We didn't think a plumber was necessary so we bought a drain snake and unclogged both. They were full of hair. The toilet in the hallway bath was very dirty. And if you like to sit outside, the two air conditioners by the patio are quite noisy. We sat out anyway and endured the noise. A list of other complaints has or will be sent to the owner. Other than the air conditioners, this is located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors and other residents are friendly. The pool is also very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I love this home and I love Ko’Olina. This is my second time in this home. I love it here. The new upgrades are beautiful. It’s the perfect location, the neighbors are amazing 🥰. We love hanging out with them. I’m still in a depression over having to come back home to California 😢. If we have guests or family coming with us next year, we will be sure to book this beautiful home again. I can’t say anything negative because I just can’t think of anything. Loved our month long stay! We enjoyed the location near the lagoons with the kids. Parking at the lagoons can be challenging once school is out. There is one golf cart parking spot at lagoon 1 but at the lot to the left of chapel. Kapolei is great and nearby for Costco, Safeway, and a great outdoor mall with a nice theatre.
Golf cart is great but not easy in/out as you are not allowed to drive on grass. Parking for guests or if you have 2 cars is a hassle as there is no street parking. Texting manager after 5 pm is easiest way for guest parking.
Would be nice and less hassle if there were 2 entry gate fobs which are also used for pool gate. Pool was lovely and bbq’s too. The kitchen was well stocked including cleaning supplies, and in great working order. I did need to purchase a full size broom and entry way rug. The villa had new floors and new paint. I would suggest overhead fans or standing fans in all bedrooms to save on a/c costs. The a/c worked great and we were careful to turn it up when we left house. Neighbors are friendly.
We did have an issue upon arrival concerning the cleanliness of duvets, comforters, and the sheets on one of the beds. Did ask for a bit of the 450.00 cleaning refund due to this as we could not use one room the first night but that did not happen. Just check all bedding as you arrive.
No recycling but you can drop off cans and plastic bottles next to Safeway.

We stayed in this villa for 6 weeks and we had an amazing time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and workers always keep it nice and clean. The unit has a nice floor plan, the kitchen is well equipped, the patio is quiet and has shade most of the day, the pool is very nice, the new BBQs at the pool are new and high quality. It is 5 minutes’ walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and stores and of course close to the lagoons. At the beginning of our trip the owners bought new knives to replace the dull ones that were in the unit. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The Wi-Fi is great in the unit and at the pool. We will come back!

It was our second trip to Koolina, and we truly fall in love with this place again! Properly is located in gated community Koolina Kai, walking distance to restaurants, store, beaches. Very convenient location. Beautiful unit with all nessesary utilities. Kitchen was equipped with all nessesary stuff, it was very easy to cook and enjoy our stay. 2 huge rooms, a lot of space. Easy communication with property management and owner. During our stay we had only 1 issue, but we have resolved it and it did not bother our stay and did not effect our overall experience. This property was clean and extremely comfortable. We felt right at home immediately. There were plenty of amenities.. everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was high quality. The bath towels were fluffy and large. There were plenty of large beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys/snorkel gear. The kitchen amenities included a variety of small appliances, quality pots/pans, baking supplies, crockpot, and 3 different types of coffee pots to meet everyone's need. The living room furniture was comfy and sat us comfortably for watching TV or relaxing after a long day. The lanai has a nice table with 4 chairs to enjoy meals outdoors, a morning cup of coffee, or an evening cocktail. Kathi, our host, was very helpful and a great communicator. We had a small maintenance issue that she addressed immediately. The condo was large enough for a family or multiple couples traveling together. The bedrooms were of ample sized with lots of storage space/closets. Our stay was wonderful and would definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property in Ko'Olina. Everything was as described in the listing and it was outfitted with all the beach gear you could possibly need. Ko'olina is a wonderful resort area to stay in. This home is located in a quite area with nice amenities. The walk to the lagoons is nice and the lagoons themselves are fabulous. This was our second stay in this property, and again, it did not disappoint! The property was very clean, inviting and well appointed with plenty of thoughtful touches. The location is fantastic - close to the bustle but far enough removed to feel relaxing. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and even coolers to make going to the beach a breeze, especially on the golf cart, which the kids loved. We took full advantage of the lovely community pool and grilled there a few times. We loved our stay and if vacationing on Oahu in the future, would not hesitate to stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our month on Oahu. Everything we wanted was close - beach, golf club, market, restaurants. My favourite was sitting out on the lanai as it faces on to a beautiful green area that is superbly landscaped and attracts lots of birds. I recommend getting the card that gives you access to the sports club as there are lots of free activities available. My favourites were the stand up paddle boarding, soin class and yoga. The condo is located very close to the pool (just rememeber to register at the office at the pool when you get there so your fob works). The overall complex is a very relaxing place and i left after 4 weeks feeling a lot more relaxed.

