The host and the resort team were amazing! The unit itself was spacious and beautiful with all the comforts of home.The pools and hottub were great! Especially for families with small children. We went with a 6, 4, and 1 year old. The main pool is not just a big rectangle. It winds around and has lots of areas to enjoy. I've been to Aulani for a weekend once and its impossibel to relax because its just too busy and too many play structures for your kids to disappear behind. This was PERFECT!There is another lap/quiet pool/hottub as well so if you dont want to be around kids, you can enjoy that one.

The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6. The balcony was my favorite part given the size and view. The location is great being so close to the beach, and it was really quiet. Beds were super comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

The views from the lanai of this condo are stunning.Our family of five stayed for 13 days and we had a great time. Each room is laid out very well to allow separation and some privacy.The amenities were fantastic and included storage containers for food, spices, foil etc. The cleaning crew that came in half way through our trip did a very thorough cleaning of all areas of the condo.The host was very accommodating and allowed us to have a later check out due to our late flight home.This condo gets a 5 plus star rating by the entire group.Penny

The most stunning sunsets from the lanai! The pictures do not do it justice. From the moment we walked into the condo and opened the door to the lanai, it was just beautiful!We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai with the most amazing views during our week long stay. Check in was quick and easy. Stuff was great! The condo had everything you need, beach towels and chairs, a wagon to take all items to the beach, cooler, kitchen had all cooking utensils, rice cooker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cleaning essentials and much more!The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. Bath towels were provided. Washer in dryer in the condo was a plus! We had an amazing stay! With the beach just steps away from the condo, sitting at the beach till sunset, then off to the pool and finishing off by relaxing in the jacuzzi! The beach lagoon was much quieter than the surrounding resorts which was nice. Relaxing bar with nightly entertainment near the pool area. Highly recommend this condo, we loved everything about it.

I’ve seen the two bedroom units at the neighboring resort, and the finishes are definitely nicer here at the Beach Villas. Beds were very comfortable. Views of the pool, ocean and golf course were very nice. Kitchen was nice and appliances worked great. Well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. The unit had beach gear and a couple of coolers that came in handy for trips to Costco or long drives. It was very quiet this time of year (Oct) which was great. The washer and dryer was very useful and the lanai was where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It was too hot in the afternoon to sit on the lanai, but the mornings and around sunset were very pleasant. The Bluetooth stereo was great for playing some island tunes. Parking was conveniently located to the elevators and the elevators were fast and efficient compared to other hotels in the area. There are no restaurants on site, however it’s only about a 10 min walk to some really great restaurants at the neighboring resorts. Very good location that is close to golf, shopping, restaurants and snorkel activities (Lagoon 4 harbor). The owner was easy to work with and very helpful.The lanai is not as private as it appears in the photos, as it’s a corner unit with an adjacent lanai from the neighbors in view. That being said we were fortunate that no one was there after the first few days. I wish it had a few champagne flutes and maybe a few more wine glasses. An upgrade to the toilet paper quality would be nice too.

Terrific in every respect, room and view exceeded expectations, would definitely return via VRBO. Only real negative wasn't related to VRBO; check-in at Marriott desk to get key and parking pass resulted in 2 ridiculous timeshare pitches under the guise of "thank you gifts" which were straight out of a 1990s Mexican resort playbook, which unfortunately colored our overall experience a bit.

Our room was in need of updating. A handle came off in my hand opening a cupboard in the kitchen. Furniturewas pretty worn and scratched up. Was definitely an older room, but it was clean. Maid service was to be twice a week, came only once in 2 weeks. Mountain view room, but was near elevator (room# 21613) which was in function from 530am to 1100pm. For the price we paid, we talked to people with nicer studio villas and less expensive. But it was s nice trip.

Suite was bigger than I imagined. Plenty of room with a comfortable bed and great seating area. The lanai is a bit small but fits 2 people with a good partial ocean view. The small kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked with coffee maker, coffee, rice cooker, dishes. The small fridge has plenty of space for drinks and snacks. They even supplied laundry detergent and laundry facilities are free. The host was very responsive to questions. The resort is beautiful with great views and the staff was very friendly. If you’re considering Ko Olina, this is the unit to stay at. The views from the room are stunning and the overall space is great for families. We used the laundry and kitchen daily. Major perk to be able to take the chairs to the beach! We started every morning on the balcony (the pocket doors were perfect to open the unit up). The hosts were kind and great communicators.

The Marriott Beach Club in Ko Olina is so beautiful. No matter where you go you can see the ocean, beach, harbor, Disney and more. The property is well cared for. My suite was perfect. King bed and pull out bed. Nice bed pillows. Very clean and had coffee maker with mesh filter in it, toaster, tea pot, microwave and rice maker. The ocean view was fantastic. I was able to see the ocean and the left side of the cove. Longboards was my go to for lunch and dinner. Participated in some hotel activities. I will come back in a few years and would love to stay at the same place. The downside was over an hour wait at check in. Elevators were slow and packed with people and luggage racks. Loved the water station but wish ice machines were next to it and not on a different floor. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place and a great vacation.

Had a great stay! Loved the proximity to the adult pool and lagoon. Enjoyed our morning walks along the beach trail between the resorts and even got to see a sleeping monk seal along the way! Definitely would recommend visiting and the only difficulty was finding a parking space in the evenings.

Perfect location for a getaway. 20 minute ride from the airport so you don’t need a car but if you want one, there’s an enterprise Rent-A-Car on location walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and access to beautiful lagoons and poolsto swim close by the marina for excursions you can’t go wrong with this property. It’s perfect.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful resort. Everything about it was perfect and just exquisite. We ask for a late check out and they were so accommodating. It absolutely made our last day so wonderful. The manager and the rest of the staff could not do enough to make our stay nice. I hope to come again to this beautiful paradise property. This property was gorgeous. We took extended family and had our own private spaces when we wanted. The condo had great views of the ocean abd the balcony was inviting in the early morning and into the evening. There dining options and shopping near by. It was a food base for our daily excursions. Would highly recommend.
