The location was great, the views were amazing. We saw sea turtles and a seal from our balcony. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a partition in the wall, unfortunately one of the partitions was broken so there was no privacy for the one bedroom. We called maintenance and the parts are on order to be fixed.

Check in process was easy and smooth. Host met us at the property and reviewed the property with us and gave us tips for our stay. Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. You can see the firework show right from the condo. Clean condo that was well stocked. No oven but there is a small toaster oven that met our needs. Great surf spot with surfboards to rent in front of the property. Shopping and dinning 5 minute walk from condo. Beach is small and crowded which is typical for waikiki. Comfortable, clean and great location.

If you have come across this listing (805 Waikīkī Shore) look no further - book it now! The location is ideal. It’s on Fort DeRussy beach, much less crowded and bigger than Waikiki beach. Walking distance to all of Waikiki - restaurants, shopping, parks, venues. The unit itself was perfect. Super clean and well appointed (in-unit laundry including detergent, stove, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker); sunset view from the lanai including Friday night fireworks (!); small convenience shop, coffee shop, beach chair/umbrella rental, sport equipment lessons and rental right downstairs. Check-in and check-out were easy. Communication with hosts was prompt and friendly. You won’t want to leave!

Beautiful condo located in one of the best locations in all of Oahu. Close to many shops and world class restaurants but also not in the very busy part of Waikiki that is overly crowded. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The lanai and views are spectacular! Some issues with the unit included a noisy master bedroom bed (there is not a real box spring so the bed was very noisy), the lanai gets a lot of bird traffic and gets covered with bird droppings, lack of good cooking supplies, and lack of good beach gear. The rental manager was excellent and responsive.

Cookware, dishes, Tupperware, mice stove and oven and refrigerator and on the ocean. Paul was great and even brought us new chairs as the ones in the current unit were broken and we went to different beaches every day so needed them. Even had amazon prime TV apple TV and Netflix all loaded up!!! Thanks again!!!

Great place to stay and so close to all the action of Waikīkī. Great location on the beach and the entire week we were there the Hawaiian monk seals decided to come ashore and hang out for the day. Was so amazing to see and watch. This Was such a great spot to sit on the lanai and watch the people walk by, see the surfers go out and catch the waves, and to just walk out on the jetty to see the sea turtles swim by. The place was clean and easily accessible. Host was quick to message back when I had questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Check in was quick and easy. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Waikiki condo. The biggest highlights were the incredible location and the amazing view. Being so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all that Waikiki has to offer made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The condo had a small kitchen setup that worked well for preparing simple meals and snacks during our stay. While the amenities were fairly basic, everything we needed for a comfortable visit was available.What truly made this property special was waking up to the beautiful view each day and being able to walk to so many attractions. The combination of the location and scenery made it an excellent home base for exploring Oahu.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in the heart of Waikiki with a fantastic view.

Absolutely a great location. Right on Waikiki Beach. Most everything is walkable. We did not use the kitchen much but was good for us. The view of the ocean was not great, because it is on the second floor, but the price reflects that. We were with a larger group and our place was better than the others. Would definitely book again. Local rep was great and answered all our questions and took great care of us.

The condo was in the best location! The view was impeccable and exactly what we wanted for this trip. Vincent met with us for check-in. He was helpful and provided tips for the area. We loved that it was a simple walk to the beach, as well as to many places like the ABC store and many restaurants. The process was easy to check in, and easy to check out. This is an absolutely amazing property. 14th floor with a great view, especially for sunsets. Great location with easy walking access to shops, restaurants and beaches. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in maintaining this property.

Great location with comfortable morning and evening times on the lanai enjoying the great view. The afternoon can get hot on the lanai until the sun sets, but that is a great time to head directly downstairs to the beach or go for a walk along the main strip with lots of shopping and happy hour opportunities. The property is managed by Captain Cook Resorts and they were easy to get a hold of. We were short a few items in the kitchen and within an hour, the Captain Cook representative was there with the items that we requested. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have bug screens on all the windows and patio door so that you can sleep at night with the windows open to enjoy the tropical breezes. There aren't really a lot of bugs, but we just didn't want something flying in at night. We would stay at this property again without hesitation.

This property was nothing like the photos. The furniture was old and ragged. The tub had hair in it. The view was of a small beach with a cracked cement pier. The worst part is there is a restaurant/grill operating right beneath the outdoor deck. Smoke from the grill was so strong and thick it permeated the condo. It would have difficult to sit outside the smell of grease was so bad. Not to mention the heads of all the patrons literally below your deck.

An absolutely beautiful, comfortably-sized studio, right ON Waikiki Beach. We were on the 11th floor with our balcony overlooking Waikiki Beach & the Army Museum (next door) along with Fort DeRussy Beach Park across the street. The landscaping around the park & the museum is stunning with a nice paved walkway between the beach & park.Our contact, Kai, was so helpful about the particulars of the parking, building & the studio itself. He reached out to us via email & by phone prior to arriving & made us feel so welcome, like an old friend.We walked around most of the Waikiki area, enjoying the Monday evening live music & crafts for sale on the street where Denny's Res't is (go right out of Waikiki Shore for 2 blocks & go left). We missed the fireworks on Friday night that you can see from the balcony, but the sunsets were amazing! We saw sea turtles in the early evening very near the shore when looking down from our floor. Go out the front door, go right to the end & look down to see them. The water may be churned up a bit, but they surface periodically. Parking is expensive, even with the discount for staying @ the condo, but worth it (across the street, not garaged). When you pull up to Waikiki Shore Beach Condos it is easy to miss, as it is a very narrow building & dwarfed by most of the other buildings. The up to 3 hour parking (in front of the building) to unload luggage, etc. is quite tight & only 4 vehicles can be parked there at any given time. Go, stay, enjoy!

Having vacationed in Waikiki over the years I’d always wanted to stay here. I almost hesitate to say how great it is because it means more people will find this hidden gem. But our little slice of heaven was very quiet and filled with sunshine. The giant picture window in the bedroom and double sliding doors to the patio in living room provide a breathtaking view to the west and the sunsets. Easy access to the beach from a locked condo gate. I’d like to add if anyone travels alone. You’d enjoy the additional security here. Key fob to get in and a security guard on sight. I had a very rough check in process. When I went to the lock box to get the key fob and parking pass, I found it empty. The Reality company that this is rented through does not have an emergency contact phone number so if you arrive later than their business hours you are kind of out of luck as far as contacting them. Luckily, the on site security guard (who is not affiliated with the company at all and did not have to help me) was able to make several calls and get in touch with the company who let me know that their maid service forgot to leave the keys in the lock box. Had he not found someones personal cell phone number, I would have not had a place to stay that night and possibly the next night since it was a saturday. VRBO put me on hold for over an hour trying to contact them and was unsuccessful. Once I got the keys the apartment was really nice to stay in and everything about the actual apartment was wonderful but I'm still quite frustrated with that situation. I travel to HI for work very often and would like to book this again but am very hesitant due to this situation.
