This was our second time at the villas, first time at this unit and we loved it. Super easy Access to the pool, BBQ grills, beach and bar was a game changer and made everything all the more accessible - especially for a family with young children (we stayed with our 1 and 4 year old). The unit was perfect for us and clean. Bed was comfortable, rooms and bathrooms spacious. Lots of pool toys for our little ones. For future guests, the kitchen had enough for us to cook with in terms of utensils, equipment - although we cooked lightly. You’ll likely need to get cooking oil, spices, tin foil, and other necessities - Not a big deal as there’s shopping nearby but helpful if you want to shop prior to arriving. One comment for KBV overall is to bring back live music most nights! It used to be every day except sundays and now just weekend eves. We had such a blast with the kids on the one night we had live music.

The unit is beautiful and well-equipped. The supplies are generous (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc). The location is PERFECT. The view from the Lanai is exactly as shown...you can see the lagoon and see waves splash against the surfbreak sometimes. Sunsets are stunning - we watched every night from lanai. It is easy to walk down to the lagoon or the pools. Gardens are immaculately maintained.Ko'Olina is a wonderful area. Much quieter than Waikiki, the lagoon water is easy to swim in.The ocean walkway to the other resorts is pretty & makes it easy to get to the restaurants at the Marriott, Aulani or Four Seasons.The Front desk is super friendly and efficient. And the Property Manager is the BEST manager I have ever interfaced with. Joan is totally on top of things and very helpful.We enjoyed eating in for breakfast and sometimes other meals. We went out to the other resorts and to Roy's at the golf course (get the butterfish! Amazing!) and to Monkey Pod at the little shopping area. Nearby in Kapolei is Island Vintage Coffee...it is SO MUCH MORE than a coffee shop. Fabulous breakfasts and meals! GF and vegan options. Portion sizes are huge. Their Braised Rib Loco Moco is enough to split and was our favorite Loco Moco that we had anywhere - and we tried quite a few. The nearby Kapolei area has a lot of services & shopping. Special shout outs to Walmart and to the Down To Earth organic grocery for great products.

Our stay at the condo was amazing!!! The condo was decorated so pretty and extremely clean. The pool was pristine. Loved how the condo overlooked the pool and looked out at the ocean. The hosts were so kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Loved it!!!

My husband and I and our 4 teenagers enjoyed a relaxing vacation in Hawaii. Clean unit. Great location and views from balcony. Enjoyed the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys provided. Choice of two pools and hot tubs. Great access to the path around the lagoons. Short drive or walk to market and restaurants. Costco and Target less than 10 minute drive. Can’t wait to return!

Condo was beautiful, roomy, very clean, bedrooms had plenty space and plenty bathrooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the weather and we had a pretty view. 2 pools were amazing and the beach bar was A. We walked through the koi pond all the time because they are just so beautiful and it was just a great location for it. Location of the villas is perfect and very much enjoyed walking along the lagoons on the very spacious sidewalk. Also enjoyed the restaurants and souvenir shops. Get some groceries and you don’t have to leave Ko’olina at all for your stay. If we get back we would definitely stay here again. Big thank you to Tiffany for meeting us and showing us around, and to Eric at the villas for getting my son some fish food for the koi because we were a little bit late to the fish feeding. This is a beautiful property! The beach villas are tremendous. Located in a family friendly part of oahu, not as crazy as Waikiki and still close to all of the adventures we wanted to do. The view from the lanai was great, we were up for sunrise and sunset every day. Michelle's villa had everything we needed for the week. From a pack n play and booster seat for our 1 1/2 year old to beach toys for our 3 year old. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cookware. We used the provided wagon, toys, beach chairs and beach towels. Check in was so smooth with Jensen. She helped us with our bags and showed us to our room, parking spot, and a gave a brief tour of the grounds. We had a suv (nissan murano) and if fit fine in the provided parking spot. Michelle gave us an extensive list of activities and restaurants to visit around the island. We had a great time at the pebble pool on property and watched the sunset with live music by the pool bar. Fantastic vacation and would 10/10 recommend staying at Michelle's villa.

The resort was a gorgeous property. The views from our lanai were spectacular. The condo was excellent! It was appointed well & many instructions to manage the condo were spelled out perfectly throughout. The staff at the resort were very responsive to our needs and were VERY courteous. Cedric & Shannon at front desk were standouts with their infectious positive demeanors. They helped us immensely with event & excursion ideas. We were disappointed with 2 things: 1) the beach bar has VERY limited & TERRIBLE food & the bartender's service was equally poor. He acted as if his "customer-service gene" had been removed (middle-aged WM with graying hair (evening 9/9/25). We found better accommodations & service at the nearby resorts; 2) the parking spaces (most are for compact cars in the parking structure). On one occasion we could NOT park in assigned spot due to the small size & other standard or SUVs parked nearby. To change to better parking & avoid vehicle damage, we were charged extra to do so in the outdoor parking lot (the condo owner picked up the additional cost). Hailee, condo owner/manager, was great & was available whenever the need arose. Unfortunately, the shuttle that takes Ko 'Olina guests to the Kapolei Ka Makana Ali'i was quite poor with scheduling and customer service. So much so that we had to cancel a dinner reservation.Overall, we were pleased with our 2-week stay in Ko 'Olina and will return, hoping that our aforementioned negatives can be addressed.

