Great property. Our only issue with the unit we stayed in is that the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. Memory foam on one side was depressed too much and spouse had to sleep more in the middle of a queen bid.

We had a great time. The onsite self service laundry was an excellent convenience. The reflection pool should be better supervised to ensure young children are not jumping in, throwing balls around. There are two other pools for those activities. We enjoyed the fitness room.

The property grounds are beautiful. With 3 pools to choose from all of which are beautiful! The Marketplace store is well stocked with an excellent selection of food items, coffee etc. The service at check in was warm and friendly, and informative. My one complaint was the pool security. We arrived each day early looking for at least 1 or 2 shade chairs only to find more than 2/3 of the chairs unoccupied but having a towel or book so as to save the location. When we tried to talk to the security which was the same gentleman each day I found him to be defensive and rude. Each day I watched guests struggling to find seating. The policy in place for the pool lounge clearly isn't working, and staff shouldn't get defensive when a guest is just trying to understand the policy.

This is a beautiful property - immaculately maintained. The grounds and pools are wonderful. The room was as described, and ready by about 12 noon, which was great. The only downside is having to get down to the pool before 7 to have nicely located lounge chairs. But that is always an issue at pool/beach centric locations! The food on property is outstanding. I would certainly visit again!

Great little town about half an hour (without traffic) to the airport. Decent food options nearby. Super helpful to have a target close by (we were traveling with a 3-year-old). The property is well maintained and lots of activities. The only downside is the gym got super crowded and I think was too small for the size of the property, but that was a minor thing. Overall great stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great property. The one and only negative the smallest lani ever! And on the back side of the building. That lani only 2 people at most. I saw a lot of room with larger Lanis. The only way I’d stay again is for the larger lani. We enjoy sitting outside and on this trip it was really challenging!

This property was absolutely beautiful! The beach and lagoon were stunning. We used the walking paths every morning and enjoyed the other lagoons nearby. Pools were nice, but one was under construction while we were there. Restaurants and shop on the property were excellent and staff was amazing. Villa was fine, but lets face it, who comes to Hawaii for the hotel room :).. parking space included which was awesome! Highly recommend Marriott Ko’Olina Beach Club. Hope to visit again someday.

The property itself is fantastic, you'll love almost everything about it! The location is kinda remote from the main features of the island, so you'll need a car or use a ride-share to get around.
Dealing with the property manager -
He's responsive and communicates well once you're engaged with him - no issues with that.
Just pay close attention to the rate, he will charge you more than what's posted during busier times. You'll get to see this before you commit to his booking but just wanted to call that out. He doesn't like to update the rate per day and uses a default rate and has a disclaimer about charging more than what's posted during the busy season. It would be more helpful to just update the rate per day because it can be done - he just chooses not to.
Also, I had to change rooms during my stay to accommodate my dates, just be aware that this may be a solution. The resort does quite a great job in helping you do this as it seems to happen quite often.,

We’ve been to the Beach Club several times but first time renting from Ken. Transaction and communication went very smoothly! Rented a mountain view but surprisingly got a harbor view which was fantastic! Will be coming back again for sure!!

We are a family of 4 and booked a few days of our trip in Ko Olina. Check in was seamless (we even got to check in a little early too!) and having the parking included with our reservation was great since we had a car rental. The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Our room was in the main building, which we felt was centrally located to everything. The amenities in the room and around the premises were great. We had a wonderful stay and we will surely return. Thank you!

Love the room, super clean and was what I read it would have. The location is beautiful and not to crowded like Honolulu. The resort food/drinks were just ok but overpriced. We like to find local places to eat at so that wasn’t a huge let down. We enjoyed the pools/hot tubs, the lagoons, the gardens, the fire pit, the beach area, the walking path and the marina near by. The staff was very friendly. Would recommend!!

The room was a bit small. Says it could sleep four but I can't imagine having four people in the space. We also like to cook our own meals but it was really more of a place we could store and reheat left-overs. Overall the property was very nice.

My wife and I have travelled with our four little ones to Aulani (literally just down the street) but this was a unique one-time getaway for just the two of us. The resort exceeded our expectations: resort grounds were very well maintained and the room had everything we needed. I would come back.

