Our Villa was great! Our flight was delayed so our check-in time was late but everything was smooth when checking in. Communication was great with the host. The Villa was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider coming back here next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exactly as described: clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time here.There were only two minor issues, neither of which took away from our overall experience. The first was that the TV frequently lost its internet connection. We happened to be visiting during the World Cup and were looking forward to watching some of the matches, but the connection made that difficult at times.The second was the underground parking. The spaces are very tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Our assigned spot was next to a car that had parked over the line, making it very difficult to get in and out. We mentioned it to the host, and they responded quickly by assigning us an outdoor parking space. We really appreciated how promptly they found a solution.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others. The hosts were responsive, the condo was lovely, and the few minor issues were far outweighed by all the positives.

Our first trip to Hawaii couldn’t have been better, and staying at Ko Olina was a huge part of that. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.The hosts were excellent, friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Shane was especially helpful and made everything easy. Everyone around the resort was also very welcoming, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Overall, the place was great, but our ages and being disabled causes a number of problems. Like no chairs in bathroom and bedrooms for sitting, no grab bars in showers or around toilets. Not accustom to standing while changing clothes or sitting on the beds. Light and fan switches not identified and difficult to use with the slider control. Flashlight had to be used to see light switches under the over hang at the end of the center console in kitchen and microwave. Thanks for letting us stay a week,Carole and Lee

We stay at Ko Olina Villas every year, this was our first time renting with Brandy and Matt. The unit is very well maintained with beautiful ocean views and overlooking the lap pool. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and eating breakfast every morning on the balcony. Excellent communication with the owners and property manager. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! This was our third time on this property, but our first time in this unit, which felt overall the most homey out of all of our stays. Compared to other 3 bedroom units, the furniture layout is more comfortable...with more couches and seating for guests, and the TV visible from the kitchen while cooking...you feel at home vs at a sparse hotel. The outdoor furniture is very nice and comfortable, creating another space for relaxation. They had coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards...everything you could want for the beach. Every last detail for guests was considered!

The resort is beautiful. We utilized both pools. Our room was clean and spacious. A nice arrangement for an extended family of varied ages.Amenities were very new and modern. The whole lighting system seemed overly complicated, but that's a small issue.We did wish the lanai had more than just 2 chairs so more of us could sit and relax there. Looking across, we noted several other units had at least 4.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our time in the Ko Olina area and the Island.

Spent a lot of time researching places....and based on the fact we wanted a great "view" of the beach and wanted to be as close a possible to the beach.....the place was amazing! The host, Paul, was great to work with. Super organized and clear with communication. The property staff was also great who handled the "day to day". As far as the place....everything we could have hoped for. Nice and clean....plenty for my family of 5. (2) high school boys and (1) girl, middle school. The room for me and my wife was great and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We cooked breakfast in the rooms everyday so it was good to have all the cooking equipment. Love, Love the lagoon! Perfect to relax in. Not sure how many times we just hung out listening to the waves and watching the beach while eating something or enjoying our favorite beverage on that balcony. Checkout was a breeze and painless. When we needed more snorkel gear, the property team was great! I would definitely come back to this place again. So glad we found it. Well worth the money....for what we got. Thanks again Paul!

The condo and total facility was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean and sunset views. The private parking spot offered was in a great location near the doors and elevator.

5 STARS on all aspects of this property. The host was responsive and helpful prior to our stay. Someone was there to greet us upon our arrival and help us get unloaded and settled in the condo. It was spotless and smelled amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It's jaw dropping gorgeous when you come through the door. The floor plan was perfect for our family. Providing each of us our own room and full bath. There was a closet filled with everything that would could possibly need for a fun day at the beach or pool. The tiki bar was visited frequently during our stay. There was also a nice gym with plenty of options for workouts and a lap pool, to work keep up with our fitness routine. Our family had an amazing time. We highly recommend this unit!

The room was fantastic and had a lanai that led directly outside to the primary pool. A short walk beyond that was the pool bar and the beach/lagoon. Almost everything was as expected. The only challenge we had was the air conditioning would not get below 75* which made for some very warm sleeping. The air was checked in the first few days and then the main bedroom unit went bad on our last full day. I’m not sure if this is the same for all of the rooms but I’d expect a room to be able to maintain 70* given it was only 82-85 at the peak of the day. Other than the air conditioning, this room was fantastic.

We were really happy with the location of the condo! You do have to be on the balcony to really enjoy the view. The lagoon was a great place for younger children to swim and play! It was nice to have the wagon to bring the beach toys and chairs down to the beach. Pool area was nice. The condo is a good size. Kitchen has what you need. It was weird that the oven takes so long to heat up but not a deal breaker of course. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful with fabulous views. The pool was great and we relived the grills that were available as well. The only thing we would say is that we prefer standard size pillows to king size pillows, but that may just be our personal preference. Overall, we had a fantastic week at Ko Olina.

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location! We were a family of 7 adults who enjoyed the pools and beach, and exploring O’ahu from this very convenient location. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. They even let us borrow a cooler which we really appreciated during our day trips around the island. Home is equipped with boogie boards and snorkel masks and beach chairs which was very nice. Overall- I’d recommend this property. Be aware that there is no sofa bed and our 22 year old son had to sleep on a twin air mattress in the living room. It was ok but for taller/bigger adults , this may have been a problem.

Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay. Amenities were all as advertised. View of the lagoon and ocean from the lanai balcony with comfortable seating is spectacular. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances and a full complement of smaller appliances, cooking and serving dishes, and utensils. The main draw to this property is its proximity to the beach/Honu lagoon. Once you exit the property through a key card activated gate you are right on the beach. There are other resort properties nearby, but this is the only property adjacent to the Honu Lagoon, which keeps beachgoers to a minimum. Other lagoons near adjacent properties seemed to always be a little more crowded. I also noticed the Honu lagoon seemed to have way more shade trees to sit under than the other properties nearby if that's what you prefer. The walk from your room to the beach takes you by the two beautiful swimming pools, a fully stocked koi pond and lush gardens. The beautiful Ko Olina golf course is right across the street as are a few reasonably priced and nice restaurants. The property is conveniently located within 3 miles of grocery stores, drug stores and other smaller restaurants. The room came with a reserved parking spot in the garage beneath the facility with easy elevator access to the room. Other amenities we appreciated include; beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear in room; a tiki bar with live entertainment, and outdoor gas grills for use.

This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas (first time in this unit) and we had a great time. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower, which is a little farther from the beach (vs the Beach Tower building) but not significantly, plus we still had an ocean view from the lanai (which also overlooks the lap/quiet pool). The Ocean Tower also houses the gym, so you get a lot of motivation to either workout in the gym or go swim laps while on vacation! We stayed here with our kids and it was perfect for our needs. Also really appreciated the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, wagon, cooler, snorkels, flippers, etc). Easy check in/out both with the front desk and in the unit itself. Great experience, mahalo!

Property and resort were beautiful, but if there is anything wrong with the unit, like the oven part of the stove not working, don't expect it to get fixed. The resort doesn't manage the units, only the property, so there is no point in trying to send a message through an email for a problem that won't get fixed by the end of the week. Air conditioner wouldn't keep up with the temperature...maybe because the hallways aren't cooled and we're about 90 degrees. Keys kept malfunctioning...got stuck outside the room with groceries and 2 of the 5 keys not working. 8 guests, and only 5 keys...not ideal. Also, the room accommodates 8 guests, but only comes with 1 parking space. How would 8 guests manage to only use 1 parking space? So, no readily available unit maintenance because property maintenance doesn't work on the units, but they sure do have their eyes on the balconies to make sure that Noone dares dry a towel on a chair...BIG NO NO!!! Also, no tossing a small squish ball in the pool...it might hit one of the screaming kids, on of which was naked, who are jumping in from every angle imaginable. Makes perfect sense. Lots of people enforcing dumb rules, while no actual maintenance is available.

The place is magnificent. Better views then the listing shows. Perfect accessibility to the pools, and the best lagoon.
More accessories than one could imagine: microwave, oven, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, salt, pepper, etc., games, tv in every room, A/C, -- everything! Great layout for kids

This is a hidden gem on O’ahu. We spent an amazing week here as a family. The villa has everything we needed to be comfortable for a family of 4 (with two teenagers). We used the gym in the morning, the pool and went to the beach. Everything is here for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Diana, the host, was excellent... very responsive, easy to communicate with, and full of great local insights and recommendations. The property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, including beach gear, which was a huge plus. We loved being able to walk to a nearby market and restaurants, and the lagoons on the property were fantastic for swimming and snorkeling. Beautiful condo accommodated our family of 5. Had every amenity needed. Just a short walk to the private lagoon where you can rent chaise lounges and permanent umbrellas. The beach bar for drinks by the pool was a favorite spot. This was a much more private and quiet resort than the others and we appreciated that even with younger adults in our party (no screaming kids and loud pool antics like at the Marriott). We’d stay again!

Just note there is not a good view of the ocean and the parking spot is a bit of a trek. But we’d love to go back regardless!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was just as advertised. Everything was clean, beautiful views, great accommodations, well stocked. It was also a perfect location. Quiet beaches, close to golf course which was beautifully maintained, within walking distance to really good restaurants, and close enough to Waikīkī for day trips when we wanted. I would give it ten stars, but alas I’m limited to only five. I would stay here again without shopping around and recommend without reservation.

This place was amazing and perfectly equipped for a family of 5. The condo literally had everything we would need. It comes with all beach essentials including a wagon and cooler. There was also a pack n play and inflatable mattress. The kitchen is completely loaded making it easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed everything about this condo and its access to pools, beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again!

The villa at Ko’Olina was absolutely fantastic. Our family of four stayed here, including two teenage boys and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We enjoyed the stunning ocean view every morning and the sunsets every evening on the lanai. We had breakfast and grilled some dinners on property and had all the tools needed in the well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time at the lagoon when we weren’t off driving around the island. The host was very easy to communicate with and everyone was so friendly. This will definitely be a place we book in the future!

The property was amazing. Easy check in, spacious 2 bedrooms on opposite side of condo. Beds were comfy, a ton of things in kitchen to cook with and beautiful pool and partial ocean view. An excellent beach right outside property. The room was furnished with everything you need to enjoy the beach including large rolling cooler, chairs, snorkel and more. It’s a pricy area but we definitely felt we got our value:Having a dedicated parking spot is great, beware too large a vehicle though. The one frustrating thing, which is absolutely minor, the stove and oven took forever to heat up so cooking was slow. But BBQ’s on property are cleaned daily for use.Also if you don’t want to cook, great restaurants just a short walk away.In the end, we would be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The condo was perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai and cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The resort grounds are beautifully kept and the kiddos in our group of 13 (we rented 3 condos total) loved feeding the koi fish. Our host, Nicole, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We rented beach chairs/cabanas from the Royal Hawaiian Beach Services in Honu (2) Lagoon and that was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