Great Ocean and Beach View. On the balcony, can hear the light calming ocean waves sounds and nice live Hawaiian Music at sunset. Kitchen has professional stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, drawer type microwave, etc. There is nice gym and Family enjoyed swimming in the natural pool and jacuzzi. There is a beautiful water landscape with waterfall, bridges, and ducks and colorfull Koi fish. Lots of stuff to use for the beach and picnic, like chairs, snorkel, cart, games, etc. Lots of great restaurants and places nearby like Monkey Pod Kitchen, Eggs & Things, Island Country Markets, and Paradise Cove Luau. Everything about this place is lovely, the views, the pools, the paths, the beach, and we love the lanai and how the doors open so wide. It's like living outside. The condo is very well stocked and in great condition. Everything we needed was right here, we could walk to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, golf, and we could just stay in the area the whole time. The condo and entire space is relaxing and we had a lovely time. Look forward to visiting again!

Location was excellent as was the accommodations. The rationale for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was WiFi connectivity issues upon arrival, recurring hvac issues, and the dryer took an extremely long time to dry clothes. That said, hosts were very responsive and resolved issues promptly with outstanding communication throughout the stay and leading up to arrival. The hosts were very flexible authorizing late checkout which helped as we dealt with a medical emergency. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff and condo were lovely. Very clean, beautiful view, loved the layout of the unit. My favorite part of the day was opening the shades and doors to the lanai in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Our complaints were for the management side of our stay. The snorkeling gear was not waiting for us upon arrival. When it came it was obvious it wasn't cleaned or checked between visitors. The strap locks on one fin were broken off and all the mask/snorkel valves were blown. I snorkel and scuba dive so I know how to fit gear. My advice is to plan to buy your own mask/snorkel at Walgreens for 20 a piece.

Great views from the patio. The bed was very comfortable. Communication w/property management was timely, and responses received in reasonable time frame. Property grounds were beautiful, and pool was fantastic and not very crowed. A quiet pool was also nice. Shower and water pressure was great. Water heated up quickly so no waiting around for hot water. Listing pictures were accurate, and property was as described. Would consider this property again.My only issues would be the no use of umbrellas at the lagoon. They were supplied by the host, but not useable at the Ko Olina area which was a little annoying. Also, would be nice to have a binder in the villa with check out information, local info and various things such as the need for the arrows to line up on the doors for the A/C to work even with doors closed. I had to go to my email to finish checking in, pull up the gather web page and review check out info and such was a slight hassle as I rarely access my email on vacation. I would recommend there should be no need for guest to have to access email after checking in thus a binder would be nice. We only had 1 vehicle & did request to move to the 2nd parking spot listed due to being stuck between two larger vehicles making it difficult getting in and out. But was told the owner had his personal vehicle in the 2nd slot & we could pay 25 extra for an outside parking spot which we declined. 2nd spot should be accessible for use. 5 stars overall as listing was accurate.

Room wasn't as clean as times past. This is our second time staying in this condo. Upon arrival dishes and silverware were still dirty. Pillows need to be replaced as they are stained. Carpets are dirty and stained. Feet turned black after walking on these carpets. Comforters had pen or marker on them. Not a cleaning item. However iron in the closet doesn't work or even turn on.

The resort was very private and not as busy the other two resorts besides it, the Marriott and Disney's Aulani which were both very busy and more energetic lively. When considering stay, required living room and kitchen. More then a room with a couple of beds and a bathroom. Needed a central gathering room. Quiet with a lani and sunset view. Staff was courteous, professional, and most of all personal. Great stay for a family of 6 with great spacing and cool sunsets.

This was our second time staying at this property. We previously stayed in 2021. Again the property did not disappoint! Great location, great views, and a well appointed unit. The mattresses on the beds were new according to the property manager, they’d just been delivered the week before we arrived. They were very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. I will echo my sentiment from my last stay that the chairs on the lanai are not very comfortable. They are not the chairs that you see in the pictures on the listing. They are hard plastic Adirondack type chairs that are difficult to move towards and away from the table on the tile floor. My elderly parents had an especially hard time with them and almost fell at one point trying to move the chair to get up from the table. Also, beware of the washing machine. The drum has an opening between it and the seal and small items can work their way in that opening and be lost forever trapped inside the mechanism of the machine. This happened with one of my reusable makeup eraser clothes. If you’re going to wash smaller items bring a larger delicates washing bag with you to protect against losing any items. This unit has the best allotted parking spot in the garage in my opinion. It’s directly next to the elevator and is an extra wide spot. You can easily park a larger vehicle like an expedition or a wagoneer there where you would have difficulty in any of the other spots in the garage. We love staying here! Mahalo!

Best place to stay in Ko Olina! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, and more. The lanai had a gorgeous sunset view of the ocean and the Aulani and Four Seasons. Pretty at night with all the lights. The only downside is that the lanai gets hot in the afternoons since facing the sun. The bed was very comfortable. Our lagoon (great for kids, without waves)was the least crowded compared to the others. Easy walk to the other hotel restaurants on the beach path. The condo complex has its own outside bar with live music, and lovely pools. The owner of this condo was easy to work with and always responsive with our questions. They have a helpful binder with appliance instructions etc.

Firstly, the Ko Olina community is among the most luxurious area in Oahu and beautifully laid out and meticulously maintained and manicured. There are 5 man-made lagoons along this community and includes rock walls to protect swimmers against the ocean and waves. The areas surrounding the lagoons are wonderfully landscaped and properties is very elegant.The Beach Villas are very high-end condos and this unit was wonderful and had everything needed to enjoy our 9 night stay including tons of kitchen ware. I would definitely recommend this particular condo and Beach Villas in general. The HOA really cares about the experience and enjoyment of the guests.
