What an incredible spot to stay in, we can’t thank Shari enough for hosting us in such a lovely, comfortable and CLEAN apartment. Perfect location, we got a car so ventured everywhere around the island during the day, but returned in the evening and walked to dinners! Shari was responsive with every question we had and check out instructions were easy to follow. Loved being at the top of the tower and all the way on the corner so we had a great view of Diamond Head and the beach! The complex was very quiet which we appreciated and on the evenings we stayed in, the big smart TV was great to use! We will be returning in the future!!

Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with beautiful views. Had everything you needed to be self sufficient. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Close to beach and restaurants. Our flight was not till the evening and manager gave us a late checkout which was very much appreciated.The only disappointing thing was that the pool and bbq area is under construction which we were not aware of and we were looking forward to having get together and cooking bbqs as had a large group. Once the pool is completed it will be fantastic

It was a very clean spacious property. It is pretty well placed in Waikiki. Everything we wanted to do was easily within walking or Lyft distance. Love that the ABC store is literally next door, steps away!Couple of things to be aware of though.1. Because it is in a busy area, there may be some loud folks outside around nighttime. There was only really one night of that, but if you are a light sleeper, might want to bring earplugs.2. There's only one FOB to get into the towers and to ise the elevator. If travellings with a big family, plan accordingly so no one gets locked out late at night.Other than that, good pick to stay!

The rental was clean and comfortable. Good view of Diamondhead and can see the ocean. Rental is easy to get to and parking was easier to drive through the lot than other rental locations we have stayed at. Other places had very narrow parking garages which made driving through with medium size or larger vehicles more difficult. The location was quiet, but within walking distance to many of the activities, beaches, and restaurants. Staff is friendly and Captain Cook Resorts contacted us a few times to make sure everything was ok and if we had any questions.

1.Our check in process was horrible, our code provided did not work. We had to call the owner and the housekeeping resort. 2. The bathroom had a musty/urine smell. I had to messge the owner to inform him and he had housekeeping come and clean the bathroom. 3. We came back and found a brand new lock on our door without no notice and again was unable to get into our room and I had to call the owner and housekeeping resort. 4. The code we had been using did not work for us to get into our room. I messaged and called the owner, I also called the housekeeping resort and was not able to get through. We eventually were able to get in. This was all very frustrating. When I complained to the owner he said he didn't know the lock was being switched and the resort said the owner was aware. I will not stay again at the resort. This was all very frustrating because the lock switch out should of been done on our departure. I was scared to leave our room because of all this. I was scared to leave and come back to our stuff gone.

Very spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Parking included ! Enjoyed the view on balcony, watched the early morning surfers with my coffee and cool breeze. One block from beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book this unit in the future.

Great location! They had couch not a futon as described. Have a daughter and son and they do not share as they are older now but we made it work for the few days before college move in. We love staying at Waikīkī Banyan Condominiums and now with daughter attending HPU we will definitely be back!

Location was perfect! But some of the sliding doors were not working properly… and a small item but the toaster didn’t work at all!! And the AC unit worked but would never go off unless you completely turned it off… but it kept the unit cooled thank goodness! And that’s what matters.

Our stay at this rental was perfect! My family and I usually stay at the Hyatt across the street, but decided to opt for a Vrbo this time around because we wanted a place with a kitchen. We stayed for a total of eight nights, so free parking was just icing on the cake. We decided to use the extra $$ we saved on parking for a fun activity for the kids. I truly do appreciate that added bonus because parking in Waikīkī can be pricey and challenging! Check-in was a breeze. The property manager who helped us was great! He was responsive and answered all our questions right away. The place was clean and well-maintained, the views are beautiful and the condo had everything we needed and more! If this place is available next year, I’ll definitely be booking it again :).

This was a girls trip of 3 middle aged women. The lanai had a beautiful view of Diamond Head and the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had a great view of the beach as well as the kitchen window. Out our bedroom window we could watch the fireworks. The kitchen is a galley kitchen off of the living room/dining room. This was a nice touch because if you were up early or late you would not disturb those sleeping in the bedroom. Another great thing about this place is the bathroom sink and vanity are outside the bathroom. This allowed someone to shower and then do hair and makeup while someone else was showering. This condo was equipped with kitchen utensils and everything you needed to prepare a meal. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo etc. Being the end unit was nice and quiet. The laundry room next door was also great. To wash and dry it’s 4 a load now. You can use quarters or an app on your phone. Condo had plenty of storage for clothes. No issues with the elevators except for the last day. We actually went up to come back down to the lobby as each elevator that stopped on the 14th floor was full. Just a tip if you encounter this. The host was always right there when we texted with any questions. Very personable and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants in the area including the Cheesecake Factory. 15 minute walk or less to the international market place, zoo and aquarium.

This place was an absolute book again! They didn’t miss out on one detail. It’s all of the little things that make this rental a home away from home. You have everything you need for the beach at no additional cost and I truly appreciated all of the additional things you don’t see in a Vrbo…extra pillows and blankets, a vacuum, swiffer, blender, laundry detergent, fans, games, books, you name it! We didn’t have to reach out for any extras as they were all there! We loved our stay and would absolutely book again!

Loved our stay. Easy, convenient check-in. All you need for four in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and bath. And the patio is spectacular! Ocean view and postcard view of Diamond Head. Great location: close to beach, shops, and parks, but much less busy than just a few blocks away. Garage is a bit challenging, but adequate.
