The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean. The room we stayed in was a little dated, but it was clean and adequate. The food in the market was actually decent, They had two restaurants. We ate at Longboards and ran out of time before we had a chance to eat at Longhi’s. Overall we were very pleased!

We booked partial ocean studio. Room size was adequate w/couch and bed… also fridge & microwave. The view was better than partial. Resort is a short walk to beach lagoon & pools as well as gift shop and two good food restaurants. We will stay here again!

Let me say that the property manager was very easy to communicate with. He reminded me about the payments as needed. I am also an owner for a unit in this Marriott Beach Club, so I know his price is excellent. I was just extending my stay past my one week. This Beach Club is amazing - great ambience, great amenities, great food. You can spend all of your time here and never leave the resort. It is so relaxing. If you have kids, they will love all of the pools and the lagoon! I had a wonderful time.

Our stay was pleasant and easy. The place is clean and quiet. Very nice pools, spa and lagoon beach. Kids and family friendly. Has laundry but not every floor or unit have one so it can be difficult to plan for it. The resort has a market a bit more pricy. We have to drive out to elsewhere to eat and shop in the area. Including Parking is a plus. Due to holidays week every restaurants in the area are booked.

I booked through Ken for my honeymoon and had a terrible experience. Upon booking, Ken said he had to increase the price from what was posted because he could only provide an ocean view room. He then demanded immediate payment or threatened to cancel my reservation. We decided to pay the extra amount since it was a special occasion and I could justify the increased price for a view. At check in, the room had no ocean view!! When we told the front desk we had paid extra, they said all the ocean views were given to “actual timeshare owners” and we were given what was left due to booking through vrbo. Ken has not taken any responsibility for our terrible experience and refused to refund the extra fee required for the ocean view. Total bait and switch. Do not book through him!!!

We decided to stay here because a friend was getting married at a neighboring resort in Ko Olina. We probably wouldn’t not have selected to stay in Ko Olina since it is more secluded and there is less to do here than in Waikiki or the North Shore. But it’s a great spot to relax and sit in a beach and the resort has amazing pools and amenities. So truly great spot! Just know the that there are only a handful (like less than 10 restaurants / places to eat in the walkable area) but if you have a car you can check out a bunch of other spots!
My only small flag is, we stayed in a Mountain View room, it just looks over the parking lot and power plant in the distance. This is exactly what I expected, so just want to level set on that. And the room is adjoining to the one across and we unfortunately had some very very loud guests next door throwing parties the first two night and heard everything and they kept opening and closing the adjoining door.. so we called security and they told them to keep it down, and they really didn’t but it was good enough to finally fall asleep. Definitely not a knock on the room or the resort, just bad luck and the circumstance of adjoining doors.
In any case, it was a super comfy bed and large room. Greta spot if you just want to chill out for a number of days in Hawaii!

We were very pleased with the property. The resort is beautiful, with great dining both on the property and nearby. We did not use daily housekeeping, but extra supplies were delivered promptly whenever we ran out. The pools are great and the resort provided us with keys for the day that we checked out so that we could use the pools and parking until we headed home on a late flight. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay as usual at Ko Olina, this is my 3rd visit. Second time renting via Mr Carter. Room has a mountain view which isn't super amazing, but the price was right. Free laundry and detergent is provided. Room has plates and cutlery provided with a microwave and fridge. Free BBQ facilities on the property as well. Will be returning.

I was traveling alone and the room was just the right size and the resort was set up in a way to easily meet people for great conversation at the pool abs beach. Loved the location. The beach path was awesome for a morning or night walk.

My husband and I rented this place for our (very) delayed honeymoon and it was much more than we expected. This resort has absolutely everything. A big thing for us was also the free parking, as we had a rental car that we used often to venture around the island. The room and view were beautiful, the restaurants were great, the staff are friendly, and the beach and pools are amazing! Rental cost is very reasonable. The food/shop prices were a little high but that is to be expected at/near a resort with the amount of amenities they offer. The location was also really convenient and is tucked away in a safe bubble with other resorts. It is very easy to come and go as long as you avoid rush hour times, as many of those living in the area work in the city. Last little tidbit: keep an eye out for the big step out to the room's balcony. The white reflective strip blends in and both my husband and myself bruised our toes on it. Ouch!! All in all, this room was very worth it and we'll be recommending it to others that wish to travel to Oahu. Thanks! :)

We enjoyed ourselves in this peaceful, clean resort. Be prepared there is no longer daily room cleaning due to COVID restrictions, however they are able to change out towels and linens 24/7. Very friendly. Thank you

Good amenities, beach access and the resort staff was excellent. Room was clean and the view was excellent. The only negative was the parking, navigating through the structure was challenging and space limited. I would recommend this property and host Ken.

The resort is really pretty and the lagoons are great. There is not a lot of eating options close by so be prepared to eat hotel food or limited choices in the KoOlina shopping center (which is a fair hike if walking but a short drive in a car). If you are into resorts, you could stay in the area for your entire trip. However, if you want to experience authentic Hawaii, I would encourage you to rent a car and drive to the North Shore or other areas of the island. The area does feel very much like a resort area and not authentic.
