Ko Olina Beach Villas was an amazing place to stay. Great for all ages and clean resort style atmosphere. The staff was excellent and the accommodations were fully furnished and supplied everything you needed to have great beach experience as well as a fully functional kitchen for meal preparation . We enjoyed our stay at the villas at Ko Olina. The accommodations were wonderful. The resort staff was very helpful, respectful and polite. The only downside was that we were not able to pick the unit we wanted to stay in. The website would not allow us to do that so we couldn’t see where our location was going to be. I would recommend VRBO make edits to the website so that people Can choose their unit location, i.e. beachfront or otherwise. Maria was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions and needs. The unit was in excellent condition. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Don't hesitate, best place to stay in Ko'Olina. This condo has everything you need. The location is stellar, right on a quiet beach and beautiful views. It is next to Disney Aulani and walking distance to Ko'Olina harbor. Well stocked kichen, beautiful lanai, washer dryer, sand toys, wagon, boogie boards, comfortable beds, helpful staff, gorgeous pools and so much more. Will definitely be back!

The condo, location, amenities, area, grounds, etc. 100% surpassed all expectations. The condo was beautiful, clean, stocked, and so comfortable. Sherrie and Steve were excellent hosts and were easy to work with and communication was great. Top notch!! The area is absolutely breathtaking! The lagoon was just perfect and so much fun. The snorkeling in the lagoon was also excellent. We even had a 3 to 4 foot turtle swim right up to us. The best part was we were away from the congestion and the hustle and bustle in Honolulu, but were still close enough to drive there and experience the sights and attractions. We took a private tour of the whole island, which was absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend. We recommend using Blue Hawaii and asking for Uncle Shane for your tour guide. He was great and so knowledgeable of the island. Uncle Shane was so much fun!Bottom line, this place was perfect and truly felt like paradise. When we return to the island this is the place we would stay at again, hands down!Sherrie and Steve, mahalo for your hospitality. This was a vacation my family and I will never forget.

This property worked out so well for us and our visit to Hawaii. It has excellent restaurants walking distance from the property. The lagoons were peaceful and had cool snorkeling opportunities. The view was great, you can see the ocean from the balcony, but will need to walk down to the beach to see the sunset. I loved how the room keys were only to be used for you. I couldn’t go to another floor with my room key. It made me feel very safe and I felt comfortable leaving my two teens there while we went to the hot tub. Full gorgeous kitchen. The check in process was so easy! The staff working were friendly and greeted with a smile and “Aloha!” When you saw them. The place was well stocked, plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, everything. If I had a complaint, it’s a small one, but the bugs in the place are certainly present; in every room, cabinets, in the dishwasher, etc. we probably saw two or three each day. I reached out to the owner and they sent someone to spray very quickly, but I truly think this is an problem that can’t be controlled given the nature of the property with the doors open on the balcony(which is a must!!!) We just rinsed off dishes before we used them and it was totally fine. I would absolutely recommend this property to someone looking for a place to stay in Oahu.

This resort is beautiful! We loved being away from the busy Waikiki area. We did end up traveling about 45 min to a hour most days to go see various parts of the island. Traffic can be challenging, but that’s expected with any large city. For us, it was worth the drive time to stay in a more peaceful, relaxing and less crowded location. The lagoons are perfect for families with younger kids with no waves. We loved the pool area and our two youngest always looked forward to Koi feeding time. Having coffee in the morning and dinner on the large patio was absolute bliss. We had everything we needed for cooking all meals in the kitchen. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property and unit. The staff is amazing and the host/owners were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate, just book this rental, you won’t regret it!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The area was breath-taking to say the least. The only recommendation would be more comfortable livingroom furniture. The ratan furniture just wasn't comfortable at all. The upside to this is we weren't there much being we were out sightseeing, shopping, and excursions. Overall I give it high ratings and would stay again.

Our family of 5, 3 adult children and parents, found this unit to be perfect in every way! We have stayed in various places across the islands over the last 4 years and our daughter exclaimed, “It’s like Goldilocks. . .just right!” Plenty space, clean and inviting, incredible views! Enjoyed all of our meals on the wonderful lanai, listening to the birds chirping and happy sounds from all of the visitors around us. The proximity of the beautiful beach walk along all 4 lagoons, access to the beach and ocean and pristine pools is unparalleled. The highlight was swimming in the lagoon, being able to see so many beautiful fish and daily sightings of a sea turtle!

