Plenty of space for 5 adults. Comfortable beds, large shower...only 1 full bathroom was NOT an issue. Kitchen had all essentials...it was nice being able to make breakfast before heading out for the day. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Check in from owner was also appeciated. Great stay for a family at a reasonable price.

We were surprisingly upgraded at the last minute, however, the picture shown with view was not even close to what we had. We had very little view not displayed in any of the advertisements. Much confusion with the floor numbers, repeated issues with the keypad, dirty floors, one little ice tray that leaked, key fob on a very old lanyard that was dropped at first use. There’s a large fee to replace lost fobs, luckily I found it right away. Most issues were reported to owner. One good was the location to shops and beach.

Everything was as advertised. Jane was most accommodating with early check in and later checkout. We were able to walk around Waikiki easily to most places of interest. The bus line was on our street to get to farther areas. The corner condo location was quiet and private. There is a well equipped grocery store minutes from the condo.
All in all we would return to this location if coming back to Honolulu. Thank you!!!

Aloha, we are so grateful for our time in Hawaii! The property was clean and looked just like the pictures online - especially the beautiful sunsets. To that end, we also saw fireworks that the owner alerted us about during our stay. We could rest easier knowing she was a text away. The three bedrooms are spacious and the beach equipment came in handy and made us feel like locals as we walked to beach alongside the many surfers. There are many nearby shops and places to eat, accessible parking and an easy to find key/fob. We made memories that we will cherish for the rest of our life. ~ Mahalo!

The apartment is very close to the ocean, every day you wake up with a beautiful view and sound of the water! Amazing!
It's also close to all the possible entertainment (we did hiking, Kualoa Ranch biking, submarine scooters, Macadamia nut farm tour, coffee farm tour, chocolate tasting, went to a concert,restaurants etc.). Never drove more than 45 min.
Hoghly recommend Maguro (poke bowl place),which is just across the road. The service and food are fabulous!
The check-in is easy and non-contact. You have enough keys for the party.
The apartment is nice and clean. Also there's a washer and dryer to help you with the beach towels.
We loved our stay! Hope to be back one day!

This property is fantastic! It’s so spacious with plenty of storage. The closets are huge, the beds are comfortable, the cross breeze is so nice you don’t even need the air conditioning on. The parking spot is a great perk. The owners are amazing and very responsive. Walking distance to everything. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

Needed a place to stay as the hotel prices were through the roof. This condo was on the 7th floor and had a decent view of the ocean and the street. The place was a little bit bigger than a hotel room. It has a workable kitchen with a microwave and a toaster oven, sink and refrigerator. In the same room, there is a loveseat and a tv with lots to watch. And the deck overlooks the pool with 2 chairs and a small round table that we spent having coffee in the morning or dinner.
Downside is that it’s in the city, there are noises like fire/police/buses going by, loud motorcycles and cars, or loud people on the street but I didn’t hear anyone in the building.
Everything you need is walkable or a short ride on the bus or Uber. The beach is literally 2, maybe 3 blocks away. For food, there is a place to get coffee and there are a few food trucks that are really good or other restaurants still within walking distance.
Bottom line, I would stay there again.

Place was clean and spacious for the little time we spent in it. The pool was nice to cool off in before bed. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen. Views were beautiful! There are no locks on any inside doors so private moments (showering, toilet, intimacy) were difficult. Parking height is only 6'2" so the car we rented didn’t fit in the garage. Parking each night was a nightmare and really put a damper on things at the end of everyday. We tried switching our rental to a shorter van but nothing was available. This would have been good information to have been given before we decided to rent. Also, small things like garbage liners that actually fit the kitchen garbage can would have made things nicer.

In town for a holiday wedding and wanted a place near the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We his condo fit the bill. We loved the price and location. Very clean, safe and communication with the manager was al aye spot on. Two small drawbacks; the living room/dining room furniture needs updated. It’s not comfortable for four people to sit at the same time. There are two separate bathrooms but only one toilet. The second bathroom is a large oversized shower and vanity. This was only an issue in the mornings when everyone was trying to get ready. Overall, we were very satisfied.

This condo is placed perfectly! Couple of blocks from the beach, minutes from tons of food options and the Blue Ocean that is right across the street is top shelf! Our host was outstanding, our original booking had an issue from the previous guest (damage) and they upgraded us and took care of us.
We will definitely book with them again next time we are on the island!

