Walking into this place upon arriving in Hawaii was like a breath of fresh air. The space is stunning, love the lanai, the large living area, separate bathrooms. It’s everything a Hawaii condo should be.

We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay with you.

Spent 10 days here. Unit is clean, lanai is beautiful and large. We ate all our meals enjoying the sun and ocean views from the deck. Lagoon in front is just a few minutes walk. Pools at Beach Villas were much enjoyed by our kids.

We LOVE this property. This was our third time staying in Ko Olina but first time at the Beach Villas. For us, this is the best place to stay. Excellent amenities for family, the staff is great, the property is super clean, easy access to the highway but you’d never know it from the views. Jeff and Shelby were excellent hosts, the villa was stocked with perfect basics to get you started. Beach trips were made easy with a boogie board, towels, chairs, buckets, etc… all ready to go in a closet. Basic laundry soap available so if you’re not brand picky, you’re covered there, too! The bed was more comfy than my bed at home and now makes me want to get a memory foam mattress! Prior to arrival I reached out a couple times with various questions, parking, sleeping arrangement, we went over Easter so I was curious about an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, etc… Jeff responded within 24 hours each time with a thorough response, no back and forth required. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Cheers!

The Ko Olina property has it all! Wonderful pools and access to a beautiful beach right out your front door. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was well furnished with all the amenities you need for a week long vacation. Only a few things that could use an upgrade would be bedding. Pillows and blankets were worn out. And most of the beach toys were broken or worn out. (Broken buckets and boogie boards broken.) Also the instruction manual needs to be updated to include the new dishwasher. The power to the building went out the last day but our contact,

Our family of 6 just finished having a marvellous time. The unit had everything we could possibly want or need on our vacation. The coolers, beach chairs, extra towels and water toys were a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable and we so enjoyed our early morning coffees in comfort on the deck. Renu, Nicole and Jen were very easy to deal with and quickly responded to any of our queries. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back.

We have been to the islands many times, but this was our first stay at the Villas at Ko'Olina. We really loved the accommodations, the service, and location! Being near the lagoons, pools and walking distance to the Aulani and nearby shops was terrific!
We did see quite a few very tiny ants in the villa - so would watch for those and be sure not to leave any food out. Otherwise - everything was lovely.

Beautiful, spacious condo with extra amenities to enjoy the beach! Our group of 5 adults and 2 children enjoyed the wagon and beach chairs. Wonderful view of the lagoon, and easy walk to the pool and beach. Also an easy walk to the marketplace with several restaurants. Only disappointment we experienced was that the listing originally stated the 3rd bedroom had a king bed AND 2 twins, which is why we chose this condo over others (reason for 4 stars on review), however, this has since been changed on the website. There was room for all, but just not configured how we had planned. It’s a perfect condo for 3 couples where each has their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it and we would love to stay again sometime!

Myself and family just stayed at this location! It was clean and conveniently located right in front of pool area. We had a blast. This was our first time in KoOlina and we loved it! The Beach Villas are not as crowded at adjacent properties so there was always room at the pools and beach.
The walk along the water from the marina to Paradise Cove is fantastic. It's fun to stop in to the other properties for meals, coffee, cocktails, shop or just look around. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance but you do need transportation for grocery shopping.
We had a family group of 16 with 8 people in 2 separate 3 bedroom units and that worked very well for us.
Our particular unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking as well as lots of beach chairs, toys and towels for the pool or beach.

We love ko olina. Everything is about a 45 minute drive but you are outside of the metro feel of Waikiki which makes things more relaxing.
Unit is spacious and pretty well stocked. It’s second floor back by aulani drive and faces the open field with a partial ocean view. Only two complaints were- there was 1 coffee pod for the Keurig when we checked in and no coffee on site. Also, check out is 10am and security wouldn’t let us stay on property and use the pool til noon when we were leaving for the airport which I thought was ridiculous.
The property manager that met us at check in was very nice- aside from that we didn’t need to communicate much. There are fine and snorkels and boogie boards which came in handy in the closet as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Tower in this unit overlooking the pool and with a view of the ocean. The tiki torches at night and the constant buzz of families having fun, was a nice atmosphere for sitting out and enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We have stayed at Beach Villas before and this was our favourite view. The unit itself
is in need of a little TLC, but nothing that really affected our vacation so we still give full stars.
The lagoon and beach is where we spent most of our days, the sheltered water is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We also appreciate the quietness of the beach villas compared to the other properties in the area.

