The resort boasts three tropical swimming pools. There is a special pool designed with kids in mind, it is heated and has fun-sized slides to entertain. There are several whirlpool spas that span the resort's beautifully manicured Hawaiian tropical gardens.

Spacious villas at our Oahu beach resort include fully equipped kitchens, a washer/dryer, and separate living and dining areas. The villa includes televisions with DVD players, high-speed Internet, and access to all of our resort's amenities. Delight in a spectacular lagoon pool, go golfing at the nearby Ko Olina Golf Club, indulge at our on-site spa, and dine at your choice of fine restaurants. Marriott Ko'Olina has several different two bedroom units with differing bedding in each one. Please ask your agent for details on what unit she has available for you.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.
Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.

Beautiful location - we walked every day by the 4 amazing lagoons. Very nice accommodation - clean, spacious and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Great for families. Excellent hotel with all the standards you would expect from Marriott.

The property was wonderful. The check-in process was a little long but likely due to Covid restrictions that are going to be lifted soon. The Luau hosted on property was 100% worth the ticket price. The food on property at restaurants was not great and expensive but we had groceries delivered and cooked for ourselves most nights. The cove areas are great for kids to get used to water. The pools and grounds are great.

We had booked 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and other amenities. You don't get to know the exact room until you check-in but it was worth the wait. The view and all the amenities were just as described. The location is great for relaxing either at the pool or beach or just in a balcony overlooking the ocean. We had a slight hiccup with our travel plans but the owner was quickly able to help and adjust the reservation.
All and all - we definitely enjoyed our stay at Ko'olina and will most certainly look to come back here.

This was our 4th visit to the island & our first time in Ko’Olina and it certainly did not disappoint. The property was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Spacious common area, gorgeous ocean view. We had an incredible time & are so happy with our choice to visit Marriott Ko’Olina.
Our only negative is our placement directly over the pool that was deemed the “kids pool” the entirety of our stay kids went into the grotto in the pool & screamed as loud as they could for the echo effect. Not a negative with the property, just something to think about for early sleepers or those with house sensitivity. :)

As always we had a great time. Staff was friendly . Love the location. After our first few hours in the room our feet were very dirty. Soap leafy I. The shower from the previous family. The cleaning was sub par. By the pool ool we noticed the same trash fat after day. Garbage cans overflowing . When we said something they cleaned it fast but we shouldn’t have had to say anything.

1st off Michele is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We traveled with 6 in our group and had plenty of room for us all. The place is amazing and as described with a little more. People constantly coming and going leaving all kinds of beach and swimming gear. (They have a designated area for this near shaved ice hut) Easy check in and out and located near the larger pool. Food was good and easy to get in and out when needed. Another plus is the parking is included. I would recommend staying and we will definitely stay again. Thanks Michele for the help!
