We love Ko Olina and’s stayed there multiple times. This time we needed a 3 bedroom apartment and this one priced to be a great choice. It was in the beach tower, so close to the beach. You could actually not only see but hear the ocean. It was very well equipped with high end cookware, great setup on the lanai and lots of beach equipment available for our use.Great stay overall.

Not many restaurants or destinations to walk to - need a rental car.Two of the televisions including the living room TV didn't allow access to Apps (older versions). There was supposed to be a TV binder to explain the different televisions but the property management team couldn't locate it.

Jackie's place was perfect for our 12 day family vacation! There was plenty of space for my parents, my sister, my 2 kids, my husband and myself. The space is clean, with good quality furniture. Our favorite part was sitting out on the lanai for morning coffee and in the evenings after dinner. The beach/lagoon is right outside the hotel gate...I didn't realize how close it was! It's incredibly beautiful and perfect for swimming. The closet is stocked with everything you need for the beach: plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, goggles, etc. We were able to easily walk to have a nice lunch at the Aulani Resort next door, as well as to a lovely sunset cocktail hour on the patio of the Four Seasons Resort (about a 10-15 min walk down the beach path). We used the poolside grill to make 3 of our dinners, which turned out perfectly. As for responsiveness, within a couple hours of me contacting Jackie about a clogged sink and a broken blind in one of the bedrooms, the maintenance crew came and took care of it, which was way faster than I was expecting! Overall we LOVED the place and will definitely stay here again!

Both the condo and the property were amazing and exactly as described. The condo was well stocked, including beach gear. The location was ideal. The beach was a short walk through the pool area and it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful condo and quiet resort. Couldn't have had a better experience. I read online about the pool being too cold but that was not the case at all. A smart watch read 82F in the afternoon and our 6/4 year-olds had no problem swimming at 8AM everyday when it opened. Beautiful property and the sheltered lagoons were great for the kids too.

The property is beautiful and maintained very well but the unit has a lot of wear and tear and needs updating. The stove has one working burner. The oven takes almost an hour to warm up. The washer and dryer are wobbly. The toilets were slow to flush. The light switches in the kitchen were confusing and didn’t work with the ceiling fans. The lighting in the master bath is very dim. The communication to the property was not timely and even after we corrected the arrival time, it was not passed onto the property team and our unit was not available on time and cleaning had to be rushed. The WIFI pwd had been changed but not communicated to the property team.

We were a family of four, visiting for a wedding. The apartment provided us with plenty of space and had all the supplies we needed. It was quiet and safe, an easy stroll down to the lagoon, and an easy walk to next door Aulani. Loved our balcony! You will probably want to rent a car. Uber prices from the airport vary from 60 to over 100. Renting a car was much less expensive per day than using Uber if you’re not planning to just stay put on the beach. It’s about a mile walk to the ABC store, which is the closest grocery.

The location was great, the check in processes was easy. The place was just run down. Lots of stains on carpet and chairs. Outdoor cushions were dated and flat. The 3 king rooms and 3 bathrooms were wonderful. The sleep sofa was not a sleep sofa be cautious of that. A child could sleep on the chair but not 2 adults. Plenty of kitchen tools and pans. They do not leave you any coffee filters or salt and pepper to get you by for a day until you have time to go to the store.

Vacation with my daughter and baby. Beautiful lagoon in front of the Villa for snorkelling. The villa is well equipped for baby and kids. Keep in mind the traffic in Oahu is hectic and it takes about one hour to drive from Ko Olina to the east or north side of the island.

What an amazing stay at the Beach Villas. I loved the location which was on the less touristy side of the island. Condo was clean and had all the amenities including washer and dryer which was a plus. Beach villas located by the lagoon which was great and had a great pool area as well. We really appreciated how well equipped the condo was with plenty of pots and pans to cook with, grilling tools and even a rice cooker. The kids enjoyed playing with the boogie boards provided and everything in the unit was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was our parking spot. It was a bit far from the elevator. Overall, we really loved the unit and would highly recommend it to others.

Everything was great, except the issue with wi-fi, so my husband couldn’t work from there for a couple of days and we had a leaking ceiling in one the bedrooms for two days, because of rain. Hope it was fixed. Other than that the property is wonderful.

This was our third visit to Ko Olina and was the best property of the three. Everything was as advertised (or better). Updates have been made in key areas including new appliances. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well. Kitchen was well-equipped and modern. Overall, a very high-end feel throughout. We will definitely return.

Love this complex and our host Diana Damian was the best! We were on an annual girls trip celebrating a Birthday and a Retirement. Diana had Champagne and Honolulu Hawaiian cookies as a gift, so thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, this is a great location to stay. you'll be 30 minutes from the heavy tourist areas. Everything about this place is amazing! The condo is large enough to have your own space, even when staying with others, and has ample common space for eating, talking, or playing games as a group. All of the furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. The pools (there are two) are great! The hot tubs (there are three) have great views, the lagoon is fun to play in and had a surprising number of fish to see while we were snorkeling there. The place provided snorkel gear, body boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler, and lots of sand and beach toys to keep kids and teens busy and entertained. Would definitely stay again.

A rare beauty that exceeded our expectations. Fully stocked kitchen with SHARP knives, tons of laundry soap for full size washer and dryer and beach amenities: yeti coolers, boogie boards, chairs, snorkel masks & fins of all sizes. The property sits on the quietest and most peaceful lagoon. The condo pool and hot tub area was spectacular with sandy bottom. We can't wait to go back. Absolutely beautiful location could see the ocean from our windows. Beach was only a few minutes walk from our room. The room was very spacious for my family of 5 having two separate bathrooms was very nice. Our host was very kind and showed us the resort layout very well. My kids enjoyed the many swimming pools and I enjoyed the many hot tubs on the property. Would recommend and stay here again 10/10 times.

If you’re looking for a quiet escape that’s still conveniently located this is a great option. Lots of beach necessities, great appliances and comfortable (couches, beds, pillows). Those deep soaker tubs are amazing! Sitting on the lanai you can relax and either watch the sun rise or set. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Ko Olina. The lagoon right out front of the property was uncrowded, especially compared to the adjacent lagoons. The protected lagoon was wonderful with safe/no worry water play for our kids (3, 5, 7). It has sufficient snorkeling for our needs, but nothing amazing (go up a few mins to electric beach). We DID see several turtles throughout the week as well as a visit from a monk seal one day. Be aware that no (unpaid) temporary shade is allowed on any of the lagoons. There are several trees, but they are further from the water and fill up fast. The unit has several beach chairs, sand toys, and a rolling cooler. A beach wagon would be my only recommendation to the host as it is a decent walk through the pool area to the beach. The chairs are of the Costco variety so easy enough to connect two and carry them down like a back pack.The room was as described and pictured. The modular wall connecting the lanai, kitchen and main sitting area was great for those morning hours and golden hour. Note: In Feb the sunset was obstructed by the Beach building, but still great.We will definitely look to return again!

My wife and kids (10 and 6) stayed here for a week and it was the perfect setup. I loved having a separate bedroom for the kids, and especially with two twin beds so they didn't bother each other too much, and each had their own space.The kitchen was state of the art, sometimes to the point we didn't know how to use appliances but we figured it out. Our property manager Nalani was wonderful, and even met us when we arrived to show us around. She was very responsive and friendly.It was just the right amount of space, and the entire facility was easy to get around in, and especially nice that it was close to shopping centers.
