We had a wonderful time during our Hawaii vacation. The property was beautiful and the beach sunsets were magnificent. Everything was provided for us and Neal gave us a great tour with check in. The only thing we would suggest are better directions to use the tv remote. But wasn’t a major problem since we were not in the room much. Pool and beach were not crowded and so relaxing. We had a wonderful trip and made wonderful memories of Ko Olina

This was our 5th time staying at the Ko'Olina beach villas with our 3 generation family- grandparents, us, and our 3 young children. We absolutely loved the condo. It was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable (key for me!!). I would love to stay in this condo again. It was super family friendly with puddle jumpers and beach toys for the kids. The pool and lagoon access are amazing. We loved our stay!!

The pathway to the other resort properties was such a lovely walk, and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The golf course across the street was gorgeous and we had a great time playing there. You would never need to leave the Ko Olina resort if you chose not to. What a wonderful week!

This condo was everything our family needed for a relaxing and adventure filled trip to Oahu! The kitchen and condo are fully stocked and we used the beach gear everyday. The beach villas offer fantastic amenities. We utilized the gym, pools, hot tubs and water/ice filling stations. The sunsets from the lanai are breathtakingly beautiful! THE GOOD - Walking into our unit was impressive. Pictures of the dining area don't do it justice as to the size. There was ample room for our party of 7. Plenty of beach paraphernalia and a wagon to carry it all. The Master bedroom and bath were large enough that we didn't have to squeeze past each other. Nearby restaurants and local market within a .5 mile walk was very convenient as were the 3 pools to choose from. We requested additional towels as we could only locate 3 of the 8 - we later found in a different location than was told, no biggie, the additional towels came in handy. THE BAD - The master bedroom seemed tilted - the dresser drawers constantly opened on their own. The Master bed also seemed tilted, we ended up sleeping in the opposite direction. The other couple in our party felt their bed was also tilted in the wrong direction. In-unit dryer did not work well at all. Tried different settings but clothes stayed damp after hours of tumbling.Upon arrival, discovered no internet access information; contacted the host immediately and the back and forth was a little upsetting. I had to "take a picture" to prove that the information she insisted was there was not. She did not get this information for us until the following afternoon - 2 in our party required it for remote work in 2 different time zones. I requested our host to resend information regarding our check-out process, but it was never sent.

Our family (dad, mom, & four early 20’s “kids”) loved staying here. The villa is beautiful! From the views to the living space to the amenities - we could not have been happier! The entire place was well stocked with those things you wish you had room to bring along, like beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag, and even a wagon for transporting it all! The kitchen was super clean and well stocked with all those items you are used to having on hand. The property is well maintained, generally quiet, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cherie was wonderful! She communicated with us from the time we booked until after we left. She answered questions before our trip, met us upon arrival, and was available to answer questions during our stay. The location is a little bit of a drive for the tourist attractions, but it is a perfect place to enjoy the pool, the lagoon, or the balcony. We had an amazing vacation staying here!

We stayed for 7 nights. The villa was immaculate, check in easy, beds super comfortable. We used the parking which was super convenient. We had a Ford Bronco and it fit fine. My 5yr old slept great on the inflatable toddler mattress. The view from the villa was nothing short of amazing, so were the amenities of the complex. The pool bar had a great view and had live music most nights. We used the washing machine and dryer in the villa daily. My kids enjoyed feeding the fish each day at the pond and playing in the resort pool. Pool chairs were always available. The adjoining lagoon was ideal for young families, there was even a bit of reef for snorkeling. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we return to Hawaii.

Our entire weeklong stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was spectacular!! The Ko Olina area and specific unit we stayed in, is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed time at each of the pools and the lagoon. Poolside cocktails from the bar were delicious. We dined at 4 of the restaurants across the way, all very good. The local country market had everything we needed. The luau at the Disney Aulani Resort was fantastic!! 5 stars!! We also golfed at the Ko Olina Golf Club, which was amazing, complete with a Mickey shaped bunker and view of the “back side of water!” We also enjoyed a full day island tour, including Pearl Harbor & Arizona Memorial. And we finished off our week with a sunset dinner cruise on July 4th that included a view of the fireworks from the Waikiki Hilton. Amazing week on Oahu!!

Our youngest recently married and we celebrated with this trip. We had 6 of us most of the week and 8 for one night in our space. The resort was beautiful and view was great. I’m glad we only had one night on sleeper sofa, that was rough. We also enjoyed meals on the lanai but the oven and cook top took forever to heat. And the dead plants need to be removed. The large table inside was great for games but the chairs need new foot pads because they are heavy and make Terrible noise when you pull them out. The carpet could be cleaned or replaced soon but the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely come back.

This property was great. It is on the 4th floor, overlooking the quieter pool, with an ocean view. The lanai has a nice large table that accommodates 8 people, which was great for eating outdoors. The condo was extremely dirty. There were ants in the kitchen. Every time you flushed the toilet, it would make a loud piercing noise that you would have to open up the tank and fix something to get it to stop. The furniture in the second bedroom was broken and looks like it was from a flea market. One of the chairs had pieces sticking out of it that my daughter scrapped her arm on. One of the barstools was broken and about to fall over. There was a broken fan on the living room floor that we couldn’t use. Almost all of the walls were scuffed and dirty. The carpet was very dirty. This condo needs a major overhaul. We reached out to the management several times. Five days after we reached out they came up to spray for ants and fix the toilet, but after they were gone, the two problems still occurred. It was a very disappointing stay. As well as we had booked a ground floor and this was on the fifth floor. So we were lied to right from the beginning. I also have to say I have never written a review in my life, even if things weren’t good. However, I felt like this was such an extreme situation that I needed to voice my opinion.

What a wonderful location with amazing amenities. We could walk to restaurants and shops. There were familiar favorites like Starbucks or new favorites like Eggs n’ Things. The hallway closet had everything we needed for the beach and then some! (Chairs, boogie boards, goggles, buckets and shovels) The kitchen was amazing! Such a spacious fridge for storing fruit from the island market or drinks. The condo was a little run down in spots (carpet stain, funky shower door) but was perfect for our family of five plus my MIL to share. Being by the front desk was only noisy one night but that was due to the people checking in and not the staff. The pools were amazing. Resort living for sure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s located on the best lagoon of the four! Wonderful experience all around. It gave us the feeling of being home while enjoying the island. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to come home to after a day out exploring the island.

We loved this condo in Ko Olina! The grounds were beautiful and it was definitely one of the quieter areas to stay on Oahu, while still feeling like a resort.
