B703 is a great unit! The unit is shielded from the morning sun, so you can enjoy the patio all day long! The chargers on each side of the bed for phones/ear pods/watch is a very nice touch. Also, the owner just replaced the coffee pot with a new Keurig/full coffee pot, plus there are coffee filters available. Tiffany is a joy to work with. She was so responsive! We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely amazing place. Family of four with a 3 and 6 year old and we all loved the place. Great location and quick walking access to restaurants at adjacent hotels too along the beach walking path (Aulani, 4 Seasons and Marriott). Place was well equipped for making our own breakfast and some dinners. Costco and other grocery stores just 10 to 15 minutes away.

Simply stunning. Literally 20ft to the beach. Building is newer in Ko’Olina which is way nicer than the space you get at Aulani. Dianna was a great host and made us feel well taken care of even in the heart of a Tsunami warning for Oahu. Cool and comfortable with great open air space and amenities. She’s got everthing you need to enjoy beach, pool, grill, etc.

What an amazing experience. The Villa shows exactly as advertised, actually the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly want. Trust me, if it’s not in this unit - you don’t need it. From appliances to toys and games, beach chairs, beach toys etc, they have covered all the needs from infants to adults. We were met by Cherie who gave us a tour of the place and made us feel completely welcome. There are several restaurants and local shops all within walking distance.We spent 6 days in Waikiki and 6 days here….next visit we have decided to skip Waikiki and spend every minute here.The beach was quiet, relaxing and very family friendly.It was a pleasure to end each night with a view of paradise.

Our family loved our stay at the condo! We were there for one week and had a great time. Cherie was so wonderful with check-in and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. She even met us after midnight due to a very late flight, which made check-in and finding the parking spot and condo stress-free.The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of toys and games for the kids. My two young girls even found a box of toys in the second bedroom halfway through our stay and thought it was the most amazing thing ever. The view from the lanai is amazing, and it was so relaxing to sit there in the evenings and watch the sunset! There is a wonderful view of the lagoon and ocean.It was so easy to get to the pools and the beach! We visited the pool at least once every day. The beach chairs and toys were very convenient to have. The lagoon was not too crowded even in the middle of summer. Ko Olina is a wonderful area of Oahu to visit.We would absolutely stay at the condo again. They also had the best condo information website/packet that I have ever seen at a rental. This place was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with everything anyone could need for a beach vacation from beach chairs, cooler, cart, and equipment. The lanai was spectacular with unbelievable views of the pools, coi ponds, lagoon beach, and beautiful sunset. Very relaxing!We explored a number of other beach areas on the island and all agreed our lagoon beach was one of the nicest. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Our host was also one of the best! Be sure to check out Monkeypod, Mina's Fish House and the Island Market (ABC store).

Absolutely love this place! Our Host was amazing throughout our stay. Very responsive to every need. The suite itself was clean and comfortable. The amenities were everything you could ask for. Our cable box went out and our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a replacement the very next day. The kids loved the fact that they could come straight to the pool after the beach. We were sad our stay ended but we will definitely be coming back! I wish I could rate the villa even more stars.

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival Neal gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and the unit so that we knew where everything was. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We had trouble getting any of the bathroom hand soap dispensers to pump out any soap, but otherwise everything worked well. The view off the lanai was magnificent and the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed several sunsets from there. We loved the Ko Olina area as a place to stay on the island.

From start to finish, our interaction with Melissa was flawless. Check in was very quick and the property more than lived up to expectations. Even without asking, we were given an earlier check in and a later check out time that corresponded closely with our flights which was so generous and really was the icing on the cake to our Hawaii getaway. The unit is PACKED with all you need for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. We especially loved the wagon that made transporting all our stuff so easy. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfy. The view from our massive lanai was incredible. We loved watching the sky come to life in the morning and fill with pinks and oranges at sunset. The pool and hot tub were a hit for closing out each day after adventuring around Oahu. The bar had great virgin piña coladas and lava flows. We enjoyed looking at the coy pond and exploring the different coves. We saw all kinds of fish snorkeling in the cove right out front! We loved everything about our stay. Melissa was fantastic and gave spectacular recommendations for local food, dining, and entertainment options. We want to go back already! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental. It was really quite perfect.

The property as a whole is wonderful. Villa B207 could be great, however, it has some issues. The lanai furnishings are very worn. Cushions are flat, and the chairs are broken. The HVAC system was a mess. Even though a maintenance man corrected part of it 3 days in, we couldn't get the temperature even throughout the place. The middle bedroom was a freezer and had a mind of its own. There was a leak in the middle bedroom closet, probably from the shower. Like I mentioned, could be a fantastic villa with some help...

This condo is very comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation. The pictures in the listing are fair and accurate. There was a problem with the dryer when we arrived and housekeeping was there at 4:00 when we arrived. Our escort said he would put in the work order right away. It was fixed the following day. I had to text management (Shane) to learn how the bathtub drain worked as it was not obvious. It still didn’t hold water without a slow drain but I didn’t want to spend my vacation chasing work orders.If you’re crazy enough to cook on vacation, the kitchen is well appointed. Be aware though that the radiant glass cooktop takes a long time to “preheat”. A grilled cheese sandwich took a half an hour to get toasty.The setting is beautiful. The pools, the lagoons, the whole property is a lovely way to spend some time on Oahu.

The Beach Villas is a very nice place to stay. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our check in process was disappointing. We were told we could check in at 2:30. We arrived at 2:40 and did not get into the room until almost 3:15. The front desk could not get a hold of the person that needed to escort us to our room. Finally they had the cleaning staff let us in. The person that was to escort us texted me at 3:20 saying she was sorry but she was in the middle of something. I asked if we could get an orientation of the property and the villa and she said if I wanted that I could arrange it. ?? she should have just taken care of it. Some of the towels in one of the bathroom had someone else's hair on them. I had problems with getting the oven to work correctly and the large burner I used had to be on high to cook anything. The beds in 2 of the rooms are very uncomfortable. I stayed in the master bed and it was pretty comfortable; however, the pillows did not smell fresh and clean. Upon checking out, we found someone else's underwear and sock behind the dresser.

The villa owners were a joy to work with while planning our stay. We’re so happy we chose their place. During our stay, we visited the nearby resorts and both were quite crowded and not nearly as relaxing. The lagoon for the villas was by far the best—peaceful, not crowded, and much clearer than the others. The sand was also nicer, with barely any shells.We were in walking distance of shops and Paradise Cove for the luau. For other adventures, it was just a hop onto the nearby highway. The views from their balcony were great and it was a very relaxing spot to chill. We were able to watch the military fly overs, sail boats, catamarans, etc. On Tuesdays, you can hear the music from the neighboring resort's luau. It's also convenient when you have someone at the pool to see and to talk to. We had such a wonderful time in Hawaii and made memories with our family that we’ll cherish forever!

Nice appliances, large kitchen island with bar seats, and large dining table, spacious lanai with partial view of ocean. Beautiful sunsets from lanai and direct access to beach/lagoon for sunset, swimming and snorkeling (saw lots of fishes). Gym with machines and weights downstairs. Conveniently located to good coffee, eateries, restaurants and some shops in area (15-min walk). Traveled all over the island for excellent hiking, great food, views, yummy shaved ices and local bakeries and desserts. Well managed property for a perfect family vacation.