This property is exactly as advertised. The Host thought of everything a family would need right down to the collapsible wagon to take a 2 1/2 year old and towels,etc to the fabulous pools.
The Lanai was the best - never in full sun, never got to hot with a great view of the lagoon. I really can’t say enough to adequately describe how perfect this property is, just stay here. You won’t regret it. The Host communicates everything clearly and has people in place to welcome you and answer your questions - so professional. Stay here if you are going to be on the IIsland!

We stayed at this property 10/22-10/29. First, Renu was super responsive and Nicole was awesome and accommodating. When we arrived at the condo all of our mouths fell open when we walked in...its even more beautiful than the pictures! And the Lanai...spectacular! What a great view of the ocean - I loved sitting on it at night and listening to the waves. My husband and I had the master, and we were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of the bed, as well as the water pressure in the shower. This was our first visit to Oahu, but it won't be our last.

We stayed in Jeff's beautiful property over the Thanksgiving week. Parking is convenient, as it is close to the semi-private elevator. The condo included many amenities a hotel might not offer, such as beach supplies (cooler, chairs, toys, etc), full kitchen, and plenty of room to stretch out. We appreciated the stereo which allowed us to play Hawaiian music during our stay. The view is great from the 11th floor. The only downside, is it is a bit close to the adjacent unit, which makes it a bit less private. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you.

The quietest of the properties along this stretch. We were right by the family pool and, while we could hear the activity, it was not bothersome and closing time is strictly enforced. Unit was otherwise quiet. Low key compared to the other resorts along the pathway. One drawback to the resort is there’s no food, coffee, shop on property. Would still pick it if in the area as we prefer more quiet. Easy walk to other resorts. Unit was very clean. I removed a star because carpets were dirty. Seems like they need to do some deep cleaning/long term maintenance. (Like carpet cleaning, cabinet doors, paint) Unit looked nice, cleaning crew doing a very good job of keeping unit clean. Very roomy. Appreciated being able to spread out for the week Bed was comfortable and linens clean. Cabinets and some of the furniture showing their age, which was a disappointment when I first arrived, but quickly became a non issue as we enjoyed the location, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the convenience of a well equipped kitchen. Nice stock of pool and beach things like chairs, towels, inflatables, cooler.

The location and amenities of this condo far exceeded our family’s expectations. Ko Olina is truly paradise on earth and the Beach Resort condos are beautiful, quiet, and serene. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, walking path, and the Paradise Cove Luau. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back to what is now our “happy place”.

Excellent location. While the Beach Villas property was prestine (never saw a piece of trach on the exterior of the property during the entire week) the specific villa (OT-223) I booked was not cleaned very well upon arrival. I was promised a 3PM check-in and when we arrived had to wait 1 hour in Beach Villa lobby until we could enter the villa. The reason provided was the crew was still working on completing their cleaning process. The villa looked as if it wasn't cleaned at all. Dining table top and kitchen counter was dirty and was not wiped down at all. The tile floors need a good cleaning and were extremely dirty. You could tell that the vacuum wasn't run prior to our arrival. Not sure last time someone used at least a mop on the tile floors. The tile floor needs a professional tile cleaning. For the money you pay to rent the villa for a week you would think the cleaning crew would have enough time between renters to thoroughly clean the unit for the incoming guests.

Overall the stay was very nice. Great location away from the noise. Only complaint was that the cleaning could have been better. When we arrived there was sand left over from the previous guest inside the dressers. The host did include toiletries and cleaning supplies but with 6 people staying for a week we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags within 4 days so it would be nice to supply more of those items for future large parties.
