A really great way to see Oahu. Lots to do at Ko Olina and easy to get anywhere by car. The unit is great. Loved the Lanai with a nice view and great sunsets. Would definitely stay again next time in Oahu.

The unit itself is in disrepair.. needs some maintenance. When we arrived there was dirty and broken glasses which the host immediately took care of. Condo was better than the pictures. Loved the split floor plan. View was stunning. I didn’t realize (although we should’ve known by the pictures) that this was somewhat of a corner unit so we were looking at our neighbors quite a bit, but usually we weren’t out on our lanais at the exact same time, and when we were, we didn’t feel like they were right on top of us. Grounds were well kept, pools were very nice, and our walk to the beach was a short one. We really appreciated all of the appliances and beach gear available in the condo. They made life much easier for us, our adult daughter and son-in-law, and our three-year-old granddaughter. We highly recommend that it would return to the same unit.

This unit was perfect for 3 adult couples. Lots of space! It was clean and tidy. I think renters should know that there is much more in the closets than was listed...many folding beach chairs, boogie boards, goggles, beach towels and lots of stuff for a child or baby [that we didn't need]. It was so nice to have pump hygiene products in each bathroom so we didn't run out. And the kitchen had some spices and oils that weren't expected making some shopping irrelevant. The resort itself was really wonderful - clean and beautiful grounds. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a family of 4! The condo had everything we needed in terms of beach supplies and toys as well as a fantastic lanai. The quiet lagoon and 2 different pools make it feel like you are away from everything but you are also a quick drive away from the shopping area (Costco, Safeway, Target, lots of restaurants) if you need anything. Keith and Nalani are also nothing incredibly warm hosts and helpful. When we come back we won't look anywhere else, we would book this unit in a heartbeat.

Excellent communication from host, Eli. We stayed during the Super Bowl and Eli even checked in to see if our experience was to our satisfaction. The unit was well stocked and provided a perfect base of operations. During a powerful wind storm we were happy to stay inside and had plenty there to keep us entertained. The grounds were impeccable and the lagoon was the highlight of our trip. We regularly used the lawn chairs and towels provided in the unit to set up by the beach and enjoy several quintessential Hawaiian beach days.Overall, a stay at this Ko Olina Beach Villa shiuld not be missed as it provides everything a family needs for an amazing Hawaiian vacation.

The suite was outstanding. The beach amenities were great. It is unfortunate that neither the umbrella nor the cabana in the suite was usable on the beach. There were some issues with the AC and a couple of nights of uncomfortable sleep. The fold-out bed was very uncomfortable. But overall, we would rent this suite again

This is not my first stay at KoOlina. We usually have a good experience. This time there were several hiccups. Not as professional as usual. First time dealing with ROACHES. They sprayed once. We asked for an additional spray but request was ignored. We had to purchase roach spray for our continued stay. We requested late check out. They tried to PUT US OUT day before. We love Hawaii. This is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. As they say in real estate, location is everything. We were traveling with a toddler and our parents and this was our first time in Oahu. Ko’Olina and specifically the Beach Villas was perfect. It reminded me of the Kanapaali area of Maui in terms of the beautiful landscaping but the beaches were much more accessible and the units closer to the water. Our particular lagoon was the quietest. I loved the view of the lagoon from the lanai and my wife loved that we did not have any direct sun into the windows which could make things hot. The pool area of Beach Villas and the koi pond are spectacular. You could spend the entire week there. Cherie is an amazing host and communication was proactive and easy. The unit itself is exactly as represented in the pictures and so nice and well appointed. Having a cart to tote things to the beach was perfect. This was the ideal getaway and we can’t wait to come back!
