenities listed (especially appreciate the kitchen, the washer /dryer onsite, included parking). Host supplied a ton of gear (snorkeling fins and masks, beach chairs, beach mat, boogie boards!) which saved us a lot in terms of rental fees and allowed us to explore so many beaches/spots on island. Also the view from the bedroom in the morning is gorgeous. Host was communicative and courteous. Definitely would stay again. Mahalo, Steve!

Everything is good except the pool is closed for renovation. The pool closure notice was put at the very end of the property description. We missed it. Our bad. But it should have been at the beginning of the property description not at the end. Lesson learned.

Had a wonderful stay at Koko resorts in January 2026 for 8 nights. The location is perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki, just a few minutes walk from the beach/Waikiki Wall. The view of Diamond Head was really nice to wake up to. The unit is clean, cozy and laid back. Had plenty of space and all things necessary for us. Appreciate the extra towels provided in the closet, especially the beach towels. Nice to have the AC unit too. The included parking pass and access to the garage was a lifesaver! The pass was in the unit, unlimited in/out, can park anywhere in the garage. Steven (host) was quick to respond whenever I messaged him. Mahalo for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this condo or the host. The condo itself is perfect — great location, very comfortable bed, full kitchen, and laundry conveniently located just down the hall. The balcony was one of our favorite spots to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, and we loved keeping the windows open during the day with the fresh air and then using the air at night for comfortable sleeping.Free parking was a huge bonus, especially since parking in the area can easily run 50 per day if you’re not staying on-site. The beach is an easy walk, which made everything so convenient.Any needs or questions we had were responded to quickly and kindly. The host was truly wonderful and made us feel very well taken care of. The pool area is currently under renovation, but you can already tell it’s going to be beautiful once completed.This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

The listing was just as expected and the location was excellent! My husband and I got this place for our honeymoon and it was just what we needed! A place to stay with fantastic views and sunsets from the balcony, so many food options in walking distance and easy access to go other places on the island. It was clean and the beach amenities that are left for guests is such a treat as many of those things can cost you on the beaches themselves. Parking was so easy and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking in the area here!

Unobstructed view of Diamondhead, gorgeous!! Partial beach view as well. The condo was clean and had great conveniences such as a small travel cooler and beach chairs. We had an adult couple in the queen, one adult in the double, and a teen on the sofa bed. Great coffee shop in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here!!

Front door sticks badly and unfortunately pool and rec areas were closed (which we knew in advance). Couch uncomfortable. Pretty well equipped kitchen. Things could use a little upgrade and air conditioner noisy. But generally everything went well and we enjoyed our stay!! Very nice to have a a parking space in Waikiki! Better directions to parking and getting . parking pass would have been appreciated

Checking in was easy, and the place was clean upon our arrival.A few suggestions: The beach chairs are functional but should be replaced, as the bottom bar is bent and could pose a safety risk. Our visit was for my daughter's graduation at UH at Manoa and our overall rating of this property is 3.5 stars. The condo is spacious & fully equipped with kitchen utensils to cook a meal. We enjoyed the easy check in process, location with easy walk to beach, stores, & dining. The parking garage pass and beach chairs were a plus. Appreciated property manager prompt communication with challenges.There is a very small view of the ocean from kitchen window. Peeks of Diamond Head between high-rises. Elevators REALLY slow. Typical for condo age. We did incur a few challenges. The pull out sofa bed has a very poor mattress, did not provide any support, and could feel all of the springs below. The property management tried to remedy on the fly with a foam topper. This helped somewhat, but bed could not be closed with the added volume. We had to wrestled with the foam topper daily to enjoy the sitting area.The floors were dirty on arrival. After leaving shoes at the door, we felt a lot of dirt and grit and our feet were black before going to bed the first night. Bed sheets needed to be brushed off and feet washed before going to sleep. I swept, vacuumed and mopped the floor during our stay. The glass coffee table had a lot of dirt/lint under the glass rim. We cleaned this, too.Queen mattress had a dip/divot in the middle that forced you to sleep to one side or the other. Bed pillows on the lumpy side.Overall good stay. Condo just needs some attention.

I had a terrible terrible experience with this condo. I usually don’t complain much. First night, after shower, I found water leaking from two spots of the bathroom ceiling. So I texted to Byron ( captain cook resort ) He texted me that contact to security office instead front desk. Security guy said maintenance man already went home, not available. But water leaking was less and less, then stopped around midnight. Second night, after shower, I found water leaking from three spots from bathroom ceiling. So when I sit on the toilet, water dripping to my head directly. So I texted to Byron again, he said he was not sure why this happened. I asked him to refund my rental payment. Then my husband and I packed and went home that night. Because we couldn’t use toilet at all. We live in salt lake in Hawaii, just rented this condo for our wedding anniversary. I am not happy at all with this condo. I want my payment back.

The room was great, with spectacular views of Diamond Head and the ocean. The unit is close to the Waikiki beach, well within walking distance, and to the main shopping area. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The only con was that the a few of the appliances seem to be very dated such as the oven and iron, and the bathroom and kitchen could use a refresh. Other then those truly minor things the room was awesome and the views spectacular, will definitely stay again.

Just the right size for our 2 adults and 1 small child. Very convenient to have a full kitchen and separated room for the little one for naps and bedtime. Bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom so if you have a little one it can be tougher if they are sleeping but for us not a deal breaker by any means. Great location and walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation. For us, it was great to have more space than a hotel especially with an active toddler and to have essential food items. Communication was also stellar so would definitely recommend for all the above reasons!