The property was exactly as pictured. There were more than enough "extras" such as golf cart to ride to and from pool or beach, bikes, beach accessories and more. The pool is small so can get busy but there are the lagoons and once you figure out the short cuts it's easy. The neighbourhood is super quiet and the neighbours friendly. This was truly a great vacation and this property made all the difference. Definitely will stay here again and again if it's not booked up.

This home and location far exceeded our expectations. Clean and Had everything we needed. Short drive to target, Costco, Walmart… you name it! Just A five minute WALK to the Aulani/lagoon, the ABC store, shopping center and restaurants. There is also a bus stop within a few minutes walk where you can catch a bus into Waikiki for $3…. Yep, only $3. We had a rental car but my daughter/son used the bus system one day. The community is beyond amazing! The pool area is beautiful. Great for bbq, swimming, a soak in the jacuzzi. We made friends with the neighbors who are all soo friendly. I could go on forever about all the good things this home and Ko’Olina have. Having the golf cart really helped with the lagoon parking. Sometimes we Just walked to the lagoons, especially for the amazing sunsets. Beach chairs, ice chests, boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc… were a nice surprise. The home had literally everything you could need. The only thing we thought would have been nice to have was a wagon to take beach gear when we walked to the lagoons, but it wasn’ta big deal. Having a lanai off the master was soo relaxing to have a cocktail in the evenings and breakfast of the lanai downstairs. We are Definitely coming back to Ko’olina next summer. We’d love to stay here again but don’t really need a 3 bedroom next year. With the price increase we may reserve a 2 bedroom. If we ever need a 3 bedroom again, I will reserve this home in a heartbeat. I didn’t want to leave. It’s only been a week and I still miss this home, the community, the Aloha we felt while we were there. Literally the best vacation EVER!!! Make sure you check out secret beach. It’s by the parking lot where they have the luau’s. It’s breathtaking. We didn’t find out about it until our last 2 days. Much Mahalo for the incredible experience and beautiful home.

ALOHA!!! We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is 5 mins to Roys and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the Lagoons. You can walk to the other restaurants and the ABC store. It is a close drive to Costco, Target & Safeway. The bikes, water tubes, towels, chairs and a wagon were awesome to have at the property. Walking distance to the community pool/spa. It is very quiet. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and everyone is so pleasant. The place is nicely decorated/comforting and the beds are very comfortable. Needs a little updating in the kitchen appliances, supplies and bathrooms, but it has what you need. The owner of the property is awesome and responds promptly. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Such a great little place to stretch out and really enjoy life in Hawaii. The proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants/activities was convenient, but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to be able to truly rest and enjoy the space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with great walking paths and nice neighbors. The beds are SUPER comfy and the space tastefully decorated and smartly laid out. Kitchen had everything you might need to whip up anything from a quick lunch, to a multi-course dinner, to after dinner drinks/coffee. Property manager was courteous and prompt along with great suggestions. The pool and bbq area was a nice treat as well. The entire family (ages 23-76) really enjoyed this place. We will always have special memories of sitting out on the lanai each morning with our Costco purchased 100% Hawaiian coffee and watching the birds. The easy access to some amazing beaches and resorts made us actually like Oahu for the first time since we are not lovers of Honolulu or Waikiki because of the crowds and metropolitan feel. The neighborhood was ideal with amazing and well-kept landscaping. Inside the townhome we took much advantage of the kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, appliances and dishes we needed to regularly make some great breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Having three full bathrooms was perfect for our family, and having one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor was ideal for our parents who stayed with us for a few weeks. You cannot beat the access to shopping at places like Costco, Safeway, Target and Walmart for everything you need during your month. We had a few issues come up during our time, but Darren (property manager) was always very quick to respond to any issues we had and addressed them. All-in-all, we loved the place and would return if we are able to do another month in Oahu in the future!

