The condo was more spacious than we had anticipated, with views to the pools and lagoons that were outstanding! Our family of seven were very comfortable our entire stay. Our 14 and 11-year-old grandsons thought they hit the jackpot with access to the pools and the lagoons. We will definitely plan another trip in the future and would love to stay at this wonderful condo again.

Our family had a fantastic experience! Everything was easy and well run, the included free parking was awesome, amenities were fantastic. We expected to drive around to other areas but had such a wonderful time in the beautiful pools, hot tubs, and beaches that we ended up staying on site most of the time! The house is great, roomy, and in great condition. Everything was well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, and boogie boards. We loved the double doors opening on the patio and enjoyed many meals on the patio. We’ve stayed at the nearby resorts in the past and this experience was much better due to lower crowds, better room quality and space, plus the included parking. We did not want to leave! It was the perfect option for young kids.

First class property with first class hosts. The suite is a well designed two bedroom with a great balcony for relaxation and sunset views. We spent most of our time at the lagoon beach and pool. Don Don donki is a Japanese super market that is a 7minute drive away (highly recommended for fresh fish and good Japanese eats). We didn't have any issues during our stay as the hosts took care of everything before our arrival. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in our Ocean View Suite. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Extremely clean and comfortable. The set up of of 2 bedrooms and two baths with the living area in between was perfect for my husband and I and our son and daughter in law to have time together and privacy. We really enjoyed the lanai and being able to quietly sit outside in the mornings, and take in the beautiful view of the ocean.It was very helpful to have a brief orientation to the unit by Tiffany upon our arrival.

We have stayed at multiple condos on this property and this one is well stocked with floaties, wagon and chairs for the family! Initially our condo was not clean due to a confusion with back to back check in’s but the host took care of it immediately and rectified the situation. We will book again next year!

And was there waiting for us when we arrived and as we checked in he quickly helped my wife unload our bags and groceries and whisked them up to the room before we got there. Luxury retreat! The view from the balcony is fantastic and the mornings were beautiful when we opened the patio doors completely (they slide into the wall) for an expansive view from the kitchen while making breakfast. I loved being able to go from beach to pool/hot tub in a distance of a few feet. Check-in was easy. The unit includes beach chairs and beach toys. I love to snorkel and the lagoon is good for that - saw a couple of turtles and plenty of fish.

This was our fourth time visiting this property. We loved the cleanliness, amenities and location as always. When we arrived, the toilet cistern was leaking and some other amenities were missing. We reported them promptly. Lynn took very good care of us while we were there and attended to the maintenance items very promptly. I would request that the property be more thoroughly inspected to make sure all facilities are functioning properly and all supplies are provided in adequate quantity. Other than that everything was excellent and we plan to come back there again next year.

Beach/cove was really nice and convenient. Definitely recommend and would return again on a trip to Hawaii.The host was great, didn't have a need to contact them during the stay, but the communication beforehand was very helpful.

What a beautiful place! Tucked into Ko Olina, this is a nice place for your home Hawai’i base. Swim in the pools or load up the wagon provided with snorkels, boogie boards and chairs and take them down to the beach! Full kitchen so you can go to the store and stock up! My favorite amenity was opening up the huge pocket doors on the patio and watching the sunset on the Lanai.

Very easy to check in. Very safe for early walks. Very easy access for swimming, did not have to take anything but towel and key. Parking very convenient, safe, and not extra cost. Very quiet, but the refri/freezer humming noticeable, when trying to sleep. It shares a wall with the mauka bedroom. The view was amazing. I was a treat.

Location is the best! Some things in the villa need upgrading. Friendliness of the staff is excellent except for one at the reception desk who was a bit rude. Villa owners have designated parking spaces only issue we had was if you have a minivan or bigger SUV it might be a problem because the parking spaces are very narrow. Overall, our stay was great.

Beautiful location, we had a small hiccup with the power tripping in one bedroom - complete nonissue just pointing out to say how quick and responsive they were to fix it, resolved same day. Plenty of restaurants, Costco and target near by. The location is everything, driving distance to Waikiki - nice to stay on the outside of such the busy city. More relaxing vibes but still with all the amenities.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay on our Oahu vacation. I did a lot of research about the different sides of the island and the hotel/rental options available in each. We are SO GLAD we stayed at Beach Villas in KoAlina. The property was gorgeous, the views from our room were absolutely stunning, and the host and condo unit were wonderfully accommodating and prepared for all the things we would need. We liked the condo. The pictures on VRBO made the place look twice the size it really was but still very acceptable. There was major security where you had to have a key card to even make the elevators work and even get to your car which was ok unless you forgot your key. I wouldn’t stay on the side of the building we stayed in again. Too noisy. We did have an incident where a boyfriend of one of our grandchildren caused the elevator to stop which was not purposely done but more of excitement due to being his first time to the ocean. Still don’t know if they will fine us for that action. We hope not.

Our family of 5 adults spent 7 nights at this villa, and all were very happy with the accomodations! There was a lovely welcome note and gift waiting for us when we arrived - A very nice touch. Many items were provided (paper products, laundry detergent/facilities, condiments, beach towels/gear, games/books, etc) and greatly appreciated! The unit was very clean and well taken care of. When at the villa, we spent most of our time on the spacious lanai - Our group's favorite feature of the unit. We had one slight issue on our last day, but reached out to the owner and it was resolved quickly. Overall, a fantastic stay - Would definitely recommend to others looking for a laid-back family style vacation. Steve and Sherrie are great VRBO hosts.

Our host was very welcoming and even provided a shower chair for my aged mother. This unit, BT808, is such a fantastic location! We loved being so close to the beach and the view from the lanai. It was amazing!We also loved how friendly the staff were every time we walked through the lobby. The gym was fantastic, and the pool with the sand on the bottom was perfect for our young grandsons. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic—the location was perfect, we felt completely safe, and our 12-year-old loved feeding the koi fish. The beach was exactly what we hoped for: not too crowded or wavy, and great for snorkeling, swimming, and playing catch.
