Keith and Nalani were excellent hosts, and so welcoming. The unit itself was perfect (clean, luxurious, spacious, quiet) and fully-equipped with everything we needed as a family of four. The main lanai has incredible ocean views and we spent many hours relaxing on it. The building itself was excellent with nice pools, a great gym, fun beach-front bar, easy parking, fast elevators and walking distance to restaurants. We had a fantastic vacation!

Shane the greeter is awesome!! So nice and helpful. We come over annually for a soccer tournament. Over the past 4 stays, this has been the BEST unit we've experienced so far at Ko Olina Beach Villas. All have been nice, but this one was a bit extra. Nice furniture with drawers that close well on the nightstands and dressers, nice kitchen knives, pots and pans, some spices and great food storage containers! The closet with chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, wagon was great. First time we've had use of a wagon and we loved it!

The location of the unit is great. The unit itself lacks in certain aspects. The kitchen only has the basic of items if you plan on cooking some of your own meals. Also, the microwave door is broken, the dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes properly and the oven takes forever to preheat. The kitchen faucet leaked into the cupboard the first day we were there. We reported this and it was fixed that day.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback was how high the bed was in the master bedroom. I am very short and had a hard time getting in the bed. A small step stool would be handy for next people. Otherwise we had great time. We loved the sharp knives too!

Our stay was wonderful! The villa exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We slept so well! The view is out of this world, overlooking the lap pool, hot tub, with the lagoon/kiddie pool and additional hot tubs a short walk beyond the first pool, then to the beachside lagoon. The closet had beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and a cooler. The sunsets are stunning from the beach or the balcony. We saw whales every night at sunset and were lucky enough to get a full breach one night! We were less than 1/2 mile walk to the Marriott restaurants and marketplace as well as 1/2 mile walk to the Ko’Olina visitors center that offers an ABC store, local shopping, and restaurants. The purpose of our visit was to visit our son stationed at Schofield Barracks. We chose this location due to proximity. We are never more than 35 minutes from him in rush hour traffic making this stay ideal. He was able to drive out after work, park in guest parking and enjoy a home cooked meal in the beautiful kitchen while dining on the balcony. The kitchen has great appliances and everything you need to shop for the week and cook at home. There are ample grocery stores within a 10-15 minute drive, including Costco. Aside from eating at 808 Craft House and Longboards (both very good), we ate at home as the kitchen allowed for that. We will most certainly be back to paradise and will easily book this stay again! Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Even though the balcony overlooks a small parking lot, the view is terrific. Bedrooms are very comfortable, although the second bedroom beds are smaller than they appear in the photographs. Our fifth guest slept on the fold-out couch/bed in the living area and was quite comfortable. Bathrooms are very spacious and nice.The area is good. Fabulous beach walks along the lagoons, and although it is popular it was never crowded. No problem finding a beach spot with excellent protected swimming areas. The facility pools and bar area are also really nice with friendly service. The grounds are beautiful and very well landscaped.There are several decent restaurants within short walking distance. Snacks only are available at the bar area.Small improvements could be a deep clean and upgraded household linens and towels as they’re starting to look worn, but overall the apartment is great.

Great location, nearby beaches a few-minute walk, restaurants, easy walk to boutique shopping, including ABC shop. Villa on the third floor, with views from the balcony. Large, quick elevators. Surrounded by good walking, running, and bike paths. Ko Alina is much quieter and relaxed than Waikiki, and has easy access to anywhere.The only downside was the very limited closet space; we lived out of our suitcases. We had a large van for the 5 adults and baggage, the allocated car space was too small for us to access when another car was parked alongside, so we were provided a larger outdoor parking space for a small fee.If you are staying in Oahu, especially with kids, Ko Alina is the place to stay.

Everything was perfect! Our family of 10 stayed in this 3 bedroom and another 2 bedroom at the same resort. The resort is stunning and everything was so clean and beautiful. My brother said this was the nicest place he had ever stayed. We loved it and hope to visit again! We enjoyed walking next door to the Disney resort to eat dinner and Dole whip but the large rooms and kitchen here were ideal for our family to cook breakfast each morning and spend quality time together with gorgeous views. If I could give a 10 star rating I would! The owner, Michelle was AMAZING! She was so helpful, quick to respond and accommodating with anything we needed. Her 3 bed room villa was perfect for our family! We took my older kids and grandkids and having a full kitchen, w/d, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping arrangements worked out so well! The mattress in the master bedroom is brand new and I slept amazing all week. She supplied a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even sand toys to play with for my grandkids! We had access to our own private lagoon that was much less crowded than the neighboring lagoons. The barbecues are deep cleaned every night and it was so fun to have family dinner by the pool. The gym at the facility is next to none with all brand new equipment. The location of Ko’Olina is perfect with close by restaurants and even Costco is only 2 miles away to stock up the fridge. I looked all over for a place to take my entire family and I hit the jackpot with this location and this particular unit. We will be back!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The host is a five star communicator. Went above and beyond to make sure we were all set and good to go. The villa is at the best location. You are a short stroll away from the beach that isn’t packed, yet is perfect for any age. The distance to shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. We brought 2 teenage girls with us and they absolutely loved it. If that doesn’t speak volumes, about this place then nothing will! Book this place. You will not regret. Rather you’ll start planning the next time you’ll be staying there. That’s what we’re doing!

Really like staying at the property. Had our 3 adult girls stay in one bedroom, 2 in one bed and another on a cot that was provided, while wife and I stayed in the master. Nice pools and access to beach. Beach supplies worked great, such as towels and cart. The Ko Olina area is walkable and very pretty.

The great communication with our host from booking the place to the day before our trip to the time we arrived. She answered all my questions and gave great recommendations on places to see. The villa itself was beautiful and well equipped with items you would need for the beach and cooking in the kitchen. The facility was wonderful and having the lagoon for the kids to swim in was perfect. My only little negative was I wish the king bed and pillows were more comfortable (but that could be a personal issue). Otherwise highly recommend booking a stay here, it was perfect.

The oven took a little longer to heat up and the dryer wasn’t the best, but we were informed about these ahead of time and it didn’t impact our experience.