We have stayed in Ko Olina many times. In the past we have always stayed at either the Marriott timeshare or at Disney Aulani. This time we decided to go for a month and rented this lovely condo. In terms of age/condition/cleanliness I would say it's very comparable to the Marriott property. The big advantage to the condo is getting more space to stretch out. Plus, being in the condo community gave us some sense of normalcy as we worked and did high school remotely. Yes the Wi-fi was just fine for multiple Zoom meetings at once. The one wi-fi issue I noticed (but kids didn't mention) is more of an island wide issue and that is latency not seen on the mainland. So I do a lot of my work on the cloud - like our data server and our email Exchange server. There was slight delays there but I do believe it had nothing to do with the wi-fi of this condo. Just mentioning this so you know the wi-fi is as good as it reasonably can be on the islands based on my research. Again, multiple Zoom meetings going at once and we were all fine. Of course, you aren't just there for the wi-fi right!? The pool was great but closed after one week for a complete renovation. It was closed 3 weeks and I am sure will be awesome now. It's probably a 150-200 feet to the pool. I heard re-plastering, new BBQs, new chairs, etc.... Plus they have a hot tub and big cabanas you can reserve for no charge. Also, they do have Wifi at the pool though we didn't use it. I did most of my work on the back patio which is completely shaded all day. About 9:00 am the sun came in from the west but as long as I stayed tucked against the slider I had no sun in my face. The patio turned out to be the place I spent the most time working, reading, relaxing. With the pool closed we walked to the beach every day. I think the lagoon at Disney is the closest. It's probably 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. That's a good one as you go by the ABC Country Store so can pick up a sandwich or a drink on the way. We usually went to the Marriott beach as it was a little less crowded and perhaps a little bigger!? It was about a 15 minute walk. The Marriott bar is right there if you want an afternoon cocktail. Officially no alcohol on the beach though. Wink wink. Back at the condo we ate most of our meals there and the kitchen is well equipped. In fact, the whole condo was well equipped. Oh ya, I went to the gym every day. It was a 10 minute walk. Overall- great stay! Mahalo!

The golf buggy was an ideal way to get around Ko olina and even without the buggy, beach was only 10-15 min walk through the golf course shortcut. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

The home is beautiful. Very well appointed. Everything we needed for our family of 7. The owner was very responsive to all of our issues. Issue 1 no ice maker. Owner volunterred to refund for large bag of ice. Issue 2 ac did not work for 3 nights. Owner called in someone to repair it. Thank you for fixing it but it felt strange that we were being watched remotely by our ac use and the doorbell camera. The owner turned down the ac one morning when she thought we were all out of the house when only 5 of the family left. We awoke to 81 degrees. At that point we felt strange like we were being "watched". The Gem car was awesome. It was a pain to have to move the car each time we used it. But , we chose to use the Gem. It was fun. Overall a great stay. Comfy beds and lots of extras.

