The great communication with our host from booking the place to the day before our trip to the time we arrived. She answered all my questions and gave great recommendations on places to see. The villa itself was beautiful and well equipped with items you would need for the beach and cooking in the kitchen. The facility was wonderful and having the lagoon for the kids to swim in was perfect. My only little negative was I wish the king bed and pillows were more comfortable (but that could be a personal issue). Otherwise highly recommend booking a stay here, it was perfect.

The oven took a little longer to heat up and the dryer wasn’t the best, but we were informed about these ahead of time and it didn’t impact our experience. The unit had great views and convenient access to the pool and beach, which we enjoyed. Beach items were included, although there was no wagon to help transport them. Not a big issue, but it would have made beach trips a bit easier.Communication from the management company was limited. After booking, I did not receive any messages through VRBO or email, even after reaching out shortly after reserving. I followed up a few days before arrival and was told an email had been sent, but the lack of communication beforehand was confusing and created some uncertainty.The unit was not as clean as expected, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. The pans were worn, cooking utensils were sparse, and there were very few seasonings, including no salt, which made cooking meals frustrating. The location and views were a highlight, but improvements to communication, cleanliness, and kitchen supplies would make this a much better stay.

The host was welcoming. She responded immediately to my 1st question, the 2nd was responded to the following day. The view from the 6th floor lanai was outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped. Furniture comfortable & in good condition. Could use another comfy chair in the living area. Beds in both rooms comfortable. The couch could accommodate a 5th adult. A travel crib/high chair is provided, along with 4 beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella. Both bathrooms modern & spacious. Plenty of storage.

I never met the owner as my son and family stayed in his place. The family enjoyed their stay. Check in was delayed as the room was being cleaned when they got to check in but no issues. The view was very nice. One issue that we had on all three units was Condo Control. Most of our pass keys had to be redone and I was contacted every day that we were not registered in 1103 and the front desk said unfortunately this is happening a lot. Otherwise a great time Ko Olina

There is no need to look any further! This place has it all. We researched a ton for the best value with the most amenities. The facility itself is beautiful with a great cabana bar. The pools were clean and not overcrowded. Our welcome was fantastic even with flight delays. The actual unit is well thought out, with some unexpected bonuses. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. Pictures do not do this view justice!! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas here! The owner, Michelle, happened to be there the week before so she did our check-in. She communicated well before we arrived and was so kind in person as well. Michelle had great tips for the area which we referred to multiple times. The area is a tourist area. There are lots of food and drink places within walking distance. We visited the resorts next door for food, drinks, and fun. And we enjoyed the walk between lagoons each morning and several evenings. The sunsets are magical! The condo had plenty of room for our group of 7. It was nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. There was plenty of hot water even when we were overlapping bathroom times. There were also plenty of towels (bath and beach) and the beach chairs were used daily. Michelle works hard to keep the condo updated - she even had new patio furniture delivered the day we arrived. There isn't a lot of storage in the kitchen (design of the units- not the fault of the host). We mostly ate out, so it wasn't a big deal for us. But if your family is planning on cooking a lot you will need to be creative with food storage or run to the market often- there is an Island Market a 15 minute walk (five minute drive) away. We had food delivered (door dash and Walmart delivery) and it was seamless- you just need to be in the lobby to take delivery.This was the perfect place for our extended family to have a wonderful meet up at Christmas. Apartment was perfect. Had beautiful views and all the amenities a family of 4 needs. If you have never stayed at ko olina beach villas I cannot recommend it enough. We ate most meals at the Four Seasons and spent our days by the pool or on the beach. Family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Rooms on opposite ends of the units were perfect. Super safe location so no concerns sending the boys out on their own to explore. This was our second stay at ko olina beach villas and this unit was definitely nicer than last previous one. It is clear Ron the owner had put effort into maintaining the unit. He was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the dryer. Resolved very quickly. Thank you Ron and we hope to be back again soon.

The spacious, clean rooms featured great fixtures, everything we needed in perfect working order, and wonderful views that made the holiday special.Kids loved the pool, though one spa was out of service. We enjoyed easy walks to adjacent beaches for excellent snorkeling right from shore.The walk to restaurants felt a bit long, so we grabbed quick Uber rides for dinners nearby, or driving to Kapolei. We've stayed in a number of Ko Olina Beach Villas, and this was one of our favorites. The view facing northwest allowed us to use the lanai all afternoon, and you don't get that fishbowl feeling like the main tower. The views to Four Seasons, Aulani and the coves was beautiful. The condo was also well equipped for our group - kitchen, beach toys and chairs, etc. Hosts were great communicators and very proactive. We had a great stay!

Our stay in Ko’Olina was incredible! We loved the condo—perfect for our family of five (with one on the pullout couch bed for seven nights with no complaints!). The location in Ko’Olina is perfect with many things in walking distance, and steps to the beach and pools. Condo well-stocked with cooking basics (foil, cooking spray, most spices), and grocery stores in Kapolei—so we cooked breakfasts and a few dinners. Condo also had umbrellas, a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards—perfect for several beach days! One of our favorite vacation rituals was sitting on the lanai with a glass of wine each night and watching the sunset—perfect west-facing lanai! Would absolutely come back and recommend this spot to our friends and family.

Great communication and location. Traffic is bad on Oahu and there are limited restaurant options nearby so we drove 30-40 mins to Waikiki every night for dinner. The villa unit itself is clea but a bit dated. The king mattress was sunken in the middle and the sheets and bath towels are a bit worn abd the bedroom carpets had stains. More amenities like beach chairs and snorkels would have been nice. Our frds who stayed in another unit had those and even a cooler and umbrella. Great communication though upon arrival; fantastic proximity to beach; quiet building; Parking available. Beach beautiful and great for snorkeling and swimming.

We had a great stay at this Ko Olina unit over the holidays. Check-in was very easy and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. The unit was much more spacious than we expected and worked perfectly for our family. The beach was super close and easily accessible, and having a full kitchen was a big plus!
