We travelled as a family group and the apartment was so well set up for us with each room very separate from each other and fantastic big bathrooms. The view was beautiful and the resort has such great pools for the whole family. We’d love to come back someday.

Great location and very comfortable condo. Excellent unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets. Situated between the Marriott, Disney Resort and the Four Seasons. Across the street from the wonderful Ko’Olina Golf Course. Played several rounds.
Check-in process was seamless. Sherry met my wife and I when we arrived and along with Neal, physically helped us move in. I actually had my golf clubs shipped directly from Colorado to Sherry (property manager). She had them in the condo when we arrived. Overall, a great vacation!!

We were very happy with this property. It was even better than expected! Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Shower had great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Everything we needed for a beach day with chairs, ice chest, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The only thing we wished we had was another small couch, as it wasn’t comfortable for more than one couple to relax and watch tv at night on the single couch. I would definitely book again!

We are a family of 4 with 2 college age kids. The location was fantastic as our home base while on Oahu. Ko’Olina has a wonderful mix of restaurants and shops. We golfed one day on the fantastic course. The condo is extremely well stocked with everything you need for your trip here including beach chairs and snorkel gear and beach towels. We will definitely return when we come back to Oahu.

The property was gorgeous! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We enjoyed opening the patio doors and watching sunset outside. The property had everything we needed and more especially with a little one. The grounds were beautiful, check-in was easy, semi private elevator and parking spot was great, and there was a trash chute on the same floor too. I can’t wait to bring back more family members with us next time!

This was a fantastic property and we had a perfect vacation. Large condo with modern and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and private bed/bath suites with three bedrooms, and excellent shared facilities. The pools were ideal both for lap swimming and for puttering around and the complex is next to the nicest of the four artificial lagoons (the others are very crowded). We could not have asked for a more wonderful place and reccommend it without reservation

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this well-appointed condo exceeded our expectations! High-end decor, well-supplied kitchen, and the perfect level to view the stunning scenery. And the location is fantastic; between two other resorts which you can visit by the scenic walkway, a short 15 minute walk to the bustling shopping/dining area, ability to witness indescribable sunrises and sunsets, and drivability to all tourists spots.

We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. We went over New Years and were delightfully surprised with how quiet the pools were. We never had an issue getting a lounge chair, which was a stark contrast to the madness of the resorts next door. The unit was fully equipped with everything that we needed and my littles loved running around on the lawn right outside our lanai. This condo is in an excellent location. It’s extremely comfortable and has everything you need to cook with to make a great meal. The beds are comfy and it’s in a great location. They have provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon. The property is very comfortable with two nice pools. The beach/lagoons are right outside the property gates. Loved our stay!

We wanted a special place to celebrate our 30th anniversary, as well as Christmas with our two young adult sons. We all loved every second of our stay at the Ko'Olina Villa. We especially enjoyed the modern kitchen and the in-out space towards the balcony, facing the ocean. What a spectacular sight every night, sitting there watching the sunset! Every so often we enjoyed a cocktail at the beach bar. I would like to let the resort know that I was disappointed in them using single use plastic cups all day, every day. I understand that glass is not a good option, however, investment in multi use, recyclable plastic cups should be considered for this type of establishment. ($17cocktails)
This is paradise, let's do what we can to protect it!

We booked Ko Olina to celebrate a family milestone with other relatives staying upstairs in the Beach tower and grandparents at the property next door.
The unit is spacious, updated fixtures & appliances and well-appointed for cooking our own meals. Owner provides lots of equipment for pool & beach. The 4 of us had tons of room for sleeping & relaxing and it was easy to host our group of 10 for meals together in the unit or on the lanai.
2nd bathtub surface chips need refinishing and the drain was out of the tub and nonfunctional. I presume that's temporary as the rest of the unit is definitely high-end!

When we arrived we met with Shane who took us to the unit . Upon entry the unit was extremely dirty. Shane and Lynn were amazing at getting the unit cleaned asap for us. They were very apologetic and we were happy with the result . The kitchen had all your basics to cook with . The beds were pretty comfortable had no complaints . Lots of beach stuff and a wagon to haul stuff to beach. Daily music was nice from the lani. The view was incredible we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the lani. The only real complaint we have is could have been better bigger beach towels forsure and the walls need a good washing . Other than that I would totally recommend staying in this unit . It was a great family trip and the lagoon was awesome for snorkeling . Thanx again to Shane and Lynn who helped us immediately when we needed it.

The condos are very nice. If you want to be in Ko Olina this is where to be. Smaller than the other major resorts in the area. There are two buildings, the Beach and the Ocean. This is the Beach and is behind the Ocean. We met many owners while there. They gave us the plus and minus of each building. I would also state Penthouse is used for floor 10-16 (no 13 floor). As this condo is on the 15th floor you will have people above you. The first couple of days we didn't have people above us but last couple we did and it does make a difference. Noise travels from balcony to balcony very easily. Condo is as advertised. There are a ton of beach things at the condo so be sure to look before you buy anything. Do note NO umbrellas are allowed in the lagoons so don't bother dragging them to the beach. There are rules for the condo for parking, towels on patios, etc. It didn't bother us but many guests were complaining about it while we were there. The workout room is well-appointed. I enjoyed the wet and dry saunas in the ladies locker room. Every night there was a singer song writer at the little bar. Usually, we could year it from the patio. As others had mentioned no restaurant on site but that was a big deal for us. In the main bedroom there is a closet that has HVAC and it can be loud. I got ear plugs and it was no longer an issue. We had a bit of an issue checking in but mistakes happen. Not that big of deal except made a long day of travel a bit longer.

Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!

Ko Olina is great- this was our 4th time there. We have stayed in a different unit each time. Beautiful grounds, excellent location and all around awesome property.
Shout out to the property manager Louie who was very quick to respond and take action if things popped up during the stay.
My one nit is that the unit was not as clean as it could have been, but this is more reflective of the housecleaning staff, not the unit. There was sand in various areas on the floor and the balcony needed a good mopping, which I ended up doing myself the first day.

We stayed during peak season. Property was nice and as described. View was a little disappointing, thought we’d be facing a little more of the ocean instead of a corner view. It was still a nice view though. Kitchen was stocked with everyday spices (but no shoyu!), we cooked breakfast daily. The beach towels and coolers came in handy. Dryer took a long time to dry towels and we never figured out how the lighting worked.
All in all it was a very nice, relaxing stay.

We had excellent, early info about the property from Cherie Fikani, the awesome agent who answered all of our questions before and after arriving. She also met us at the property for an orientation to everything available. The very minor issues that arose were addressed right away (eg., 1 of the 4 outdoor grills wasn’t working well). This property overlooks the pool on one side and one can see the beach from the same side/balcony. The beach lagoon nearest the condos was nice & not as crowded as neighboring hotels or lagoons. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure to read the house rules carefully and be prepared to drive 30-40 min to other parts of the island (like Diamond Head State Monument). We knew that oahu can be trafficky before booking the west side of the island. One big bonus was the weather was better on the west side vs the eastern part which rained more during our visit.
