The accommodation was excellent and the host provided useful provisions such as beach chairs/towels and toys. The kitchen was well appointed with all the basic necessities. If there is an area for improvement, it would be to upgrade the kitchen equipment. The pots were cheap and food stuck easily, toaster was basic with no pop up function and knives were blunt and needed sharpening. Combined, cooking was difficult and we tended to do more eating out than we would have liked. The only real disappointment, was the view. The picture shows the apartment overlooking a large land expanse. What it did not show was that the parking/road was directly beneath. Aside from not too appealing, all the service/maintenance trucks passed which was noisy. Overall, the accommodation was excellent.

Great spot for folks looking for a genuinely peaceful Hawaiian experience in the Ko'Olina district. We had older kids and weren't interested in some of the more commercial areas, e.g. Aulani or Four Seasons. Those other places are accessible (literally just down the beach) and cool to visit, but it's nice to return 'home' to a quieter location. That said...parking is a little obnoxious. Not enough to deter a return trip, but enough to observe. Make sure your rig is compact.

We had an absolute wonderful week! Upon arrival, the agent that greeted us and showed us around was absolutely fabulous! Explained so much about the area and tips on where to go things to do, etc. Explained the unit very thorough as well. Unfortunately, on our checkout… The front desk was not as warm and friendly. They didn’t even thank us for staying… The young lady at the counter actually acted like we were bothering her with our checkout. Overall, our time in Hawaii was amazing. We definitely would like to return someday.

We really like the Ko'Olina Beach Villas. This unit had some strange furniture (a futon rather than a comfortable sofa). Overall, it was everything we needed.The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area is really nice. And their new fitness center was phenomenal.

We loved the kitchen and it had everything we needed eating choices on the patio, at the dining table, or on the stools at the counter were great. We really appreciated all the bath towels as well as the pool towels. The beds were very comfortable and the cans in each room were perfect. Having a vacuum, mop, and laundry facilities in the room made it easy to keep everything clean which brings peace for me on a trip. The facilities were also great, nice bbqs, toddler pool was a huge hit and the lagoon perfect and very quiet compared to neighboring properties.If I was searching for something that would have improved the stay, although really not necessary, would be softer comforter/top quilt on the beds. Many times throughout the week Iwas simply grateful for all the ways you made your home so well appointed for an enjoyable stay!

The stay at B807 was phenomenal. Unit was as advertised and we found everything we needed to have a great week. All we did was add groceries and cocktails from the local Safeway and it was ready-set-go. We had 5 adults and the unit was perfect. Clean, spacious, convenient, and pretty much loaded with whatever we needed for a day out on the island or a day lounging by the pool/lagoon. The ability to grill down by the pool was a great feature and we used quite a bit (to cook our fresh caught Tuna!). We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

What a lovely beach condo! We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas very much. The space was perfect for four adults and two children. We had the option for the 3rd bedroom to be a Queen or two twins, it was good for our sons, ag. The kitchen and living room was spacious and had a large dining room for meals. They had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The lanai was nice to enjoy coffee and listen to the ocean. Even though the kitchen faces an open lot/field, you can still seen the ocean easily from the lanai. This particular balcony doesn’t get the sun shining in your eyes. The Villa is on the 7th floor, but during October wasn’t too busy and we had no trouble waiting for the elevator. The pools were super nice and the beach was easy to walk to. My parents enjoyed the “adult pool” to escape the more wild playing, and there was a fitness center I wish I would have used more. On the beach there were options to rent chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more. Our Villa had beach toys and chairs with a wagon to use as well. They also provided beach towels. We had an excellent time with our family, and loved staying in KoOlina on Oahu. We hope to visit again!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. From the effortless check-in process to the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the staff it was just perfect. The location of the condo was perfect - short walk to the pools and beach! There are several restaurants close to the condo and we ate at a few but we also had the best time grilling at the pool area and eating on the beautiful lanai. Our hostess, Diana, could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs (we did not have any needs - everything we wanted was right there and ready for our stay). Diana checked in with me many times throughout our stay to make sure there was nothing we needed and even offered a late check-out for our last day. The late check-out was such a blessing - it basically added an entire extra day to our trip. The ocean/beach view from our lanai was so incredible! We even watched a school of dolphins swimming just off the coast. The sunsets were breathtaking and the sunrise hitting the mountains from the opposite side of the lanai was so beautiful. I am always in awe of the Lord’s creation and this was a perfect place to take it all in! I would recommend this condo 10/10! Thank you to our amazing hostess!

Highly recommend and would stay here again!From the time we booked, prompt and friendly communication from the owners, Lani and Keith, which included very helpful recommendations about restaurants and places to visit that helped with vacation planning because I mentioned it was our first trip to Oahu.Really appreciated that Lani and Keith greeted us upon arrival, took up our luggage and showed us around the home and property. Also sent very clear check out instructions (very easy).My family of four felt very comfortable in the home and it has all of the amenities we needed. Very well stocked kitchen and I enjoyed cooking there while looking out at the amazing view. We loved our mornings having coffee and breakfast on the lanai, listening to the birds chirping. Very relaxing and hard to leave.We really enjoyed swimming and watching sunsets at the lagoon. It was never crowded.Location was great- ABC store nearby, other beaches to the north, travel to other parts of the island was always under an hour.

This penthouse is an excellent location! Beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon from the lanai. We enjoyed having our breakfast there every morning. 10 days of paradise. Nice to take scenic trips every day and return to our beautiful beach villa, jump in the pool or hot tub, relax have dinner and then off on a new adventure the next day. Convenient to walk over to Disney luau for a night of entertainment, excellent music, dancers, etc. Used Shaka app daily for guided tour each day with history of the island and good stops along the way.