I worked remotely here for a month in October and couldn't have had a better experience. The place is so beautiful and clean and has an amazing ocean view. The location is prime. It's two blocks from the ocean, next to some great restaurants, a few blocks form the grocery and even has the best surf shop with $10 rentals on the way to the water. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Vincent (the property manager) was super helpful and took care of the few issues that popped up. I appreciated the tiled area (with a drain) just outside the actual shower for drying off and for hanging wet stuff. The kitchen has all the basic supplies. No oven, but the microwave can work as a convection oven. The apartment was mostly clean. It had a bit of a lingering smoke smell, probably from the previous renter, but it got better over time. We had a nice view of the ocean from the lanai, including seeing the surfers at Queens and Canoes. The security guards in the building are really nice people.

Fantastic condo with all the amenities and I mean all! Loved the location and the view with a very bright and cheery atmosphere. It is extremely well equipped including enough beach chairs for a large family, beach toys, umbrellas, snorkelling equipment, etc. Well stocked with beach towels, bath towels and linens. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this condo is absolutely awesome. Jane was excellent and answered all of our questions. An absolutely fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again!!

Staff first - Between Vincent and Paul, I believe both gentlemen did what they could to ensure we felt comfortable with our stay and we were properly informed of the basics. Both were very pleasant to work with. On days we experienced major issues, Vincent did what he could to assist to remediate said issues.As for the unit. It's in an amazing location, and amazing view of the ocean. Everything is just within walking distance. The breeze is almost continuous. Just about everything we needed was there. However, the unit is in need of TLC.What we weren't a fan of:1. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors were visibly clean but sticky in the entire unit. Walking around barefoot lad to black sticky feet - We cleaned/scrubbed it ourselves. On the lanai, there were plenty of shards of broken glass beneath the granite table. Chairs in the Lanai need a serious wash.2. Issues with door being too stiff and needing weatherproofing. Close it and you can hear the wind whirring. Key also broke during the first day. Paul came to the rescue!3. Cascading issues from water main on the street ultimately led to plumbing issues (no water in bathroom sink) and A/C issues. A/C broke for almost a week during the hottest days. When it supposedly got fixed, it leaked like a waterfall in the middle of the night (I sent videos to the manager). I ended up buying an electric fan to get by.4. Sliding door needs to be fixed. It constantly gets stuck 5. Cables for TV/WiFi in the bedroom is a mess. At least tuck it away or hide it. It's an eyesore.6. Cockroaches. I know were on an island...but it's an issue when they start showing themselves near the sink in the middle of the night. An indicator that the unit isn't being cleaned thoroughly.I simply wanted to provide transparency on the need to improve the condition of the unit including its cleanliness. It's in a prime spot. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The owners provided everything, including beach equipment and towels. They dealt promptly with one problem we encountered, bringing us dragon fruit from their own garden as well. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook and relax after a day at Waikiki beach, a short 3 blocks away. We would recommend this 3 bedroom apartment to our closest friends and family. Our accommodation was just okay, and far too costly for the poor management communication and amenities offered. From the time of reservation, we received a series of emails with disjointed and fragmented instructions listing only a portion of the information needed to make our stay more comfortable. We were emailed three separate times to confirm exact check in time and submitted our information several times in provided links/forms/portals. The same occurred during check out. Additionally, we received strange texts near the end of our stay trying to correct a guest’s behavior through apparent real-time camera monitoring? Very poor communication from beginning to end.
Next, the A/C situation was quite poor. There was a small A/C unit in one room, and even with the doors open all day long, the other rooms were sweltering.
Lastly, the apartment is in need of a good cleaning. The floors were quite dirty, and the couches in the common area were old and dirty.
The location was convenient for Waikiki and the view from the apartment was nice.
Overall though, we expected more for the price.

Our stay was really wonderful! Jane’s place has everything you could need from beach towels and chairs to snorkels, umbrellas and sand toys. She even had a stroller, high chair, and pack and play available which was perfect as we were traveling with our 1.5 year old. The views and location were great and we enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and the beach while not being directly in the heart of Waikiki. Communication with Jane was easy and fast and she was more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Lots of traffic noise and sirens from police vehicles. Very old condo that is in need of some love. Stove is in ruff shape. It served our purpose and in no way effected our vacation in a negative way. Short walk to Waikiki, maybe 5 minutes.
