This was an amazing vacation spot to bring our kids! The property has two beautiful pools and is right on the beach. It's also only a short walk from the Aulani Disney resort which was fun to visit as well. The home itself is beautiful, clean and very well stocked. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, sand toys and snorkel gear. It also has convenient in home laundry which was great considering all the time we spent in the water. We would very happily stay here again!

Absolutely perfect! Our family loved everything about our stay! The condo was clean and well supplied. We loved the nice welcome treats on the counter. The location was great! The lagoon was a wonderful spot for snorkeling and swimming. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and between hotels. Very safe area and well kept. Thank you for sharing your condo! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon (April 2026) and it was nothing short of what we wanted for our special trip. The entire condo was spotless and very spacious. Has all modern appliances you'll need. We spent every morning on our lanai (balcony) with beautiful views of the ocean and in land. This resort has plenty of pool/hot tub options and a very easy access to your own lagoon. Would highly recommend!!!

The room and the property were both great. The view from this unit is spectacular, with unobstructed views of the Pacific and a great look at the sunset each night. We had an awesome time - enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning and restful sleep each night. The unit is very thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs, toys for the kids, pool noodles, floaties, etc. We had a great time and would be very happy to return. Very grateful to our host for having us and to the prior guests who left behind many staples - we were happy to add to that pile on our way out to keep the good karma flowing.

All the pools were lovely, as were our hosts. The layout of the villa was perfect for a family and the kitchen was high end! We really enjoyed spending days together at the lagoon and dining at Monkeypod. We will definitely book another vacation with the same hosts at the Beach Villas.

Pools were great. View and balcony wonderful. Couldn't get TV to work in master bedroom. Pillows were not good at all for all the beds. Extremely uncomfortable pillows. Beds quite comfortable, but pillows..... Ugh. Great location. Had really nice parking space for a big suv, which was great. No waffle maker, we bought one and left it there for next group. Kitchen very functional. Bodyboards a bit beat up but functional. Flippers good. Chairs to take to beach nice too. Overall a nice place and pleasant experience.

CQ,our host, was very good about responding to messages quickly. The unit was clean, with a nice view of the pools and ocean. We visited shortly after terrible storms had hit the islands but found the surrounding property restored. The kitchen is specially nice and fully stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. The condo is an excellent condition! The sunset views from the balcony are amazing.Everything you need to enjoy the beach or pool is provided in the unit. We didn’t need it, but we saw all the baby necessities in the closets as well.We have stayed in multiple units at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina and we’ll definitely want to book another stay in this unit!

Unit was perfect for our family of five. Having three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus . Pools and beach access was great for the kids and abilities to run back to unit for food and drinks. It was in walking distance to restaurants and shops and the sunrise over the mountains and sunset off the balcony were amazing. In unit washer and dryer was a bonus but be prepared for extra long dry times.

We got in pretty late and the check in process was very easy and the check out process was even more seamless. The ocean view from the lanai was very nice, and the surrounding foliage made the property feel more secluded. The unit was well stocked with what we needed for making meals for the week. The pools and the condo facilities were great for our family! Would definitely recommend staying here. With all the recent rainfall, the bugs have flared up so bring some bug spray for the calm days.

Pro's: The condo is in a good location. The property managers were very responsive.Con's: "Penthouse" condo is NOT on the top floor. The condo is getting long in the tooth. The door lock had to be replaced as it stopped working. The washing machine worked about 25% of the time. Water was leaking from the rain inside the patio door. The common areas are small. No real area to store groceries. The "family" room is tiny. The pool is nice but be prepared there are no umbrellas to be found anywhere. Finally, the owner should spring for the 0.50 for salt and pepper shakers in the condo. Value for the money paid: Poor. I would not pay more than 700/night for this condo.

A very beautiful condo. Well cared for. I stayed 11 nights with my parents and four daughters. The toy bin was stocked with chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear etc! Made it much easier than trying to go out and buy items we wouldnt take home with us. Stores were close for groceries. Very friendly staff. And Holly was amazing! She was very kind and personable and checked in a few times with phone calls. We will definitely be coming back! Wonderful experience! Mahalo!

The listing was very accurate and the suite is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay, plus boogie boards, sand toys and snorkel gear. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was great, with a nice layout, comfortable furniture, and an amazing view. We only had four in our group, but the unit could easily host six. We also appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys, and the two pools were a nice bonus.The area is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. Of all the lagoons we visited, the one right in front of this property was the least crowded and most serene. We even had a monk seal visit one day, which was such a special experience. The area is a bit remote, but we knew that going in, so it simply meant a little extra driving when we wanted to explore other parts of the island. There were also a few places within walking distance, which was nice, although the options were somewhat limited.

Great vacation- Great property. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at this fantastic condo. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The property was very clean and well stocked with essentials for kitchen, bathrooms and the beach. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a laid back atmosphere but was within 30 minutes of downtown Honolulu. Our family if 4 including a couple teenagers would highly recommend this property.

We love this location. Have stayed in this building multiple times. First time in this unit and it was great! Beautiful view, pictures are accurate and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The space/size was great for our family of four and a better value, in my opinion, than staying at a hotel. Having a full kitchen, the extra space and still the amenities of a resort make it an amazing location.