Ad gets your attention, then you have to request the actual quote. 3 weekend nights in April 2022 totaled 1423. The Marriott is a 5* resort but the room itself was 3.5*. One bed, one sofa, small bathroom, decent kitchenette. Studio room says it can fit 4 but is really only comfortable for 2 adults. There is complimentary laundry (washer/dryer, detergent) down the hall, which was useful for our beachwear. The kitchenette offers microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishes, full size coffee maker (and enough coffee for a pot each day). The shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion that is provided is actually quite good! This unit came with free self parking. The location in Ko Olina is wonderful and relaxing, with great walking paths and beach access. Lagoons are good for swimming but not snorkeling. The resort seemed to have activities for kids (we didn’t bring ours). The check in staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Mom and i shared a room, that was similar to a regular motel room. it included a semi-kitchen area (small sink, microwave, small refrigerator, a small counter). we had a balcony which overlooked the parking area. not a big deal for us as we were not in the room much. nice property manager, easy to work with prior to our stay. resort facilities and personnel were very pleasant!

Very nice property, but our room had a little bit of a pest problem (mosquitoes, gnats, moths), but it’s understandable since we were in Hawaii and located on the fourth floor. The front desk scheduled a spraying, but we had to vacate the premises for a couple hours. Not a big deal as we were going out anyway. Even after the spraying, we still had a few pests, but nothing a rolled up newspaper couldn’t handle! I’m sure a higher floor would have prevented the issue since it is further from the ground.
As far as the listing was concerned, make sure to check with the manager on the true price of your stay, as what is stated is just an average. There’s also a resort charge that is charged directly from Marriott that is not part of the VRBO quoted price ($8/day).
There was also an extra $103 charged to my credit card that I have no idea what it is for. The manager said that it was not through his booking. So I’ll have to check with VRBO on what the charge was for.
Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic amenities throughout. Having the parking included was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The room I was given on second day of my vacation for the remainder was over the pool with absolutely no view of the ocean! I messaged my host and he told me that I need to talk to the manager of the hotel to help me. She was very apologetic and said that he should have never guaranteed an ocean view room and that she could move me to an ocean view room 2 Days Later. I was moved to an ocean view room on the fourth day of my vacation so I was in convenience three times having to switch rooms to get the room that I was initially guaranteed and paid for.
Aside from that..... remainder of my vacation was great the resort was excellent beautiful!!

Price listed is not the actual price that you’ll have to pay. He is a 3rd party reselling time shares. He doesn’t care if need to cancel or change the date, he will not budge. Covid, anything. He does not care. Beware! I will never purchase through him again, especially during the pandemic.
Other than this guy selling the time share, this property is nice.

The facilities here are wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The room does not really have a view of ocean or mountain but we loved hearing the wind at night. We did not spend too much time in the room because we were enjoying the beautiful cove, pools, and beach walk. I am from Hawaii and it really meant a lot to just sit and watch the sunrise every morning and walk the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We have stay at this resort before. The location and staff are friendly. We enjoy the beach and pool areas and the food is delicious. The only problem I had during this stay is when I booked a full week stay we were told we had to move Tia new building/room the next day. Not only was it a long flight and drive to the resort it was inconvenience to have to move rooms and not get fully settle in, right away. Also, the second room was a down grade from prior room. Building and parking instruction were horribly communicated by staff. By the 5th day of our week trip we were finally settled and relaxed.

We stayed in the studio room located in the 3rd tower. It was very well maintained, rooms were clean and staff is super friendly! The Marriott Ko’Olina is a perfect location, the lagoons and sunsets from the balcony were amazing! With 3 pools it gives you a lot of options, the relaxation pool is great if you want to just relax. The restaurants were clean and food was as good. The resort is located in a great area, with walking paths to the nearby hotels and shopping area. We rented a car and we were able to sightsee the entire Oahu coast. We will definitely be back.

Everything was pretty good. Only real compliant a were the owner jumped up the charges over those advertised on the website and the check in process where you check in for your room one place and for amenities another place.