Beautiful condo on the 15th floor of a lovely resort in Ko Olina. The ocean view from the lanai was a favorite for our family. We warched sunrises and sunsets. Fantastic check in experience where the manager meets with you and shows you your parking spot and the property. I felt welcome and relaxed.The condo is quiet, clean, modern and comfortable. The resort has everything you need as well with a beautiful pool/bar area. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

The property is paradise. The villa was perfect for our family. We were greeted by the villa ambassador upon arrival. She walked us around the Beach Villa property, explained the details to our villa, while finishing the tour to our dedicated parking spot. She took the guess work out of the property. When walking into the villa, the Hawaiian breeze flowed through the large hideaway doors from the living area to the lanai. The views from the lanai are breath taking. The villa had everything from salt to beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the sleeping arrangement worked well with my family of 6. The villa was clean and well maintained. The owners of the villa were friendly and easy to contact. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a few miles from this beautiful property. We also felt very safe at the Beach Villa. The key card system only allows you access to your floor within your tower. There is only one draw back to this property...rush hour traffic. Just be patient if you find yourself in traffic. It is worth the wait.I could go on and on...We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of time on the beach. It’s so perfect we didn’t want to explore much. Everything we needed for beach was provided. Wish there was a boogie board for the kids but they made due with what they had. The views out of every window were breathtaking. The only thing I’d change is I wish we had more towels in the unit. With 6 of us in there I felt like I was washing towels constantly. The washer and dryer came in super handy with 3 teenage girls. We had a great time here and are already planning our next trip.

First of all, staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina was definitely the right move!! The resort itself is beautiful, and being steps from the lagoon is invaluable!! The entire Ko Olina area is very resort focused, so everything is meticulously cared for, and everything is beautiful. As for this specific condo, it was wonderful! The unit was very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. I did a lot of research before booking this unit, and it's one of the few that had a big sectional in the living room, a sectional on the lanai, and multiple single beds. We're a family of 5, with 3 teen boys, so this was a great fit! Cherie was so wonderful to deal with, and was always reachable and happy to help. While we didn't meet the hosts in person, they were also very helpful by message, and even let us check out late since we had a late flight! We had such a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this unit!

Wow! This villa was amazing. It was better than the pictures. First let's talk about the villa itself. It was decorated beautifully. Every detail made sense. We loved the Hawaiian feel. The beds were very comfortable. It was super clean, and it had an exceptional view. We spent so much time on the lanai. Everything was in great working order. We loved having three bathrooms and lots of beds. Our host, Tiffany, was super responsive and accommodating. Now let's talk about the grounds. The pools are outstanding, especially the lagoon pool. We loved the sandy bottom area for when our 5 month old grandson visited. The beach lagoons were relaxing and worry free for us as grandparents. We practiced snorkeling there for our visit to Sharks Cove. If you get a chance, walk to Secret Beach which is just about a 10-15 minute walk away. We had dole whip several times next door at Disney's Aulani hotel, but loved that our resort was so much quieter and less crowded. We preferred the location for the resort (this was our 4th visit to Hawaii). Yes, there is a lot of traffic at certain times of the day. We just avoided driving during those times. I didn't cook as much as I intended because they have some good restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed Egg's and Things and Monkeypod. Our entire family thought our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villa's was exceptional. We were there in May for our grandson's high school graduation.

We prefer to do our own cooking. This condo is showing some age - but Maria quickly addressed my questions or concerns. Son used the gym. We used hot tub after ocean swimming. Loved the sunsets.

We had the best time at Eric’s condo. It was even better than the pictures and description. The condo complex is very quiet and not crowded at all. The pools and hot tubs were never too busy. The condo itself was clean and luxurious. It was very well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. The view from the large lanai was of the ocean while the bedroom lanai had an equally stunning view of the mountains and the sunrise. Restaurants at neighboring resorts as well as the little plaza were all within walking distance. The area felt extremely safe. I have to say this condo was the nicest we have ever stayed in!

The villa has very comfortable bedrooms, a nice spacious living area with kitchen. We spent every morning on the Lanai Balcony relaxing with coffee enjoying the view, the birds, and even the variety of military aircraft flying by. The pools are very refreshing, where we spent much time. The Lagoon Beach is terrific, Great for families. The Villa provided all the supplies needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed many of the restaurants in Ko Olina. All are within walking distance going between the Lagoons. Sunsets were amazing for viewing at the Lagoons. We’ve stayed at these villas before—and loved it. This was a great trip. Location can not be beat. This villa is super clean and everything is in great condition. For comparison - we’ve also stayed at the Marriott and Aulani. There is NO comparison. This is much much better in every way. The property manager Tiffany rocks. The only thing that I would say is the management company that runs the entire complex which is a condo—with one exception are super unfriendly. If you need anything I’d go through your rental agent. Even the signs they have posted are just me a spirited. It’s as if you are guilty of breaking things before you get there, including the elevator! One other thing: why does the gym open at 6am? There are enough people saying from the mainland the 6 am is almost afternoon! All other hotels is 24/7. This is a major pain.

We especially enjoyed the balcony ,looking out at the beautifully decorated grounds and the lagoon .The stroll down to the water to view the sunset was amazing.