We really enjoyed the house. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciated all the board games to play when we were in the house. We've stayed in other places where it's bare but this felt like a real home. The community was safe and quiet. The pool was nice and not too far away. The GEM car was fun and easy to use and we loved having beach chairs & toys to use at the lagoon. The only nuisance was moving the our rental car every time we wanted to use the GEM car as there was no where else to park. Beautiful vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, well stocked, and beyond what you would expect for most places. Kathi was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. We stayed for a month and would have loved to stay longer. The home was really comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. There were lots of extra items there for children and beach use that were appreciated as well. The location and neighborhood are great and easy walking distance to the lagoons. Golf carts are available but it was honestly easier to walk where we wanted. Several good restaurants and stores right there. You can’t beat it! We would gladly stay there again!

I stayed in Kathi's condo for over a month. She is a easy person to deal with. We noticed that TV was broken and she replaced it. Also during our stay the coffee maker stopped working and she didn't have any problems replacing it. The condo has everything you need to make you enjoy Hawaii. Kitchen has everything for meal preparation as well as beach towels and baby stuff. If you are traveling to Oahu with a baby, Kathi's place will be ideally for your stay.

Experience could not have been better! The property was beyond our expectations and Betsy way super accommodating and made our experience absolutely perfect in every way!
Stayed with 3 kiddos and everyone had more than enough space! Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Central A/C worked perfectly. Super safe upscale neighborhood a couple blocks from amazing lagoons, which we visited daily. Gulf cart was super convenient. Having three bathrooms after the beach was super convenient, as was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Saltwater Pool was gorgeous and the kids loved it! Grill on patio was awesome and we used it a lot! Gorgeous upper level with private master bath- second upper level bedroom sleeps 4 kids in separate beds, and is far enough away from master to give privacy- second bath upstairs was great. Main level also has a bedroom and a bathroom- not a private bath down here which was nice so everyone could use it. About a 20 min drive to Waikiki. Many shuttles pick you up from Disney resort and four seasons right by, which you can drive the golf cart to easily. Can take gold cart a few blocks away to ice cream shop, pizza place, coffee shop, ABC store, and local shops. This home is pretty much on the golf course! Beach lagoons were not crowded and have wave breakers, so it’s super safe for kids to swim without worrying about undertow etc. my 12 year old spent hours trying to catch a small fish in a bucket lol
Everything was super clean and amenities were outstanding! Plenty of towels and dishes. Cleaning supplies provided. Communication from owner was super prompt and she is so kind and always willing to help with whatever you need! I really can’t say enough great things about this experience! First time using VRBO so I was a bit nervous, but all was seemless! I would give this ten stars if I could! I would not have any hesitation renting this, and will absolutely stay here over the Hilton Hawaiian village where I stayed previous visits. So much better here with extra space , especially with kids!

Both Mary and Kathi were a pleasure to deal with. Villa was set up with everything you would need, insta pot, slow cooker, rice cooker and all your basic kitchen requirements. Previous guests leave purchased items they can’t take home with them for the next guests to use and Mary and Kathi leave them in the garage (coolers, boogie boards, fishing rods, sun umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.). You really don’t need to buy much in that regard. It was so nice at the end of a long day to have the space to relax in your own room instead of being cramped in a hotel room.

First off, Betsy was wonderful to deal with. She really made everything easy throughout the whole process.
The house is large with plenty of space. The kitchen could be better equipped but there is a Target and Costco nearby with anything you could need.
The grounds and pool are wonderful. The location is ideal with a short scenic walk to both the Station and the beach. The golf cart was handier than we expected. It was really nice to be able to load everything into the back and go.
The beds were comfortable.
The house is very toddler friendly. They have everything you need - booster seat, crib, stair gate, beach toys, etc.
We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Kathi’s home so much. There was so much room and plenty of beds for everyone that were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our stay. We definitely felt at home here and Kathi was just a text away if we needed anything. The pool at this complex is absolutely perfect especially for kids as there is an area that is about 1.5 feet deep so our younger kids could just jump in and get out no problem. The house was just a short walk away from lagoon 1 and a small shopping center with restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming back again! The Ko Olina area is gorgeous.

The house was perfectly located and made going around very easy! The pool was a one minute walk away which made it very convenient with an infant! Kitchen was well stocked didn’t have to worry about anything
